What do you think about the theory that Tyranasaurus Rex may have been social and possibly even cared for their injured?

It sounds neat and at least plausible to me based on what ive read, but im FAR from being an expert, so it could be COMPLETELY wrong for all i know.

Yeah, T. rex was probably social. Most birds are social in some way or another for at least a portion of their life cycle. But beyond that, we have fossil evidence of them moving in groups from footprints, and fossil sites with multiple individuals of different ages together. Cared for their injured, I'm not sure we have evidence for, but we also don't have evidence against, and altruism is evolutionarily beneficial (the selfish gene is the worst book ever written and I deeply detest richard dawkins).

29. What is your favorite expletive?

Mother-fucker. I love it. I think it's the larger amount of syllables. Also it's a nice callout to how much I'm attracted to mommy energy like I love older women I truly do. Like- the way I want to be an ex-wife's side piece isn't even funny. My second choice would be: Jesus fucking Christ. Again, it seems that im a fan of a higher syllable count. I think it shows more intent and dedication to the slanderous grind. Plus I like that one BC it lets people know I don't respect the concept of God. And if I did, it would only be in a disturbing and incestuous way (pls note that is the ONLY *ncest I'll ever support).

37. Have you ever built a snowman?

I think so. Can't really rmmbr lol. I was born in the UK back when snow didn't exist there, but moved to Canada when I was 9, so discovering what winter really meant was pretty insane, so yeah, I think I probs did build alot of snowmen. Which means I also built alot of snow people. BC who else is gonna kill the men? Never stop thinking ahead.

63. Which is cooler: dinosaurs or dragons?

DRAGONS. I love dinos, love me a tyranasaurus fr. The OG Jurassic Park series was one of my faves growing up, still is. But nothing beats a motherfucking dragon. Game of Thrones only deepened my love for them (I have so many of the instrumentals that played whenever dragons were on-screen saved to my Spotify). Dragons. Jesus fucking Christ, dragons. I watched so many medieval movies simply BC they had dragons in them. Even the cheesy damsel in distress ones. I remember that movie Eragon (2006) was one of my fave rewatches too... Damn now I gotta rewatch Eragon holy shit haven't thought ab that in forever. Thank you for the reminder omg

Okay but you know whats really crazy about this? (Specifically the part about humans and wolves, but also, like. All of it) You know whats REALLY crazy about this to me? There is some evidence to suggest that the Tyrannosaurus Rex may have been a social animal! Also!! There have been some specimens found with old, healed injuries to their legs that would make it difficult to impossible to find food, suggesting that other tyrannosaurs may have helped them until they healed.

Basically what im saying is; it is possible that Tyranasaurus Rex may have also been aggressively social - so imagine, just imagine, what might have happened if they were indeed incredibly social, and had been around long enough to meet us.

Perhaps they would have seen a small bipedal animal that lives in groups and takes down prey many times its size and is stubborn enough to kill god, and thought "look at this tiny thing, its so cute! I wonder if it would pet me?"

Perhaps we would have looked at this massive, terrifying beast that hunts in packs and is capable of killing a human in a single bite and thought "its so beautiful! I wonder if it would let me pet it?

Perhaps our species would become freinds in a simular way to dogs or perhaps cats and humans. Perhaps we would have helped eachother hunt, or heal, or simply love and care.

Or perhaps our relationship would be more like the one we have with elephants today - two highly intelligent and social animal species who have a healthy respect for eachother, and who will help or hurt echother, depending on the individuals in question. Perhaps smetimes we would form bonds with eachother that outlast death, and othertimes we might be the ones to cause eachother's deaths. Perhaps the Tyranasaurs would even learn to recognize and diferentiate us based on our language

(All of this is speculation, of course, and i am no expert. Its worth noting that both the social T-Rex theory and the theory that they may have cared for eachother are just that; theory - but i still consider it worthwile to talk and think and imagine about it.)
