↬ posts low contrast pictures with low brightness because he’s cool that way. if not for the fact that he mostly shares memes, his feed actually looks pretty good, it’s subtle but appealing in many ways and it looks glorious on dark mode, it kinda reminds you of those pinterest or twitter moodboards. he knows his way around setting a moody vibe on his feed, and to think almost all of his pictures were shot on his old iphone. satoru gojo, the strongest sorcerer of his generation, much to the surprise of many, is actually quite talented. who would’ve thought?

↬ but please PLEASE someone get instagram away from this man, the world is not ready for his genius. now unlike the others, satoru uses instagram purely for fun. and yes, he posts dumb shit like they’re scripture. he got in trouble with the community once when he posted a picture of dixie (depicted above) from the teletubbies with the caption: “bake those cookies dixie”. you had to help him submit an incident report to the community moderators and a promissory note stating that he’ll never post such lewd things again. and he didn’t (thank god). for a full week, that is. he relapsed almost immediately.

I know it's not Twitter or tik tok but I think people need to know about this. This post is mostly about Jenny's new game even if she didn't wait for this game to be problematic. Also, this post is about Jenny Vi Pham and only her the others did a great job and I hope they got a lot of money!

1) The story in general

In the first place, the story feels rushed, I'm not the best writer but you can tell that Jenny did not do her own recherche about anything for this game starting with how fast the guy gets followers for doing almost nothing to the hanging ending (I'm talking about this in a minute). The whole story is a mix of Needy Girl Overdose ( the fact he wants 1M in a week and he is helped by his partner) and DDLC for its "disturbing" ending. Ok, it's great you take inspiration for your game but it's so similar and made not in a great way that the game get's boring and cringe really fast. Talking about cringe PLEASE stop making the MC act like you and PLEASE stop making the whole game feel like a booktok comment section. Also to finish this first part the relationship between the MC and the guy. The whole time it just feels like the MC controls everything about this little white hair dude it just feels like I'm playing a toxic relationship simulator (talking about the fact that we aren't guiding him for a better streamer career but we are imposing him stuff like "ban her from modding" or even when he have to apologize and the MC literally choose for him and when he say "I don't think it's a great idea" the MC doesn't listen to him and force him). He has 0 personality unless "I'm gonna take my shirt off on stream and I love my girlfriend" is personality to you. Plus the fact that he is sexualized by everybody in the game is just so sad he kinda deserves better.

Now let's talk about real problematic things. First, the hanging ending: so if you don't know he decides to kill himself because he got bullied on the internet cause he apparently hates people with cancer (omg I wish I wasn't serious rn). So yeah the whole reason why he did this is dumb and it explains why I think the story is rushed but you know maybe before he was mentally unstable and it was the event that finally broke him. Nope, he killed himself just like that, there is no indication that he is feeling bad, it just happened. The way she just killed him was disgusting. Suicide is a very serious topic, normally you get signals of those things,  this guy is not killing himself like that. It just feels like the ending was here to just shock people and it did I was shocked because it happened without warning, it was so out of place. I don't really get words to describe this scene cause the picture was very graphic kinda like DDLC but when you play it you know what is going to happen here no and maybe I act like snowflakes but you have to put warnings on those things. Same for the Homicide ending it kinda happened like the hanging ending out of pocket and was very graphic. After playing for a second time normally you get an interaction with the cat (introduced at the start of the story and then forgotten) AND YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT HE SAID?? "yeah I can bring him back if you leave 5,000 rates on itch.io". This whole thing is just crazy to me, you killed him TWO times in the worst way possible (creepypasta writer got competition) and you ask for a good ending if they give good rates... Like what?? when do you think it's ok? You are using his death and his suicide as a way to get reviews and you think it's normal?

