-Livia is stated to have a case of chromesthesia, which was first revealed in the Halloween event after Livia screamed at someone for "messing up the colors" and was further elaborated on by Lilia in Tamashi-Mina

-Livia might have ADHD, as Malleus states she has a hard time paying attention in class, sitting still, fidgeting whenever she's been forced to sit down and even having random hyperactivity moments which terrified Sebek. It's further elaborated on by Silver when he comments that he had to go pick Livia up from class after she suddenly started causing trouble and having a problem paying attention.

-Leona comments that Livia is the least dangerous student when she's not upset

-She has a habit of saying "Tututu~" whenever something interests her, she's happy or she's visiting those she's close with

-There are rope burns hidden underneath Livia's hair

-Livia shrieks when she's angry as shown in Ch 2 after she found out Ruggie tricked her and was the one who used her to injure Malleus knowing he'd come rescue her

-Sodas are like catnip to Livia so she's been banned from them by Lilia and Malleus

-Sebek fondly comments that Livia and Malleus have a weekend schedule they go through if Livia is not busy with friends

-Livia is the only first year to have had two different Unique Magic

-Livia has bioluminescent stripes that can make her go invisible if she so wishes but she mainly uses her stripes as a nightlight for her friends

-Livia can turn her aura/emotion sensing off but her emotions will end up showing on her hair in different colors due to that

-It's been stated by Silver and Golden that Livia throws her wings up instead of her arms whenever she's done with someone crap or shes angry, sometimes when she's irritated/annoyed

-The color of happiness and pride doesn't often appear on Livia's hair, as commented by Rook, Ruggie and Professor Trein

-Livia uses her wings to express body languages, like shrugs, beckons to come over, shooing someone away, etc

-Livia is stated to be based off of Maleficents thorns but is also hinted to have a bit if Disney princess in her character

-Her childhood friend/pen pals are Kalim and Azul, being the one who brought them together as childhood friends before Azul meets Jade and Floyd

-According to Rollo, Livia eats lots and lots of fruit rarely ever eating meat revealing that she's mostly vegan

-According to Silver, Livia is bad at cutting her hair so he, Golden or their mother take over that job

-Livia knows kickboxing and is a master at it but she tends to be too childish to remember to use it or she uses taekwondo more due to knowing more moves

-Like Silver, Livia attracts animals of all sizes and species, and they tend to be her source of protection/comfort if others aren't around

-According to Crowley, Livia might be part of Twisted Wonderland due to her thorn control power

-Livia has deadly allergies to Honey Lemon Tea, the reason why is currently unknown

-Livia is by far the only character who gets included in almost all the events, getting many cards but is the hardest to summon

-Other students have commented that she makes Lilia's expressions perfectly and that she could be his kid or sibling

-According to Lilia, he gave Livia her name because he knew others would be envious of how cherished she was by her loved ones

-Livia has Light Fae blood inside of her thanks to her mother, Thea, cause her mothers father was a light Fae

-Livia is the first and only student to get her Unique Magic during an Event(Star Gazer)

-Rook is Livia's mentor, and taught her how to hunt better

-It's been stated by Malleus that Livia tends to overstep her boundaries due to the fact that he doted on her a lot, back at their home, so he invaded her space at times

TRANSMIGRATOR’S GUIDE TO: Yuhua Wei

A “good student,” a “good friend,” a nobody. From that, to the voluntold assistant of Divus Crewel, stuck in the world of Twisted Wonderland where magic and arrogance run rampant.

This is the story of Yuhua Wei, another “Yuu” among many.

You’ve probably never heard of him, or maybe you have. Either way, this new and improved guide will give you a way to start getting to know him!

Below is more information about our self-saving scum protagonist~

PERSONALITY

Yuhua’s outward persona can change depending on who he is with: you could call him a people-pleaser. Around staff and certain upperclassmen, he is respectful and earnest. Around close friends, he is a bit more outspoken and brash, but also playful and encouraging. Around strangers, he is meek but affable when spoken to. So on and so forth. However, the degree to which he speaks his mind is varied—you could compare him to a nesting doll. Always removing or adding a layer that hides his true self, whatever that may be.

He also possesses a manipulative side, which is part of why he tries to appeal to people: so that if he needs to, he can use favorable opinions of him to make his life more convenient. Emphasizing his helplessness or weakness when he cannot do something himself; complaining so someone will take notice of a problem…

Of course, Yuhua would rather not stand out—it would be too much for his insecure, introverted self and too inconvenient. The practical part of him believes that being a polite, respectful side character is the role the universe has decided for him. However, he isn’t above what some would consider slightly immoral. After all, he always adapts to his audience, and in the villains’ world, one must do as the villains do.

