Tae shared some fantastic photos on his Instagram stories, including two with Jungkook. According to Tae's post, he was missing Jungkook so much that he reached out to him and asked him to join him in Hawaii. Not surprisingly, Jungkook immediately took a 9-hour flight from Korea to be with Tae. This shows the depth of their romantic relationship and gives us a glimpse into their private lives, which we don't often get to see. This private trip would have remained unknown to us if they hadn't chosen to share it. It's fascinating to see this side of their relationship beyond what is publicly advertised or documented. The first photo Tae posted showed him writing, "Jungkook-ah, I'm in Hawaii right now, come here / come quickly, I miss you. This guy kekeke he took the plane / got on the plane and came right away." It's really heartwarming to see Jungkook's immediate response to Tae's longing as he hopped on a 9-hour flight to be with Tae privately. This is such a beautiful and genuine display of their affection for each other.

I’m not a native Korean speaker, so unfortunately, I may miss some of the language’s nuances. However, a few people on SM have said that Tae’s phrase “so pretty I could die” carries specific connotations, specifically a strong declaration, “I love him so much/ I love him to death,” and it’s not typically used in common settings. Essentially, what he wrote can simultaneously mean that JK’s beauty overwhelms him and that he loves him deeply, without boundaries.

However, with that being said, I also want to acknowledge some Korean speakers have cautioned this is a stretch to read too much into this. I hesitated but decided to share the below perspective because I know some will wonder why I didn’t include it. Ultimately, you can decide how to interpret what Tae wrote. For me, personally, I’m going to defer to the translation given by those translator accounts I trust, which is “so pretty I could die.” I don’t think it needs to be interpreted more heavily. It’s a beautiful, candid moment that Taekook chose to share with us, which I’m so grateful for. At the end of the day, the photos themselves make a powerful statement, and that’s what truly matters.

And how cute is this? Sure, you can eat Hawaiian pizza just about anywhere. But it seems Jk was hinting about his trip to twice reference Hawaiian pizza (and the second time he referenced it was when Tae came to support him during “Seven” promos during Inkigayo, and Jk played with his Chanel ring and hinted at living with Tae during the live).

So many of us have said Tae’s Type 1 photobook has photos that radiate intimacy. They have a sense of vulnerability, rawness and openness to them.  His posts today confirm Jk took some of his photos (the below doesn’t encompass all that are speculated to be taken by Jk ) -

I can’t help but think even more these specific photos were taken by Jk, especially now that it’s confirmed he was there. They have an indescribable quality to them that radiates a moment in time being captured by someone who adores the muse. Of course, this is just my opinion so please decide as you like.

The Alec Gill Hessle Road photo archive

A photobook, which documents Hull’s lost working-class fishing community, has exceeded its Kickstarter target. 

The Alec Gill Hessle Road photo archive, by editor Iranzu Baker and designer Fran Méndez, celebrates the work of photographer Alec Gill, who documented the changing landscape of Hull's Hessle Road fishing community throughout the 1970s and 1980s.  

Alec Gill took his first photograph of the Hessle Road area in 1971. Drawing up a boundary map, and sticking to it conscientiously, he manages to warmly capture, and tell the relatively unknown story of, a working-class community during the decline of its fishing trade, and a period of mass housing demolition.

The Kickstarter, set up to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Alec’s Hessle photography project, was launched to raise funds to produce a book - and has now exceeded its target by over £5,000.

Editor Iranzu Baker and designer Fran Méndez were given access to Alec’s complete archive, including over 6,000 black-and-white photographs, taken on his Rolleicord twin-lens reflex camera.

The book contains several unpublished images, which were scanned for the first time, and over 200 images are presented alongside archival material, such as Alec’s camera and notebooks, setting the work in its historical context. 

Celebrating and honouring Alec’s dedication to, and portrayal of, Hull's fishing culture and the people of Hessle Road, the book not only shines a light on a particular period of Hull’s history but documents the decline of a key part of the UK’s fishing trade. 

