I need more Sanses to be able to be absolute nerds. Like, the non Swapped Sanses all have PHDs, they're scientists, canon Sans has a bunch more hobbies too (he likes stars, he reads car magazines, even if it's just for his brother, he's a comedian).

Like, these guys have gotta be passionate about what they like.

Like, imagine Color having in depth knowledge about the history of photography. Delta being an absolute nerd when it comes to metal welding. Epic is just a nerd from every point of view. Killer has a knack for biology, he has an encyclopedic knowledge of everything regarding cats, and he's interested in coding. Dust to me feels like a probability kinda guy (he's gonna be a nerd about it when it comes to playing card games) and also a chemistry kinda guy, he probably makes drugs in his basement. Horror I don't know, but whatever he's a nerd about is gonna be freaky.

Man... I need to write these guys forget that not everyone else is obsessed with their specific interest. I need them to be cringe (affectionate)

Sometimes I wonder why the fandom used blatantly refuse to allow killer to love or care about color the way they made him care about literally anyone else, mostly nightmare, on the rare occasions they bothered to acknowledge color at all.

It’s always depicted as if killer doesn’t feel the same way about color as color does about him (romantic or platonic doesn’t matter) as if color isn’t the only one killer has ever asked for help or admitted his deepest wants and desires to and if color isn’t the only person he has ever canonically and openly admitted to liking in any capacity in his present day, and being aware of that liking even in Stage 2 after the “Save Me” comic, even if it’s not enough for him to trust Color yet. The only other person he’s gotten close to saying that he ‘used to like’ was Toriel.

Papyrus would’ve likely been another if killer had ever been able to handle even thinking about him. Let alone talking about him. Not even Nightmare gets ‘like,’ at most he gets ‘kinda missed.’

Literally, when asked if he likes anyone, killer has just straight up just said “no” and yet in the same comic where color gets killer to admit what he wants, killer also (in stage 2!) would’ve said he “kinda likes that guy” if nightmare hadn’t told him to shut up. And that is immediately after threatening to kill color.

I’m going to be so honest, I was having a pretty hard time with the poses and such- I’ve been pushing myself to understand and actually learn more about the different brushes in all the different apps I use so I hope this doesn’t look all that crowded or messy. (I was going to wait till tomorrow but I got impatient..sorry!)

I love the headcanons about all the skeletons having tails and they got me thinking about what other animal traits they could get. My first thought was horns because those are cool af

So here's my headcanons for the Extended Chromatic Crew's horns:

Killer's horns used to match those of the goitered gazelle (fastest kind of antelope because to me he's always gonna be a speedy and agile boy):

I say "used to" because they were very grabbable and he couldn't afford that level of vulnerability. I can imagine that Stage 2 probably sawed them off at some point. Probably soon after Nightmare kidnapped him since he wasn't getting reset constantly anymore.

Epic's gets the horns of the Royal Antelope because they're funny animals and I think he deserves that:

Most of the time he keeps them hidden under his hoodie. The one on the side of his purple eye has some purple veins running along it.

Color has rhinoceros horns:

He's built for stabbing. Also it's the only way I can leave him with all of his horns, and he deserves to have at least that. Makes kissing him quite an awkward affair but I don't care. He's the tanky version of a unicorn guys.

Delta has got something along the lines to a bighorn sheep:

They're basically armor. He probably built some metal coverings for them too just to make sure they're built for fighting. This way a headbutt from him is just as devastating as one of his punches.

For Cross there is literally only one choice and we all know it:

Meanwhile, I imagine that Dust's horns used to be something very impressive, think something like a kudu's horns:

But he has since filed them down to hide them under his hoodie. They were too much of a reminder of who he used to be. And he needed to be able to avoid seeing them whenever he catches a glimpse of himself in the mirror. He's definitely a bit jealous of Epic's horns and their naturally very small size.

Horror's horns look like they're supposed to be something truly impressive. Alpine ibex sort of size:

But one of them has been snapped off in his confrontation with Undyne, and the other one is ruined as well, with cracks running along it. A side effect of not eating for 7 years...

Given that color either has cracks or a hole in his left arm, especially if it was his dominant hand, that probably means he has to stop using his left arm and hand as much.

So not only does he have to adjust to learning how to do things with his non dominant hand to avoid potentially causing himself and the souls further bodily pain—if not lose that arm or hand completely—he has to learn how to do it while they have a massive blind spot in their right field of vision.

Add in having to readjust to various levels of lightening after like two decades in mostly complete pitch black, as well as already present sensory sensitivity from autism, having to turn their head all the way to right just to even see anything at all, blindly grasp around and pray he grabbed exactly what he wanted with strong enough of a grip to not break or drop it.

Sounds so annoying and frustrating and upsetting to have to adjust to a new way of adapting to life because your body is different now. I wonder how often he has broken glass, stabbed himself on something sharp, dropped so many things, ran into walls and doors, how long does it take him to eat with forks and knives without stabbing their face.

I wonder if he has intrusive images or nightmares of half of his arm just..hanging limply by a single thin mass of bone and moving when he shakes it, or completely falling off and dusting.
