It takes me a while sometimes, but I need people to know how much I love and appreciate their support! I love every comment, and I truly wish I was a little better at expressing myself when it comes to these things <3

I honestly do not remember...Probably, Love letter to the man you've never got to be.

I usually don't do much angst 😇

Very hard to say because I don't finish too many of my long fics lol. I'd want to say Sticks and stones (Christmas Hallmark story)...it's just that kind of story.

My TRSBs are usually "Happy End given the circumstances" rather than all-out Happy End...lol

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Thus far, no.

I am not relevant or known enough to attract that kind of attention!

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

Me? No...(There have been spicy scenes in long fics, spicy fics, outrageous ficlets, Kinktober, Dead Dove December, MSV...Ok yeah, I do...and I do all of it. M/F, F/F, M/M, M/F/M...from vanilla to whips. You choose, I write)

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

I am an AU bitch. I've done a HP drabble once...Les Mis/LOTR for last year's Christmas event...it happens...

Right now? Twilight Crack parody for a good friend :D

I am fast, I am versatile, and I am willing to write almost any character, dynamic, ship, and genre. From tooth-rotting fluff to noncon. From very vanilla M/F meet-cute to kinky sex.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

I am bad at punctuation. I rarely have an outline, I just write. I do not plan, I do not come up with complicated worldbuilding, I have exactly 0 HC documents.

I just write whatever comes to mind.

Moreover, I have a real problem with posting. I write A LOT more than I post...because I just can't motivate myself to reread LOL

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I avoid even Tolkien's languages for fear of getting something wrong. I am fluent in at least 3 other languages, but I am not entirely sure whether there would ever be a place for them.

If I did that, I am afraid that it would become incomprehensible as the only one I wouldn't use is my mother tongue. It would sound a bit...magniloquent...

Tolkien. Only fandom thus far...

You woke up in the morning, with Madam Pomfrey just by your bedside as she mixed a few herbs together in a mortar and pestle. You coughed, your throat dry as a tumbleweed, as your eyes widened.

Atsumu.

You tried getting up, the pain in your shoulder skyrocketing as you coughed even more. Madam Pomfrey was scolding you, but your ears were ringing—you could only hear a white noise as you coughed and the school nurse forcefully poured a nasty tasting medicine into your mouth, making you swallow it as she held your jaw softly. 

"There. You're good now, darling. Just lay down for a while, alright?" she said, rubbing circles on your back. Your mind raced as all you could do was nod at the woman, who moved onto the bed next to yours. 

That's Rin! 

You look at your figure in a frantic state—bandages wrapped from your left wrist to your shoulder, random purple bruises littered across your leg and arms with gashes in your other leg and torso. You grimaced at your sight, but then looked up and around in denouement. 

The curtains covered the bed to your right; you were trying your best to figure out who all was in the Infirmary with you. Till now, you could see Suna, Sakusa, Osamu, and Aran—

That's Atsumu, you gasped in revelation. Your eyes darting to the tiny space between the curtain and the wall just to get a glimpse of the boy. Just then a coarse voice stopped you, "Don't bother, [L/N]. You won't want to see that right now."

"Rin?" you whipped your head around and instantly regretting it because of the sudden rush of pain. Seeing the brown-haired boy get up as he winced made you feel almost guilty—it's because of you they were so hurt, wasn't it?

"This happens every month, don't worry," he coughed out as Madam Pomfrey scolded him about talking such 'posh'. He laughed it off, saying that if you and Atsumu weren't there, then his wounds would be worse. You opened your mouth to speak, but that was when you heard a grunt coming in from the other side of the curtain.

"Okay, hush now, both of you," Madam Pomfrey says, ruffling Suna's hair lightly as she grabbed a syringe and a bottle from the table and walked towards the other side of the curtain—simply so you two wouldn't have to see how bad Atsumu's wounds really were. 

And a couple of seconds later, when Miya Atsumu's screams filled the Infirmary, was when you realized—you shouldn't have followed him into the Shrieking Shack. 

"You're okay, now. That's all that matters," cheered Alisa as she walked into the Great Hall for dinner a few days later. You walked alongside them, hiding your bandages inside your robe. You hated how Atsumu was still in the Infirmary as the rest of you roamed about freely. It irked you to an extent where your nights felt almost sleepless. 

You would be thinking about him—contemplating whether you should have gone after him. Whether it would be any different if you had just let him go; if you had just waited for the next day to talk to him again. You never knew when you were falling asleep, just staring into the darkness till the depths of the night. 

