I have an Aphmau Minecraft Diaries/Mystreet x Reader sfw Oneshot book over on Wattpad that holds a lot of lovely memories for me, I was definitely coping with something through writing it haha

Honourable Mention is a Reader insert MCD!Parent Scenarios/Imagines also on wattpad lmaoo - idk they're very soft and they got me into writing things early on

E: What character do you identify with most?  Is there a certain fic of yours that captures these qualities particularly well?

I definitely kin a lot of characters, but in terms of my own writing I think Kaveh from Genshin Impact - I really have fun with him and kinda ramble out my own thinking process/internal monologue when it comes to situations.

O: What are your thoughts on people writing fanfic of your fanfic?

I've had a few people continue a few of my fics I've left off on cliffhangers, I absolutely adore reading everyone's interpretations when they tag me.

I'm always over the moon when someone says they've been inspired and run with an idea I've put out - it's such amazing experience to indulge in other writer's works - always, always tag me because I love to support my friends and moots (and future friends too hehe)

I think I left off where Tsukki was acting all confident at the beginning of the confession scene? And all the little mannerisms you gave him were sincerely so freaking cute and wonderful. It had me swooning seeing how he got more and more flustered and vulnerable, but still retained a bit of his joking and mocking personality! I always love how you write Tsukki! And the way he flicks reader's forehead before cradling their face, and asking to kiss them, and then him getting all disheveled after the kiss! OH MY GODDDD I WASN'T OKAY! I was seriously swooning and I'm fairly certain I put into the tags 'I NEED HIM TO REDACTED ME' or something unhinged like that.

And oh my gosh, this fic was just sincerely so, so good. I can't put into words how much I adored it. It seriously is going to rest at home in my heart and head for days, okay? to be very honest, sometimes it’s trash toxicity here in the mha tumblr community... it can be very turbulent lol. my advice to you as a newcomer is to stay away from blogs that linger on drama, and constantly throw shade at each other as well. personally, i like to come to tumblr to relax and use it as a little getaway of sorts from real life... so i try to safeguard myself from negativity when it’s present on here. i haven’t been here for suuuuper long either actually (i joined in february), but since then i’ve come to know and love a lot of fellow authors and readers in the community!

i actually was a weeb-hater until i started watching KNY, and then of course came MHA... lol. i’d say don’t worry about “jumping on the bandwagon”— the more the merrier imo! if you enjoy the show and the manga then you should just allow yourself to enjoy it, and don’t worry about what others say. you don’t have to prove yourself to anybody!

11. What do you envy in other writers?

god I absolutely envy ppl who have the will to plot out long multichapter stories and write them all the way to the end, I’m so terrible about making and using outlines and rarely write anything longer than 10k words, if even that much 💀

hehe I do! I post p much everything to my ao3 which is here, but also in my meg tries tag here on my blog! and I do keep quite a lot of what I write to myself, either because it’s just something written for my own amusement/venting or because I only wanted to write a short snippet of an idea and not a full piece around it. I wrote a lot abt revolutionary girl utena after watching it in 2019 with my friends but quite a bit of what I wrote I don’t think I’ll ever publish jdsbdjxbdb some of it is just for me and some is just between me and my friends... and now lately I’ve written a whole lot of little lotr snippets, some of which I want to turn into a full length fic and some that are just sitting in a doc for me to revisit and read for myself :]

20. Tell us the meta about your writing that you really want to ramble to people about (symbolism you’ve included, character or relationship development that you love, hidden references, callbacks or clues for future scenes?

hmmmm this one is tough, since most of my stuff is just short one shots I don’t rlly have anything to talk about re: character development or foreshadowing or anything like that ksgsjdxhxj but in terms of symbolism I really love writing about hands, gardens, and cooking... a piece I always love talking about is this little utena drabble called I need to start a garden that I wrote a few months ago while dealing with some medical trauma from last year gjdbsbd it just sort of poured out of me in one sitting and it’s not even 1k words but it’s one of the pieces I’m most proud of... I guess the thought behind it (besides thinking of gardens as a labor of love/something to nurture) was flower language as a way to try to express things that can’t be said with words, but also as like... flowers themselves being something that are born out of your own love and hard work, and hoping that that is a testament in and of itself to... something... something that goes beyond words I guess hdjsbdjxbc something like your own growth... also I mentioned pressed flowers in the story bc of you, Jojo 👀

I love ur blog so far and ur writing makes me feel rlly happy everytime I read it! i was just wondering if u had any tips for starting and making ur imagine blog get more exposure? and also if u have any tips for writing characters and how to write scenarios that would match up with their personalities? ty!

ahhh this is the sweetest thing ever, thank you bby, i’m happy you like my work hehe 😚💖. but okay some tips that i can think of:

the most important thing about writing is that you firstly WRITE FOR YOURSELF. like your work always has to be a bit self-indulgent, and it always feels better when you write about something you really like and enjoy!!

like my first post was iwa boyfriend texts, and that was a time where i was really into smau’s. it’s also important to write about characters your passionate about and comfortable with? i really enjoy writing the dynamic between seijoh four and the reader, and i think (hope) that shows in my writing.

in terms of getting more exposure, a small part is how you tag your work - a lot of people tag “character x reader” first whereas i prefer to do a general tag like “haikyuu fluff” first and then character tags. idk personal preference i suppose.

but a bigger part of exposure is interactions. i’m talking about reblogging other writers works, go crazy in their tags ya know, and just don’t be afraid to reach out to them. there’s a lot of writers out there who love to support upcoming blogs!

hmm with writing characters, i usually base my depictions of them on how they are in the series, and then my own opinions of them and mix it with the way other writers portray that certain character.

as long as your not full on copying the writer (it’s okay to be inspired by others). you should just be trying to get a feel for the character. i don’t think my character depictions are perfect and tbh they’re probably a bit ooc but it works more for me, so don’t be scared to add your own touch to them.

omg scenarios!! with some characters it’s so easy to place them in certain scenarios that play in my mind; and with others i really do struggle a bit.

mmm for example i really struggle with writing about the karasuno third years, and i think a big part is because as much as i do love them, i don’t vibe with their personalities or dynamic. and so it all comes back to writing for yourself and for characters that you love. ofc if you take requests then it’s nice for your readers to give you a push in the right direction ya know.

and with writing iwa for example, i know a lot of writers see him as this big over protective guy, which i love reading about, but i just can’t write about personally. and that’s okay to have a different opinion on a character.

also it always helps to bounce ideas back and forth with your friends, or other writers or your readers too!!

also yes i have read six of crows and i read part of the viscount who loved me but i have to say julia quinn’s writing is just not for me 🙈 i feel like bridgerton the series really improves upon the books but i’m not really a romance enjoyer so that’s probably why! and six of crows runs through my veins. it is my lifeblood. no one will ever do it like they did it...

also i’m glad you think of i’ll make a man out of you - it’s the biggest bop of the movie!!