The Alec Gill Hessle Road photo archive has additionally won, and been shortlisted for, a number of design awards - including AIGA 50 Books 50 Covers, European Design Awards, Laus Awards, and the British Book Design and Production Awards.

Montse Ferré captured by her partner, Spanish photographer Salvador Costa, during a visit to London in 1977.

The couple visited London in the spring of 1977 and Salvador Costa photographed the punk scene over a number of nights at The Roxy, where he documented not only performances by Cherry Vanilla, The Cortinas, Generation X, The Jam, Johnny Mopped, The Lurkers or XTC but more importantly the audience as the undisputed protagonists of his shots. Having already been an experienced ghotographer at the time and with a keen eye for fashion details, in only 3-4 days he took about a thousand photos which included a huge amount of close-ups of punk accessories, outfits, legs and shoes, documenting the power of the first era of the punk scene.

Upon his return to Barcelona, he published a volume of this work in a photobook with the title 'Punk' (Producciones Editoriales, 1977).

As his widow Montse Ferré recalls:

"...Jordi [Costa's cousin] took us to many places and the nights were endless among very young people, most of them younger than us. The atmosphere was different from that of Barcelona (...) Attitude was a way of revealing yourself. We were there less than a week and El Salvador took about a thousand photos, 28 rolls of 35. From the beginning, the intention was to sell the photos to Star magazine, but since there was so much material, he decided to make the book (...) When we traveled to England, punk was still unknown in our country and Salvador was interested in all the underground movements..."

Dear listener, sometimes it takes concentration and a deep dive into the catalog of some bands before I’ll find the resonance I need to recommend them to others. Deerhunter is one of those bands. At first, I found their music to simply be weird yet strangely haunting, but most of it was certainly not for me. I just wasn’t feeling their vibe, even though I knew the compositions were special in some way. Recently, I’ve felt this inexplicable urge to closely examine their albums. I wanted to like their tunes, because their music didn’t just sound different from anything else out there; it was an experience of sorts that I’d been pushing to the side. Upon a few proper and extended listens, I began to discover how artsy, intellectually stimulating and enigmatically ambient their jams truly are. The more I listened, the more I enjoyed their eerie sound, and found a bunch of great audio tracks to boot. Just above you’ll find Helicopter from their 2010 album Halcyon Digest, which in my humble opinion is the magnum opus of their catalog. Join me just below for another song from that album and some info on the group featured this week.

Hailing from Atlanta, Deerhunter makes a type of music that thrives on two factors: minimalism and weighty ambience. This is music that can entrance someone and is structured in a way that will mesmerize you as much as it affects you emotionally. I tend to enjoy tunes that make you remember moments or feelings you thought you’d forgotten, and every track they’ve released hits a home run for me in that regard. This is a group that considered giving up early on, as creating some of their earliest works reportedly sapped them of their emotional and physical strength. Band members had panic attacks in the studio as technical problems left them exhausted at the quality of their own works, which was severely lacking in majesty even to their own standards. But just because you’re on the ropes, it doesn’t mean you’ve lost the fight. It takes a long time to get good, and with many lineup changes over the decades this band’s output has become more and more emotionally mature and intelligent as time has gone on. The music from their grand slam album, Halcyon Digest, which received widespread acclaim for a good reason, has a very particular and peculiar eeriness to it; like you’re looking through photos in a dusty Memories photobook and romanticizing the distant past. To create that kind of atmosphere is something no other band has given me the experience of, and I never thought I’d recommend music that feels distinctly nostalgic, but here it is! As of writing this, they haven’t put out a new album since before the UNSPECIFIED VIRUS FROM UNKNOWN ORIGINS turned the world upside down. If you need a decent new experience with music, I’d say give these guys a shot. Because if you’re anything like me, the two works I’m posting to this blog will probably strangely haunt you for weeks on end, and you’ll go searching for more. Their tunes can be a true psychedelic experience if you allow them to, and you’ll find actual meaning and sincerity in the lyrics, which, let’s face the facts is a bit short in supply with modern pop. Just below you can smash play on Desire Lines and enjoy some songs from a group that puts an emphasis on atmospheric excellence.