You visited him in the Infirmary every day till he got discharged. You couldn't help but feel responsible for his wounds because honestly, who wouldn't? And when a week later, he was discharged, he didn't seem to even look you in the eye anymore. 

It drove you crazy—not feeling his burning stare at the back of your head every time you walked to Potions, him not even bothering to yell at you in Quidditch practice, him not teasing you about the Treacle Tarts during dinner, and you just missing his vague southern dialect barking at you for no reason whatsoever. You craved his slightly flirty comments that made your ears heat up in Transfiguration and Alchemy, how he'd say the dirtiest of things without failing to keep a straight face. You even wanted him to annoy you again or hit you with his Bludger so you could go to Hogsmeade with him. 

"You look like the saddest Bowtruckle ever," Suna nudged you as you sat alone in the Courtyard, chuckling as he sat down next to you and began talking, "You're worried about him, aren't you?"

"How do you always know what to say, but you're the cockiest little shit ever?" you ask, closing your book and facing the chartreuse-eyed idiot, scoffing. He looks at you, raising an eyebrow as he says, "Wasn't it you that avoided him in the first place? Dare I say, you kinda deserve this."

"Oh, how I wish the unforgivable curses weren't illegal right now," you gritted your teeth, standing up from your place at the fountain and kicking a stray rock at Suna, "Because I could literally torture you right now."

"You should just kill me instead," he shakes his head. 

"Merlin's beard, you're one depressed little shit."

"You should talk to him," the annoying wolf catches up to you yet again, walking over to your left so he could stop you from turning to the staircases. You huffed, stomping one foot and placing a hand on your hip as you said, "Rin, for Salazar's sake, not this again."

"What? Classes are over, and he's literally rotting in the dorm. If I get him out after Quidditch today, will you talk to him? At least make the damn effort," Suna hisses, flicking your forehead as his expression clearly sprays more venom than his words. You sighed, shaking your head, "I need to think about it."

"Why the fuck-"

"He said he loved me on the full moon," you paused, "By the Black Lake?" you say hesitantly, making it come out more like a question than an answer. Your eyed averted to the floor, anywhere but Suna, who had his mouth wide open and his eyes actually intrigued in what you had to say now. He cleared his throat begrudgingly, coughing once or twice before saying, "What did you say?"

"We.. erm, got interrupted," you look back up to a shocked Suna, who was edging you to continue, "By erm... the Shack thing."

"Oh for fuck's sake," Rin lets out a breathy sentence, his whole demeanor turning into disappointment, "Why are there so many fucking... ugh!"

"Your pain is understandable, pussy bangs," you giggled, grabbing his robes slightly and leading him to the library to complete your homework. 

“Hey, don’t fucking call me that!”

You had continued to meet up with Kiyoko to go to Quidditch Practice that evening. You managed to catch the Snitch in a few minutes, earning a small, dissent "good job" from Atsumu. It made you smile just a smidge, glad for the smallest interaction in the past week that he had been discharged. A scintilla of regret slipping in your mind as you felt the urge to tease him as if everything was okay. 

Practice ended soon enough, you walking back to the changing rooms with Kiyoko and Osamu, talking about something or the other as you walked into the girls' changing room, parting with the grey-haired werewolf as Kiyoko began, "Osamu says he hasn't been sleeping."

"Stop," you sighed, taking off your shoes and socks as you sat on the bench next to the locker, "—you're not helping and you're making me confused. I talked to Suna, and I'm going to try to talk to Atsumu soon. I need to give him time."

"I literally didn't say anything," Kiyoko laughs, pulling on a grey jumper and jeans as she tilts her head, "You're doing good, bub."

"Thank you..?"

You reminisced about the times in third year how Atsumu used to say, "a cold shower is the answer to all problems", chuckling when you remembered the next part of that sentence as you plopped onto your bed, turning over and reaching to the bag of treats to slip them to Bo. You watched the grey owl slowly gulp down the treat, smiling contently as you hugged a pillow close to your chest. 

"God, Bo. It's late at night and I skipped dinner today of all days," you groaned, getting up to sit at your desk, your head on the table. The owl tilted its head, hooting a few times in response as if saying that you should go to the kitchens to get that snack after all.

