Not to be a bad influence, but you should totally get that comic! It's as cool as the helmet, but doesn't take up as much space, so you can always carry it with you!

Been trying to working on my trust issues thru writing and here's the problem: I think everything I say makes sense how does everyone else not think this way
#lindsay speaks#// vent ish#like yk usually therapist say it's coming from an irrational fear but i don't feel like I'm being irrational i think I'm very logical#like i mentioned recently i don't believe in absolutes especially in relationships and the counselor I was talking to was baffled ghhghfh#''not even your family?'' girl especially??? what are we talking about#and then it was how do you know if you don't try / every person is different every relationship is and it's like yeah#but someone always leaves first there's no other end to this story yadayada so then it's it's normal for relationships to only last a seaso#like ok so you agree there are no absolutes and shes like wait no. ok so what gives. there's no such thing as unconditional love#there's always conditions. there's always exceptions. there's always an end. and the majority of the time it's a bloody one.#so really why treat anything seriously.... it will never last soooo... i give up#literally everytime i have said ''yk what... I'm going to trust them. if they say nothing's wrong then nothing's wrong. if I'm loving them#wrong they will let me know. if they hate me they will tell me. stop worrying stop worrying!!'' and then it's always [#[psychological manipulation] [psychological manipulation] [psychological manipulation]#and I'm left feeling like what the fuck is reality what is going on and they're like ''yk you're just not fun anymore'' and throw me away#meanwhile I'm still laying there in the garbage bin confused as fuck !!!!!!!! what the hell !!!!!! I'm not fun anymore because I'm hurt??#and confused???#so no. absolutes do not exist. and people will leave you for reasons such as ''too emotional'' or ''no fun anymore''#and I've accepted that. i guess it's trying to unaccept it that i struggle with.#because logically. it just makes sense.#and it's ruining my life that i can't trust anyone#and I'm right about it.#and if it's not a universal truth then... it's just me. and I'm cursed#my b lemme stop being so not fun then.

Podcast I'm listening to (Struggle Care) just made the point "people truly can't imagine a world where empathy and accountability happen in the same place" and this is all in relation to the idea of co-dependency but i think it's a really good point in general
#im not gonna get too much into the weeds here but i think this is a really good way of describing the way i've been learning to think lately#and it's something that i think is often difficult for people because there's this attitude of ''you're making excuses'' vs.#''you're overreacting''#one is harsh and the other is dismissive and in most situations where harm has been done the most productive response#is neither of those things#like#one of the best and most infuriating things ive ever jad to accept is that *everyone*#literally *everyone*#is doing their best#yes i also hate this but#from their perspective and from the version if reality they are operating in#i genuinely think everyone is just trying to live the best way they know how#but accepting that is not the same as saying ''no one should be held accountable for the fucked up shit they do''#it's just saying that people act in certain ways because of reasons and we can have understanding for that even if#we find those reasons to be wrong and the actions unacceptable#you can hold two seemingly opposing truths in your mind simultaneously#i genuinely think learning how to do this as a society would do A LOT of harm reduction

As can be seen from table 11.6, this is not the case. (...) A good correlation between the acidity and the heterolytic H-X bond energies in the gas phase does exist, as can be seen in table 11.6; these gas phase data, however, neglect solvent effects and do not therefore constitute an acceptable approximation of reality.

tiger!sukuna taking care of his kitty...
you squirm and twitch as his large, rough tongue runs up and down the juncture throat, the side of your neck, your jaw. your tiny hands push at his chest but it's of no use – he's just so much bigger and stronger than you. his tail sways from side to side and his ears keep twitching out of excitement; he can smell you, really smell you, and he can't stop grinning to himself – you keep trying to resist him while in reality... you love it.
his poor little kitty – overwhelmed by his need to simply take care of you:(((
the deep rumble, the low purr that reverberates through his chest is making you feel dizzy and you can't hold back the broken mewl that spills from your bitten lips. you feel his mean grin against your skin and it makes you try to push him off again. it doesn't work. when you try to fight him, fight his love for you – it only eggs him on further. his sharp nails dig into the soft meat of your waist as he lowers his hips, making you gasp when you feel his bulge rubbing against your heat.
claws sink into you and he's most certainly marks on your, oh, so sensitive skin; he uses his free hand to grab and turn your head to the other side as he licks and licks and licks – his saliva covers just about every inch of your neck and he just can't get enough. he holds your face in his big hands and he revels in the size difference... you're just so small compared to him:(( you don't even have a chance:(((
"stop... s'too much." you whine as you squirm under him. "'m clean now, kuna..."
that earns you a nip at your jaw.
he pushes you deeper into the mattress. he's nowhere even close to being done with you. he's only at your neck? what about the rest of your body? he'd rather have you crying from the suffocating weight of his overbearing love than to leave you like this – dirty and smelling like... well, not him. this is completely unacceptable!!!!

mouthwashing is a game about mediocre people in a bad situation. mouthwashing is a game about the horror of the reality of people choosing their friends even when those friends actively hurt people in unacceptable ways. mouthwashing is a game about being stranded in space and leading people while being someone who can't handle the pressures of leading the way he thought he could. mouthwashing is about envy and greed and lying and selfishness and people forcing their way to the top. mouthwashing is about how the lack of security for vulnerable people leads to their inevitable harm by people in positions of power 100% of the time, whether it be now or down the line. mouthwashing is a game about hating the people you love, and loving the people you hate. mouthwashing is about how sometimes you can spend your entire life working towards one thing, and when you finally get it you realize you don't even want it. mouthwashing is about avoiding the real issue so that you can present a solution that won't work in the long run to try and keep everybody happy instead of keeping everybody safe. mouthwashing is about the horrors women face in the workforce, ones that are real and tangible and happening every single day, whether you want to believe it or not. mouthwashing is about keeping your head up and a smile on your face until the moment you can't do it anymore. mouthwashing is about locking yourself in a room because you realized that you can't do it anymore. mouthwashing is about being old enough and wise enough and angry enough to know that you can't do it anymore. mouthwashing is about deluding yourself and deluding your friends and faking responsibility to avoid the fact that you can't do it anymore. mouthwashing is about taking responsibility. mouthwashing is about fixing it. mouthwashing is about hoping it hurts. but more than anything, at the core of it all... mouthwashing is about killing 99.9% of bacteria instantly; go and buy dragonbreath mouthwash today!

by the way, if a ship disgusts you but you don’t harass people who ship it, you’re a proshipper.
being a proshipper isn’t exclusive to only “enjoying a ship that would have been morally unacceptable in real life”.
being a proshipper just means “being against online harassment”.
you can be a proshipper and be disgusted by some specific ships at the same time, as long as you don’t harass people who enjoy them.
being a proshipper literally just means you know how to scroll past / ignore / mute / block things that make you uncomfortable instead of “attacking people for enjoying these fictional things”.
being a proshipper means being against bullying and harassing people over fictional things because you can separate fiction from reality and you know that how people choose to enjoy fictional things is not your business. that’s all.

Pollen and Pheromones
Kinktober Day 13: Sex Pollen
Male Alpha Yandere x Gender Neutral Omega Reader CW: Noncon, sex pollen, aphrodisiac, pheromones, knotting, biting, claiming bite, stranded, spaceship crash, sci-fi, outer space, alien planet, a/b/o dynamics, bigotry/prejudice against omegas, rivalry, breeding, general yandere behavior, tsundere, betrayal Word Count: 1.6k (Enjoy this kinktober meal I have prepared <3)
"Star log: This is Pilot 2418 currently operating vessel Starlion: Orion. I am currently on route to pass the threshold of our galaxy in less than five minutes."
