i suppose it's time for that annual post then, no? I'll try and keep it short this year.

If I'm being honest, for me, right now, it doesn't really feel like new years. Like in just a few hours we'll have a whole new year ahead, and I find that so odd. It's most likely just a me thing, after all.

Despite the shitty moments from this year, this year overall for me has probably been the least shitty out of the last three, though I know that doesn't go for everyone. A lot of you, my friends, have been in mental health slumps(including myself), gone through devestating situation. Not to mention everything that's going on the world right now..

I'd like to salute you, give a nod even, and especially a hug to all of my friends, from different states, countries,(planets) and communities. I don't know what'd I do without you all, every one of you has made me laugh, especially.. especially through some of hardest shit I'm going through currently and Have gone through.

To the friends who've been with me since I've started posted my art and stupid jokes here and have watched me grow, commented, on my growth, who've let me talk when I've needed, opened my eyes to perspectives I'm shocked I hadn't even thought of, and made this year better...and..honestly? I hope I've done the same. Made this year at least a little more bearable.

Going into the new year, I hope to once again spend it with you all, my fifth year on this site, and my fifth year with you guys. Let's stick together with this year, lean on each other, so anyone will know that we have each other through whatever horrifying shit gets thrown at us.

Personality: She truly is a queen. She is a strong and fearless woman. She is compassionate and listens to others when necessary. She takes her position seriously and is very proud of it, but she has adapted to modern times. She is honest and tries to be gentler than others perceive her to be. She is completely in control of her temper. She is close to the others and values everyone's input. She collaborates with friends on her writing. She enjoys music, art, and writing, and she will go to great lengths to protect those she loves. She desires deep, soulful connections and is driven to assist others.

Appearance: She has long wavy brown hair. She's about 5'1" and she's a bit slimmer than other sonas, but still maintains a somewhat chubby figure. She has a scar on her eyebrow. She has hazel eyes.

Esme - The Duet of Medieval and Modern AU Skelesona

Personality: She is a guard and handmaiden to Dione. She is a bright and kind-hearted person who cares a little TOO much. She is a little mysterious. As you get closer, she begins to reveal more about herself. She enjoys listening to music and singing along. She took to modern times somewhat well. When necessary, she hides behind a mask. She devotes a significant amount of time to writing and reading. She can't always sing because she's crying. She genuinely loves her family and is willing to die for them. She cares about people and wants to help them, but she can only do so much.

Appearance: She is a skeleton monster with purple eye lights. She is about 5'1".

Aw dammit, you guys are makin me wanna post this now(10:05) instead of 11:00, but im strong lmao (WARNING, long post ahead)

Anyways, i wanted to start this post off, by giving a thanks to all the truly wonderful people ive met on this platform from this year, last year, when i first joined, and the years to come. Youve all made my experience here wonderful, and to be honest youve made me feel so very very welcomed, and especially loved.

I came to this (wonderful)hellsite during a really lonely time in my life. A few years ago, around the later days of june, 2019, looking for more undertale content. What i didn't expect to find at all, were all the wonderful people im so so so very glad to now call my friends.

All of you, and i mean all, of you invited and welcomed me into your blogs with open arms, kindness, and silly jokes. Even going to the lengths introducing me to your other friends and making me apart of your friend groups. And...i genuinely cannot express how thankful i am for that.

Im so serious, i feel so loved and cared for every single day now, i always have someone to vent or talk with, someone to joke and ramble with, so many people that ive intertwined into this little online family of mine.

Weve all been through..a lot these past three years. What, with covid, loss, hate, and so much more. What im grateful for, is that i havent lost any of you, which not only am i suprised about, but also so grateful. You guys make me feel like the best verison of myself, and make me feel..well..me. we've all stuck together and looked out for each other, helped each other out with our problems, and shared art and stories.

Ive had the pleasure of meeting some very fine, brilliant, and respectable people thus far, and have had the honor of talking with some astonishing young friends. Ive even had the pleasure of gaining followers, and have received fanart of my own characters!! Which, i would have never guess would have happened. Ever. And yet it did, and that means so much to me.

So i suppose what im trying to do, or well..say here, is that all of you have turned my life for the better, and id like to thank you for that.

Bellatrix - The North Star: H

Personality: She is a sweet and wistful lady. She is difficult to locate, yet once located, she guides and assists others. She is a happy and compassionate person. She is an extremely creative person who enjoys reading and art. She also enjoys music and is frequently found bopping her head to it while drawing and writing. She is quite helpful and easily points the way. She also always brings a map with her for wherever she is. She is quite shy and frequently avoids social situations. She can be spotted hiding behind her book or concentrating intensely on her sketching.

Appearance: She is a young lady. She is about 5'1". Her eyes are a shade of soft purple that ombres into a deep purple. She has scars all over her body. In the center of her collarbone is a tattoo of a SAVE Point Star (or a four-edged star.)

Astria - The South Star: H

Personality: She's a bright and cheerful person. She takes care of Bellatrix and helps her with maps and is her balance. She is the one who talks while Bellatrix listens. She is a creative person as well, but she likes to sing and paint as well. She is quite a helpful person and knows how to help guide. She jumps into social situations and is the talk when Bellatrix is too tired to talk. She is very kind-hearted and she can talk your ear off. She is not easily flustered, unlike her counterpart. While they are not sisters, they act as though they are.