So after being shocked about the game I decided to read some reviews and saw people talking about her Twitter. It keeps getting worse. First, the way she mocks her fans is crazy it kinda reminds me of that fan/creator relationship in the Vtuber community "you're a clown to me and you like" type of relation she got with her fans. In the first tweet, she is making her fans looks like fools it's obviously a way to encourage them to give more reviews and that's so weird "he needs you" This is just pure manipulation knowing that her fans are probably young people it just making it worse. Kinda the type of manipulation in the second tweet ngl but here she is bringing her team which kinda tells us that some of her team workers support her way of acting. 

this message speaks for itself, disgusting.

She also makes those kind of tweets here again just pure manipulation and making rates on someone suicide

i feel like everyone has a different story on how they found out about em

thank u for giving me permission to talk about myself. young little Monty with his giant lollipop and overalls watched BFDI, II s1, and object show movie as a mere 11-year-old child, (i didn't really understand what was going on i just liked youtube animation as a kid) THEN he got bored and forgot about it, Monty left object shows to pursue greater heights (my little pony gore videos).

time skip to the summer of 2024, I was bored as fuck

fresh outta the dsmp womb and aimless, then meow (twitter friend) kept putting some dumb lantern on my twitter feed, curiosity piqued, I promptly forgot and moved on with my life (i think i was posting about ocs, phighting, and gta6)

fate intervened in August and put a goated airy edit on my reddit feed, now i had to watch this dumb baby object show, srsly how dramatic could it be lol

they grew on me so quickly, i feel ill thinking about them all. Liam i need to maul you.

been having some thinky thoughts today, and for a while, rly, abt my Feelings abt breathing underwater and i tried to type something up on twitter but that jsut was not letting me think my thoughts correctly

i love BU........... so goddamn much. it started out as nothing more than a silly idea abt little mermaid ed meeting stede and kind of ballooned into what ive built it up into today. it's so important to me... but it's making me a little miserable right now?

miserable because i dont want to work on it, but i WANT TO want to work on it, i want to tell this story and read the finished product, ive got so many ideas, but i just. cannot get myself to do the actual WORK of making sentences and then staging all the pics........... what used to be a fun little pastime now feels like a chore, an obligation, a compulsion almost. it sucks, but it sucks more NOT doing it, you know what i mean? idk.

i know ive built it up into this big THING to myself, like... idk, i do this so often, i have big ideas and love to plan and organize them and then i get going with such intensity until i abruptly fizzle out. i start things and dont finish them, and i guess i just rly dont want this to be another thing that gets thrown on my unfinished projects pile :/

i have the next 2 parts drafted, but every time i go back to poke at them and edit them i just get so disheartened because it's obvious that my heart wasn't really in writing them, and it's difficult to salvage a rough draft like that. part of me wants to just delete those parts entirely and say fuck it im taking an indefinite hiatus, and i will start fresh when this is fun again! which would probably be the best thing, actually, but... i am reluctant to do that, because i just dont have anything else to rly fill my time rn.

i havent been getting a lot of joy out of... anything, rly, for a long time now, im so bored and apathetic and even my normal go to things arent cutting it anymore. and idk if it's a depression thing or if im truly outgrowing some interests, but either way i know i need to get more Things in my life somehow, because writing and sims are my two biggest pastimes, and then i combined them, and then i got sick of both so ive got so little to go on! so i keep poking at the things that i used to love, hoping to find that spark again 😪 i love these little guys and their little world!!! and it makes me sad that im not actually having Fun with the PROCESS.

it doesn't help that i am constantly torn between man i wish more ppl read my fic!!! i work so hard on it!! and man i never want anyone to perceive me or my writing ever it's so amateur!! idk what i want and idk what i want to DO about it!!

Your unbothered boyfriend, Angel Devil, who you grew to understand just had a blunt demeanor and always showed his affection in the most unbothered way, could be compared to something similar to a very spoiled cat.

Especially when it came to PDA, it was usually always in his control to initiate whenever he wanted any physical compassion from you.

Cuddling into your side, crawling next to you silently, just to nod his head into your chest, placing your hand on top of his head.

