Have a little something from LA Lonely -> this is after the fun and orgasms of Buck and Eddie’s hook up. Still don’t know if I’m going to go full spice 🌶️ or just do a quick little run down of things.

Buck expects him to start pulling his clothes on and to give him the whole “this was fun, but I gotta bounce” speel, but Eddie surprises him by climbing back into bed and nudging Buck to roll onto his side so Eddie can scoot up behind him and hold him.

Buck freezes for a moment because no one does this. They have their fun and then they leave. They don’t stay and they definitely don’t cuddle.

Eddie must feel him go tense because his hold loosens and he moves as if he’s about to pull away. “Is this okay?”

Buck grabs at the arms that are wrapped around him, stopping Eddie’s descent. “Y-yeah. It’s-it’s okay.” He pulls at Eddie’s arms and the man settles back behind him, burrowing his face into the juncture where Buck’s neck meets his shoulder as he shuffles closer.

Soft kisses are pressed into his skin and Buck is helpless but to relax back into Eddie, letting the comfort and warmth of whatever is happening wrap around him.

“Stay?” He whispers, not sure if Eddie can hear him but not being brave enough to say it any louder. He feels like he’s asking too much.

A kiss behind his ear. “Okay.”

Chuuya continues grinning up at Kunikida. They step closer, placing one hand flat against his chest. “Like what, pretty boy?”

His face flushes, and he stammers, but Chuuya isn’t really listening anymore. They’re too busy being enamored with the pink dusting his cheeks and the way his heart thumps hard and fast against their palm. They push themself onto their toes, cupping the back of Kunikida’s head with their free hand, but just before they can press their lips against his, there’s a CRASH followed by a yelp.

Kunikida winces. Chuuya backs away quickly.

“Was that—?”

“Atsushi, yes,” Kunikida answers. He pushes his glasses up, then smooths down his vest. “I’d better go check on him.”

Chuuya huffs. “Fine, fine, whatever. We’re still on for tonight though, right?”

Kunikida sighs, but it’s paired with a fond smile. “Yes. I will see you tonight.” He drops a kiss to the top of Chuuya’s head, and then it’s their turn to flush red as Kunikida turns away to see if Atsushi needs help.

nort.on is one of unfortunate characters i f/o. i genuinely feel so sad about from time to time because he never experienced a very comfy life even since he was a kid and he still lives with much anger and hatred in his heart but i really don't blame him.... the hatred of feeling miserable is what's pushing him to keep going and that's something i can never be so brave abt. sure he's done... a lot of reckless things but... for a man who's at risk of dying anytime? i would do anything to pull him out of his misery and let him know the world isnt so cruel. i've watched his foo.ls gold trailer a bit too much admittedly but its really because for so long, have i been DYING to know what happened to him. i f/o'd him 5 years ago (although going "inactive" within the years) with only little tidbits of his lore and seeing this trailer that came out last year - I feel that my patience has paid off finally because now i can really really ADORE where hes coming from. also his voice just... im so in love with his voice wasiawiaiwiaiai im so ;;;;; all the shit hes enduring i just ;;;;;;;;;;; i get so misty eyed about it. hes the type of guy to go work 30 minutes early before everyone because he can't trust them, and is certain they'd rob his efforts. like how much has he gone through to be this?!? reserved and aloof? how much pain did he have to receive to really keep his walls so high? it makes me so sad for him and i remember saying so many times i get so happy if i see him smiling, fanart or canon art:

Hello, im wehaveagathering from my main blog, im kind of obsessed with your hockey poetry edits and I think your blog is great! I guess I kind of have a dumb question, where do you find the images you use for your edits? Did you say Getty in your tags?? I’ve gotten into making icons recently (and i have ideas for poetry edits hrrrghhh) but it’s hard to find high res images. Thanks for your time and I hope you have a nice day :)

first of all thank you so much 🥹 and second that’s absolutely not a dumb question!! i do pull a lot of images from getty and i’ll also download pictures from sports articles (i got a lot of the hugheses pictures from online access articles, for example), or sometimes from instagram/facebook/twitter if an account is public. freely admitting that i am not technologically advanced? inclined? in the slightest here, but the image editing software that you use and how you import/export photos with it makes a difference in the quality of them as well!

if you haven’t seen them yet, i would also recommend checking out @simmyfrobby @national-hockey-lesbian @hauntedppgpaints @tapedsleeves @starscelly and @captainbradmarchand’s blogs just off the top of my head!!! they might know more places to get high res images and also i love their work 💕🫶