Appearance: She is a young lady. She is about 5'1". Her eyes are a soft shade of gold turning to a deep gold. She has scars all over her body. She has a SAVE point (a four-edged star) tattoo on her back in a similar placement to Bellatrix's tattoo.

Aspen (HT Sans)

Age: 33

Height: 6 ft

Tail length: Long, pass his knees

Voice Headcanon: Ash from Bonely Hearts Club

- Personality: quiet, at times awkward, sassy, serious, protective, blunt

- Aspen is currently working on his violent outbursts but they still occur occasionally

- Feels guilty for what he’s done in the underground, especially to Pine. He doesn’t expect anyone to accept any apologies he gives. But he’s also not going to accept HT! Undyne’s apology to him. He’s currently in therapy to recover.

- Baking, gardening, and scrapbook journaling are ways that he copes and to help with his memory issues

- He likes classical, jazz, and instrumental music... and Backstreet Boys

- Works as a baker at his and Pine’s book cafe. Whenever he’s on his break, he grabs one of the books from the shelves and reads them. 

- His favorite food is anything that’s chocolate

- He’s not used to being given genuine compliments so he gets embarrassed easily

- Has a pit bull named Rocky. He’s very lazy.

- Sewed cloth/patches on his jacket after it got ripped up real bad during his fight with HT! Undyne. He’s started knitting recently. He made a really messed up sweater for Pine. Pine wears it when he goes to bed and he cherishes it

- Growth spurt due to being a soul vampire

- He rarely remembers the Frisk from his universe but whenever he thinks of them, a part of him is angry

- He likes soft things. Any plushies, soft blankets, or mittens will make him go… well, soft.

- He dreams of growing his own echo flowers. It’s a little difficult growing them outside, but he would like to grow some so he and Pine can say reminders for Aspen to remember when he passes several of them. Echo flowers also remind him of the one place in the underground where he was at peace.

- Love language: Gift giving

Pine (HT Papyrus)

Age: 29

Height: 7 ft

Tail length: Long, goes up to his ankle

Voice headcanon: Ignis from Final Fantasy XV

- Personality: sassy, passionate, scholarly, honest but can be blunt, hardworking, understanding

- A great singer but is shy about singing in front of others

- He’s very self conscious of his looks, so he’s not as confident as he was when he was younger. 

- He wants to learn about other languages. Currently, he’s learning Spanish and ASL.

- Pine loves reading mystery/thrillers and adventure novels. He loves solving mysteries and experiencing adventures from the comfort of his chair.

- Pine also loves teaching others. While he opened a book cafe with Aspen, he is working towards becoming a teacher. 

- He’s a good person to listen to your problems. He’s also the best person to watch movies or TV shows with because of his commentary.

- He has so many random facts to share with others but easily gets embarrassed when he rambles for too long. He also likes to mess with people with factually incorrect information

- Growth spurt due to being a bit of soul vampire

- Pine helps out with Aspen’s memory issues. He’s also working on rebuilding his relationship with Aspen

- Pine has a Burmese cat named Cream. She is a sweetheart.

- Pine holds a grudge against Frisk and still has a strained relationship with HT! Undyne

- His favorite food is dinosaur egg oatmeal (and it will remain that way)

- Pine loves to do art and craft projects. It’s his way to relax. He really likes to do those DIY miniature dollhouses. 

- He has a cane (the kind that Viktor from Arcane has) and has back problems

- He still enjoys tinkering. While he might not work on automobiles, he likes working on smaller mechanisms like small clocks.

- Love language: Acts of services

Backstory under the cut:

- After Frisk left the underground with all of the human souls, the CORE needed an energy source or else it was going to melt down. 

- Alphys and Aspen work together to find a solution. Aspen thinks that destroying the CORE and making a new power source is the solution while Alphys suggests a temporary solution where they use the magic from the amalgamates. 

- When Aspen came to Undyne about his solution, they had a disagreement and had a big fight. Undyne and Aspen each lose one of their eyes. The CORE was destroyed as a result of their fight.

- With no power source, monsters started losing hope and started to go hungry and many started falling down. This was until Alphys suggests that monsters use the magic of monsters starting to fall down as a power source, slightly inspired by the amalgamates.

- This however evolved into monsters becoming some sort of vampire where they suck other monsters’ souls/magic to sustain themselves

- Pine was against this but Aspen wanted Pine to survive. Aspen finds a way to preserve several monsters’ souls and hides them within Pine’s spaghetti and lets Pine and the residents of Snowdin eat it. Aspen does this several times until Pine discovers what Aspen had been doing. This leads to Pine mistrusting Aspen.

- Humans were often sought after to have their souls sucked since they have stronger magic. Aspen has both drained some human souls and tricked Pine and others to drain humans’ souls.

- When Aliza fell to the underground, Pine decided that he would protect Aliza from the others and convince them to let Aliza help monsterkind break the barrier. It took a lot of convincing, but Aspen and others decide to help Aliza break them out of the underground.
