Dinner time! I decided to checkout @twistedsoulcookhouse for the evening. I’ve heard many good things about this contemporary soul food joint. The menu contains several traditional soul food dishes with a global twist to them. I decided to try the Nawlins’ seafood pappardelle pasta with shrimp, crawfish, crab, okra, corn, and tomato within a gumbo sauce and accompanied with a green onion beignet. Everything was as good as their reputation claimed.
