Although I’m supposed to be happy for you, Dorm Head so in order to show the utmost congratulations by helping stack all your things. It is also actually old habit of mine. You’re very much welcome

Ferd:

I can’t even tell if what you’re saying were you angry or sarcasm but I appreciate your nice gesture. Fufu~

Man~ this sucks! why can’t I go with dorm leader. I secretly sneak 15 papers of my name inside so I could get a chance but then all I get is to stay here with these 2 cranky pants

First of all, shut it! who says I wanna get pampered by Boss and Second, I ain’t gonna raid his office with ya and Third, I’m his bodyguard after all. I should be on his side whenever he goes

Headmaster said Everyone are participating this Symposium by winning the lottery so I deliberately put Hunter’s name in his stead. I’m surprised as everyone your name got pulled out

I’m a re-introduced to my fandorm again bcuz my stupid brain had a second thought of polishing my blog & redo everything from the first post so I’ll be updating my ocs bio’s and doing this again (P.S. it’s gonna be a long post)

Howdy folks an’ Welcome to Tumbleranch Dormitory! (タンブルランチ寮)

Founded by the vainglorious (自惚れた), endowed with a notorious reputation of an outlaw of the West and is inspired by the world of Home on the Range

The students are a bit unruly and sharp-witted, forcing out their rebellious behavior from playing by its rules and to the public’s critics, keening to seek thrills on dangerous events occasionally, commit dangerous mischief on their own free will but despite the overall subversive characteristics, people are industrious, dependable and as unexpectedly talented intending to boast their skills heart out. Moreover, they do possess a top-notch prowess either defensive and offensive magic also in practices in gunslinging

Of course we do need regulations if ever goes too far with an oath of head (with vice) taken the responsibilities to teach seize problematic students to stay out of trouble by any means necessary force for the sake of NRC’s well being, following a SIMPLE regulation is a BIG must! and people do be careful having them to be part of your friends circle as they’ll drag you to their buffoonery situation or rather alleviate them not to get reckless

Anyone’s social background won’t matter whether you’re noble, town folks, or farm folks because here we have liberation on our side and anyone are familiarize western culture to show off that cowboy rules in Twisted Wonderland

Once you are sorted here, each and everyone are encouraged to work in the mines

Leadership Qualification: Traditionally, a student must be industrious and sharp-witted of all their peers

Dorm Settings

The dorm itself is similar to Savanaclaw’s dry land environment but with greenery, trees, and cacti’s on the sideline. The students will be living the interior of a high rocky mountain and the dorm itself has an underground mines[1]

(just going to show bunch of pics demonstrating how the dorm presents because I’m not that best at drawing much of it’s landscape ;-; so let’s just use our imagination instead, shall we? djfjfjfjr)

DORM ROOMS

Imagine this is how our dorm rooms will look like except it doesn’t look abandoned but a nice cabin houses carried upon with supportive planks & cliffs, with stairs, bridges connecting to the other cabins, and also a minecart railway tracks[2]

COMMON ROOM

The common room inside is like lodge cabin where can people can relax and able to concentrate their studies if ever suggesting to have study groups with your friends in a quite place is our common room

MINES

The underground mines called “DARK HALLOW MINES” has few levels deep but mainly 3 levels are acceptable to mine and the dorm head will decide where the miners be held in each, depending the capabilities of the students. It’s possible the dorm head will allow them to choose willingly

First Level: Miners rather insist mining the old-fashioned way without magic but can only use regular mining tools

Second Level: Miners are permitted to use magic but also still use the mining tools

Third Level: Only miners are capable to manage small amount of explosive dynamites and also can use their magic as well