The more I listen to these guys, the more I like them. I feel as if very few people have the patience to continue exploring the work of a group that didn’t hook or blow them away instantly. Sometimes a little study is required to understand not only the words to the tune, but also why the notes needed to be played that way. Ateez's Full Storyline Explained - Part 1

I'm gonna cover the Diary Entries/Diary Film before we tackle Inception MV in the next post since all three tie into each other but, as the only written medium, the Diary Entries are the most elaborate and provide the foundation on which the Inception MV is built.

Fever Part 1 Diary Entries:

Side-note: All future albums from Fever Part 1 onwards come in three versions - usually titled A, Z, and Diary Version. If you purchase the Diary Version, you'll find a series of diary entries by the members in the photobook - that's how the storyline gets told. This album, however, is a bit of an exception. There are still three versions but this time, the Thanxx Version includes just one bonus diary entry on the back of Hongjoong's large photo, but we also get the regular Diary Version which comes with a bonus booklet that includes all main entries.

Thanxx Version Entry:

Note: This entry is also being read by a female voice for Track 1 on the album, indicating that someone later found it. Who exactly is unclear. However, it's not the writer as will later become evident.

The entry begins with the first person narrator recounting an incident where an adult asked him what his dream was

From his entry:

As if my dreams explained who I am... When I said I have no dream, the look on the adult's face was like to the child with no name. The look was familiar to me.

He talks about how life passed him by: try to get good grades to please his parents, walk the same path each day, expression unchanged

Many books tell me, look at the stars in the night sky and become the person who shines bright like those stars. But, the stars that I looked up to in the sky did not shine at all. So I continue to walk, looking down at the floor.

It was then that a child walked up to him and told him there was nothing down there to look at, that he should look up

He describes the child as weird because the smile on his face was bright but his eyes were just like his own

They began to hang out together from then on; they would turn up the music and dance

Eventually, those hang outs became the times he felt truly alive

My heart pounding like it's about to burst and this tingling feeling coming up from my fingertips started to take over me. Was there ever another moment where I wanted something this bad? One by one, more children started to say my name. The path that I only walked with one other person became a path to many. Slowly, the word 'I' became 'ours'. Wandering around with this unknown fever, as we looked above our heads, stars seem to shine bright. Today.

The identity of the author is unclear, unfortunately, because going based on the events and some of the word choices, it seems like Hongjoong but later on, we'll see Yeosang's diary entry outright re-use parts of the final lines above

Diary Version Entries/Diary Film:

I highly recommend watching the Diary Film before you read on! It covers all entries in a very pretty, artistic way and will set the vibe for what's to come.

The Intro describes the location of Ateez's hideout: leave the city behind, head through a deserted side road and past a maze of cement walls to find a factory entrance with a 'No-Entry' warning sign

It's surrounded by wild grass, the only sign of visitors: a trampled path made by several sets of footprints

From a distance, you can already hear a familiar beat

Following the path, you'll find a deserted warehouse with rusty iron gates

The first person narrator (likely Hongjoong) enters and finds his friends - the sight makes him smile

From the entry:

These are faces I never got tired of seeing every day. This is our own space. Laughing, crying, arguing, dancing, and singing. A space where our dreams came together. Our hideout, our own world, separating us from the adult world. Right now, it is a moment void of compromises and tameness, it is the moment before we opened that door.

From Hongjoong's entry:

I don't want to be forgotten as if I never existed.

