God, if it WAS a timeloop, if Arcane Jayce has been experiencing version after version of The Horrors of not stopping Hextech, if him shooting Viktor isn't "killing" it's the final act of attempt after attempt after attempt at SAVING HIM I will walk of a ledge I swear, it's all coming together, I am a "Jayce was trapped in a time loop" truther now, I'm losing my damn mind. There is no way Jayce killed his partner unless another Viktor told him to do it or he has tried so many times over and seen the consequences of not doing so that he's completely broken, or he just knows from all those other versions that this is not Viktor or it's the only way to actually save Viktor... anyway I'm officially chewing glass and losing my mind I take back every version of "that is not Jayce" I am now a "That IS Jayce several decades of trauma later, trauma caused by trying over and over to save the world and save Viktor" I think we're going to be repaid for all of our "The goodbye was too brief" or "There was no emotion when Jayce killed Viktor" with an ENTIRE SEQUENCE that is just all the emotions Jayce has been pouring into trying to fix all of this any other way

i prefer childhood friends to lovers A HUNDRED TIMES over enemies to lovers—seeing your post about it got me thinking about a fic or even hcs about baby katsuki and baby yn... hanging out in diapers, pulling each other's hair, katsuki crying when he hasn't seen you (this kind of thing would be PERFECT in ur writing style)

not really baby baby suki but i had a thought recently and its that toddler katsuki cannot understand the concept of you not being able to come over to see him every single day,,like, you hung out yesterday..so why not today ? and tomorrow ? and forever !

like he doesn’t understand when his mom tells him that you can’t come over today, little brows furrowed and a cute little pout on his face. puffed out little cheeks and he stomps because yes you can ! you came yesterday!

“but she can’t today, baby.” his mom tells him and it stumps him absolutely. like why ?? and a tantrum ensues.

he’s also extremely dramatic when you have to leave, he’ll try literally everything acting like hes on the clock when your parents come pick you up from his house. he keeps you in his room or he insists you both hide somewhere to waste time. he gets a little scolding from his mom every time but he never learns his lesson. ever.

so here he stands, in between his mom’s legs waving you off. at first, he’ll pout and run off to his room to be moody, but he has to see you leave every time because if he misses you leaving he’ll get even crankier. so soon enough you hear stomping from downstairs and katsuki barges between his mom’s legs, which earns him an annoyed “katsuki !” but he doesn’t care. eyebrows fixed tight and you wave him bye bye, and he answers with a pouty little “bye.” until he can see you again.

BEHOLD: THE TATTOUR:

Been procrastinating on this because I hadn't actually figured out what his tattoos were beyond a few key ones. But here we are!

Some explanation for a few of them:

3 Eye Dots: Prison tattoo signifying 'My crazy prison life'.

Dice: Common prison tattoo signifying gambling with life.

Skull: Common prison tat. 16 year old Peter thought it was cool.

Eye with Tears: Signifying watching his back-3 tears mean 3 attacks over the course of 5 years.

Cobweb: Common prison tattoo meaning the person was sitting on their elbows for so long they started to get cobwebs.

MJ on Knee: Mary Jane Watson used to be a dealer back in high school/college. As a joke she signed her name with a weed leaf instead of her name. Peter tatted it as a show of love/loyalty.

Winged Bell-Noose: Signifies time served. Wings for freedom, the bell for time served, and 5 gongs for 5 years.

Cat's eye: The job that got him in was burglary.

The double katana tramp stamp and Wade's handprint are post identity reveal and relationships tattoos- and Wade is super duper mega normal about them yessiree. His brain does not short out every time he remembers they're there, nope, not at all.

As for piercings, Peter has one on his right nipple, his bellybutton, and 3 in each ear. He used to have one on his tongue, but post mutation his mouth is WAY too sensitive. It was too...distracting, so it had to go. >:)

Ghosts (and liminals) that are purring make the cat startup noise if interrupted. This is discovered by Tim and Jason when Tim drops by to check on Jason (to make sure he's not trying to patrol while injured) and finds Jason lying on the couch, physically trapped under a napping, purring Jazz.

(I just went through an extremely harrowing exam. This is my reward, so ty for sending Anger Management 🙏)

Tim was crawling through the window when he paused. On the couch was Jason and on top of him, was Jazz. She seemed to be asleep, her head tucked into Jason's neck as she napped on top of him. Jason had his arms wrapped around her, balancing a book on her back as he looked over her shoulder to read.

"Isn't she heavy?" Tim asked quietly, and Jason tilted his head backwards to look at him.

"What're you doing here?" He said in a whisper.

Tim looked him over. "To check up on you and make sure you weren't patrolling. But I guess I didn't need to, huh?"

"Nah, Jazz's here to take care of me."

Tim made a gagging noise and Jason gave him the middle finger.

"Just get out of here," Jason grumbled.

Tim huffed and rolled his eyes. "Okay, okay, jeez." He paused again, tilting his head as he finally deciphered the rumbling noises he had been hearing for the past few minutes. "Is she... purring?"

When Jason didn't answer, Tim grinned. "Oh my god, she is! She's purring! Is she trying to heal you? Oh my god, I'm so telling Dick!"

Jason sat up a little, glaring at him with a pink flush on his face, but when that jostled Jazz on top of him, she sat up in alarm, wide eyed.

"Mirrurp?"

They both stared at her in wide eyed, silent shock at the cat-like noise she just made.

She turned red and then tried to get off of Jason to flee but he suddenly grabbed her, tossing the book over the couch.

Thankfully, Tim was already jumping out the window before he could turn into a voyeur.
