"Uilta Indigenous People (also known as Orok) are one of the smallest ethnic groups of Siberia living the the Far East. There are only about 200 Uilta People living on this planet. The Uilta language that belongs to Tungusic language family is spoken today by just a very few elderly people.

Uilta Indigenous Peoples home is Sakhalin - the largest Island of Russia stretching for about 1000 km directly to the North of Hokkaido Island of Japan. Recent research indicates that Uilta People are related to Ulchi People and migrated to Sakhalin from Khabarovski Krai, the mainland Russia, around 17th century. At that point in time the Island was a sphere of influence of the Chinese Empire. A hundred years later Sakhalin become administered by both, the Russian Empire and Japan. A penal colony was established on Sakhalin bringing large numbers of Russian political exiles. One of them, Lev Sternberg, became an important early ethnographer on Uilta, Nivkh and Ainu People. After Japan-Russia war, in the 1920s, The Northern part of Sakhalin became part of Russia and the Southern Part became Karafuto Prefecture of Japan. This situation lasted until 1945, when Japan capitulated after the WWII. That's why Uilta People who lived in Poronaysk (also known by Japanese name of Sikuka) and born before 1945 have Japanese names.

My good friend and the spiritual leader of Uita People, Minato Siryuko, is one of them. Living on the shores of the Gulf of Patience every summer, Minato, an honorable elder of Uilta community, performs Feeding of the Spirit of The Sea ceremony, when all Uilta and Nivkh People gather together for an annual celebration that held at summer solstice. In the Sakhalin there were 3 Indigenous Ethnic groups - Ainu, Nivkh and Uilta. When Japan capitulated in 1945 Ainu People were taken by Japanese back to Hokkaido (the Ainu People historical homeland), the Nivkhs and Uilta were considered as natives of Sakhalin and left on the Island. Because of that some Nivkh and Uilta who served in the Imperial Japanese Army were held in Soviet work camps. There is a an abandoned memorial that Minato took me to, with the name of those Uilta who died at that turbulent time. In 2017 I was contacted by LeCiel Foundation team who were making a documentary about 12 highly spiritual elders of Indigenous People from all over the world. They wanted to include to the film Uilta People of Sakhalin as well. A Google search brought them my photos of Uilta. Guys from LeCiel called me from London and told me about their project, I thought it was really interesting and without much hesitation I agreed to take them to Sakhalin Island and to introduce them to Minato, acting as a local fixer and translator at the same time)) Then, during the filming, The LeCiel founders unexpectedly invited Minato to the United Nations. The invitation was also sent to all twelve Indigenous leaders who were filmed. She really wanted to travel there, but was afraid going alone, so I was offered to accompany her (I had to come back from Mongolia where I was filming my own project) This is how the Uilta Indigenous People spiritual leader from Siberia and a nomadic photographer, living in Australia at that time, ended up at the United Nations in New York City together!

My firsts rituals

I Spell of Love and Attraction

For this ritual, it is advisable to do it on a Friday of full moon or ascending moon.

You'll need :

Red-pink pen

Blank parchment-type paper

Some plants related to desire (rose, jasmine, cinnamon, basil)/natural incense

Red or pink candles

A cauldron (or container for combustion)

Incense charcoal

A deity to honor (relating to love, sexuality, desire, success, …)

A formula* (example below)

Of hope :) For my part, I will honor Lilith here as an example, but you can adapt the divinity to your beliefs, the important thing is the sincerity of your actions.

How to do it:

Light the candle and write the name and surname of your loved one on the sheet. Then write your own name and surname and circle them all 3 times.

Fold the paper 3 times and then write a symbol related to love on it.

Once the charcoal is lit, burn the plants/incense and recite the formula*, paper in hand and burn completely. You can drop a few drops of candle wax to seal the spell.

After the ashes have cooled, you should place them at the foot of a rose bush.

As for the formula, here is an example:

"I invoke Thee Lilith, O goddess of passion, liberty and courage, grant that my toil and my efforts may enable {her names} to come to me. Open for me the way of his heart, of love and happiness. Very sincerely, soon and forever, thank you."

Keep in mind that the process must be personal and sincere :)

II Spell for luck

For this ritual, it is advisable to do it on a Thursday of full moon or ascending moon.

You'll need:

1 natural fabric pouch

2 green candles (or one green and the other related to the appearance (red-love, yellow-family, …))

1 homemade incense (dandelion or clover)

Salt (similarly, color/variety represents an aspect)

A bay leaf where you will have to write on one side your name and surname and on the other your initials (+possibly a number related to what you are looking for (7 for generally, 9 for the family)

A precious stone to put in the pouch (pyrite, amber, agate, emerald, beryl)

1 memorable object (a coin, a 4-leaf clover, a piece of jewelry)

1 paper with a sigil/symbol/seal of luck

One or more runes or lucky symbols to inscribe on one's hands before the ritual.

A formula* (+possibly a deity to be honored)

Example of a formula: "Uolo felicitatem in uita habere"

For my part, I honor Fortuna, goddess of luck and destiny.

Process:

Installation: Legs not crossed in a sufficiently dark room.

Light the candles and burn the plants/incense while reciting the formula (until the ritual is over).

Put in the bag in order: salt, then laurel, then plants (at least 3 different) and finally the ore.

Add the object and the paper at the same time to the pouch and tie it 3 times with a natural rope.

Keep the pouch in your hands and concentrate (nothing should remain, only the intentions and the incantation) charge with energy with your hands and place on a symbol of sacred geometry (pentagram, Metatron, Merkaba …).

Leave it to charge for 3 days and 3 nights and then you can keep the pouch on you or in a place like your room.

Enfimmmm gente resumindo MUITO a minha vida.... Tá um caos k

Estou "no último" semestre da faculdade (pq por motivos da vida que posso dizer em outro momento) possivelmente irei pedir transferência e fazer mais um ano de volta no Brasil (pra quem não sabe estudo em Portugal !!), então esses últimos meses tem tipo muito surto, muito estudo, muita reflexão, muito choro, .uita conversa, enfim. Muita. Coisa.

Olha resumindo os últimos meses pra atualizar vocês !!! Fui em dois shows de kpop (do KARD e do P1Harmony hihih), vi meu pai e meu irmão esse ano depois de dois anos sem ver eles, vi neve pela primeira vez, sigo solteira não beijei UMA UNICA BOCA faz tipo quase dois anos, até hoje não terminei minha coleção de Photocard do jin, os meninos ainda fazem MUITO parte da minha vida okay (Mona Lisa não sai do meu repeat e assisto Run Jin toda semana), tem MUITA coisa rolando no kpop mds do céu, eu quero MUITO voltar a escrever mas ainda tô sem tempo😭

Eu meio que sou péssima pra manter contato com as pessoas quando eu estou sobrecarregada emocionalmente - então se qualquer pessoa que estiver lendo isso estiver se sentindo ignorada ou abandonada por mim, saiba que não fiz por mal, eu juro, pode mandar msg de novo que uma hora eu respondo, mas é que quando eu não tô bem eu me isolo, mas prometo que me importo muito muito com cada um de vocês, okay??? Muito mesmo(só estou depressiva k)
