🚨 WITNESS VIDEO OF FATAL SHOOTING OF TYRONE BANKS 🚨 Baltimore, MD—On Wednesday, 08.28.2019, police spot 30-year-old Tyrone Domingo Banks, who was wanted for shooting an officer and attempting to run over another officer the night before, driving a silver vehicle (driving the wrong way without headlights in the beginning of the video). Although many details are not clear yet and a press release hasn’t been provided, the department can confirm that Banks was armed at the time of the shooting. At least 8 officers open fire on Banks—he is rushed to John Hopkins Hospital, where he is pronounced dead. #tyronebanks has been sitting in his chair for the past 6 hours. He is flanked by his water bottle and a flag he bought at the 99 cents store. He barely has $30 in his cup. "It is not the real flag. This one is fraying at the edges already, but its what I could afford." A Vietnam veteran, Banks said he left the Marine Corp because of an injury to his back. Since then it has been difficult to hold down a steady job. "A few years ago I use to be chased off the boardwalk, but I have since received my panhandler's permit so I am able to make a few extra dollars. "All the money walking by on the boardwalk does not make it outside the casinos," he continued. Together, Tyrone Banks and I counted over a hundred people who walked by him in a five minutes stretch, some coming so close to him that they had to sharply avoid from hitting his cup, but barely glanced at even his shadow.