Furthur Levels: these parts are off limits to mine here. In truth, these levels are quite mystery or unknown to people’s knowledge that aren’t yet discovered but have been told it’s prohibited to go any further deep. Various rumors were spreading across our dorm telling they’re might full of surprises and mysteries: curses, evil spirits/monsters lingering around, a student step foot the forbidden area and never came back alive, many centuries people died there and etc. you guessed it! anyone couldn’t imagine what lurks down the deeper levels. Sometimes a group of students did a popular game “Kimodameshi” (test of courage) of going there. Most were well-convinced to stay out while some rather ignored and ready to see what’s beyond, nevertheless and since the mines are wide enough and has tons of tunnels, anyone could get themselves lost easily here even retracing footsteps would be futile

However there is a different way to enter & exit Tumbleranch instead of using the Halls of Mirror. Another long tunnel oddly connected to the dwarf’s mines (in the prologue chapter) but there’s a catch, there’ll be a debris wall blocking its path once reaches a dead end. But in fact, it’s not. It’s reveal to be a practical wall but in illusion where it’s made by an unknown magic user. Any outsiders nor students ever knew this path to the dwarf’s mine exists and with that, it is better not worth discovering the secret entrance to our dormitory unless you intentionally want to get to the dwarf’s mines (inferior level), facing off hundreds of ghosts and stumbled an illusional wall by accident

PRIVATE SALOON

Our dorm has its own private saloon called “THE ROWDY HORDE” and is located below the dorm cabins. The inside is lively, many students always comes here just for hangout with friends just after accomplishing their mining jobs or class as a reward for everyone’s hard work. It also does have a stage where anyone can enjoy performing, dancing, or playing music with their hearts out

Here in Rowdy Horde mainly serve root beer floats but only 18 above gets to drink root beer while other additional drinks available for minors like apple cider, milkshake, and cherry soda. Unlike what Octavinelle served, each beverages costs 50 maddols each

This saloon is supposed to be private and kept to itself. Everyone must not spread information about our saloon to other dormitories but if any other dormitory students knew & wanted to visit here at least few companions are permitted of coming here much as they like but in a condition to keep a secret from the headmaster and school staffs

Uniform References

Dorm:

Brown and orange cowboy hat, blue bandana around the neck. Wearing lighter orange long sleeve with yellow buttons, and suede open vest with two patch pockets both chest sides (dorm logo on the right) with orange frills and dark blue running stitches. On top of the shirt, wearing a large blaze color shawl with orange frills.

Brown chaps pants and shingle fawn denim pants with running stitches and on the waist is an ebony buckle. The footwear is brown and black tip toed cowboy boots and has light metal locks for ankle and foot.

Also everyone are allowed to costumize the uniform as you like! :D

Work:

The miners are wearing navy blue overalls with bull strap hook and deep blue running stitch, white shirt, blue scarf, black and deep blue tan gloves as well as boots. Also, in addition to wearing a navy blue mining cap for safety

Main Weapons

Magic Gun (Magic Pen)

Only those who sorted in Tumbleranch can shift their magic pen to a gun holding weapon than any other dormitory could. It may seem unpleasant for a mere student but this can be useful to master their aims both through magic and bullets. Moreover, anyone can customize what type of gun they wanted to look like, anything that represents them. The bullets are limitless and rest assured it aren’t just regular bullets except it does contain elemental magic (fire, water, plant) same as using the magic pen. One or two shots will make an impact of a physical pain/sting in themselves and their opponents. Students tends to practice shooting at the colosseum (TEST) in battles/duals or survival war game in a group but only Tumbleranch are allowed to fight like this but if they wanted the traditional way, they may fight with pens

Lasso

A typical weapon tend to use for capturing, tied, and taming your peers by a lasso. It’s up to students if they want to bring along with them in their dorm uniform

Dynamite/Bombs

Yes, some students may use whether small or large size dynamites/bombs useful for special counter attack at their opponents only during in battles

Dorm Members from left to right:

Ebenizer Blackburn — a 2nd year bison whom had called himself the strongest delinquent amongs delinquents in NRC. Throwing fits at anything by unknown reason and often involves in fights with Savanaclaw because of the “inferiority” but despite being the terrifying bad boy, he’s fully loyal and trusted to be the dorm head’s bodyguard

