Haven’t collabed with @renconner in a long while for a mini comic (minus our big one, Instinct). We were talking about one of Stan’s lowest moments involving being outside with that damn sign, so we decided to make a comic with Stan remembering it. I’ve also kinda of assumed Filbrick would lie to Ford about what’s going on with Stan (Stan probably did too to some extent).

I'm not sure why but I just had an interesting idea looking at this. I'm gonna call it 'twin time'.

One of the protagonists went from the future to the past

The other went from the past to the future

The first knows the future of the second

The second knows the future of the first

The first time Dawn met Rei, there was something odd about him that she couldn't quite place. Almost like he was a stranger even after learning about him.

The first time Rei met Dawn, it was like meeting a friend who never knew you existed. She was odd, often switching into a strange tongue, mentioning things that made no sense.

When their time steams crossed was when a heartbreaking fact was unveiled. Both were lost to the eons, and even their best friend was never going to be who they remembered.