He talks of how he feels different from the people on TV who're performing under bright lights, but he still wants to be a star like them so he can be seen from everywhere

Maybe then, his family will notice him

Even if it were by coincidence, I wish I could meet them at least once. If my family could get back together like before... I miss the warmth of our living room.

His family split up, each of them moving away and leaving him behind where he now found his new family in Ateez

He met each of them through music, by performing in their hideout

Just thinking about them warms my heart! I really hope we can achieve our dreams together! My family, the music I love, and our dreams... We must keep them.

Seonghwa watches a girl perform by herself and feels something in him change as the music from her headphones reaches his ears

He feels the world fall away

From his entry:

Common sense, rules and this tough world didn't have power over her moves. Right this moment, my world broke along this snowy road. [...] She dropped a bracelet that had "Be Free" engraved on it. Ever since that day, I went to the same place at the same time.

Yet, she never returns and he has no way to contact her

Regardless, the way he views music permanently changes

I can no longer distinguish the structure, code, or the genre of the song. Only the lingering feeling of that day remains.

Yunho's entry is a one-sided conversation with his brother, likely taking place at his brother's grave

From his entry:

Hey brother, you look like you are in such a good mood today! The weather is so good as well. Even though I was running to see you, I didn't even feel the heat.

He tells him about his day, how they would've gone to Han River together and how he's been planning to rid of his brother's old guitar but couldn't bring himself to do it

But since it's a guitar you cherished so much, I just left it out of sight because it seemed like you abandoned your dream.

He continues to tell his brother about Hongjoong and how he was someone he felt he could talk to when things get tough

He is a person I admire on both an artistic and humane level. Thinking about it now, you both kind of look alike? I think you guys would have gotten along if you'd ever met each other.

He tells his brother how he can laugh again, thanks to Hongjoong and the other members and how it's helped him avoid the painful memories and focus on achieving the dreams his brother couldn't

I will make them happen: the boys and I will make it happen. When that time comes, you must wake up from the long hibernation. I want to show you all of it! I'll be back tomorrow. Good night!

Yeosang talks about how he was originally never good with mechanics until he started to dismantle a speaker

As time went on, every time he felt suffocated, he would begin to dis- and reassemble appliances and instruments

His parents are the ones who always make him feel like this; they have his entire life planned for him - one routine repeating over and over again each day

From his entry:

That day in that shabby warehouse, a bunch of guys I'd normally run away from asked me if I knew how to work a drone. This whole encounter was a bit strange! I actually was lost and wandering around. The sound of music was what brought me to that place. From that day on, I went there every day.

He falls in love with dancing, describes it as a mind-blowing activity not even the memory of his parents' worried faces could hold him back from

For the first time, I felt alive.

From here, we get a paragraph that can also be found in the bonus entry from the Thanxx album, as I already mentioned when we discussed it

However, where the Thanxx entry reads: "Slowly, the world 'I' became 'ours'. Wandering around with this unknown fever, as we looked above our heads, stars seem to shine bright." This one ends as follows:

Slowly, the word 'I' became 'ours'. However, now I must leave the 'ours'. If I back out, everything will be back to normal, the scattered members and the stolen hideout. I'm sorry, guys.

From San's entry:

I was always laughing, but I always felt lonely. I just couldn't open up or maybe I've never had the time to open up. Every time I got closer to someone, I had to move.

He has to move again today but at least this time, he can talk about his feelings with his friends

As soon as I saw them, I knew right off the bat, they're like me. Oh, Seonghwa was a little different. He never tried to do anything the traditional way, he was always 'HIS' way.

It was his dad who told him they'd have to move again but the words hit San differently this time since he finally found a place he felt like he belonged

What should I say to Wooyoung? Thanks to him, thanks to my friends, I was able to perfect my dance moves. Bobo, what should I do? What? You want me to do it 'MY' way?

The entry ends here, leaving it unclear who "Bobo" is but they get mentioned again in the Fever Part 2 Diary Entries

From Mingi's entry:

Music was my haven, my escape, my one and only relief. When I felt like dying, I would listen to music. I wasn't afraid of death! People who never lived in poverty would never understand this feeling.