Clinton Hollingsbeck (vice head) — a 2nd year vice head who wouldn’t stand wasting precious time in everything often looking at his pocket watch, wishing the students of Tumbleranch would act a head of time without much slacks. He’s very serious of the responsibilities of running and taking care Tumbleranch together with his business partner, the leader also taken the position being the head’s right-hand man so everything he worked so hard to change this problematic dorm to be perfect

Ferdrick Y’Oddel (dorm head) — a narcissistic 3rd year & a leader who thinks too highly of himself and his favorite talent of yodeling sometimes would subconsciously share or praise his favorite legend non-stop to his peers and would show off how fearless “the great outlaw” was than any other legends. Most of his students were disturbed by his sadistic nature from time to time but what terrifies them most is when he’s furious while holding his favorite weapon: branding iron

Hunter McGriffin — a 3rd year who’s truly mysterious and difficult to interpret. Hardly understand emotions of himself and expressing it. He hardly speak like a normal person but slower in few words (especially hard to talk about himself) and hard to read his expression & atmosphere around him because of his bandana/mask but somehow shows intimidation and his movements is overwhelmingly quick

Cole Brantley — deranged but strangely a genius invetor of a 1st year and has the love of inventing different kinds of bombs. With a little bit of smartness & childish act, he likes to test out his inventions by decent pranks and anyone he hangs out with but when it comes to the dorm head, he shows an awkward and timid side infront of him

My memories of the past is blurried, I could not quite remembered him nor I saved his life 8 years ago. Blackburn had showing me his loyalty very serious. I never once asked for a personal bodyguard but……I guess having someone like him can be a good use to me

Ferdrick & Hunter:

Hunter was my old acquaintance of mine when I was traveling with my parents. He’s actually nice enough to offer his hand to someone for help. As expected for a bigger helper. He looks the same but……strangely changed. I wonder what happened to him after I left ever since

I’m......glad......I get to......meet......Ferd......again......I’ll do what......I can to support......him......whatever he needs......me......to do......

Cole & Ferdrick:

No way I’m gonna mess with Anek-I MEAN Ferd-I MEAN Boss through my entire year! you should’ve seen his scary look when I was in trouble but did you just see him yodeling on stage? I think it was so cool!~

Cole has given me a lot trouble playing around with his silly explosive gadgets on someone else. It’s possible I could use my magic on him but as his older cousin, it’s not my intention to do anything harsh. Oh well, at least my scolding technique made him to behave

Clinton & Eb:

Surely Blackburn did his job well on my behalf except his attitude and carelessness of running into fights with Savanclaws is not acceptable excuses!!! I couldn’t believe his seat arrangement was next to mine. Good grief......

That geek will be a forever loner in the future if he keeps running his mouth over some labor, I bet. How the hell did the boss even see that guy as his best friend

Hunter & Clinton:

He……and Ferd……are doing fine……as leaders……but……I don’t……get……why he needs……to be……in……a……rush. I think……I’ll not……get……close……to Clinton……know that……I’m……slow……

I heard much rumors as I recall from my hometown that Hunter seems to be the descendant of the greatest hunter. His appearances and behavior are a like. It’s honestly not surprising that he attended this prestigious college. I would like to know him better if he doesn’t…...KEEP LOSING MY SIGHT!

Clinton & Cole:

I do not trust that Brantley. There is no proof that he and Ferdrick were related but if it were true, I still would not acknowledge Cole for his wackiness that easily. That first year student thinks his way of working should be playful. He had constantly ruined my days of hardwork on purpose, I know of it.

I don’t like how he almost took all my inventions away from me just because I only scribbled faces his mini trains. Clinton’s being selfish and a BIG meanie to me. If Clinton didn’t give my stuff back, I’ll be more meanie to him by throwing a poisonous bomb in his room

Eb & Hunter:

that Hunter guy……I got no complaints about him but the way he talks, I couldn’t catch up what he’s sayin’. It’s kinda infuriating. He seems harmless that makes me wanna spare him. It’s not like I’m jealous of his physiques......