The silent command had you dividing your attention between whatever you were doing and running your fingers through his hair, trying not to notice him melting into your touch.

But the moment you reached out to him whenever you wanted, he would pull away as if you were the one with the cursed touch.

There were times when he wished you would just reach out and touch him, but he just didn't want to ask for it, he craved your attention and silently yearned for you to somehow read his mind and cuddle him.

Crawling from the end of the bed to your lap before sluggishly straddling your hips as you laid with your back against the mattress minding your business too caught up in your phone. 

Your finger comes to a halt while scrolling through Twitter, instead shifting your phone to the left a little to catch a glimpse of your boyfriend. "Like right now?" 

Despite dating for a few months, you were convinced that you could never really get used to Angel’s forwardness when it came to certain things.

Once he got comfortable with you, he really shared how neglected he had felt in the affection and romance departments, unloading his needy side the second he knew you could handle him in all of his glory.

It was another lazy weekend you two were spending together, being comforted by each other's presence for the night just moments before Angel lost the enjoyment of channel surfing.

Given that you had no cable, there wasn't really much on TV that caught his attention on tv, his mind wandered to more entertaining ways he could entertain himself.

It was his touch-deprived nature that had gotten the best of his spirit, not knowing how to handle his sudden development of sexual desire when it came to the realization that you were the only being on earth that could touch him without coming to an unfortunate demise.

He didn't know the reason behind it, didn't know if you were mixed with anything monster related, he didn't even know if you were human. 

There was nothing that give much away when it came to your appearance as being anything but human, nor did anything stick out from the usual like horns protruding from your skull or pointy fangs.

You were just you.

His fingers dragged against your glazed brown skin, his peering, bored stare clashing against your dark, soft eyes.

He found the color so bland, yet it held such an ability to get him in a stilling trance that had his lips pressed tight and his fists clenching to control his pulse.

There was absolutely nothing about you that screamed that you were dangerous, yet you somehow managed to make him feel so odd with just one touch.

“What brought that on?” 

Angel liked it when you spoke to him in a gentle tone and dropped your phone to your chest, completely disregarding what you were doing just to give him your completely devoted attention. 

Giving him a look that told him that you were anticipating what he would say next, your eyes lingering for his every word. 

Angel didn't have much to say in response, watching as his shoulders shrugged and his body slumped forward flat against your chest. 

Brushing his long hair out of your face with a flat palm, his face tilted to the left, allowing his cheek to rest against your collarbone.

He knew he didn't always have to give a response to your questions. He liked how you would just understand whatever gesture he would give you, managing just fine enough to decode every little movement and facial expression he would use instead of always having to vocally communicate his worries all the time.

But where there was love for you, he would also have so much fear. "Do you not want to?" 

No matter how much you clung onto him, Angel still had his insecurities and fears, afraid that you would someday just snap out of it all and realize that you never really had any interest in leaving him all by his lonesome. 

You didn't comfort him vocally, instead using his way of communicating to your advantage by combing your fingers through the scalp of his hair and grabbing a handful of hair to tilt his head up.

It took some annoying neck leaning to get the angle just right to capture his lips against yours. There was no sweet, slow pace, throwing all terms of delicateness out the window once his body curled closer against you.

Angel was practically crawling on top of you just to feed the warmth that spread through his veins, the tingling sensation that had him panting from the throat, while at the same time chasing after your lips when you would pull away. 

With minds tainted with nothing but floating desire lingering for one another, it builds up more and more with each new grasp, brush, and push.

All of those negative thoughts would always fade with just the peck of your lips, stealing his breath away till all he was filled with was the love that he had for you. 

Kissing until your lips were swollen and he was left trembling for more.

Angel couldn't even remember what he was so worried about in the first place.

