Got in a mp100 fight with my brother and he told me to “ask tumblr” about it so I can only assume he meant you!

He says that Reigen is obviously intended to be mixed race (white/japanese) this is because of A) the separation arc episode titled “Poor, Lonely, Whitey” B) The fact that his mom sends him a job ad for “whiteys” and C) Blond.

I’m fairly certain that if him being mixed was the intention, it would come up in a different way, but I have to admit I have no idea why he’s whitey. Do you??

Gerry Keay hair dye headcanon, but I don't think his hair is dyed *that* badly. Sure maybe you can see the roots if he hasn't touched it up in a few weeks, but it's not awful. I think he is simply ginger, and so painfully obviously ginger, with pale as hell eyebrows and a bunch of freckles, that everyone who has ever seen him has been like "there is no way on earth that man's hair is naturally black."

*breathes deeply* new fic? new ongoing fic to read? holy moly there's so much to catch up on, that is a lot of reading. (not speaking about fic only. i mean also asks here, because they can be gold nuggets of fun things. and i have not checked for months for tiredness,, woe)

favourite things about new fic so far: zhongli going down rabbit holes of information of Things he Does Not Know because alternate reality and a most favourite shared disconnect from the rest of the world. very understandable. love to see that. also love to see how he's trying to act according to appropriate power levels and is still overpowered. ... actually, is it a full alternate reality or is it another time travel shenanigans (or both)? because. just because. i have a feeling i'm reading it too fast in haste so i may well be missing things that make that more or less obvious

my confusion of reading in haste too much aside, did i see something about being able to ask for outfit doodles? 👀 if no one else has yet i am here for it (as long as it is not a trouble)

absolutely no trouble, i just cleaned it up a bit and colored it in. here's the crew so far! god i can't believe i nailed guizhong's hair color and blue-white color scheme in cyanide LMAO literally colorpicked her haircolor from one of my drawings of her hahah

do you think (c!)etho’s hair is naturally white or that he dyes it 💭

was dyeing my hair today and considered this. on one hand hybrid etho with the features of an arctic fox or something of the like who has white hair, or just plain old a little bit cryptic etho yeah he has white hair.. apparently it’s natural! none of us have ever seen him dye it! but maybe!

on the other hand etho who has to bleach his hair every so often when his roots start showing. think it would be funny to imagine this and the thought then that someone (tango) finds the bottle of dye and switches it out for colour dye just to laugh when etho ends up with purple or blue or pink hair. maybe orange so he can joke that they match KEKW

also think etho with naturally white hair who dyes just a small portion of his bangs brown or dark red would be very cool

maybe pre hermitcraft naturally white haired etho feeling a bit out of place among everyone else, a bit awkward especially when he was a teenager, not wanting to associate with anyone but forcing the attention on himself with both the whole white hair thing, the constantly wearing a mask, and his scar over his eyes. and then getting on hermitcraft with all these… weirdos, some of which probably aren’t even human, who are accustomed to such stranger things than etho who’s just etho and who looks like that and who cares really! there’s other stuff to pay attention to!