You were a shuttle pilot, one of the Exploration Guild's best. Ever since humanity had achieved interplanetary travel, they had sought to extend themselves ever further. With the new drift-space drives, that dream was now a reality.
They were only currently suited for small 1 to 2 man shuttlecraft, and only a couple such craft had been made. Two different ones had been commissioned through the guild, with both pilots competing to see who could exit the Milky Way first. The new drive could only be used in bursts to prevent overloading, so the journey had still taken a few months. But it seemed like you were about to succeed. Then you could make a U-turn and start drift-jumping back towards the nearest station.
Since you were an omega, this was a great achievement, a notice to the universe that your kind could do whatever betas and alphas could. You would be able to help stamp out the lingering bigotry and inspire others all with one action.
You were just about to cross the finish line!
Suddenly, your opponent, Tetsunori, came out of drift-space behind you. He had been your long-time rival, with both of you being about equally skilled.
But this was unacceptable to him as he was an alpha and held to the knothead mindset that an omega's place was bouncing on an alpha's prick or maybe in a teaching or nursing job.
You weren't worried, though. You had a solid lead. There was no way he could close the gap.
You rolled your eyes at the incoming transmission.
"Why don't you just give up now? If you surrender nicely, I'll let you celebrate my victory by letting you keep my knot warm!"
The temptation to reply was too great.
"Ha! You may be good at navigating the stars, but I doubt you have ever found your way into an omega."
Conversing with him hadn't distracted you or made you pause, so he growled as he switched to another plan. He fired on his tractor beam.
What the fuck, was he insane? Stooping so low to make sure you couldn't have a historic moment? You fired an equal and opposite tractor beam through his, which forced him to disengage. Something only possible because both ships were similar in size and energy output. Did he think you were some amateur?
In a desperate bid to prevent you from winning, Tetsunori rammed his shuttle into yours.
This type of bumping wasn't unheard of. It wasn't lethal if both ships were similar and had their shields up. But the bouncing was pretty strong for both parties, which is why it was a last-ditch effort. It could push you past the line, or it could bump him further. Neither of those things happened, though.
Instead, you careened right into the gravitational pull off a planet. You did everything you could to slow down and stabilize, but nothing seemed to be working.
Tetsunori sped after you in his spacecraft as he spoke into the comm link.
"I'm sorry, oh my god, I'm so sorry! I just had to be first! What omega would want to be mates with someone who they bested??"
You didn't have time for his weird ass confession and barely registered it. Your shields were still online and he had started pulsing his tractor beam to slow you down, full usage of it at such speeds could rip your ship apart, thankfully he wasn't an amateur either and knew that.
You put all available power and quickly put it into overloading the shields. You hit the emergency crash button, and two nozzles came out from the sides of the cockpit and sprayed you with a rapidly drying foam that would reduce damage to you if you got flung about the ship. Tetsunori's reckless and speedy entry into the atmosphere may have been enough to save you, but he had lost control of his vessel as well.
As you crashed, he careened away and crash-landed as well.
It was a good thing the high-tech impact reduction foam was so effective. Despite having shields, the ship was still shaken pretty badly, and the inertial dampeners weren't powerful enough to thwart damage from such a landing.
You took stock of the condition of your systems.
Almost everything was fried. You could at least scan the planet. It seemed like you had actually lucked out. In the entire galaxy planets that supported life were incredibly rare. But you had landed on one.
It seemed there were no known biological hazards present. No recognized toxins, dangerous bacteria, or viral agents. You were cleared to remove your suit. The temporary foam had started to dissolve, so it wasn't hard to remove.
The scanner also indicated there was a strong human life sign. It appeared that Tetsunori was okay.
You took the survival kit from underneath your seat as well as some beverages and rations you had procured at the last station and headed in the direction of dust and smoke in the distance.
You didn't even need the ship's scanner to tell you that the great imbecile, Tetsunori had landed there.
As you got closer, you stepped into a field of flowers that surrounded the entire crash site. You were probably still a mile away, but all around you were odd glittery silver and gold flowers.
The smell of them made you just slightly lightheaded and tingly. You realized the tiniest bit of slick was dribbling down your leg. They must be an aphrodisiac. The scanner hadn't warned you of anything in the air that was truly dangerous, so it probably wouldn't matter very much. And it really didn't. For you. As you trudged through the flowers and pollen, the effects did not get worse.
But for Tetsunori, the pollen was much stronger. When it hit his nostrils, it immediately put him into rut. Not a typical rut either, one of the ruts you see in pornos where the alpha is almost feral and unable to control their mating drive. When you came upon him, he was sitting on a piece of debris from his shit and rocking back and forth in clear distress. Through his outfit, his bulge was immediately visible.
"T-tetsunori? Uh... are you okay? D-did you get hurt in the crash?"
You took a step back when he looked up at you. His eyes were red, giving him a demonic appearance.
"The flowers, I think... they... UGH! My thoughts are all jumbled..."
He started to rub and massage his crotch desperately. He finally caught a whiff of your scent, ripe from the recent hike over to him and from being without a proper shower since your last space station stop. Not to mention the smell of the slick the aphrodisiac had coaxed out of you.
He started wildly sniffing at the air.
"Y-you smell so nice. You can help!"
You started backing away slowly.
"Uh... help with what?"
He got up and closed the difference between the two of you. Sweat had his dark hair clinging to his head. He was significantly taller and looked down at you intensely before sniffing and licking your neck with lazy broad strokes.
"S-smell so gooood. Always wanted to knot youuuu~"
You tried to push him off.
"Tetsunori! St-stop!"
You slapped, smacked, kicked, punched, and flailed, but nothing you did deterred him in the slightest.
"I'm sorry, but I fucking n-need this!"
He pinned you to the ground, clawing and biting off all your clothing until only your underwear was left, he removed it more delicately before inhaling its scent deeply and putting it in his pocket for later.
"Please don't do this, Tetsunori, PLEASE!"
He looked down at you, and it seemed like he was genuinely trying to resist before the pollen-charged rut won out.
Tetsunori unzipped his pants and let his drooling cock and full heavy balls out.
"G-gonna put all my babies in you! Have to! Have to!"
The lust-drunk alpha wasted no more time in ramming into you, an insertion that would have been more difficult had the pollen not slicked you up. Though it was still sudden and slightly painful.
"A-aaah!"
You tried to kick at him, but he growled viciously before pushing you into a mating press and slobbering all over your neck with his eager tongue.
The pollen must have increased the potency of his pheromones, or at least your susceptibility to them, because his musk was starting to cloud your thoughts.
Your grunts of pain became gasps of pleasure as your body quickly accommodated to his large size. You winced as he bit down hard on your neck to claim you. He kept right on fucking into you without skipping a beat.
He licked and kissed the lightly bleeding bite mark, some part of him remembering to comfort you despite his dominating need to fill you with cock. And by that point, the last of your resistance finally melted away.
"T-tetsunoriiiiii~" You moaned as your toes curled and body twitched in orgasm.
He growled your name in response and gave a few hard, deep thrusts before cumming as deeply as possible.
A comforting fullness filled your hole as his knot locked the two of you together. He pulled you close as he sat down so that you were in his lap facing him. The two of you caught your breath, then remained in an awkward silence until his knot deflated.
"G-got it out of your system?"