EVERYBODY STOP. I'M GOING CRAZY RN. I was just scrolling on twitter since I was looking for an artist to follow and saw that ufotable wanted to bless me with a new official art of hantengu??? HE LOOKS SO ADORABLE💗💗💋 It's the way his hiding from the sun under a little cave is so cute!! And doing his shaking and pathetic pose💗 I'm actually so happy that he's getting official art since that just means more rants, more pictures to put on my wall, and more reasons to draw and not get bored of him >_<!! (I'm never getting bored of him🔥) Official art hantengu literally gives me reason to stay alive. episode three - forces of nature

ngl this episode is a little bit of slogfest for me. like the first half is good, but then you get to the second half, and it's just one ball, and it's the whole entire thing for the rest of the episode. and it's just a wee bit boring. but the polin moments in this episode are top notch so it's still a good ep lol

opening up with him having a sex dream about pen??? I KNOW THAT'S FUCKING RIGHT NOT IN YOUR WILDEST FANTASTIES MY ASS COLIN BRIDGERTON

the dream itself also being just him wishing that she would feel the same as him is honestly so romantic and sweet and god i am DYING

colin fucked his way thru 17 cities and ONE KISS from pen has completely altered his brain chemistry. i love LOVE

the scene of him in the drawing room with his family is honestly my favorite scene out of the entire show. i'm not joking. seeing him so uncomfortable and acting weird bc he doesn't know how to navigate hiding his feelings for her (even at just the mere mention of her name)… i love hopelessly in love men and i'm so serious

also here is something i need to note: i don't personally think he bought the cake (or whatever he ate) after she bought one so that he could taste what her mouth tasted like, which is what twitter has been saying. i personally believe that pen gave him the cake she bought when she said "wish me luck". bc we never see her eat, but we see him eat. and we never see him buy something. so… i personally believe she gave him the cake, as a sort of thank you, and he just watched her and ate it. which honestly would be weirdly hotter than him just buying the same cake as her and eating one.

the entire interaction between cressida, el, pen, and debling is so awkward i have to skip thru it. genuinely cannot watch it the secondhand embarrassment is killing me lol

i also love that the actress that plays violet wanted to be in the background when colin goes up to tell pen how he feels bc she thought violet would want to watch her son do that. these actors are pulling at my heart strings.

colin genuinely was about to kiss her, in front of everyone, and confess his love. WHY CAN'T MEN BE LIKE THIS

that whole scene was so intense and crazy i love it so much 12/10

i kinda feel like pen wanted colin to say something about his feelings. i don't think she had a clue how he really felt, but i think part of her hoped, even for a split second, that he felt the same about her as she did for him.

again, the english audio descriptor coming in clutch: (watching pen and debling dance) "colin's jaw tightens, he looks away… colin's eyes glistens as he watches, enraptured. helpless." LIKE?????????????

episode four: old friends

we all know why this episode is amazing. but we gotta go thru everything else too lol

her sisters literally not believing she could pull debling and she had to blackmail him… they are the worst and i genuinely hope (and know) that when her and colin get married she will have such a happier life without them in it. truly.

colin going back thru his journal, i wonder if we will get to hear more about what he has written, especially in regards to pen.

what i find fascinating about the scene at mondrich's club is that colin's friends are talking about all the women they have had sex with, right? and they ask him, and he brings up the contessa again, but they go on to explain "yeah but you didn't go into detail"… which basically means that even when he's supposed to be a rake and gross about women, he still couldn't commit to the bit. at most he explained that something happened, but then never went on to talk about her in a gross manner or be un-gentlemen like. god i love colin bridgerton with all of my heart.

his whole speech is so sweet and genuine, it's just a shame that so many men that would learn something from it aren't watching this show. that's just a sad fact.

pen looked so heartbroken watching the ballet. i think that was her accepting that she would never have that.

i love that in the trailer the candle sparks up, meaning that the love for pen is igniting within him. but in the show, it's blowing out, meaning that he's running out of time to confess his feelings. GOD I LOVE CINEMA

Favorite Holidays: Christmas and New Years i love how crazy people go about decorations and seems like there's no end to imagination. Also it's that time of the year i have the most delicious food and share quality time with my family. And New Years's so special bc i get to celebrate with friends and usually the parties are lit.