"You're always right, Bo. Here have another treat," you cooed, feeding the bird one more crumb then walking out of the Common Room in your invisibility cloak. The House Elves were always kind to you, giving you a snack even in the middle of twilight, and keeping quiet when Filch questions them about how a few Treacle Tarts or dumplings are missing. 

You curse yourself when you almost bump into the wretched cat, namely Mrs. Norris, when you walked into the Kitchens. A House Elf gasped, running to the door and closing it immediately after you pulled off the cloak. 

"[Y/N] must not sneak out at night like this, it will get her into trouble!" Missy, a House Elf behind the counter shrieks. You stifle a giggle, petting the Elf's head lovingly and slipping her a scarf—your heart melting at how the female Elf blushed at the gift, immediately adorning it as she quickly reached into a jar and slipped you a few Pudding cups and Treacle Tarts(which you took into your jacket pocket) before wishing Missy a good night and walking back out. You were on your way back to the dorms when you heard a very... questionable noise, per se. 

"What in the name of Godric," you cursed, simply shaking it off as you walked down the stairs to the dungeons, but then hearing a voice that you knew way too well. 

Atsumu?

You gasped, running back up the stairs as you looked around frantically. The cloak covering you barely as you panted, finally finding the source of the said "noise".

To say you instantly regretted that decision, was probably the biggest understatement of the year. As you see Atsumu, pressing a girl against the wall of the empty hallway(which the professors normally don't check at this hour as they've already gone to sleep), as he left marks on her neck. The girl placed her hand on his head, tangling his piss strands with her nimble fingers as she bit down on her tongue. 

You couldn't believe it. 

It took him one week. One week, to get over you, who he had been pining over for years. He hadn't even thought twice to ask if the so-called "unrequited" feelings were reciprocated. 

You were heartbroken. 

So, what do you do? You let a few tears slip—wiping them away almost instantly as you walked back to the Common Room in rue. But what you didn't know, was that someone in their dorm was cursing out their brother as they looked at a very peculiar map in their hands.

I try to reply to each one on Ao3 (FFN is just too time consuming, but I read every single one). I do it as a little ‘thank you’ to each person that is kind enough to leave me a comment. Readers are amazing and any way I can tell them that I appreciate them, I will take. 

What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

Probably Goodbye. It’s a story I wrote the day I found out a man I looked up to as a second father had passed away. I used the story to heal. 

But there is also Breaking A Lioness which is a dark Dead Dove: Do Not Eat story that doesn’t have an ounce of hope in it. 

Do you write crossovers? If so what’s the craziest one you’ve written?

I only have two. But As My Queen Commands is the craziest and best. 

Have you ever received hate on a fic?

I have, but I try not to let it bother me.

I write all the smut. Anything from sweet 1:1 smut to filthy stuff

A few times. Luckily readers are great and normally let me know.

Not yet. A few have asked, but they wanted to post on Wattpad and I don’t think that is the right website for my works. 

What’s your all time favorite ship?

Sevmione and Lumione. 

Whats a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

I have a bunch of WIPs in my folder, but I don’t have plans to finish any of them as I have decided to stop writing for the foreseeable future. 

What are your writing strengths?

Mixing in humor (even in darker pieces), smut, mixing things up. 

What are your writing weaknesses?

Not outlining, punctuation/grammar, pacing. 

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

I love it as a reader and a writer. I have a lot of head canon around people in HP speaking French, so it shows up a lot in my stories. 

What was the first fandom you wrote for?

Harry Potter 

What’s your favorite fic that you’ve written?

I feel like I improve every time I write a new story so typically the latest thing I wrote is my favorite. I feel that way about Modified (which I am posting now). I also loved writing The 12 Days of Cockmas because it was such a challenge to write 13 chapters of smut that was all original, and I wrote characters I don’t normally write.

Fic Writer Interview

Name: acnelli, but you can just call me Nelli

Fandoms I write for: I only write for Harry Potter. I started a Twilight fic ten years ago (don't judge me), but quickly dismissed it, because it was terrible. Plus, I shipped Edward/Leah and Bella/Leah, so I was surprised I got reviews at all.

As for my HP ships, Romione and Rarry (surprise!). I loved Romione since reading the books and knew they would get together since book 1. I craved more of their story, and if I have the time (which I don't really, atm), I read these two in every possible universe and trope. Through Tumblr I also joined the HPRomione Discord which is one of my favourite "places" to be. Lots of great creators promoting their stories/art there, offering help, and plotting stories together. Not just a great place for creators, btw. It's great for Romione-shippers in general (and multi-shippers are welcome as well. The mods work hard to make the server welcoming to everyone. It's focused on Romione, of course, but you won't get ridiculed if you ship Ron and/or Hermione with other people as well).