"Yeah... for the most part... sorry about that..."
You lifted yourself off of his lap, his half hard cock springing free with a lewd plopping sound.
"Well... it wasn't your fault. It was just the pollen..."
He grabbed your wrist and pulled you back into his lap, his cock ramming directly into you, then began humping.
"Well... it wasn't just the pollen..."

purity and cancel culture make people think artists who write, draw, sing or make things about subjects that are (rightfully) considered disturbing and socially unacceptable — as well as fans who like fictional things that are (rightfully) considered disturbing and socially unacceptable — are “red flags”, “predators”, “deserving of having their hard drives checked”, etc, when in reality people can like or make fictional things about subjects that are (rightfully) considered disturbing and socially unacceptable without condoning these things in real life.
artists who create (fictional) contents about triggering subjects aren’t automatically “predators who condone these terrible things in real life”. artists who create (fictional) contents about triggering subjects are just artists who create (fictional) contents about triggering subjects.
people who like (fictional) contents about triggering subjects aren’t automatically “predators who condone these terrible things in real life”. people who like (fictional) contents about triggering subjects are just normal people who like (fictional) contents about triggering subjects. for reasons that aren’t nobody’s business but their own.
(as long as they don’t act out these things in real life and hurt real people, they’re normal people like you and me, and 99.99% of people who like fucked up fictional things are normal people who don’t hurt anyone in real life.
if someone watched a fucked up movie and acted out the antagonist’s crimes in real life, then it still meant that this individual was already fucked up and a predator, and they would have done terrible things whether or not they watched a fucked up film; the art itself don’t make people do terrible things.)
art has never been restricted to only rainbow and sunshine and unicorns.
art is also about the depiction of macabre, things that are disgusting, unpleasant, violent and unacceptable. (as long as nobody in real life actually gets hurt.)
you can’t claim to “accept art and artists” and then say “but if you write fics about (X) or if you like this movie then you’re a red flag and are disgusting 🤢”
it’s absolutely okay if you personally hate these types of fictional works that revolve around triggering subjects that are (rightfully) disgusting and socially unacceptable, it’s okay because it just means these types of works are not for you (no one forces you to watch, read or listen to them), but it’s not okay if you start harassing artists who create or people who enjoy art you personally hate, just because you hate them and therefore you believe other people must hate them too or else they’re terrible people.
you are a terrible person if you harass anybody in real life over fictional things that aren’t real.
you are the one who aren’t able to separate fiction from reality.

Binghe is still in The Abyss during the "Cang Qiong Mountain Sect vs Huan Hua Palace" saga, but he's perfectly capable of getting out. He's just...hurt and confused and angry and very VERY jealous of what SQQ and LQG had going on last he checked. So before he dramatically leaves The Abyss, he needs to be stronger than LQG. Because he's going to rub that man's face into the dirt until Shizun realizes that Binghe is better. That Binghe can destroy him and also whatever Shizun is scared of. So. He needs to KNOW he's better than LQG. And to know that, he has to have spies on the surface. When they bring back information on the intersect cold war going on he is...so confused. His Shizun? Who pushed him into The Abyss? Was detained on suspicion of aiding heavenly demons? His Shizun who hates demons (him)???????? Sounds fake. But also...Shizun. He can't NOT investigate.
There is some pretty compelling evidence in the demon world that SQQ has been looking into demonic seals. Specifically, with Zhuzhi-lang. Demons think SQQ is seeking to seal something, while Huan Hua argues that he's trying to free TLJ. It's all very baffling. The only real important things he learns are: 1) SQQ is in the Water Prison.
2) LQG is planning to change that, sect politics or no sect politics.
This is, concretely, something he can do better than LQG. He can beat LQG to Shizun. He can even whisk Shizun away - demon mark aglow - and nobody in the cultivation world would seek to save him with this final condemnation. Sure it's a change of plans, but he can roll with this can't he? Shut up Meng Mo, this is a great plan.
Cue both LQG and LBH succeeding, simultaneously, in breaking into the Water Prison. Cue them both losing their minds at SQQ tied, beaten, and bleeding in the middle of a platform, suddenly looking terrified (because those two should NEVER EVER be in a room together, not Post-Abyss, this can't be happening-) Binghe takes a step closer to LQG, Xin Mo drawn, and SQQ flinches. And a lot of things click together for LQG. Luo Binghe is a heavenly demon and he certainly isn't dead. SQQ clearly knew both of those things. He's been looking into the sealing of TLJ. SQQ is also afraid.
This, here, is the enemy LQG has been training himself to fight. He's right. He's also very very wrong.
As LBH and LQG turn on each other, an eerily similar mad glint in both of their eyes, SQQ lets a little something something slip in his desperation: "Liu-shidi is not permitted to die for this master again-"
And this does not help the situation even a little bit.
Genuine SVSSS angst thoughts, but I've always been curious about what SQQ would have done if, in his downward spiral (Jinlan city arc would be BRUTAL for this, but I'm thinking during Plantzun era), Binghe had actually killed LQG. On one hand, that's the plot fulfilled. LQG was always meant to die in the story and nobody is allowed to challenge the protagonist. On the other hand...LQG is the one character that broke SQQ's preconceived notions from the start. He's SQQ's first plot-breaking action, a true test of his ability to be OOC, proof that he CAN change things. He's also SQQ's friend. SQQ runs away from his feelings until he can't, doesn't take the story seriously (or thinks he doesn't) until it's clear to him that it hurts others, constantly reinforces and justifies his unwillingness to do anything about The Problem of Luo Binghe with idea that the world will bend to LBH's whims and there's nothing he can do to stop it unless it's to help Binghe or himself specifically. He's never had to face losing another person through that passiveness, through The Plot as he allows it, through LBH as the vessel carrying out that loss. What kind of mental gymnastics would he have to do to get over it, knowing that he emotionally processes pretty much 0% of what happens to him? Could he even manage that? Given a redo, what would he do? He can't convince LQG to NOT protect him, not after saving his life, and not saving his life is unacceptable. He can't leave LQG's rescue to anyone else, knowing that it's part of The Plot that he'll die! He can't run away - the system will never allow that, role-locked as he is. Just SQQ trying to play 5D chess against The System, having absolutely no idea that LBH never wanted him to die to begin with, making incredibly convoluted choices to keep LQG alive...and, as a consequence, himself (not even temporarily dying!!), since the idiot will apparently DIE for him. Force-grinding LQG's cultivation with wife plots and artifacts and eye-twitching intensity as LQG begins to suspect that there's something SQQ is afraid of.
#some misunderstandings resolved some are infinitely worse#all of binghe's insecurities are on steroids now#shizun chose lqg shizun is afraid of lbh shizun wants to protect lqg from lbh#shizun may have gone back in time for lqg!!!!!!!!!!#lqg DIED for shizun how is he going to top that??? Kill him???????#he should kill him!#lqg is just like hm. too many revelations too much adrenaline. i will examine this later.#he wants to lay his head in sqq's lap he wants to offer up his life alongside his broken heart and this body he has honed for him#he wants to fold sqq's fingers over his sword#he died for this man in some version of reality and sqq decided that that was unacceptable#lqg may not be a tool to him but ah ahhhh he can't think of that now when a sword is all he can afford to be#his every breath must be measured and timed and he can't afford to have it snatched away#but maybe once he's stained in blood sqq can clean him up and sheathe his blade#without fear or desperation hardening his mouth that was meant to smile#but for now the man he has given his heart away to#has gifted him with the hardest fight of his life#which is fitting isn't it?#liushen#svsss#long post

yandere genshin men trying to make things right between you
angst, mildly dark themes ayato, neuvillette, pantalone, capitano, dottore, alhaitham
note: trying a new genre.