ABILITIES

System: The strange aid that Yuhua was given upon transmigrating. It appears in the form of holographic floating screens that only he can see, and makes the world of Twisted Wonderland seem like a mix between a game and reality. The main story books and events are considered to be “missions” for him.

It allows him to check his status, relationships with others, their opinions of him, and possess a hammerspace inventory with more items than he could physically carry.

It also has a strange function regarding memories…

Potions: The System, plus tutelage under has allowed Yuhua to unlock the recipes to and make a vast array of potions, such as healing ones. He mainly uses these during battles.

TRIVIA

Much like how the teachers have their own uniforms, Yuhua also has his own magic-enforced “dorm uniform.” It seems to take inspiration from a Far East fairytale, where a young maiden was aided by her late mother in the form of a beautiful, golden carp. Yuhua wears a locket that is enchanted to switch him into his dorm uniform when he opens it.

He typically wears what looks like the standard school uniform, because 1) it goes under his labcoat in the classroom due to safety procedures, and 2) it makes him stand out less.

Floyd calls him “Koi.” Other students will frequently refer to him as “the TA” or “Crewel’s TA.” His more commonly-used nickname is “Yu.”

and speaking of the cater cinderella theory--one of the things that's honestly probably a coincidence but did really convince me on it anyway? is that there's a deleted song from cinderella that was intended to be used during the scene where in the final movie, she's cleaning up and seeing her reflection in soap bubbles as she sings "oh sweet nightingale". the original song that was written for that scene was simply called "cinderella work song" and was about cinderella fantasizing of having clones of herself to help her get her work done in time for the ball.

I used to play Magia Record before the NA localization got EoS'd and that game was done by f4samurai which also does Twisted Wonderland. Magia Record had memoria cards which boost stats but also come with an illustration and caption. The characters all have a memoria unique to them that tends to have an object and a caption that dives deep into them as a character so I wanted to do something similar for my OCs. There's something about the differences between Magia Record and TWST that I can't describe. The TWST boys wouldn't be caught dead having the equivalent of memoria cards.

A Birthday Interview with Iris

Yuu : Hello! Happy birthday to you.

Iris : Well, thank you… I haven't celebrated my birthday in a very long time before coming to Night Raven College, but I suppose it’s nice to hear a greeting.

Iris : I don’t really see the point in making a big celebration over another year of your life passing, but maybe to humans there is much to cherish.

Iris : …Whatever the case, I’ve dawdled enough. Let’s get on with the interview.

Yuu : What are your thoughts on the party?

Iris : It’s not bad, but I think I’d prefer something smaller. I don’t really think that my birthday is worth a lot of fuss, after all, it’s just one year in many years of my life.

Iris : ….Still. It is nice to see Axel and the rest of the dorm having fun. Makes me a little envious, even… But nevermind that.

Iris : I’m grateful for the sheer amount of presents. Really, what am I going to do with all of this…? 

Iris : I’ve even received multiple gifts from the same individuals. Trying to get into my good graces? …Cunning, the lot of you kids nowadays. I suppose this still is Octavinelle, though.

Yuu : What sort of presents do you like to receive?

Iris : Anything will do, really, as long as it isn’t unpleasant. Although, I personally enjoy small food and drink. For example, Ashengrotto gifted me a bottle of cranberry juice. It seems to be rather good quality, too.

Iris : ….I have a feeling his gift has another meaning, though.

Yuu : Another meaning?

Iris : Perhaps it’s his way of gifting me something similar to wine, without actually getting wine. Clever boy. He knows I’m particular about wine, so he chose to play it safe.

Iris : Over the years, the quality of wine has drastically decreased. I’m rather disappointed, I thought humans were supposed to be ‘advanced’? And yet it seems most wine that is sold now is subpar at best.

Iris : At least there are still some businesses that are family-run and are still able to make good-tasting wine from hundreds of years ago.

Yuu : I see. You seem to know a lot about wine…. How old exactly are you?

Iris : I wouldn’t be able to answer that, even if I wanted to. It’s nothing for you to think about, though. I simply know a lot about wine, because it is my favourite.

Yuu : Alright, then. Do you have any hobbies?

Iris : Hobbies… I suppose I used to play the violin, but then I left it to collect dust for quite a while. I only recently picked it up again, because of that Vanrouge.