The people around him looked at him as if he were an alien and laughed at him for wanting to die when he's just an "immature high school student"

I guess it is uncommon for someone my age to feel that way.

He doesn't remember a lot of names from his years spent in school since no one ever talked to him and, even when they tried, he simply wouldn't answer

But Wooyoung was different.

He's been with Mingi since elementary school and would always stick to him during breaks, even when Mingi would never bother to partake in the conversation

Wooyoung would tell him stories about their classmates, his favorite songs, American dancers and the other Ateez members he worked with outside of school

He always tops it with that signature laugh of his, which naturally made me laugh. Out of shyness, I started calling him "Woo-Ong". Ah, that unique laugh of his. He was the first friend I've ever opened up to.

Mingi started to spend all his time with Wooyoung until he eventually also followed him to the hideout for the first time

The place where I could dream. They were friends who took me as I am. We cried, laughed, and made music together. They accepted me as who I am, regardless of where I live or who my parents were. I felt exuberant for the first time in my life. But now I'm getting scared. Can I really have a dream? Will it not be taken away from me?

Wooyoung recalls how his mind always goes blank and how he wants to run away whenever he tries to perform in front of an audience, regardless of how confident he feels when practicing alone

On social media, his practice video already raked in 100,000 views and many people, including big entertainment agencies, reached out to him, and yet

Once I felt their look towards me, I just couldn't move. I closed my eyes, trying to escape, and then Seonghwa's voice popped in my head: "Wooyoung, before you start performing on stage, remember these three things: 'Everything will be okay!', 'Believe in yourself!', 'You can do it!'" "He will be too nervous to remember THREE things! What kind of psychology book did you read?" "Yunho, are you making fun of Seonghwa again? Buy hey Wooyoung, believing in yourself is the key." Hongjoong is always good at putting everything into perspective.

Wooyoung smiles at the memory and feels their presence despite them being nowhere near; he gets back up

He has a habit of chatting in order to beat his stage fright and has trained himself to laugh when he's feeling shy

But even though he doesn't mind being teased for these habits, he still freezes when he feels the eyes of an audience on himself - his tricks don't work in this kind of setting

He recalls the first time he met Hongjoong, Seonghwa and Yunho at a street performance and how he saw something in them he felt he was lacking

Expressiveness beyond dance techniques and showmanship that captivated the audience. When I danced with them, I wasn't self-conscious and was able to deliver my best performances. My legs are tense. The first step, the step that I was never able to do, the chain that was tying to my body was magically released.

Jongho recalls how he's had his entire life planned out, everything centered around playing basketball... and then he got injured

He begged the doctor to let him get back on the field and play again but it was no use

I felt like I was drowning. No matter how hard I tried, I was still stuck in the exact same spot.

He tried to keep going but the moment he fully gave up on his dream, he felt lifeless

As good as being dead.

He sees his own lifeless eyes from before reflected on Mingi now as he punches him

Yunho grabs his throbbing hand after to keep things from escalating further

Mingi clearly saw the fist coming his way but didn't try to avoid it. His lifeless eyes are still haunting me.

Mingi had called their dreams a luxury, had said their time together meant nothing to him and decided to quit

Jongho couldn't hold back from throwing a punch then

Funnily enough, it was a heartbreaking moment for me but also the time I started to dream again. At that time, I didn't know how to reach out to a lost Mingi. Where are we, where should we go?

The situation with Mingi clearly reminded him of the way it had felt to lose his first dream which meant, amidst the chaos and heartbreak, he realized he'd unknowingly begun to dream again

The Outro, written from Hongjoong's POV as will later become event, begins as follows:

Even though I lost my dream and family again, there was nothing I could do. Everyone left and here I am, alone again.