Neuvillette
Yandere Neuvillette kept forcing you into marriage after your relationship just got established. You asked him to give you some time to think over such radical and responsible change in life, but he was adamant to your pleads. He wanted everything here and now proven officially on the papers. You spent some nights crying because to think that such gentleman-like and solitary person like Neuvillette would force you into marital relationship was eerie. The desire to possess you officially seemed to blind him completely and he went from a loving gentleman to an almost insanely addicted man who did not accept a refusal.
It was your break-time at work when Neuvillette suddenly came up to you. It was odd at first - the judge putting away his duties to meet you seemed almost unbelievable, but remembering how assertive he was in the relationship with you it might have been close to the reality.
“Can I have a moment of your time, love?” He asked you, his hand not reaching to touch you but his gaze was heavy on your face.
“Of course.”
Not longer after the two of you were sitting in the cafeteria - a curious choice for a private conversation. Although you did not deny you seemed much more comfortable in a public place rather than face-to-face with him.
“About our marriage…” Neuvillette started, his fingers grazing over his glass of water.
“You already know my opinion”, you answered with no emotion. The time to play nice unfortunately came to an end.
But the next response from Neuvillette kind of gave you goosebumps:
“If I was too harsh on you, I beg of you to forgive me. I have a habit of grasping something dear to me too tightly, and I’m afraid that I hurt you more than I could possibly imagine”, he took a pause for a breath and gulped a sip of his crystal clear water. “I genuinely need to know whether or not you still harbour any pleasant feeling towards me?”
“What are you saying? Of course I do, Neuvillette—I admit you were unacceptably rough on me the past few weeks, but it would make me a poor lover if it were to stop me from harbouring affection to you.”
The judge sighed in relief, and then his expression became serious again.
“I would love nothing more than for us to marry, but I realise the circumstances of pushing you too much. Tell me, dear, if you no longer want to proceed in intimate acquiantance with me.”
You shook your head - seems like he was not hearing you. You then took his hand in yours and spelled it again, frankly:
“No, I want to be with you, wholeheartedly. And the marriage proposal, I shall accept it too.”
Pantalone
When Pantalone kidnapped you for no specific reason, days turned to weeks. You almost forgot about the existence of sunlight as he kept you there like a pretty little porcelain doll for his own amusement—or whatever his nasty reasons might have been.
The last time you tried to escape his gloomy, mysterious castle-like home, you were severely punished for your “bad behaviour”. Blood dripped down from your chin as you were sitting on the floor of a dark hollow room, chained and bruised by his henchmen. Perhaps he considered it too tacky to touch you with his own hands.
And then he entered. You didn't even want to look at his unapproachable, icy-cold eyes, and simply turned away, your eyes shut and hidden from him.
“How rough you look”, he said with his usual tone which was cold, but at the same time smooth like butter.
You were dehydrated and hungry, that’s for sure. You wanted nothing more than a warm fuzzy blanket and sweet tea, and forget this nightmare forever.
“When was the last time you had a proper meal?” He asked. He knew you never ate his food because you’d consider yourself indebted to him. And you did not want to take anything from this man.
Your face went deadly pale and bewildered when Pantalone dropped on his knees before you and started freeing you from your shackles. His hands were shaking wildly, you could witness how poorly he mastered the lockers due to his stress.
Yet without a single doubt, with no longer time to lose he wrapped his arms around your waist to carry you. His clothes were a little stained with the snow, and a bit of freezing touch made you shiver.
“I will never do this to you anymore. Forgive me. Please, forgive me.” His words that used to be spoken as an order now were slipped from his lips as a request.
You were laid in the warmth of the sheets of your own home. The familiar surroundings brought you joy and comfort you never knew you’d forgotten so easily.
“My butler is cooking a dinner for you in your kitchen.”
He watched the whole time you were eating, guarding you and seeing how desperately you were filling your stomach up. When you finished eating, there was one loud slap—against Pantalone’s face, by your hand. In a normal situation, he would be so angry and furious that the earth would shake of his abhor. But now he was simply taking it.
"I know. I should never have treated you like this. I ignored your wishes and violated your privacy. I’ve done the worst crime to you—I took your freedom”, he touched the red mark blooming on his cheek from your unexpected punishment. “I wanted to obtain you so much that I ended up hurting you instead.”
Ayato
He was rich to his fingertips. In his world, the only thing he could not have, but wanted to, was you. You found yourself working as his secretary, aesthetically pleasing and always efficient. But Ayato was ruthless; he could never be satisfied, he was always unhappy. The requirements to you were growing day by day, and keeping up the standards seemed an impossible task. His moods were changing like a thunderstorm.
It was a regular day when you were performing your duties that you felt someone’s presence behind your back. Ayato was not exactly above lurking so he made his presence known after you turned to face him. He did not expect you to turn so rapidly and ended up with his breath tickling against your face.
“Y/N, I’m sorry. I have been too demanding and controlling. My actions driven by raw possessiveness inflicted undesirable effect upon you”, Ayato’s words died away, though the expression on his face became even more grim and grave. “You do not deserve such treatment, any of it.”
You nearly dropped your working papers as you stared at him. Was this man really sincere? How long has he been overthinking about your relationship? It took you just a few seconds to gather your composure and strike him with an indifferent glare.
“It’s always so easy and costs no trouble for you, rich people. You just take what you want without considering either the outcome or other people’s feelings. You see people as things, belongings in your possession, and you never have enough.”
At that, Ayato became even more tense, his expression that was mainly seen by the most of people as sweet and gentle, now was an embodiment of darkness. Nevertheless he nodded to you.
“What should I do for you to forgive me? I’m not going to lie and say that I did not think about how harmful my attitude might have been to you for the past month. What think you? Do I even stand a chance?”
“Fat chance”, you chuckled under your breath. The laugh was almost too bitter rather than sarcastic.
Ayato took your hands in his, his black gloved thumbs rubbing against your skin slightly.
“You’re like a poison to me. A very addicting one. And the more I see you work for me, the more I want to have you by my side. Not just at a formal event…” he bit his pale pink lip for a moment. “I’m starting to feel as if I’d like to see you out of work circumstance, and the thoughts of such impropriety are enough to drive me utterly insane.”
You reciprocated the light squeeze that came from his hands, however yours was less obsessive and more gentle.
“It is a very dangerous thought, Ayato.”
“Oh, I can be a very dangerous man. For you, that is.”
Capitano
You were walking in Capitano’s garden, feeling yourself like a beautiful bird in a golden cage, but in fact you were a princess in a beast’s castle. Once you saw his real face, you kept having nightmares about his skin rotting appearance. This man was scaring you to the bone, and every time you met him, although not very often, you felt how demanding and heavy the gaze of his icy blue eyes was.
You did not see him often, but once a while Capitano requested (no, ordered!) a private dinner with you. The rooms were dimly lit, his loyal butler making preparations to the highest standards as usual, and you - wearing the most luxurious of dresses you’d only be able to peek at in the past. But your face was the odd one as it beared no smile on it. You were gravely terrified by this man who had claimed you as his. And even though you slept in separate rooms, you could not brush the feeling as if he owned you; well, he kind of did, since you dwelt in his mansion.