Okay, I did not plan to promote this sever so much, but here I am. You'll also find that I don't have much to say to the following points, so it's okay that this is a little longer.

Tumblr also introduced me to the Rarry ship (mainly @booigi-boi and @headcanonsandmore are responsible for that;)). I discovered some of my all time favourite stories through that ship, and while I always loved their bromance, it's just so easy to add romance to their wonderful dynamic. It's a rare pair, but we're responsible for our own fandom experience, so I decided to host the @2021harryronfest.

As for my other HP ships: pretty much all canon ships, especially Hinny and Remadora. But I also like Perciver, Linny, Wolfstar, Deamus and Golden Triad.

Two-shot: Well,...looking at my 16 one-shots.

Most popular multichapter: I planned some. And I really intend to write them, but the reasons why I rather sign up for 100 Fests, instead of writing my multi-chaps, I'll explain down below.

Worst part of writing: That I've got no time for it. I'm much more of a reader than a writer anyway, but finding the time and the motivation to write, is hard for me these days. Plus, I have to be in a specific mood for writing. I can't just sit down and tell myself to write something.

How you choose your titles: Is it weird, that I can't answer that? I usually come up with it while I write the story.

Do you outline: I almost never do. I wrote only one-shots so far, so there isn't much outlining required. With a multi-chap I should definitely do it, but I know myself. I just start writing and add things as I go. I'm lazy when it comes to writing, and just wing it (call me Ron Weasley).

Ideas I probably won’t get to but it would be nice: I'm kind of obsessed with a HP x The Queen's Gambit crossover idea of mine. I want to make Ron an orphan (yeah, that's the first hurdle I have to overcome for this...killing all the Weasleys. I don't think I can) and for his own protection they put him into a Muggle orphanage where he grows up with Beth. Together they master chess, and I kind of want to tell their stories about them growing up together and becoming each other's only family, about their time when they're apart (Ron goes to Hogwarts, Beth gets adopted), when they reunite again, them forming this sibling bond. A very different AU, so I've got two problems: world building and chess. I'm terrible at both things, so this probably will get very inaccurate and messy.

Callouts @ me: Don't put yourself down so much. You are better than you think. Your writing might not be top notch, but you're not half bad either.

Best writing habits: I think that I come up with really good ideas sometimes, and there are just some lines I'm super proud of. They come to me at random moments, and I always find a way to work them in.

Spicy tangential opinion: I have yet to be brave enough to write smut. But I love the read the realistic kind (nothing against pwp kind of stories. I would be a liar if I said I only read realistic sex scenes). And I think communication is key. No one is a natural at this, and logically the sex should get better over the years, because of communication! Sex is messy, sticky and awkward. And it's on both (or more) parties to figure everything out together. That's the kind of " imperfection" I love to read.

In chronological order of first fic on AO3: Percy Jackson, Soul Eater, Steven Universe, My Hero Academia, Dragalia Lost, Avater: the Last Airbender, the Witcher, and Genshin Impact! That's 7 fandoms and I'm not counting Homestuck (I only wrote OC stuff) or D&D (same thing).

I also have works from Axis Powers: Hetalia and Katekyo Hitman Reborn! on Fanfiction dot hell that none of you will ever see. I definitely posted and deleted a Twilight OC fic once.

ATLA is a powerful fandom so I'm not surprised both my ATLA fics made top five. Dishabille's popularity continues to pleasantly surprise me. Damocles is only surprising because it isn't first. I am so proud of Summer Break and that entire Shinsou series, I'm glad it made top 5 and is gonna break 1k kudos soon. <3

(Now get Dog-Tired up there, I fucking love that story. q^q)

Do you respond to comments, why or why not?

To quote Mido: I do, but not consistently. Q^Q I read them all and I really want to reply to them all, but I very frequently simply to not have the energy. I have it posted on my AO3 profile, though, so hopefully it doesn't hurt anyone's feelings... I have recently been trying to at least answer all new incoming comments and not let the backlog increase! (That said, the backlog is over 100.)

What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

I don't tend to do angsty endings (I am a hard lover of angst with a happy ending), but I've written some questionable and bittersweet ones. I think arguably the best contendor for angstiest ending is probably Kindred Spirit. I wrote it to low key revenge myself on @thegc4life for insisting that Shinsou gets a hug (he does! technically!) and it certainly ended ominously.

