🚨 WITNESS VIDEO OF FATAL SHOOTING OF TYRONE BANKS 🚨 Baltimore, MD—On Wednesday, 08.28.2019, police spot 30-year-old Tyrone Domingo Banks, who was wanted for shooting an officer and attempting to run over another officer the night before, driving a silver vehicle (driving the wrong way without headlights in the beginning of the video). Although many details are not clear yet and a press release hasn’t been provided, the department can confirm that Banks was armed at the time of the shooting. At least 8 officers open fire on Banks—he is rushed to John Hopkins Hospital, where he is pronounced dead.