A Pirate and Cowboy. Two dorms that are outlaws wanted fun and freedom but LOVES to be chaotic and mischiefs?? How they would not get along?! those dorms are absolute twins I must say but the differences Tumbleranch can cause WAY WORST mischief than them no offense dkejddnsj

Ok so there’s a probability of 97% Tumbleranch can get a long very well with Piraticus and that’s a good thing! then there’s 99% probably Tumbleranch just wanted to compete them to a friendly match which of their dorms are the best troublemakers of NRC LOL

Since Ferdrick and Conrad are 3rd years, pretty sure they are good friends and Ferdrick does respect Conrad since he has full responsibility of running his dorm like a reliable leader. Heck both have a similar students, letting them do whatever they want except Ferdrick has to maintain his students from almost expelled. Although he’s bit of jealous Conrad’s charms & handsome looks but wouldn’t want to say in front of him because of his pride. Atleast he has a charm of yodeling and guitar playing hmph!

Also Clinton does respect Conrad but wouldn’t like him gone cheating or stealing whenever he’s doing and when he thought about Tink, why this troubled fairy be vice head again? Nope. He wouldn’t want to get along with him thinking he might make fun of him because of his secret. He reminded him of Coal. nope. Nope. not gonna deal another prankster. We have a neutral prankster at home. it’s better Tink not to prank him or else he might use his secret weapon against him whether the easy way or hard way for payback

Eb and Krok. Oh boy please don’t put them in clash. Those two have a huge reputation. It’s because of their strength they could do half damage to the school. Actually Eb doesn’t care much about anything or anyone. He’s pretty chill about Krok as long as his not a headache or doesn’t Ticked him off get it firkdjdkd don’t mind my pun and he wouldn’t do anything to him either.

Man those two are respectable loners.

His form or whatever he is doesn’t scare Eb much. His UM could also transform into his giant buffalo form

Cole heard about Tink being a little devil and like to prank someone which his pranks impresses him good! He’d found himself another prankster friend or rather a worthy rival at least. Cole wondered if Tink would like to be pranked by his bombs hehehehe that would be hilarious right? He thought of asking Tink would want join him on his devious plan to blow up NRC and thought that the two of them should have a traditional prank war sometimes.

Lastly for Hunter, he doesn’t mingled the trio’s yet that he’d not been attentive in school often because of his internship but Hunter did only saw them in the hallways and cafeteria. He describes them peculiar individuals who lives such lively dorm

Controlling the minds of mages, even creatures with his hypnotic yodeling. This effect will temporary give a distorted colorful eyes once whom heard him yodel. Anyone couldn’t resist the power of his vibrant tune and obediently do what the user’s command and chances are might lose the memory during the hypnotic trance in the aftermath.....unless it was all just a dream.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Ferdrick is what the dorm needs for a leader to take over Tumbleranch. Truly industrious and sharp-witted yet confident and narcissistic with very much proud of himself possessing these kinds of traits. There are times he can be annoyingly too prideful having the tendency to flaunt others by his gentleman looks with his smooth talking especially likes to showing off he has the most beautiful yodeling voice than any yodeler’s out there. He does also sing but he prefers to yodel a lot. Very confident of his potential he wouldn't care less what others think about his talent, he's very self-assured of his potential and wouldn't mind demonstrating if they insistently asked also wouldn't mind to butt heads with anyone or dorm leaders if they asked for a challenge from him. He would immediately accept it to prove that he can do better than anyone else

Ferdrick is also a legend fanatic, deeply respected but more adored the dorm’s legend “Vainglorious and Notorious Outlaw” Ferdrick has a lot of knowledge about the legend’s stories thanks to research and ancient books pretty much loves to tell tales about it with anyone of those who haven’t heard of him especially to first years

