Oh….. I just realized why I wasn’t quite sure how I felt about the ending

I knew I didn’t think the ending was bad and I found it interesting and enjoyed it but I just wasn’t sure how it was making me feel

How even though I knew it made me feel sad I didn’t cry yet it hurt my heart

Now I know why it hurt, I hadn’t cried originally because I hadn’t realized why it was making my heart hurt so

It’s because of how Sun and Moon went. Still there but not, there yet unreachable

It’s because in the last moments they were separate before Eclipse it was so clear how much pain they were in. The virus was destroying them, killing them, changing them, slowly, swiftly, painfully

Y/N originally tried to stop the reboot because they didn’t want to lose them, for them to forget, to be alone.

Yet they saw how it was changing and killing them and they let the reboot happen, even while knowing it meant that they may never see their Sun and Moon again, that they could very well lose them forever, yet the pain of potentially losing them was overpowered by the pain they felt by letting them continue and suffer as they were, being destroyed by the virus

Even though it hurt Y/N so much they couldn’t let them continue to suffer

In a way they did lose Sun and Moon. It won’t ever be the same, they lost the Sun and Moon they once knew and even though they still have Eclipse it’ll never quite be the same.

Of course Y/N still loves Eclipse, they’re still their soulmate and they will still love them as they are still Sun and Moon as well, but at the same time it just isn’t the same, in a way they lost the people they had made so many precious memories with and that they had so many plans for.

Even with Eclipse it’ll still hurt. And while the lose will never quite heal, it’ll scar over and they’ll create new memories and moments to help heal the hurt and to enjoy and love with their soulmate

Gah sorry bout the ramble, once I realized it I just felt like I needed to share. It hurts my heart so much because it hits so so close to home.

Wounds scarred over yet still healing brought to attention once again. Now that I know why it hurts my heart so much and I am now ugly crying, sobbing, bawling at 2am ish ;-;

Though it hurts I love this ending. It shows so well that while plans might go awry and it can hurt that the pain can be moved past and good can come after the hurt

While it’s fun to think of all the different ways this could’ve ended I’m glad we got this ending

Hurts enough to get them feel yet still get the comfort for a satisfying ending

Love this fic, love this fic so so so much

Probably some of the only writing to make me feel so much, maybe the writing that’s made me feel the most

Such such such good writing, can’t wait to see what else you write and I am absolutely gonna read So(u)l again especially after we get the other lil so(u)l fic bits

God, if it WAS a timeloop, if Arcane Jayce has been experiencing version after version of The Horrors of not stopping Hextech, if him shooting Viktor isn't "killing" it's the final act of attempt after attempt after attempt at SAVING HIM I will walk of a ledge I swear, it's all coming together, I am a "Jayce was trapped in a time loop" truther now, I'm losing my damn mind. There is no way Jayce killed his partner unless another Viktor told him to do it or he has tried so many times over and seen the consequences of not doing so that he's completely broken, or he just knows from all those other versions that this is not Viktor or it's the only way to actually save Viktor... anyway I'm officially chewing glass and losing my mind I take back every version of "that is not Jayce" I am now a "That IS Jayce several decades of trauma later, trauma caused by trying over and over to save the world and save Viktor" I think we're going to be repaid for all of our "The goodbye was too brief" or "There was no emotion when Jayce killed Viktor" with an ENTIRE SEQUENCE that is just all the emotions Jayce has been pouring into trying to fix all of this any other way

i prefer childhood friends to lovers A HUNDRED TIMES over enemies to lovers—seeing your post about it got me thinking about a fic or even hcs about baby katsuki and baby yn... hanging out in diapers, pulling each other's hair, katsuki crying when he hasn't seen you (this kind of thing would be PERFECT in ur writing style)

not really baby baby suki but i had a thought recently and its that toddler katsuki cannot understand the concept of you not being able to come over to see him every single day,,like, you hung out yesterday..so why not today ? and tomorrow ? and forever !

like he doesn’t understand when his mom tells him that you can’t come over today, little brows furrowed and a cute little pout on his face. puffed out little cheeks and he stomps because yes you can ! you came yesterday!

“but she can’t today, baby.” his mom tells him and it stumps him absolutely. like why ?? and a tantrum ensues.

he’s also extremely dramatic when you have to leave, he’ll try literally everything acting like hes on the clock when your parents come pick you up from his house. he keeps you in his room or he insists you both hide somewhere to waste time. he gets a little scolding from his mom every time but he never learns his lesson. ever.

so here he stands, in between his mom’s legs waving you off. at first, he’ll pout and run off to his room to be moody, but he has to see you leave every time because if he misses you leaving he’ll get even crankier. so soon enough you hear stomping from downstairs and katsuki barges between his mom’s legs, which earns him an annoyed “katsuki !” but he doesn’t care. eyebrows fixed tight and you wave him bye bye, and he answers with a pouty little “bye.” until he can see you again.

I get so excited everytime I see you post something new for your ex-con au. How do Deadpool and Peter’s Spidey-sona first meet? Sorry if you already went over this and I missed it.

Spidey and Deadpool have a hit meet cute! You see, Spider-Man's been getting in Deadpool's way and costing him a pretty-penny (and yelp ratings!) in jobs, and we just can't have that.

As for Weasel, he might look like a drowned rat, but the man is a shrewd businessman who excels in recognizing opportunities when they walk through the door. And despite his reputation as kind of a pushover, he can be very cold and calculating. After all, you can't survive long in the business of cutting throats without being cutthroat yourself.

He and Wade have a very friends-not-friends relationship. There's fondness between them, but there's also fear from Weasel's side in regards to Wade. However, Weasel (reluctantly) does have Wade's back if it comes to it.

As for Peter, Weasel immediately recognizes his attachment to Emma and uses it to his advantage in working Peter to the bone. Over time, he does grow to have a bit of a soft spot for the guy, but mainly keeps him around because he's useful. (And because Wade might actually kill him if he lets Peter go.)
