i too considered if he would lash out, be more of the angry person he is with everyone else, but i'd like to believe, in that situation, he can understand why she would want to leave/believe it's best she leaves. how painful that would be for her to see the man she loves marry and be with everyone else, even if she knows he could never love samantha. it will always be solana. it would kill her though and for his son? that would be even harder, but again, he knows that she's right. knows that there is no universe where he would be able to marry solana and have their son be his heir. he wouldn't want him seeing roman acknowledge his children with samantha. it would just be overall selfish, and roman loves solana too much to do that to her. especially their kid.