Being as egoistic as he is but Ferdrick's words and actions are truly friendly & gentle at times. He wouldn’t mind to lend a helping hands of his peers, juniors, or friends when the situations are in a pinch but rather done it behind the scenes and little do they know he does care and worries of his dorm mates welfare and show a bit of softness even though when everyone is a bunch of rebelled children. Although for TR (tumbleranch) students, they seem to have mixed feelings towards their dorm head. They have respected him taking the huge responsibility of taking care in good hands while trying to discipline them before doing anything dangerous and do promise he’d make the dorm a better place for a new coming of students to feel at ease and enjoy the life here as shown how much work he’d put through for a leader

Well.....that wouldn’t be wicked for him to do. Don’t get him wrong, he’s not the type of person who’d want himself to be involved in danger like all of Tumbleranch would, and besides he’s honestly would never become one of them. Not entirely fond with rebels but he’s kind enough not to spoil everyone’s crazy fun time, permitting them to do unnecessary things just as much as they want but not too far (people stated him to be called “Boss” of the organization because Ferd does act like one) meanwhile students were frightened by him because of his fury & sadistic nature. His speeches will change to violent containing hurtful or insensitive remarks, subconsciously murmurs with a head full clouded of harsh punishments and using his favorite weapon to threaten others off with just a smile but usually, he’d chose to smack the heads of those who disobeyed, anger, or upset him, that’s all. Not to mention he’d be more infuriating if anyone say YODEL SUCKS in front of him. With hardheadedness around, he thought of being the leader would likely take over the herd but didn't expect this to turn out frustrating and troublesome to deal with than he ever imagine

BACKGROUND

Born in a political family. He’s the only child living with his parents growing up in high-class society. Being pampered and groomed by maids and butlers everyday and his personality were different from before mainly he used to be so obedient towards his parents. His father is the mayor from his hometown “Town of Iron Pistol” while his mother is a sophisticated noblewoman from a noble family. Most of Ferd’s relatives, his father side, were well known and respectable politicians working part as the supreme democratic parties. His father wanted his son’s future to follow his footsteps as taking the position of deputy mayor and soon after, being as mayor once he grown to be a fine adult, one day. So during his childhood, both his parents decided to take Ferd in homeschooling and hired finest tutors giving him much proper educations of along with magic training living up to his life with no distractions in playing outside, nor with children, and nor meaningless children activities but books and learning mannerism then soon to realize Ferd felt nothing but bored and dissatisfied what his parent’s contribute to him. Few months later, the family went traveling for business and that time, Ferd happened to listen to country music for the first time by visiting to a concert. Young Ferd was contented by the music dreaming himself to be the famous country celebrity someday. Playing music and yodeling his heart out which is his first time feeling the excitement more passionate about it however none of his were parents approved of it. They thought it’s just a children’s fantasy and doubt their son’s dream becoming a country singer will ever come true and besides, they did the trouble raising him to be a successful son and it was right of them for their son to be one of the public parties just like their family. His dad was upset about Ferd and wouldn’t support his son’s dream by using his force to take away his instruments also forbids him to yodel. Despite the cruel punishment, Ferd had already made up his mind of pursuing his passionate dream, proving he can and will become a country celebrity. Time goes by, his relationship with his family are a bit complicated and constantly argue each other. Starting his college year at NRC, he decided to fake his own background. Lying to everyone believing he was an ordinary orphan who happened to got adopted by a loving and supportive family raised up to be hardworking, intelligent, and passionate boy he was and used that to hide his spoiled rich life behind. None of people of NRC even his dorm members know he’s a noble

Ferd wasn’t fond or more like having hard time handling bovines/cows. It’s not just he’s scared of them but it’s because he learned from his legend was defeated by unusual cows so he doesn’t trust them at all

Floyd calls him Squid because he sees Ferdrick & Azul similar because their appearance are slightly alike (long-sided hair but Ferd’s longer, wearing glasses and hat, both have their canes, act like mafia bosses) Both of them hates to admit

He has a cane that can turned into a branding iron and usually fights with that

He’s good at gun firing and sword fighting

Made a promise to his favorite Idol that he’ll become a country star as them someday from ong time ago