Per usual, you were having a dinner with him at about eight in the evening when Capitano finally spoke. His tone was filled with assertiveness and power, yet the way he was eating, the movements of his hands were elegant enough to remind you of an excellently-educated prince.
“Y/N, I need to speak to you.”
You shivered when you heard him, and you let go of the fork. The jingling sound spread across the room which put you even in an unnecessarily bigger predicament.
“Yes, sir?”
Capitano hummed - he put his utensils away and looked as if he was carefully choosing his words which was not a habit of his. This Harbinger often talked exactly what he thought and was known for his bluntness. Capitano never beat around the bush and was always straight to the point, and this was one of the personality traits of his that made you feel conflicted. It was both terrifying and worth of respect.
“I want you to stop being scared of me. I want you to see that there is more of me than a horriffic, ugly old beast.”
You gasped: did he just used those unflattering words to himself? It felt so odd and so frustrating.
“What feelings do you want me to harbour for you, given our unusual circumstances?”
There was a long pause before Capitano made a sip of his red wine and suggested the following:
“Affection is too much, but could you at least try to be friendly with me? Don’t you see—can’t you see how hard I’m trying to make your life with me less unbearable?”
Affection… friendliness… is that what he really needs from you?—you think.
“I’m a prisoner here, I cannot imagine how I am supposed to show any warm feelings towards you. It would be fake and stupid.”
“Then make them not fake and stupid.” Capitano raised from the table and stormed out of the dining room, leaving you alone in the dim light of candles.
Dottore
You woke up on the plain lab bed, still restrained but this time your pain was drastically diminished. When you opened your eyes the lights did not cut your sight right away and you realised that the room was only dimly lit. You sighed in relief - perhaps he went on a break and you had a few moments of rest from his constant analysis and experiments upon your body.
There were a few tattoos on your hands but too small to even understand their meanings. Perhaps it was something from Zandik’s past that he decided to ruthlessly carve on you.
Your happiness and sense of relief did not last long though, as the man who called himself Doctor entered the room not exactly quietly.
“Look who’s alive. I’m glad”, he wrote something on his notes, “very glad, even.”
“What are you going to do to me next? Turn me into… abomination?” You attempted to sound sarcastic even though all your being was screaming inside. “I’m pretty sure you have not gotten your fill yet out of me.”
Dottore abruptly stopped writing and dropped his journal on the lab desk next to you.
“I think we’re finished here.”
“What?”
“I said you’re free to go”, he cut your leather restraints with one rough motion that had a vibe of uncertainty of the soul.
You looked at your hands, your body cheered welcoming freedom, but at the bottom of your heart you were perplexed.
“But why?”
Dottore did not utter a single word more, with his face buried into his other records, he turned away from you completely ignoring your presence.
You found your clothes tidy and repaired on the chair, and put them on quickly. Upon escaping the place you saw that not a single Fatui agent was preventing you from leaving. You looked at the lab once more and a pang of strange kind of sorrow appeared in your heart. Perhaps, you should pay him a visit once you’re recovered? Or was it a bad idea?..
Alhaitham
The nerdy scholar was quite possessive and jealous. He had a very curious but rather depressive personality. You thought him a quiet man until one extraordinary and terrific experience.
Alhaitham locked a man in the library for the whole night after he saw him giving you too much attention and you happily reciprocating him. An innocent friendly conversation seemed a blunt flirt to him. He could not bear the thought you having affection to someone else who was not him. When he saw you first he realised that he wanted you to see only him, and give all your attention to him. He craved to see you wanting his company, clinging to him or even agreeing to date him. But since his personality was too aloof and he never ever attempted to simply ask you out, but kept staring at you from the side, stalking unnoticeably and gather all information about you, you never had a chance to learn of his true feelings. Behind his obsession there had to be something, as such strong feelings never came out of nowhere.
Upon seeing you chat with that guy Alhaitham grew so furious that he almost not giving it a thought just slammed the door with the poor guy in the library and left him there for the whole damn night. Blinded by his jealousy, he did not even consider how you’d feel about that. The next morning you were perplexed by the sudden disappearance of your classmate, and once the library opening time came, the student was finally released.
“How could you do this to him? To anyone?” You asked Alhaitham; it did not take much time to learn whose fault was that.
“How could I?” He asked you back, his expression grave and unmoveable as if he were not interested in a single thing in the world. “How could you spend so much time with him? He’s a total jerk.”
“Judging by what you did the total jerk is you! How could you simply lock the person up? Are you insane?”
Alhaitham’s patience started to grow thinner. He squeezed his hands into the fists so hard that his knuckled turned snow-white.
“Are you stupid? You really don’t see how I feel about you? And you keep being so nice to everyone but me. You’re obviously ignoring me.”
Bewildered, yet you finally understood the root of the case. You stared at him for a few seconds before checking if anyone was near to eavesdrop. Luckily, there was not a soul around so you spoke honestly:
“If you wanted to woo me, endangering someone was not a good idea. You did something I deem unacceptable. And such unacceptable actions will only make me like you less, Alhaitham.”
Alhaitham leaned closer, his voice was a gentle whisper.
“Right? Then teach me to woo you properly. I’ll do thousands of attempts to win you over, no matter the cost.” You pressed your hands against his shoulders to prevent him from getting into closer proximity with you, and Alhaitham, although not completely willingly, but still backed off.

Being Baby Blue
Rise Ramblings #313
Leonardo Hamato is…an interesting individual.
As a middle child, he doesn’t have to shoulder the responsibilities of the oldest, nor is he fawned upon or babied over like the youngest. Therefore, he ends up having more of a lackadaisical approach to life.
In his free time, instead of training like Raph, Leo can normally be found reading comic books.
And for good reason! Someone has to be up on the latest issues of Jupiter Jim and his space odysseys.
But, other than being a Jupiter Jim superfan, who is Leonardo Hamato?
If you ask Leo, he's...*takes out a list*: “Primetime,” “First,” “The Best,” “Number One,” “The Champion,” or some other iteration of all of the above.
...Huh. Anyways...
Of course, the first thing Leo would tell you is that he's the team's "Face Man."
As the "Face Man," he’s the one that turns up the charm when they need to schmooze their way out of, or into, something.
He's the face of the group! It's a very important title, right?
Well, in this scene with Hueso, we learn what Leo really feels about his place on the team.
"There's no team with just a face man." "I'm nothing without them."
Hmm. If he thinks that he is nothing without his brothers, then what's the deal with all of this "Number One" and "Champion" talk?
I believe that Leo is exhibiting a form of Reaction Formation.
Reaction Formation is a primitive defense mechanism that involves transforming one's unacceptable feelings or emotions into the opposite.
"Solicitude may be a reaction-formation against cruelty...romantic notions of chastity and purity may mask crude sexual desires, altruism may hide selfishness, and piety may conceal sinfulness."
Leo has been creating these grandiose titles and this larger-than-life persona for himself as a means to cope with his feelings of insecurity, his anxieties, and combat his self-deprecation.
Gee, forming a larger-than-life persona to counteract their suppressed feelings also reminds me of someone else we know…
But, I digress...
Behind the fabrications, his insecurities, who he pretends to be, and who he wants to be, the real Leo is still on display, starting as early as the first episode.
He's attentive, he understands the team's strengths and weaknesses, he assesses situations, he comes up with great plans on the fly, and he is a voice of reason.
These are all the characteristics of a great leader.
However, something happens when he’s actually appointed as such.
