Ulquiorra has been dead so long yet still remains one of the most prominent characters to be used for promoting Bleach even today and it's so funny to me because he's gone from being depicted as a scary powerful bat/demon guy battling an existential crisis to a high schooler with a dead expression and a possible crush on the bread girl

The worst part about NOT reading your NoTP's fanfiction (especially if you are a lover of reading fiction) is the amount of good stories you miss out on!!!!!!!!!

Like i am a big IchiHime (Bleach), Harrymione (HP) and Pearlshipping/Amourshipping (Pokemon) fan which meant I was missing out on seriously good FF on Ulquihime, IchiRuki, Romione/Hinny/Dramione, and other Ash ships.

Like do I believe my faves are super OOC in my NoTP fics? Yes.

Do I dislike the idea of NoTP ending together? Also Yes.

But do I believe that the NoTP fic I just begrudgingly read has potential to be an amazing standalone story, and that'd be the most brilliant read had the names been changed? ABSO-FUCKI-LUTELY YES.

Apology Gift

He'd already apologized for Hueco Mundo, and she'd forgiven him. She'd forgiven him even before he came back. They went from friends, to lovers, to a happily married couple. Why would he ever think she'd still hold resentment?

Orihime was currently frozen in her cruise ship cabin with both delight and utter confusion as hee husband Ulquiorra kneeled down, dressed in a butler's uniform. "My lady."

"Ulqui, just what is this?"

"I've thought up of a way to properly apologize for my former misdeeds. I shall be at your service during this trip."

She giggled, kneeling down with him and cupping his face with her hands. "You don't need to apologize. I've already forgiven you."

"I am aware. I just haven't forgiven myself..."

She kissed him gently. "Darling, please don't do this to yourself. We have been married for a year and together for another. If there were any grievances for what you did I would've addressed them.

My time in Hueco Mundo wasn't the best. I'll admit to that. But I had you, and you were the only one I missed until we reunited.

Want to make it up to me? Let's enjoy this life together, starting with this fun vacation!"

He smiled, giving her a soft kiss before they rose. "Yes, as you wish, my heart."

"Just...change the uniform."

"You do not like it?"

"I like it quite a lot, darling. But it's not proper summer attire. We are going to the pool Ulqui not to a fancy party."

He smirked, as she couldn't hide her absolutely gorgeous smile and blush when she saw him in that uniform. "Then help me undress, my princess as I remain at your mercy for the rest of the vacation."

Orihime smirked and dragged him close by the necktie. "That I can do, my love."

They'd have time to bask in the sun and other activities later. For now she'd spend her afternoon with Ulquiorra being spoiled rotten and spoiling him in turn. Not bad for an apology gift.

Ok really cool I have ideas two.

okay in this role swap it’s got the same dynamic as the other one with visages being the main characters human friend, but I am swapping Shinji and Ichigo and I am making hiyori yuzu and Karin so the sisters wnow visards and Ichigo is Shinji everything els is sort of the same as the tag except I’m adding original characters.

More thought through ideas on Bleach roleswap AU

Instead of the Vizards taking the place of Ichigo’s friends they take the roles of the mortal ones Keigo ect and it’s Urahara, Yoruichi and Shinji take the places of Chad, Uryuu and Orihime.

(Orihime being the shop keeper and former head of Squad 4 with Op healing ability) She is always so happy go lucky and no one can get a read on her. She talks about building a giant robot… no one knows if she’s actually trying to do that or not.

Yoruichi and Urahara and best friends and pure chaos (Even worse when Gin is added to the mix)

Urahara having the power that leads him to be kidnapped in place of Orihime.

Shinji:…You sure we need to rescue him? he might just annoy them into letting him go

Aizen:…I mean if it didn’t work with Gin in soul society I don’t think it’ll work with Urahara and the espada

Gin:…

Gin:I can’t tell if I should take that as a compliment or if I should just try harder

Yourichi and Gin are also pure idiots who see Espada Soi fon and Fraction Rangiku and are just head over heels and spend their entire fights flirting.

Aizen:…Seriously?

Yoruichi: Quit making heart eyes at Shinji and then you can judge Us!

Urahara being stuck waiting for them to rescue him like oh they’ll be coming straight for me… then see’s Yourichi ‘fighting’ where she’s just flirting with Soi Fon. The rest of the group are sure they hear him swearing from all other the base.

Ulquiorra and Orihime having the you left me behind storyline, and after soul society arc whenever he shows up at the shop them being awkward and so clearly pinning for each other. It’s painful and like watching a car crash.

Adjuchas Komamura just still following Tousen around after the winter war and all the other captains just being like ‘…fuck it to tired for this bullshit just gonna ignore this’

...Just developed an awesome plot for ulquihime comic/fic while I napped.

So! Here's the list of cool big plots I that have more or less worked out at the moment:

Aiichi (in progress: "Outlines", read here!)

Grimmichi - post-TYBW spin-off about how the 'peaceful' 'human' life is not what Ichigo actually wants or needs.

Byaichi - post-TYBW; Ichigo gets dragged into another supernatural conflict! This time, an old enemy of the Kuchiki clan comes into play, and they won't stop at anything to cause Byakuya as much pain as possible.

Ulquihime - post-TYBW; A being is found deep in the deserts of Hueco Mundo, barely alive, almost unrecognizable. Later a Garganta appears near Inoue's bakery.

Attack on Titan major AU. What if there was no humanity behind the walls? Alternate titan lore, closure for Ymir, everyone lives. Possibly platonic Eren&Levi.

Resident Evil, Albert Wesker/Leon Kennedy - a very old idea that I'd like to work on someday. Basically it's Wesker rescuing Leon's sorry ass, and Chris having to help his archenemy to save his friend. Claire is the only sane person in all of this.
