Honestly I feel like doctor shows are propaganda too bc I have literally never met a doctor that went above and beyond. It's a win if your doctor doesn't give you a verbal dressing down about something you weren't even there for. Disabled people have to search for years sometimes for a doctor to take them seriously and the rest bitch about "doctor shopping" as if that's an indictment of you and not a fucking flaw of theirs that someone would need to hunt for a single person to take them fucking seriously. Grey's Anatomy and House and all those fucking shows are jokes to me. They're good dramas but they may as well be in fantasy lands. Doctors don't fucking care about you if you have anything more complicated than strep most of the time
