Những lưu ý làm giảm độc hại trong in lụa

In Lụa là một ngành phổ biến trong in ấn công nghiệp. Trong ngành in lụa thì các thao tác thủ công tức là dùng chân tay là không thể thiếu và người làm in lụa thường xuyên tiếp xúc với các hóa chất rất độc hại.

Trong ngành in lụa thì các thao tác thủ công tức là dùng chân tay là không thể thiếu và người làm in lụa thường xuyên tiếp xúc với các hóa chất rất độc hại, nhiều hóa chất được điều chế từ gốc Benzen (C6H6) là nguyên nhân của chứng bệnh máu trắng, Toluen (C7H8) là chất sẽ gây bệnh ung thư, và Cyclohexanone là một chất rất độc gây ung thư có mùi cực độc có tên gọi là Dầu Ông Già.

1. Tránh pha bột trực tiếp mà nên dùng keo chụp bản bắt sáng có pha sẵn

Keo chụp bản còn gọi là keo cảm quang luôn bao gồm 2 thành phần cơ bản: Nhũ tương và chất bắt sáng. Chất bắt sáng là chất rất độc với thành phần là Crome, Diazo,... có thể ảnh hưởng tới sức khỏe sinh sản. Để bảo vệ sức khỏe người tiêu dùng, hiện nay đã có các loại keo chụp bản có pha sẵn như: Ulano QTX, Ulano QX1, Ulano QX3, QX5, Unimix T33, Unimix ON, Unimix HD, Unimix OS, ISP HD,... Khi dùng các loại keo này bạn không cần phải pha bắt sáng. Bạn cũng có thể chọn các loại keo pha nước hoặc dung môi thay vì các loại keo chụp bản pha bột trực tiếp.

2. Dùng cây khuấy và dao khuấy loại tốt

Khi pha mực nhiều người vẫn có thói quen dùng các loại đũa, cây bằng gỗ khuấy mực, keo, hóa chất . Các loại cây khuấy tự chế sẽ tiết kiệm nhưng đổi lại sẽ không vệ sinh và hay bôi ra các vật liệu khác và đặc biệt cây khuấy tự chế không tách biệt phần tay cầm và phần thân quấy dễ gây nhầm lẫn. Công ty in ấn ANCOkhuyên bạn nên mua các loại dao khuấy và cây khuấy đúng loại bằng inox hoặc thép chuyên dụng. Các loại dao khuấy này sẽ giúp bạn sử dụng sạch sẽ vì nó dễ lau chùi và phân biệt phần thân khuấy và phần tay cầm.

3. Đừng quên khẩu trang

Để phòng chống độc hại qua đường hô hấp người dùng phải lưu ý luôn sử dụng khẩu trang. Ý thức này mà thay đổi thì sẽ bảo vệ bản thân vì các chất dung môi trong ngành in lụa rất độc hại.

4. Dùng chổi tẩy bản bôi dung môi và chà keo thay vì dùng khăn và bàn chà.

Việc tẩy keo chụp bản thường sử dụng kem tẩy hoặc chất tẩy độc hại như sút, javen, remover độc hại. Hãy dùng chổi tẩy bản như: Ulano brush, ISP brush để việc chà keo thuận tiện mà không độc hại.

5. Đậy kín hóa chất khi dùng xong

Các hóa chất, dung môi trong mực in rất dễ bay hơi.hãy tập thói quen luôn đậy kín nắp các loại hóa chất sau khi lấy ra dùng. thói quen này giúp bạn vừa tiết kiệm tránh sự bốc hơi của hóa chất mà còn giảm độc hại cho những người hoạt động trong xưởng in.

6. Dùng các loại mực ít độc hại

Hiện tại trên thị trường có rất nhiều loại mực điều chế gốc nước thay thế được các loại mực gốc dầu. Gốc dầu là các loại mực có tính độc hại cao nhất trong đó các chất Chì, Phthalates, PVC... là các chất gây ung thư.Các loại mực điều chế từ gốc nước cũng ít độc hại hơn các loại mực gốc dầu, vì vậy nếu bạn có thể dùng các loại mực gốc nước trong ngành vải như bóng dẻo Furukawa, ColorLab, Dai-i-chi, Matsui... thì là bạn đã góp phần giảm độc hại cho bản thân và cho người sử dụng sản phẩm quần áo có in hình.