There he goes again. He's cocky, arrogant, and act's as if he's unphased even by the prospect of loosing his brothers. If this is Reaction Formation, then what is he trying to mask with these behaviors?
Previously, he was masking his insecurities, his anxieties, and his self-deprecation, but with the faces he pulls when he thinks no one can see them, I want to say the newest emotion is fear.
He is terrified of being the leader and floundering under his new responsibilities. He's scared of the consequences of his actions, and what those consequences may mean for his brothers. However, instead of voicing his insecurities, or communicating with his team, he doubles down and falls back into old habits.
The "Face Man" persona is turned up to an 11, and things get worse and worse until...
His greatest fears have been realized.
He has failed as a leader. He has failed his brothers. He has failed to stop the invasion, and they are all going to die because of his failures.
Now he's faced with the harsh reality of his own mistakes, thus he finally faces himself.
"It's scary to be responsible for the lives you protect, your team...your family. But we do it anyway because that's what it means to be a hero."
He may be speaking to Raph, but he's talking about himself.
His words are his true feelings, the same feelings that have been holding him back this entire time. By opening up, he's able to surrender to himself and let it all go.
And it's the breakthrough we all have been waiting for.
What Leo doesn't know is that through letting go, he's able to become the true face of the group he is destined to be.
He's the face of hope.

Hiya!!! I’m here again to feed more ideas >:)
My thought was JJK men if their s/o got hurt (interpret however you will, I’m interested to see what you cook up!!!)
If you do this, thank you for your time!!! If you don’t wanna/aren’t comfortable, that’s okay too!!! Have a good day/night!!!
It’s okay
An: ahhh it’s always nice to see your request! I don’t know why but I just decided that all the jjk men’s reader was hurt on the job (except for Sukuna and Toji)
Characters: Gojo, Geto, Nanami, Toji, Sukuna, Megumi, Yuji
Tw: mention of injury, hurt reader, blood, angst?
(Another long one..)
Gojo Satoru
The call came in while Gojo Satoru was lounging in the hallway of Jujutsu High, long legs stretched across a bench and blindfold resting low over his eyes. He wasn’t worried—he never was—but the tone of Ijichi’s voice made him sit up straighter than usual.
“They’re hurt, Satoru. It was supposed to be a simple mission.”
Gojo froze. Just for a second. It was imperceptible to anyone else, but he felt it—the world tilting, the weight of the words sinking in. A familiar tightness pulled in his chest.
And then he was gone.
When Gojo arrived on the scene, the air practically crackled with his energy. Cursed spirits that had lingered moments ago were already fleeing—instinctively knowing that something far greater had arrived. He found you there, propped against a wall, one hand pressed to your side where blood was soaking through your uniform.
Your head lifted weakly when you felt his presence. “Gojo—”
He was in front of you in an instant, crouched down so his face was level with yours. You could see his eyes now—brilliant, endless blue, the usual teasing gone, replaced by something sharp and focused.
“You’re hurt,” he said, his voice softer than you expected. His hands hovered, unsure where to touch you without causing more pain.
“Looks worse than it is,” you murmured with a small smile, trying to lighten the mood. “I handled it.”
Gojo’s jaw tightened. He didn’t smile back.
“You shouldn’t have to handle it.”
With a flick of his fingers, the cursed energy lingering in the area vanished entirely. The remnants of your fight—the spirits, the blood, the destruction—no longer mattered. His world was you, and you were bleeding. That was unacceptable.
He moved you carefully, his Infinity dropping just for you as he slid an arm around your back. “I’ve got you,” he whispered, his tone almost reverent. “Let me fix this.”
You blinked up at him, trying to keep your breathing steady. “I’m fine, Gojo—”
“No, you’re not,” he interrupted, that usual playfulness inching back into his voice, though his grip on you was impossibly gentle. “And you know what? I don’t care how strong you are. You’re banned from missions without me now. Official rule.”
You groaned. “You can’t do that.”
“I’m Gojo Satoru,” he said, a smirk pulling at his lips. “I can do anything.”
He carried you back to safety as if you weighed nothing. He never looked away from you, not even once, as if making sure you were still there—still breathing.
Later, when your wounds were cleaned and wrapped, you woke to find Gojo sitting beside you, his long frame crammed awkwardly into a chair. His blindfold was pushed up into his hair, his expression relaxed now, but his eyes betrayed him. There was no mistaking it—he’d been worried.
“You’re hovering,” you muttered, your voice still tired.
“Of course I’m hovering. You scared the hell out of me,” he said, though the teasing lilt was back. “You’re not allowed to do that again. Ever.”
You rolled your eyes. “Overprotective much?”
Gojo leaned forward, resting his chin on the back of his hand as he gazed at you. “Call it what you want, but you’re not just anyone to me.”
For a moment, the world felt still—so unlike Gojo Satoru, whose very existence bent reality. Here, though, in the quiet of your shared space, he was just a man who cared too much.
“You’re mine to keep safe,” he said softly. “So let me.”
And this time, you didn’t argue. Instead, you let yourself drift back to sleep, safe in the knowledge that Gojo Satoru—the strongest sorcerer alive—would always be there to catch you.
Geto Suguru
Suguru had always prided himself on his composure. No matter how dire the situation, no matter how chaotic the battlefield, he was calm, collected—a force of nature with unshakable purpose. But that resolve faltered the moment he saw you, crumpled on the ground, blood painting the dirt beneath you.
For a brief second, time seemed to stop. The world blurred, all sound fading away except the ragged pull of your breaths. You weren’t dead—he could tell that much from the cursed energy still flickering weakly around you—but you were hurt. Badly.
Geto’s usually languid movements were sharp as he crossed the distance between you in seconds. He crouched low, his hands trembling slightly as he reached for you.
“Why?” he murmured, his voice low and strained. His fingers hovered just above your skin, unsure if touching you would cause more pain. “Why weren’t you more careful?”
You forced a weak smile, blood staining your lips. “It’s… not as bad as it looks, Suguru.”
He didn’t believe you for a second. His eyes—a deep, endless black—burned with emotion, though his face remained calm. It was the kind of calm that preceded a storm.
“Stop lying,” he said softly, though his tone carried an edge. “You’re bleeding out, and you’re trying to joke about it?”
You flinched—not from pain, but from the raw intensity in his voice.
“I handled it,” you said, your voice hoarse. “I didn’t want to drag you into—”
“Stop talking,” he cut in, his tone sharper than you’d ever heard. His hands finally moved, one slipping behind your back to support you, the other pressing firmly against your wound. His cursed energy flowed into you, the warmth of it steadying your fading strength.
“I don’t need you to handle anything alone,” he said, his voice quieter now but no less firm. “Do you even realize what it would do to me if I lost you?”
You blinked at him, the words catching you off guard. He rarely let his emotions spill like this. Suguru had always been the calm one, the one who carried the weight of the world with an almost unnerving grace.
“I’m sorry,” you murmured, your voice barely audible.
His jaw clenched, but he didn’t respond. Instead, hisfocused on stabilizing you, his cursed energy precise and efficient. When he finally spoke again, his voice was softer.
“Don’t apologize. Just… don’t do this again. Promise me.”
You nodded weakly, your hand reaching up to rest against his. “I promise.”
When he was certain you were no longer in immediate danger, Geto carefully lifted you into his arms. His movements were deliberate, his touch impossibly gentle despite the power coursing through him.
The battlefield was eerily quiet now. The curses he’d summoned earlier loomed in the distance, awaiting his command. He glanced toward them, his expression darkening.