Do you write crossovers? If so what is the craziest one you’ve written?

As much as I love "Edward Elric gets transported into X universe and proceeds to kick everyone's ass" crossovers, I don't relaly write any. I do enjoy full transplant AUs, though, and the one I recently posted on AO3 is an MHA-at-Hogwards AU called the Birds and the Mares that I wrote for the HP/BNHA Zine!

Have you ever received hate on a fic?

Deeeeepends on what you mean by 'hate.' :X has gotten two comments (one much politer than the other, haha) complaining about my use of the r-slur in Shinsou's internal narrative in one of the chapters, but one person backpedaled and said they understood the purpose of it while the other (more vehement) one never replied to my explanation. That's all, though!

Do you write smut? If so what kind?

Yeah. It's never going on my main AO3 (and the one time it did, I orphaned the fic). I have a side account I might post it on once I get over the fact that people who know me also know about the account. It's all 100% PWP of stuff I personally am into, and I have a very specific set of things I'm into, so... idk, feels a little personal! ^^"

Have you ever had a fic stolen?

No, but I've had people adopt general concepts I used (fabulous!) and steal my RP OCs back in ye olde fantroll days (not at all fabulous! incredibly hurtful, actually). I am vehemently opposed to plagiarism, even of concepts. It feels so gross.

Have you ever had a fic translated?

Someone in the comments mentioned that they are translating Bloodied Hound into Russian and I am SO EXCITED. I desperately want to read it. Of all the languages, it happened to be the only other one I'm decently literate in! I also want to show my grandparents. I really hope the person follows through. <3

Have you ever co-written a fic before?

I've roleplayed a lot, but I can't see myself ever co-writing a fic. I'm not even sure how it works, to be honest!

What’s your all time favourite ship?

Urgh. Pass. I can't pick one. Perils of a multishipper.

What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?

I was going to proudly say "I never post things I don't plan on finishing!" but in reality that is a lie, because Falling Down A Rabbit Hole exists from back in 2015 and is in fact the reason I made that rule for myself. ^^" Honestly, what's there still holds up, but the reality is that I didn't actually come up with a plot, so there's nowhere for it to go.

What are your writing strengths?

Interesting/relatable/funny dialogue, and also writing feelings in a 'show, don't tell!' kind of way that leaves strong impressions with people!

What are your writing weaknesses?

Plotting out long stories with good pacing! People thought Damocles had a plot, apparently? Joke's on you, it was a series of "I wanna see this happen" scenarios that I made Hawks suffer through and subsequently strung together like a haphazard multicolor plastic bead necklace that I told everyone was actually pearls.

That's why all my stories after Damocles are either short or split into a series. Shinsou's Bad Days is my attempt at proper pacing, hence it being so episodic.

What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

I'll do it if I know the language well enough (so, Russian and ASL, I don't trust my casual Japanese), but I'm generally a stickler for making things come off naturally, so I otherwise will instead try to find the closest tonal equivalent in English (such as having Childe call Zhongli "professor" instead of "xiansheng"). Sometimes there just isn't one (like Kazuha calling Beidou 'big sis' but in a way that doesn't sound kiddish and overly casual for him), though, which sucks. :( Language is cool!

What was the first fandom you wrote for?

T. Twilight. QUQ I wish that fic still existed, it was like a single chapter of two multicolored hair OCs befriending Alice Cullen and being cool. I deleted it but I SHOULDN'T HAVE. IT WAS HISTORY.

What’s your favourite fic you’ve written?

This totally changes with each new slew of fics I post. I think currently it is Dog-Tired because despite being unsatisfied with the title, I think the story itself turned out amazing. I also am extremely happy with the entire Shinsou's Bad Days series (including upcoming installments).

Look! A multi-purpose long-form post!

I’ve been thinking that, in this new decade, it might be interesting to try some new things. One thing that I thought might be interesting was trying out the whole collaborative writing thing. I don’t really know anyone in the writing sphere so even if I don’t end up finding a fun writing partner for whatever reason it might be nice to meet a few people regardless.

The other thing is that I have a ton of fic ideas, but you all know I’m not a very prolific writer, so there’re all just stagnating in my docs. I don’t really have the patience to weed out the ones with substance and make some sort of prompt list on AO3 or whatever, so I’m just going to throw out all the categories and if anyone is curious just hit me up. (That goes for collab and prompts.) Two stories are better than one, and one story written by someone else is better than an idea rotting on my laptop because I’m lazy.