Last Movie Watched: me and one of my closest friends do this list of christmas movies every year bc we love christmas movies, no matter how awful and cringe they are. last night i watched 'exmas' with leighton meester and robbie amell and i was surprised that it wasn't the worst, so it's a win in my book.

Last TV Show Watched: it was this week's episode of fellow travelers. jonathan bailey and matt bomer are breaking my heart in a million little pieces, but i think it worth it?? it's so so so sad and tragic but they do such a great job portraying hawk and skippy's story.

Last Book/Fic Finished: i wanted distract myself from my daily problems so i reread 'remember me, remebering you' by amiera_saphire on ao3 last weekend.

Last Book/Fic Abandoned: i prefer the term 'hiatus'. i have a jatp fic that i never really finished and the thought of it hunts me.

Currently Reading: a very boring article on managerial finance i have to write on by friday (my last assignment of the year, yay!). i hated it, so i came here to get enough endorfins to go back to it.

Last Thing Researched for Art/Writing/Hyperfixation: ships in the 1800's, also dresses of that time period so i can better my shitty description in my period fic. i only had an idea and a dream on that one.

Favorite Online Fandom Memory: uhh i think it was back in the cursed years (2020, eww) and after i watched julie and the phantoms i found some really good people here and on twitter. our day consisted in checking every news outlet about the show and pics, videos about them. also the fics were so incredibly good!! those were fun times.

Favorite Old Fandom You Wish Would Drag You Back In/Have A Resurgence: arrowverse when it was good, maybe? idk but olicity had a choke on me in a concerning way. but then it went bad, so bad, and i suffered through until arrow ended and stopped watching the shows.

Favorite Thing You Enjoy That Never Had an Active or Big "Fandom" but You Wish It Did: felicity. it's mainly bc it's such an old show and bc of that, no one is really talking about it anymore, but it was my shit when i 'discovered' back in college.

(I posted this on twitter back in early March but since that platform is going down the tubes rn I'm reposting here as well for archival purposes)

Some background here. 6 years ago I took up reading fanfic as a hobby. Very quickly I realized I'd need a way to mark which fics I'd already read or tried to read and dropped, so I wouldn't keep running across the same ones over and over and forgetting I'd already read them. So I started bookmarking EVERYTHING regardless of my actual opinion on it (I'll come back to this)

Anyway eventually I realized that, via the filtering options AO3 provides for your bookmarks, I had a pretty good way to collect pointless data about my reading habits and make some really pointless graphs. So when I reached exactly 2000 bookmarks I decided to do that. as a reward to myself.

data for the original 2000 was collected from whenever I started doing this, through March 6th 2023

Caveat: obviously the possibility of human error in this data is significant. I was never consistent on whether I should bookmark all individual fics in a series or just the series itself if I read the whole thing, for instance, and I've surely forgotten to bookmark plenty of things I did read over the years. this is just for fun though so I'm not sweating it.

For some temporal context of the above, I fucking counted every bookmark from the top 9 categories there and arrayed them by month-bookmarked so I could make this chart of growth rates:

Genshin impact will of course continue to grow because the game continually releases new stuff and characters. Numbers spiked in October coinciding with sumeru's release. we'll see if another spike happens once fontaine releases in a few weeks from now. interestingly to me, I started been playing genshin like 6 months before I started participating in the fandom because it took me that long to get accustomed to the uh.. genshin-ness of the characters and the story, enough to start making inroads towards actually caring about the characters.

looks like FE3H grew the fastest, but it will eventually plateau like yoi, dragon age, and ffxv before it. Still kinda going strong though,since there's just lots of people writing for this fandom, and helped by the fact that it has a really large cast.