“Stay alive,” he said softly, his gaze flicking back to you. “Because if you don’t, I don’t know what I’ll become.”
And as he carried you away, the weight of his words settled heavily in your chest. Geto Suguru—the man who carried hatred for the world in his heart—held a love for you that was both fierce and fragile, and you knew he would destroy everything to protect it.
Nanami Kento
Nanami Kento prided himself on being a man of structure. Predictability, schedules, efficiency—those were his constants. They were the threads that held him together in a world that thrived on chaos.
But when he found you injured during a mission, those threads began to unravel.
The first sign that something was wrong was the blood—your blood—spattered across the cursed ground. Nanami’s grip on his sword tightened, his breath caught in his chest, but his footsteps never faltered. He moved with purpose, carving through curses without hesitation, eyes scanning the ruins for you.
And then he saw you.
Slumped against a cracked pillar, your uniform torn and blood-soaked, you were trying to push yourself upright, hands trembling from the effort. The second your gaze met his, you managed a weak smile.
“Kento…” Your voice was hoarse, strained. “You’re late.”
Nanami’s heart dropped, though his face remained stoic.
“I told you not to overdo it,” he said flatly, kneeling beside you. His voice was calm, his movements deliberate as he assessed your injuries, but his hands shook—just barely—as they hovered near your wounds. “And yet here we are.”
“I’m fine,” you muttered, though you hissed when he pressed his hand against your side to slow the bleeding.
Nanami exhaled slowly through his nose. “You are not fine,” he replied, his tone edged with a frustration he rarely allowed to show. “Don’t lie to me.”
He worked in silence after that, his cursed energy flowing steadily as he stabilized you. He moved with surgical precision, the tension in his shoulders the only indication of his true feelings.
When your breathing finally steadied and the worst of the bleeding stopped, Nanami let out a breath he didn’t realize he’d been holding. He sat back on his heels, running a hand through his disheveled blond hair.
“You shouldn’t have been alone.”
You looked at him, guilt flickering in your expression. “I didn’t want to slow you down. I thought I could handle it.”
Nanami’s eyes snapped to yours, sharp and unyielding. “That’s the last time you think that.” His voice was low, but there was an unshakable finality to it. “You’re not a burden, and I won’t lose you because you insist on acting like one.”
Your lips parted slightly in surprise. For all his composure, Nanami rarely allowed himself to be so blunt with his feelings.
He adjusted his tie—one of his many habits when emotions threatened to break through. “You’re important to me,” he said quietly, his gaze dropping to your hands, still trembling slightly. “Do you understand that? You’re not just a colleague or an ally. You’re… more than that.”
Your heart stuttered, and for a moment, the pain in your body felt distant.
“I understand,” you whispered.
Nanami rose to his feet, steadying you as he helped you up. His arm slid firmly around your waist, supporting you without hesitation.
“We’re going home,” he said simply. “No arguments.”
You leaned into him, exhaustion finally catching up to you. “You’re bossy, you know that?”
Nanami glanced down at you, the faintest hint of a smile tugging at his lips. “And you’re reckless. Someone has to keep you alive.”
There, in the quiet aftermath of the chaos, you felt it—the way Nanami Kento held the world on his shoulders and still made space to carry you.
Toji Fushiguro
Toji Fushiguro wasn’t a man known for his calm temper. He was known for being ruthless, unrelenting, and dangerous—a man whose name alone sent shivers down the spines of sorcerers. Yet, there was one person who could tether the beast inside him—you.
But when Toji heard that you had been hurt, not by a mission gone wrong or an unavoidable accident, but by your own clan head, something inside him snapped.
The messenger hadn’t even finished explaining before Toji was on his feet, his movements sharp, predatory. “Who?” he demanded, his voice low, venomous.
The answer was spoken carefully, but it didn’t matter. Toji already knew where to go.
By the time he found you, you were sitting on the edge of your bed, your posture slumped as you clutched at your side. The bruises on your skin were faint now, evidence of half-healed wounds that still throbbed. You looked up when he entered the room, his towering frame filling the doorway.
“Toji…” you said softly.
His dark green eyes were wild—sharp and calculating as they scanned you. He stalked forward without a word, crouching down so he was at your level. You tried to wave him off.
“I’m fine,” you muttered, forcing a small smile. “It looks worse than—”
“Don’t finish that sentence.” His voice was rough, his calloused hand reaching out to cup your chin gently, tilting your face so he could see you better. “Who did it?”
You froze. You knew that look in his eyes—the quiet, simmering rage that was far more dangerous than any outburst.
“It’s over, Toji,” you tried to reason, placing your hand on his arm. “Don’t—”
“Who?” he repeated, more forceful this time, his grip gentle but unyielding.
You sighed, looking away. “It was the clan head. They were trying to prove a point. It doesn’t matter now.”
The silence that followed was deafening. Toji released your chin, his hand dropping to his knee as he leaned back, the weight of his fury filling the room like a storm cloud.
“It matters to me,” he said darkly, his voice low and lethal. “They thought they could lay a hand on you and get away with it?”
“Toji, you can’t—“
“Watch me.”
He stood abruptly, his broad frame tense with barely-contained rage. You knew what he was planning even before he reached the door. You tried to push yourself up, wincing at the sharp pain that radiated through your side.
“Toji, please! I don’t need you making things worse!”
He paused, his back still to you. When he spoke, his voice was quieter but no less dangerous. “Worse? You think letting them hurt you and walk free isn’t worse?”
“Toji…”
Finally, he turned to look at you, his expression softer now, but his eyes still burned with resolve. “I don’t care what kind of clan they are. No one touches you. No one.”
“You don’t have to fight all my battles.”
“I know,” he said simply. “But I’ll fight them anyway.”
Before you could argue again, he was gone, the door swinging shut behind him with finality. You sighed, running a hand through your hair, knowing that whatever the clan head had done, they were about to regret it deeply.
Toji didn’t waste time. He wasn’t a man for words—he was a man of action, and his message was always clear. When he arrived at the clan’s estate, curses and whispers followed him, the clan members eyeing him warily.
By the time Toji found the clan head, the tension was palpable. The clan head—an older sorcerer brimming with arrogance—looked at Toji with disdain.
“You dare step onto my grounds uninvited?”
Toji smiled, slow and predatory, the kind of smile that never reached his eyes. “Didn’t think I needed an invitation after you laid your hands on mine.”
The clan head barely had a moment to react before Toji was on him. It wasn’t a fight—it was a message. A brutal, merciless display of power from a man who made a career out of destroying sorcerers who thought they were untouchable.
When it was done, Toji stood over the defeated clan head, his voice cold and final.
“Touch them again, and I’ll tear this whole clan apart.”
Hours later, when Toji returned to you, his knuckles were bruised, his shirt stained with evidence of his work, but his expression was calm. He found you sitting up, waiting for him, worry etched across your face.
“What did you do?” you asked softly.
Toji shrugged, dropping down beside you on the bed. “Taught them a lesson. That’s all.”
“Toji…”
He turned to look at you, his gaze softer now. “They won’t hurt you again. I made sure of it.”
You sighed, leaning into him despite yourself. His arm slid around your shoulders, pulling you closer. For all his rough edges, Toji was your fiercest protector, and in moments like this, you realized just how deeply he cared.
“You’re impossible..”
“Yeah, but you love me for it.”
And though you rolled your eyes, you didn’t argue. Because when Toji Fushiguro promised to keep you safe, he meant it—no matter what it cost.