I’ve been writing what’s turned into quite a complex fic (yes it’s a twilight/hp crossover and no, I have no shame) and then to top it off I’m retelling the entire HP story in a one shot to help give some context to my crossover fic. So I need someone preferably in their 20s, with knowledge of the HP books to help me get this sorted out because if I don’t talk through it I’m going to stay lost in the Forbidden Forest of Fanfiction. It had been five days since you had that interaction with Atsumu in the hallway. And today, being the day to finally win the bet against him, you pulled your emerald Quidditch robes on.

"C'mon, [L/N], how long does it take ya to change? Kiyoko's done already!" You heard Atsumu's echo voice outside the changing room, and you chuckled, picking up your Nimbus 2001 from your locker and walking out.

The yellow-haired boy didn't know what came over him when you walked out to greet your other teammates. You were chatting with Kiyoko and Osamu—your haired pushed back away from your face as the wind blew through your emerald robes. Atsumu's heart felt like it was being thrown around like a Quaffle, but only he wasn't playing Quidditch(yet).

There wasn't anything special about you today, you were just wearing the same pine-green and pewter-grey uniform, readying yourself to play in the field. So why did Miya Atsumu think you looked more ethereal than anything he's ever seen? He was the Captain of the Slytherin Quidditch Team, for Salazar's sake. The first practice was today.

Oh right, he's the Captain. That made Atsumu snap out of his thoughts as he clapped his gloved hands loudly, "Aight, everybody! Listen up!"

He really didn't know how Kita handled his antics last year. The way he and Osamu literally almost fought in the middle of a game probably made the Kita Shinsuke furious. Yet here he was, the "impulsive" one of the lot, as Captain this year.

Practice, at first, was namely awkward. He was new to the responsibilities—he was scared he wouldn't be good enough, and to top that, Osamu kept on snickering when he tried to tell the younger players what to do.

"Hey," you nudged Atsumu's broom, a cool breeze passing by you as you looked at him with comforting eyes, "You're doing great. Don't worry about it."

"Thanks," he let out a genuine chuckle, looking over to his juniors—whom he had told to practice their aim with the Quaffle. Then, a sudden lightbulb lit in his mind, as he looked over to you, "Ya do remember our bet, don't ya?"

"Erm... I certainly do, why?" you looked at him with your furrowed brows as you slowed your flying pace. He smirked, looking at you with the expression you know all too well.

"'Tsumu, no—"

"Okay, everyone! Listen up! We're going to play a game before wrapping practice up for the day!" his voice boomed through the pitch, as everybody flew down to the ground together. You rolled your eyes as you began, "I literally just told you not to do that—"

"Okay, we're splitting into two teams. [L/N], you're with Suna, Sakusa, Kiyoko, Tsukishima, Tobio, and Shirabu. And the rest are with me," Atsumu gave you a side-glance as your expression turned into a somewhat pout. He was being fair with splitting the teams, taking two first-years himself, and giving you the other two(to be honest, he was giving you gifted players). But you hated him for not listening to you—maybe you were just being petty, who knows?

The match started off when Atsumu let out the Bludgers and got into position. And while everyone was busy playing their parts, he winked at you.

You hated it here.

The Quaffle was first taken by a player of Atsumu's team—Kunimi, who avoided the Beaters of your team without any effort. You huffed as you looked around for the Golden Snitch, as you only had two minutes to catch it(and you really didn't want to lose the bet).

Kiyoko, the Keeper of your team, successfully stopped Kunimi from throwing the Quaffle through the hoops, but Atsumu sent a Bludger her way—it almost hit her, but she avoided it just in time. The two iron Bludgers were being hit at many players in unison by the despicable Miya Twins—you knew they were capable Beaters, Atsumu was approaching a career as one, for fuck's sake—as you scoffed. This was one of their strategies that couldn't be beaten by someone unless you had been playing with them for a long time. Atsumu would go towards the right side of the pitch and Osamu would go to the left, constantly passing the Bludgers to one another and not letting the other team get their hands on them. It was smart, really, and required so much precision(you couldn't deny it, he was talented and smart when he wanted to be).

