album log #2: tyler, the creator - chromakopia

what can i even say about this? he’s done it again. what an amazing album. i’ve never been so proud to have been a fan of his since middle school. he has matured so much and i feel like his rapping skills have finally really caught up to his production skills, which of course can only result in easily the most impressive album of the year, which this is. it’s kind of funny because i kind of worried when i didn’t really like the first single, NOID, but it’s literally the only song i don’t like on this whole album haha. this is a great listen and i’m super happy to say that this hugely exceeded my expectations, both lyrically and production-wise. brilliant stuff and some fantastic features all around too!!!
