Some of the prettiest 5 you’ll ever hear, as simple as it is, probably because it’s not subgrouped up and at the tempo it is, just leaves you with a beautiful stream of glassy synth notes as an ostinato to latch onto.

The transition from 5/8 to 3/4 is wonderful too, the slight change to notes all ascending the last bar makes it nearly seamless, and then the group of 6 notes feels more like 3/4 than 6/8 without being jarring when the drums come in.

Hello once again you. Since the last time I uploaded, we reached 1K subs, THANK YOU! Here's to the next thousand (8) and many mooooooree..........BLURGH (8) I don't know this game but gosh dang it this track suggested to me is a bloody belter so I had to cover it! The game is locally known as The Legend Of Heroes: Trails In The Sky Second Chapter however it's Japanese name is more appealing as a video title ;) (There's a cheeky little Bon Iver riff in there somewhere, can you guess where it is? :P) Also the 11/8 section was pretty fun to figure out too. Also also, I've made the transition from 9 gauge strings to 11s and man do they feel great! Still getting used to the stiffness but my fingers are swiftly becoming acclimated to them! Hope y'all enjoy this month's cover! :D Stay safe.
