Reposted from @isupportnypd - 🚨 MALE DROPS GUN WHILE FLEEING; FATALLY SHOT 🚨 Muskogee, OK—On Saturday, 01.17.2015 at approx. 1550, Officer Chansey McMillin responded to a male with a gun inside of Old Agency Baptist Church located at 1115 N 24th St W. Upon arrival, McMillin approached Terence Walker Jr., who accurately matched the description of the armed male. The 911 caller stated Walker came to a wedding that was taking place inside and threatened his ex-girlfriend with a loaded handgun. When McMillin attempted to detain him to investigate further, Walker took off running and dropped the handgun in the middle of the street. When Walker turned back to retrieve it, McMillin shot Walker five times, killing him. Pastor AJ Jones witnessed the entire incident unfold and rushed to Walker, who was lying in a ditch, in an attempt to tend to him. Jones pleaded with McMillin to not shoot anymore and to allow him to check on Walker. A silver pistol was recovered from Walker’s hand. 🚨 WITNESS VIDEO OF FATAL SHOOTING OF TYRONE BANKS 🚨 Baltimore, MD—On Wednesday, 08.28.2019, police spot 30-year-old Tyrone Domingo Banks, who was wanted for shooting an officer and attempting to run over another officer the night before, driving a silver vehicle (driving the wrong way without headlights in the beginning of the video). Although many details are not clear yet and a press release hasn’t been provided, the department can confirm that Banks was armed at the time of the shooting. At least 8 officers open fire on Banks—he is rushed to John Hopkins Hospital, where he is pronounced dead. 🚨 ROUTINE TRAFFIC STOP ENDS IN SHOOTING 🚨 Seminole County, FL—On Saturday, 06.29.2019 at approx. 0945, Deputy Aaron Blais stops 38-year-old Rocky Money Rudolph, who is driving a black Cadillac Escalade, near Interstate 4 and H E Thomas Jr Pkwy for excessive window tint. During the stop, Blais smells marijuana inside the vehicle. Blais orders Rudolph to turn the car off, to which he does not comply, and instead puts the vehicle in drive and drives off. Blais draws his pistol as Rudolph repeatedly ignores orders to show his hands. Rudolph attempts to grab Blais’ gun while driving away. The vehicle temporarily stops, but Rudolph continues to ignore orders to show his hands and put the vehicle in park. Rudolph grabs Blais’ gun again while accelerating with Blais hanging onto the seatbelt. Blais shoots at Rudolph several times while the vehicle is in motion. After about 200 yards, Rudolph veers to the right throwing Blais to the ground. Blais is rushed to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. After several hours of searching for Rudolph, he was ultimately found with a gunshot wound to the leg in a vehicle driven by a family member and arrested in Longwood. Y tanto q hablan de #RD pasa mucho en USA 🚨 ROUTINE MEDICAL CALL TURNS INTO SHOOTOUT RESULTING IN 2 DEATHS; 2 SHOT 🚨 Appleton, WI—On Wednesday, 05.15.2019, Sgt. Christopher Biese and Ofc. Paul Christensen, FF Mitch Lungaard and other fire department personnel respond to Valley Transit Center across from 225 N Oneida St regarding a medical call of Ruben Houston, 47, who overdosed and is unresponsive on a Lamers bus. After a successful administering of Narcan, Houston regains consciousness and insists he continues his bus ride to Wausau. Medical personnel says he has to go to the hospital considering the seriousness of Houston’s condition, with Narcan being only a temporary fix to his overdose. After several moments of back and forth about going to the hospital, Biese asks Houston if he has any weapons on him and that a bugle is visible on his waistband. Houston replies by saying the bugle is his cellphone. Then, Christensen asks for Houston to lift up his shirt to verify if he has any weapons on him. Houston reaches inside of his cellphone case and draws a .380 pistol, chambers a round and fires all five rounds at the emergency personnel. One of the rounds hits Lungaard and another round strikes Christensen. Biese and Christensen return fire with 20 rounds total. During the shootout, Houston grabs an uninvolved female, 30-year old Brittany Schowalter, as a human shield. Schowalter was also shot once in the head and once in the leg, possible by an officer. Schowalter sustained a traumatic brain injury as a result of the gunshot, but is in stable condition. Lungaard was rushed to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah, where he was pronounced dead. Christensen sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound and Houston was, ultimately, killed in the shootout.
