A sister Amira Dickerson commented on my IG post that the Seamossucino™️ that I promoted for the winter is innovative. While I am thankful, I am thankful to have wonderful women in my life like Carlene Thompson @islandalite who introduced me to Sea Moss and Dr. Sebi in 1993. I am thankful for my Ancestors and other Spiritual lineages for continuously guiding me to create new Unapologetically Healthy things. Carlene taught me how to make the Sea Moss using the method that I make the Seamossucino today. I have perfected it in my own way by using no pre made butters or milks and putting my own special twist on it. I first introduced it on 12, 12 2012 (love those numbers) while incubating @dropsquadkitchen in @mollysicecream. I used @holisticheights, Smoothie Blend, by Nadra Rae. The pic was my very first IG post. I love that sis Nadra and I are still in the game and are THRIVING! Lase Edumare! Today I use Raw Sea Moss as I was instructed.
