do you ever think about making playlists for your characters/interpretations of characters, have you already/before ?

I don't Often create quote unquote "playlists" for characters. I like latching onto maybe one or two songs :) for vc purposes or vibe purposes

I DO have an unlisted youtube playlist of eight songs that just have a general Cuppatrouble vibe though!! I'm slowly working on it!!

i think my problem with the current state of gorillaz is that its like. Too fanservice-y? like idk plastic beach was definitely like a Lot of fanservice a Lot of angst and melodrama but it was a Lot more bearable than whatevers happening during cracker island

but i still dont rlly know why i dislike the story to cracker island and song machine for the same reasons i Liked plastic beach :\

2 more aberration odium character playlists!!!! Finally!!!!! This time for Tetack and Somnix! Two angsty trolls struggling to be true to themselves and each other, while under the pressure of forces beyond their understanding..

Just like with all the other playlists these 2 have songs that are in both of them! … considerably more this time then there were on the other mixes.. the songs shared in these 2 are generally indicative of when both Tetack and Somnix are feeling the same thing about there relationship!

You might have noticed there’s also more songs in general in these mixes!!! That’s cuz… I had a lot of songs for Somnix and Tetack ghghgh- idk man! turns out a lot of songs fit w edgy relationship drama and being seduced by dark and terrible forces!!! Idk what to tell u!!

Once again the mixes are in chronological order! The songs progress in the same way the characters progress! Most of these I feel like. Paint a pretty clear picture? Like. Obviously we haven’t told you exactly what happens w these two yet but you can get the vibes here! The edgy edgy angsty vibes…. But! Neither of them end edgy and angsty! They sort themselves out eventually! That’s what matters lol

when i was a kid the main thing my parents put on the radio (besides country stations/pop) were like 90s alt/grunge stations (mostly lithium on sirius or a couple of FM stations i cant remember the names of) so now thats one of my favorite types of music but also i feel kind of insane when talking about music stuff bc i kind of just assume that like everyone my age was listening to the same stuff so i get so confused like what do you MEAN you dont know the butthole surfers?? they played them like ALL THE TIME!!
