चैतन्य भारत न्यूज आमतौर पर ऐसा माना जाता है कि एक पेड़ पर एक ही तरह का फल लग सकता है, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है। आज हम आपको बताने जा रहे हैं एक ऐसे अनोखे पेड़ के बारे में जिस पर एक साथ 40 तरह के फल लगते हैं। जी हां... अमेरिका में एक विजुअल आर्ट्स के प्रोफेसर ने एक ऐसा ही अद्भुत पेड़ तैयार किया है, जिसपर 40 प्रकार के फल लगते हैं। (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ).push({}); यह अनोखा पेड़ 'ट्री ऑफ 40' नाम से मशहूर है। इसमें बेर, सतालू, खुबानी, चेरी और नेक्टराइन जैसे कई फल लगते हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक, अमेरिका स्थित सेराक्यूज यूनिवर्सिटी में विजुअल आर्ट्स के प्रोफेसर सैम वॉन ऐकेन इस अनोखे पेड़ के जनक हैं। इस विशेष पेड़ को विकसित करने के लिए उन्होंने वैज्ञानिक तकनीक का सहारा लिया है। उन्होंने इस काम की शुरुआत 2008 में की थी। जब उन्होंने न्यूयॉर्क राज्य कृषि प्रयोग में एक बगीचे को देखा, जिसमें 200 तरह के बेर और खुबानी के पौधे थे।

दरअसल, वो बगीचा फंड की कमी से बंद होने वाला था, जिसमें कई प्राचीन और दुर्गम पौधों की प्रजातियां भी थीं। प्रोफेसर वॉन खेतीबाड़ी वाले परिवार से संबंध रखते हैं, इसलिए उन्हें भी खेतीबाड़ी में अच्छी-खासी दिलचस्पी थी। अपने इसी शौक के चलते प्रोफेसर वॉन ने इस बगीचे को लीज पर ले लिया और ग्राफ्टिंग तकनीक की मदद से वह ‘ट्री ऑफ 40’ जैसे अद्भुत पेड़ को उगाने में कामयाब रहें। खबरों के मुताबिक, इस अनोखे पेड़ की कीमत करीब 19 लाख रुपए है।

क्या होती है ग्राफ्टिंग तकनीक ग्राफ्टिंग तकनीक में पौधा तैयार करने के लिए सर्दियों में पेड़ की एक टहनी कली समेत काटकर अलग कर ली जाती है। इसके बाद इस टहनी को मुख्य पेड़ में छेद करके रौप दिया जाता है। इसके बाद जुड़े हुए स्थान पर पोषक तत्वों का लेप लगाकर सर्दी भर के लिए पट्टी बांध दी जाती है। फिर टहनी धीरे-धीरे मुख्य पेड़ से जुड़ जाती है और उसमें फल-फूल आने लगते हैं।