On a hot summer day, they decided to go their separate ways since they began to view their shared dream as shackles that were holding them down

The scorching sun melted away even our dream of youth and made it disappear at the end of our feet.

Their problems were piling up, their shared promises kept getting put off and, eventually, they began to forget each other

It was then that Hongjoong began to see him in his dreams

The man in the black fedora, whose eyes you could only see through his mask. Somehow familiar but tired eyes. "You lost your dream, not because of the tough reality, but because you guys decided to. "Get rid of the idea that the world you see is everything. There are many dimensions and many realities in this world. The world I am in, the world you are in, are all real."

The man says he'd like to share more but is short on time

He calls the hourglass in his hand "the Cromer" and says it's the key to connecting the worlds

He hands it to Hongjoong before stepping back with his final words

"Follow your heart, the map is there."

When Hongjoong looks up from the Cromer, the man is already gone and Hongjoong wakes up, feeling lonely

It's then that he spots the hourglass on the table in front of him and watches as the sand begins to flow from bottom to top, indicating the Cromer's ability to time travel

The iron door then opened and I could hear the footsteps coming closer one by one. The guys then gathered around me with the same puzzled face.

Hiske Altena “Vital Mud”. Self-published, Amsterdam

With the photographic project Vital Mud, Hiske Altena (NL) explores the theory that life on Earth once began in clay. In the 1980s, her uncle, a now-retired geologist, found an unusual rattle stone. In this stone, he discovered organic-looking structures that he could not explain with existing geological theories. However, the alternative so-called “clay hypothesis”, according to which clay helped the evolution of early life forms, seems to offer a better explanation.

What will these first life forms have looked like? As large slimy tree-shaped structures or perhaps as giant floating zeppelin-like gas bubbles? Rattle stones, clay crystals, the life cycle of bacteria, and large oval shapes in the American landscape are all possible evidence for the hypothesis that life once originated in clay. Perhaps this even explains the similar shapes and descriptions that keep recurring in old fairy tales, myths, and religious stories.

Vital Mud takes this theory as its starting point. It is the foundation on which Altena builds a collection of images that changes our perspective, makes us look again, and wonder about what humans are capable of. She reminds us that science is a continuous search for the unknown, and that perspective shifts, just as it does in art.

The book’s dummy was shown at exhibitions and festivals around the world, was shortlisted for several awards, including the Paris Photo/Aperture PhotoBook Award, and was selected as one of the Best Dutch Book Designs of 2021.

Hiske Altena is a Dutch image maker. Her work stems from a fascination with how we relate to things that differ from what is generally accepted. Belonging, questioning the norm, curiosity, and the power of imagination are central themes in her work. To show the fun and value of a different perspective, she plays with our image of reality. Her work is often a combination of – often staged or manipulated – photographs, collages and found footage.

EXO Obsession theory - pt 2

Part 1 | Have a Xiumiñ first❣️

• Let's analyze the EXODEUX Trailer (I'll point out clues and try to decipher them!)

We see the phases of the moon. In some way this represents how half side is bright and the other dark (that could mean that EXO has to endure the fight since both parts are their own):

Crudely we understand that they have to remain in a state of balance to be the legends but RF has somehow disturbed this balance.

The trailer was released on 8 Nov '19. What if X-EXO came alive on the blood moon (total lunar eclipse)? The phenomenon had been observed sometime in Nov 1909, 1928, 2022. A solar eclipse is shown and then we see destruction. I'm confident that EXO regain powers from this as seen in Power, What is Love. And since X-EXO are their halves or smth they get powers too.

Exo Planet #4 - The EℓyXiOn vcr shows us how the exos were being chased by some unknown beings who had the same powers as them. Kai opened the portal doors and rescued them just in time. Now we know these beings were X-EXO.

Okay so first they show us what is the result of X-EXO's actions. We find that from 0:11 some member's dna turns black (at first I thought it faded and crumbled) and then Kāi is shown — it could be a hint that it's him who is corrupted as he also fades.