And just then, a Golden ball of victory passed by Atsumu's head, causing a sly smile to form on your lips as he whips his head around to focus on you for just a moment. This time, it was you who winked at him—the brief interaction made him blush as your broom zoomed past him to chase after the Snitch. Luckily, Goshiki(Atsumu's seeker) was on the other side of the pitch, so passing most of the players from your team would definitely slow him down.

Almost there, you thought, as you reached your hand out for it—flying as fast as you could on your Nimbus 2001. The light broom made it easy for you to slowly stand up, lifting yourself as you reached for the Snitch at an unstoppable speed.

And just then, an iron Bludger hit by Miya Atsumu came your way, knocking you off your broom.

When Atsumu saw you stand up on your broom, his competitive energy seemed to rile up as he smirked.

Now is a perfect time, he thought. A leer danced on his lips as he readied his bat, gesturing for Osamu to send the Bludger his way. Atsumu didn't mean to hurt you, really, he just wanted to win the bet—and although that was childish, he just couldn't help himself.

Goshiki caught the Snitch just as you fell. The match stopped, and Atsumu noticed that you weren't moving. Swiftly, he landed next to you on the ground.

"[L/N]?" he pulled on your hand, "[Y/N], don't play games with me right now. I know ya all too well, ya did this like a hundred times last year, get up."

"'Tsumu, the hell didja do?" Osamu came up behind the Captain, asking him what happened as a few other Seniors began walking towards the commotion as well. Atsumu slowly shook his head, handing his broom to his twin as he quickly picked you up in his firm arms.

"Atsumu, I'm asking ya something!" his twin yelled as the yellow-haired boy began walking towards the Infirmary. Atsumu looked back, "Wrap up practice for me, will ya? Yer Vice Captain for a reason!"

Osamu was taken aback when his brother said that. But he knew that his pig-brained idiot excuse of a brother was finally doing the right thing, even if it meant he'd continue being a sissy and not confessing his love for the certain someone in his arms.

To say that Atsumu felt horrible, was an understatement. He had this gut-wrenching feeling and his breathing felt incredibly shallow. He was taking quick, but short steps. His voice was hitched in his throat as he could already feel a lump forming. He couldn't even bear to look at you right now.

But as he found himself looking down, immense guilt flooded his heartstrings, snapping a few of them in the process. You were unconscious, a narrow line of rouge spilling down from your forehead as you lay in his arms. If you weren't hurt, Atsumu would almost say you look peaceful like that—eyes closed, lips contorted into a somewhat blissful expression without any strain on your muscles.

You looked blissful—only you weren't in bliss, you were in pain; actual physical pain because of him. Atsumu wanted to tell you how wrong you were on the night of your first day back. He wanted to tell you that he really was reckless and that you were too nice to see it. He wanted to tell you that he wasn't deserving of anybody in his life, even his own brother.

He wanted to tell you he doesn't deserve you.

That day, as he found himself next to your bedside through the night in the Infirmary, he could feel his carob eyes starting to blur due to the tears brimming in there. Hot tears soaked into your mattress leaving damp evidence that in fact, Miya Atsumu was crying. It was hard to hide, because anyone who would witness his face could instantly comfort him, or ask him what's wrong, so he hid in the blankets. He kept his head down, pretended to sleep, letting out an occasional hiccup or shaky breath.

"'Tsumu?"

Miya Atsumu has never looked up this quickly in his whole life.

"'Tsumu, are you... crying?" you asked, the medicine making you slur your speech but you didn't care—all you cared about right now was the piss-haired boy who sat by your bed even though it was past twilight. Your gaze softened as you reached out and ruffled his hair, giving him a warm smile in the process. You had just woken up, and the sight you got to see made your heartstrings tighten.

"Hey, it's okay," you say as he turns away from you, continuing to hide the fact that he was crying, even if you had already seen it.

"I'm not cryin'. Ya never saw that," he said gruffly, clearing his throat as he got up to leave. You pouted slightly, "I just woke up and you're already leaving? Isn't it like 2 in the morning?"

"Yer supposed to rest and I don't wanna bother ya," he shot you a quick thumbs-up, faking a smile in the process. You gave him a look that said, 'Do you seriously think that's convincing?'.

"Sit here and keep me entertained," you gesture to the stool he was sitting on just moments ago. He gives you a half-way smile, obeying what you said as you chuckled.

"Are you crying because of me?"

"I thought I said ya never saw that," he grunted as you giggled lightly, the empty Infirmary lighting up with joy as your laugh filled Atsumu's ears.