Iris : He’s been inviting me to join the Pop Music Club for quite some time, but he must be positively mad. Senile, even. He says we could do a duet, but that’s nonsense, I play the violin and what does that man play? The electric bass.

Iris : Perhaps there isn’t a single sane person in this school, his clubmates dabble in entirely different forms of music, too. But maybe…. Just maybe, I’ll consider it. I make no promises, though.

Yuu : I’ll look forward to seeing you perform if you decide to join, then.

Iris : Thank you. I’ll think about it more, the old violin needs a good dusting off. For now, let’s just enjoy the party.

Yuu : Thank you for sharing all of this with us. Once again, happy birthday!

TWISTED WONDERLAND ADVENT CALENDAR DAY 16

Today I learned a cool thing or two about apples at Christmas. In the Czech Republic, there's a tradition regarding apples and good luck; if you cut an apple horizontally at Christmas, and the seeds form a star shape, your year ahead will be filled with good luck! And apparently a newer tradition in China is to give a gift of decorated apples to loved ones as a wish for peace in the year ahead!

Bit of some fun facts and trivia incase anyone’s interested!

Agatha’s favorite food is Halloween Candy! And she can be very picky about it- it can’t just be the usual brand. It specifically has to be the one’s themed especially for the holiday. Such as pumpkin Reeses!

She HATES mornings. This is both a reference to the iconic line “Oh look, another glorious morning. Makes me SICK!” (Which I quote from time to time), but also the plot point in the movie that if the witches don’t succeed in becoming young again by sunrise they turn to stone!

She has a cat named Zackery Jinx :3 (Or just Jinx for the namesake)

She likes to call Yuu’s “Child”, unlike Malleus who says “Child of Man” hers is just “Child”. Whys this? Well because it’s how she views Yuu, as a naive child. (Which given in game Yuu is kinda accurate-)

my nrc kids and the dorm leaders

How my OCs attending Night Raven College view their dorm leader and vice-dorm leader if applicable.

Rufus fears Riddle because of his behavior in the first few days even though that has changed since the overblot. He does respect Riddle for running a tight ship and ensuring everyone does well academically. He just doesn't want to get in trouble or lose his head. Trey is more approachable when he has questions.

Bernard used to look up to Leona until the events of Book 2. After that, he stopped taking everything at face-value and putting others on pedestals. He'll still listen to him but he won't blindly follow orders.

Simon thinks Azul is cool. Not only is he responsible for the dorm, he runs a restaurant too- which is something adults do, not teenagers. There was the time he got ~225 new hires in one go. That was sick. Jade is okay. He doesn't know Jade well enough but he's nice. He's oblivious to how mafia the dorm is. He just thinks the dorm uniform is cool.

Rashad thinks Kalim is a good dorm leader, everyone just assumes that dorm leaders have to be the smartest or strongest one in the room. Kalim easily won him over with his kindheartedness and ability to keep up morale, and Jamil seemed to know what he was doing. Kalim and Jamil seemed to be a good duo as he and the previous dorm leader stepped down, but he was oblivious about the true nature of their relationship until learning of Jamil's overblot. He'll still trust that they keep the dorm running but doubt plagues him now that new information has made him reexamine their interactions. He's not vice dorm leader anymore so he is in no place to intervene.

Ivy finds Vil and Rook annoying. Vil appears to them as overbearing, imposing routines and restrictions because beauty or something. Rook shows up unexpectedly and says a lot of things and HE WON'T STOP TALKING OR LEAVE. Rook does give good feedback for their art, not that they'd admit it. And later Vil got Ivy a room to be used as a studio and store art supplies because of something about not wanting their room to get stained while doing art. Ivy doesn't know Vil's reason for what he does.

Varius looks up to Idia. He must be that good at technology to be dorm leader and have Ortho.

North thinks Idia is a cool guy even though seeing him makes her think of a pathetic sopping wet cat in the rain. She doesn't think much of him as the dorm leader and things seem to be running fine.

Regulus views Malleus as a rival and he has become a source of motivation for him to improve his magic. He doesn't fear Malleus by the way. Unlike his dormmates, he doesn't worship Malleus but will still follow his lead. Lilia isn't relevant to him so he doesn't think much of Lilia. Malleus is the one that lives in his head rent-free, not Lilia.

Erwin doesn't worship Malleus but that's his dorm leader so he just trusts Malleus' lead without question. He's cool with Lilia.