Then appears THE TREE OF LIFE?!! And a fire which renders it dry 😦(the mv seems to be set on exoplanet). We can see how the eye of the RF coveted the heart of the tree as was prophesied in MAMA intro.

Since we see Chanyeol's power directly harming it, I'm convinced what I discussed about him here might be true... Next we see a sandstorm and then booming thunder (Respective x-exo members shown in reverse order then)

I'm sure u must have noticed all this but from 0:32, something very interesting happens: a red drop is shown to separate from a source of water and it shines as it ascends. Suhø's (abs gjjdjd) shot is briefly interrupted by Baëkhyun - hmm.

Even in the photobooks, they have pics next to each other. This could mean that they're together in on smth. (Notice Suhø's hand on his throat, I'll discuss about this later in this post)

In the EXplOration Dot vcr, we find Baëkhyun looking at a screen. I'm pretty sure he is monitoring the other members. This leads to another theory of a binary between him and Suhø.

Back to EXODEUX, exo's powers prove to be very destructive since they've fallen into wrong hands. At 0:56 we see them facing a red celestial ball very much like our sun but creepy. Is this the eye of the RF? Another possibility is that it could be one of the two suns created as shown in Power intro because the legends separated into M & K. Once again we see Suhø and Baëkhyun facing each other:

We get a closer look at their eyes and all seem to have blue eyes:

Hold it! Chën has one blue eye and one dark brown!!! (he has red and white lashes too)

The conclusion I make from these clues is that jongdae has learnt how to regain that balance we talked about. So my earlier assumption as discussed in part i might not be correct and it is Chen who has won the fight. At first Chën looks confident but slowly as the game progresses, it is Chen who becomes more confident - he put his feet on the table.

• Let's analyze the mv now. The first fight shown is of Baek and his evil counterpart in a match of fencing. We see that the audience is dark hooded figures with red eyes:

One thing I noticed is that when Baekhyun is shown alone, there are white lights turned on and the stands for the audience are empty. But when Baëkhyun is alone, the lights are off and some red lights glow overhead (cctv cams?).

Baëkhyun looked like he hurt himself in the fight (some people theorize he wears a face-chain to cover his wound):

I would safely assume that nobody won or lost the match. This is because both are seen facing each other even in the final shot of this set.

• Moving on to Sehun; he tries to aim arrows at his evil double Sehůn. We see how many times he has tried but missed his target. There is a similar blue target behind Sehun too:

In EXODEUX we look closely at the aesthetic of X-EXO's eyes and all of them have dark makeup or scars - all but Sehůn! His eyes are clean and pure from the influence of the RF.

In the teaser poster below, Sehůn (case 94) is the only one on whom the target is not locked!

He is never seen with his double and is trying to fake it and trick the RF!! While the other X-EXO mems look sinister/appear expressive, Sehůn seems unbothered.

He is the only member who has concept pics with a blue background. Furthermore, his nails are almost clean and not like the other X-EXO ppl.

Sehun is also the only Exo member to appear in the EXODEUX Trailer at the end. All of this is too much of a coincidence and I believe he already fought his counterpart, won and has come to save EXO as we see in his mv remake (2014):

• Now let's talk about Suho's scenes. Suho is looking around in an art gallery full of pictures based on water and waves. He is suspended mid-air in the place but a new shot shows it is much more deeper than that both literally and figuratively: he is trapped underwater and his evil counterpart is the one trying to drown him.

Suhø is standing in water with 7 unknown hands reaching out to him - this could be a biblical reference to the seven deadly sins. Since the album was released in 2019, this is a nod to my fav group's 7th anniversary. Come to think of it he has red hair styled as devil's horns (junmyeon looks so perfect oml):

A lot of us noticed that in the beginning, he is shown trying to control the members as if they are puppets (yeah well I've watched this mv in slow-mo many times)

At 1:55 we notice a choking Suhø (junmyeon confirmed this) - the imagery is very creepy. This is because if Suho drowns, his double would choke too.