This next chart will take a little background info. So to indicate to myself something about the quality of the fic, when bookmarking I would choose to "Rec" it or not. As I said previously, I am literally bookmarking everything I read whether I loved it or hated it or it caused me pain or whatever. My criteria for whether I Rec a fic or not has never been set in stone, but THE IDEA is that recced fics were ones I overall quite liked, felt were well written and would be willing to go back & reread or had something else that made them stand out from the crowd. A recced fic isn't necessarily one I would literally recommend to people to read, and non-recced could mean anything from it was good but had one part that bothered me, to I had just read a bunch of that author's other works and this one was weaker than their others, to it was horrendous and ruined my whole day, to it was just kinda boring.

HOWEVER I did add my own more curated tag, Greatest Hits, for the ones that I really loved, that stuck with me after reading it, that I regularly desire to go back and revisit. While I rarely ever adjust my recs, I have often added (even sometimes removed) the Greatest Hits tag from fics years after first reading them.

Anyway that means this chart could be said to express in a really general way my opinion on the general quality of the writing in a given fandom:

I found it interesting that AA has such a high proportion of recs. I think its overall lower number of total bookmarks works in its favor here, as I tend to dip toes into a new fandom by first looking at top-kudosed fics and then when I find authors I like, trawling their bookmarks for more and branching out that way. So I tend to find pretty good fics earlier in the process. the longer I'm looking through a more stagnated fandom, the less good fics I find, is I guess the logic here. So in the case of AA, I suppose I didn't get much deeper than skimming the cream of the crop before I moved on?

Comparing genshin and fe3h vs. dragon age and ffxv, which all have more similar total bookmarks, was interesting too, to explain why genshin/fe3h's ratio of recs is higher. Both genshin and fe3h have really large casts, and therefore lots of different characters and pairings to read about, so it's almost like each pairing is kind of its own pool of fics that I'm skimming the best ones out of. with DA and FFXV there's really only a couple ships I'm interested in, and their ratios are similar accordingly

because we all know. that the main draw for fanfic tends to be shipping. so here's the top 10 most bookmarked ships pie:

it makes me laugh that dimiclaude is statistically significant when really I was just trying it out and ultimately decided I really don't even care for that ship

so funny story, as I was playing through the liyue story chapter I was NOT a fan of childe at all, in fact I passed up two of his reruns before reading on the wiki (almost immediately after his 2nd rerun ended) a key piece of his backstory that all of a sudden caused his whole characterization to fall perfectly into place in my mind and he shot up the list to being my top fav character in the game literally over the course of like ten minutes. and yeah that was november 2021 and as you can see that's when I started really reading genshin fics LOL

forecasts have haikaveh and cynonari continuing to trend up for a little while, though the next region and thus a whole new cast releases soon and could stymie those trends. zhongchi is a staple genshin ship and imo a bit more flexible content- and dynamic-wise than many of the other pairings here, so I predict it maintains a regular gentle incline even in the face of shinier newer pairings.

The less stacked roster fandoms don't have as interesting breakdowns, but here they are just for curiosity:

and yeah that's all I made at the time! I only thought of it after but I'll be recording data on Ratings from now on as well. I'd also considered looking at things like average word count on recs or greatest hits fics, but absent of even more highly specific filtering tools that would probably fall under diminishing returns. maybe someday.

This was dumb but very engrossing and fun to make and I learned how to use google sheets out of it so we'll see if that ever comes in useful in my life

Recently watched the ion pack interview and noticed Matty pulling his Sertraline out of his pocket because he rememberd to take it, and for some reason I find that really endearing. I know in the past he's talked about avoiding a diagnosis. Idk it's a dumb little thing but it's just nice to see him taking care of himself mentally and phsyically.