Sukuna Ryomen
When word reached Sukuna that you—the Queen of Curses—had been kidnapped and hurt by sorcerers, the very ground trembled beneath him. His cursed energy surged, shattering walls as his four eyes narrowed in pure, murderous fury.
“They touched what’s mine?” he growled, his voice low and lethal, filling the air with the promise of death. Without waiting for an answer, Sukuna moved.
You sat bloodied in the center of a cursed circle, seals etched into the ground suppressing your power. Despite the sharp ache in your body, you glared up at the lead sorcerer with defiance, golden eyes gleaming.
“You’ll regret this,” you hissed, your voice steady even as blood dripped from your lip.
The sorcerer smirked. “The King of Curses isn’t untouchable. He’ll come, and we’ll destroy him next.”
A deafening boom echoed through the chamber as the barriers shattered. The air grew thick with malevolence, heavy enough to choke. The sorcerers froze, their faces paling.
“Destroy me?” Sukuna’s voice rang out, cruel and mocking. The double doors burst open, splintering into nothing as Sukuna entered, his aura suffocating. His four eyes gleamed with bloodlust, his grin sharp and feral. “You’ve got guts saying that while you’re still breathing.”
Chaos followed.
Sorcerers screamed as Sukuna descended upon them like a storm, cutting through their bodies with a savage, unstoppable force. Limbs were torn, blood splattered across the walls, and their cries echoed until silence swallowed the room. Sukuna’s fury was absolute, leaving only carnage in his wake.
When the last body fell, he turned to you. His steps were slow, deliberate as he approached, his massive form looming over you. His eyes softened just slightly as they took in your injuries, though his expression remained sharp.
“Sukuna,” you muttered, trying to sit upright, though pain flared through you.
He clicked his tongue, crouching to your level. “You let them do this to you?” His clawed hand brushed against your face, careful despite his strength, his touch surprisingly tender.
“They had their tricks,” you smirked faintly. “It wasn’t exactly fair.”
Sukuna’s lips curled into a dangerous grin. “Fair? I’ll show them fairness.” He reached down, breaking the seals binding your power with little effort, cursed energy flooding back into you like a tidal wave.
His hands slid under you, lifting you into his arms effortlessly. “They dared to harm you, my queen,” he muttered, his tone dark. “And they paid for it. I’ll make sure no one forgets.”
“You’re dramatic,” you teased softly, resting your head against his shoulder.
“And you love me for it,” he shot back, his voice lighter but still edged with menace.
As Sukuna carried you out of the ruined chamber, the devastation he left behind spoke louder than words. The King and Queen of Curses were untouchable, and anyone foolish enough to challenge that truth would be reduced to nothing but ash.
Megumi Fushiguro
Megumi wasn’t someone who showed his emotions easily. He carried himself with a quiet resolve, choosing pragmatism over sentimentality. But when he found you—hurt and bleeding during a mission—something in him snapped.
He found you slumped against the rubble of a half-destroyed building, your breathing labored and your uniform torn, blood staining the ground beneath you.
“Y/N!”
The urgency in his voice startled you, and you forced a weak smile as you looked up at him. “Megumi… hey, you’re here.”
Megumi dropped to his knees beside you, his dark blue eyes scanning your injuries, sharp with both worry and focus. “What the hell happened?”
“Just… underestimated the last curse,” you muttered, wincing as you shifted. “It got in a lucky hit.”
He didn’t reply right away, his jaw clenching as his hands hovered uncertainly over you. He wanted to fix this—to take away the pain you were feeling—but he wasn’t a healer. The frustration simmered beneath his calm exterior.
“You shouldn’t have been alone,” he said finally, his voice low, though you could hear the strain in it.
You sighed, leaning back against the rubble. “It wasn’t supposed to be this bad. I thought I could handle it.”
Megumi’s hands curled into fists, his shoulders tense. “And what if you hadn’t made it?”
The words hung in the air, heavy and unspoken until now. He wasn’t yelling, but the anger was there—anger at the situation, at the curse, and maybe even at himself.
Seeing the concern in his expression, you softened. “But I did make it, Megumi. You’re here now.”
He exhaled sharply, running a hand through his dark hair. “That’s not the point.” Slowly, he steadied himself, reaching out to help you sit up. “I can’t—” He hesitated, his voice quieter now. “I can’t lose you.”
The admission made your heart ache, not just from the injuries but from the weight of his words. Megumi rarely showed this side of himself—the one that cared so deeply it hurt him.
“You won’t,” you reassured him softly, placing your hand over his. “I promise.”
His eyes met yours, searching for reassurance. Finally, he nodded, slipping an arm under your shoulders to help you stand. “Come on,” he murmured, his voice gentler now. “Let’s get you out of here.”
As you leaned into him, Megumi held you firmly, steady and protective. Even in his silence, you could feel it—the way he cared, the way he’d been terrified to find you like this.
And as you walked away from the battlefield together, he made himself a silent promise: next time, he’d be there before you ever got hurt. Because to Megumi Fushiguro, keeping you safe wasn’t just a duty—it was what mattered most.
Yuji Itadori
Yuji Itadori was always the bright light in a dark world—a person who smiled even when the odds were stacked against him. But when he saw you lying hurt on the battlefield, all that light dimmed in an instant.
“Y/N!”
His voice cracked as he sprinted toward you, his feet pounding against the ground. You were slumped against a wall, your breathing shallow, blood staining your uniform. At the sound of his voice, your eyelids fluttered open, and you managed a faint smile.
“Yuji…”
He dropped to his knees beside you, his hands hovering, unsure where to touch. His expression was stricken—wide eyes taking in every bruise, every gash. “What happened? Who—what did this to you?”
You winced, shifting slightly. “The curse got a hit in. It was stronger than I thought.”
Yuji clenched his jaw, his fingers trembling as he pulled a handkerchief from his pocket and pressed it gently to the bleeding wound on your side. “You’re losing too much blood. I need to get you out of here.”
Despite the pain, you reached out and grabbed his wrist. “It’s… okay. I’ll be fine. You don’t have to—”
“Stop,” Yuji said firmly, his voice shaking. “Don’t say that. It’s not okay.”
His usual warmth had vanished, replaced by something sharper—something desperate. “You’re hurt because I wasn’t there fast enough,” he said, his eyes fixed on yours. “I should’ve been there to protect you.”
“You can’t always be everywhere at once, Yuji,” you murmured, trying to soothe him. “You’re not a superhero.”
“That doesn’t matter!” he burst out, his fists clenching. “I promised I’d protect the people I care about—and that means you too. I’m not losing anyone else, Y/N.”
The pain in his voice made your chest ache, more than any injury could. Yuji was carrying so much already—too much for one person—but here he was, breaking under the thought of losing you.
“Yuji,” you said softly, reaching up to cup his face despite your weak state. “I’m still here. You didn’t lose me.”
His expression softened, his eyes glassy as he leaned into your touch. “But you could’ve…” he whispered, his voice barely audible. “I can’t let that happen. Not to you.”
You gave him a small, reassuring smile. “Then just stay with me. That’s all I need.”
He nodded quickly, blinking away the tears threatening to fall. “I’ll get you to Shoko. You’ll be okay—I’ll make sure of it.” Carefully, he lifted you into his arms, holding you close as if afraid you’d disappear.
As he carried you away, Yuji glanced down at you, his expression filled with quiet determination. “Next time, I’ll be there before anything touches you. I swear it.”
And you believed him—because Yuji Itadori didn’t break his promises.