Sehun shoots arrows at his evil counterpart and gets hurt himself.

The recurrent theme is that whichever side - the good or the evil one tries to harm the other, both suffer the same fate. Why? because they are halves of each other as we discussed in the beginning of this post.

Getting back to the mv, the planets start to align as this happens.

This is just like the narration in MAMA intro: ...The day the grounds beget a singe file before one sky...

The teaser posters have this "Warning" on them:

Moving on, we find out how the X-EXO are nothing but agents and creation of the RF. Notice how the screen inside Suhø's head is very similar to the ones in and outside Chen's room.

•I'd like to talk about the red glowing marks on some of X-EXO ppl. Only Sehun's and Chanyeol's evil doubles do not glow. This could be another clue that Sehůn is good. The other X-EXO mems are corrupted. Instead Yeøl appears in inverted and oversaturated colors looking demonic.

• Another thing I noticed at around 3:06 of mv Jongdae and Suho sing this for the first time:

"The turned-on exit light" instead of "The turned-off exit light" as in chorus.

The ending shows a burning planet (initially I thought it was Earth but then I noticed it looked a bit different). SM confirmed it is "half of" exo Planet. Additionally it has a deep red glow ofc hinting this is because of the RF. There is still hope for exo to recover and defeat their enemies.

Erena as a young girl didn't really have a home... she actually did have parents but got kidnapped by pirates a long time ago... yet despite that, watching them from where she was trapped she was fascinated by what they all did... they wanted to sell her to someone who can have her a as a child worker for a scheme but she broke up in a more unconventional way... however she was still lost on what to do and so tried just to survive with what she had... becoming a poor street thief who tried to get by where she could... however one day this landed her into trouble with a circus, where she got caught sneaking in without paying to see the show and the head clown wanted her to work off her debt... this is where she met Slice... working with him for a while and finding out about her unique magic, which made her a great performer for the circus for a short while with how much she can stretch her arms... however she never wanted to stay a performer... and Slice knew that too... both didn't really have a choice in the end. The town they stayed in got attacked but in the commotion they met Shanaya... who saved them both out of this situation and after Slice lost his mentor in the commotion... both decided to be mentored by her and go along with her for a while... untill eventually they started their dorm.

Erena is despite the hardships very optimistic and always smiling... its hard to get her down, but if she is angry you know something went wrong... Some people would call her reckless when she calls herself moreso fearless... even her confidence is hard to get down, she has no hesitation to walk up to a stranger and strike up a conversation. Its why she became such a good leader of the dorm cause she strikes in first and tries to face any situation headon...

I like it when you can instantly spot new fans, fans who didn't live through the era between LIFAD and Untitled 😀 10 years of unknown!

😊 this band has been through all kinds of weather haven't they...(and the fans with them..)

i also sometimes think about fans who were fan at that time (or earlier) but who lost interest at about, let's say, 2017...could they ever have imagined then how much content we got from 2019 to now...2 albums, 8 (i think) videos, 4 years of touring (despite the covid years), 3 (i think) photobooks...

Screen recording is Not Allowed and I expext the app will have in-built function that blocks either picture or sound. The usual bypass is an emulator on PC but I cannot attest to that. If sound recording is blocked at least an additional device (and a quiet room!) can physically solve the problem.

Since there's only 30secs, better write your speech on a paper and show her, especially id you are not confident in Japanese.

I can't do it because I forgot timezones and thought it clashes with my entire flight 🤡 never quite prayed as hard for a delay. I can't quite record it with limited equipment either but oh it's so tempting to show her I'm flying over as we speak

I do appreciate the gesture for long-distance/international fans. I had hopes since LDH was pretty open to the oversea market in the first place, and Yuzuki answered positively when told of kingoh's popularity overseas.