YES, YES, YES, YES!!! I definitely don’t wanna armchair diagnose him or anything. And sometimes, I wish he’d talk about it a little more explicitly cuz… idk, it helps sometimes when artists do. Whether it’s to de-stigmatize mental health, or offer hope to those who feel it ( me, I am those who feel it). But, I don’t know. With Matty, I think he says all he really needs to say through the music. Look at every song ever. Or all of NOTES. I’m in my notes era rn (aka having several crises on a daily basis), And, as a severely depressed and anxious human, Frail State of Mind is literally ALLLLL stuff that I have personally said about myself or thought to my self, or used to describe how I feel. “Sorry I missed your call. I watched it ring.” I’ve done that so much. To the point where people stopped calling me cuz they think I’m avoiding them/ don’t wanna talk.

Or “I always get this way sometimes” or “don’t wanna bore you with my state of mind.” Or “I’ll stay behind.” Or “I wouldn’t know I’m normally in bed at this time.” LEGIT. THINGS I THINK AND SAY ALWAYS. or even I Think There’s Something You Should Know. When I told my family about my diagnosis and at first they didn’t believe me cuz “it doesn’t show.” I’m very good at hiding how I feel. Literally could go on and on foreverrrr.

Anywayssss. All that is to say that perhaps him avoiding a diagnosis in the past was his way of “dealing” or pretending to be in control and I feel like that moment of him taking his meds signifies him growing up. Confronting his issues. Taking accountability. And finally feeling like he’s worth healing and looking after himself. Which all means he’s maturing. I know Twitter doesn’t think so, and we lovingly and affectionately roast Matty all the time, but on a serious note, I’m so so so proud of him for doing the hard work to get better. Cuz that shit really is hard. I’ve deliberately bailed on therapy and shit myself. When things get hard, it’s easy to go into self-destruct mode. It fills me with awe and joy to see that he’s quit hurting myself and is finally growing. Bless his beautiful, gentle soul. I hope he knows how proud we all are of him.

I watched a bit of it and he seemed tired and upset but I don't speak Korean so I couldn't understand what he was talking about :( only caught SM and EXO sometimes. hi (..◜ᴗ◝..) sorry for the delay !! I had to get offline last night cause I was really too upset and it was also my bedtime so sorry I couldn’t get back to you faster :c I think you might be caught up to speed by now but just in case you aren’t, I’ll try to give a short summary of what happened, to my understanding at least, but even I am missing some context pieces bc I do not and will not seek out speculative, slanderous articles/forum posts abt baekhyun like I refuse to do that so idek how some of these things got brought up to the public attention but here’s what what little I did pick up, but mostly what baekhyun said

he came on live to clarify rumors that had started going around earlier that day and addressed 4 points in particular

1. the legal dispute that he took part in, along with jongdae and minseok, back in May. he didn’t say very much regarding that topic, he was so courteous and didn’t say one bad thing abt SM honestly he was so nice

2. the new company. so from what I gathered, yesterday it got leaked that baekhyun was starting his own company, and that’s I think the largest factor that pushed him to come out and clear the air cause speculations started ramping up like crazy. baekhyun confirmed that he is in the process of setting up a company with kasper and that it is done with SM’s approval, he will still be a part of the company and a part of EXO

3. his new house and the loan he took. ok so you might know that news broke out last week that baekhyun bought a new house. and… apparently, again idk who leaked this information or where but, it got out that baekhyun has taken out a very large loan and ppl got angry over it… I guess(?) honestly I don’t feel very comfortable talking abt this, it feels weird to me discussing smth that is quite frankly none of our business, but anyway baekhyun said that he took it to hold himself accountable in a way and put pressure on himself to achieve success with his company, and that he’s paying everything back and that he doesn’t understand how that’s an issue and honestly neither do I so .

4. and finally, his 4th solo album. talking abt this is reigniting my boiling rage, but I guess ppl where saying that he lost his path bc he’s not currently working on his next solo project and baekhyun said that he wants to do things correctly and it doesn’t feel right rn working on an album while also setting up smth as big as his own private company and that he’s sorry for keeping us waiting and not being able to go on tour and see us and that breaks my heart the most I won’t bore you with my personal output but I seriously need ppl to leave him alone I swear since he’s been back from the military ppl have been at his neck trying to get him for everything that he does and he….