"In my defense, you're my friend and I care for you," you said between your laughs. Just that sentence felt like a rose thorn pricking against your throat, but you smiled through it, not knowing the same went for Atsumu.

"Thanks," Atsumu smiled, "And since I almost killed ya, I'm thinkin' I should take you to Hogsmeade and buy ya Treacle Tarts after all."

"Score! [L/N] catches the Snitch and kicks Miya Atsumu's arse!"

Madam Pomfrey had let you go when you swore you'd take your medicine on time; it had taken a lot of begging, but she eventually let you go. A fine Saturday morning—well, it was way past noon, but still, fine Saturday afternoon.

"How'd Poppy let ya go that fast?" 'Tsumu saw you first when you walked through the Common Room door and he was simply sitting on the sofa, flipping a few books(you were proud, he was actually doing his homework).

"I told her I'd take my medicine. I'm also responsible, very unlike you," you stuck your tongue out as you plopped yourself down. He let out a dry chuckle, shaking his head as he looked at you with softened eyes.

He continued doing his work in comfortable silence as you just sat there. Atsumu's focusing on a few worksheets from Potions and DADA. You would've helped, but he never asked.

You looked at him, how not even a little bit of sweat passed down his forehead(even though it was quite warm because of the fireplace). His yellow mop of hair was perfectly styled and combed, parted, and one single strand sticking up at places where it made you smile.

His tongue stuck out in concentration. You could probably compare his eyes to the warmth of a wintry, everlasting hearth or a bonfire—the crackling from the fireplace sort of soothed your heart as you gazed into his hickory orbs. They really did look like the wood from a fire, maybe the type of wood that never fully turns into ashes even if they've been burning for a long time.

You sighed. You should probably get up and spend your day resting, or completing your homework—that would be the right decision to make, but you really didn't want to.

"Hey, [Y/N], what's an Inferius?" Atsumu questioned you out of the blue, making you snap out of your trance.

"I'm sorry, what?"

"An Inferius, [L/N]. I swear to Salazar, ya really do look like yer starin' at me sometimes."

Eyeshield 21 X Fire emblem Fates/If

I haven’t write anything for so long, really sorry about that ; w ;  this time, I wanted to share some of crossover idea with you again ^w^  Imagine this......

*Hoshido and Nohr are really hate each other so much*

The player - Corrin, still have the power to transform into dragon but this time, no only him/her that has this power.

Devil bats = Hoshido (with supporting from Chameleon and Sphinx )

Special Skill - White storm = Add current rate of Speed to Atk during your phase.  (almost of Hoshido’s members have this skill)

Sena - A young samurai with highest speed base, He becomes more serious than usual. Current Master of Raijinto and a Rival to Shin. Sena must bear many tensions around himself and this lead him to........ 

Monta - A Monk, staff and elemental magics user. Rival to Sakuraba. One of Sena’s best friend. He hates and jealous over that nohr’s noble mage. compare with other magical unit, His speed base is the highest! which made him to dodge almost of attack easier than other mages. too bad, his atk and def stats are really low.....

Hiruma - blame Takumi An archer, his Accurate is unstoppable! Every time that he throw/shoot something, it’s always hit!  He has quite balancing stat and highest Luck. Unlike others Hoshido, He doesn’t hate Nohr at all (but doesn’t mean that he like them too....) Rival to Takami.  His personality is seems become more relaxed and less evil. *spoiler : he might change side sometime....

Kurita - Oni Savage, Kurita is an only hoshidan unit who doesn’t have “White storm” skill. He has a great Atk , Def and Hp yet his spd is the lowest of all. He doesn’t hate Nohr directly but just want to protect his friends. Rival to Otawara.

Jumonji, Kuroki are Sky knights, Togano is a mechanist. The ha-ha bros are deadly when being together for their “Triangle attack” technique. They just wanted to prove themself and join Sena’s force to do so. Jumonji is the only one who takes his job seriously, Kuroki named his pegasus for  “Melon-chan” and Togano is quite scared of pegasus.

Komusubi -  Oni Savage, Just follow his master to fight. He has better Spd than Kurita but a little bit lower Atk and Def than him.  

Yukimitsu - A diviner, Highest Mtk and Mdef but quite low at Hp and Def. He also has a special skill “Curse touch” which allows him to cause some abnormal status though his attack at a (very low) current rate. His personality will become more evilly when someone mentions about “Curse”. He just can’t stand for only watch his friends fight so, he decides to join and protect too. 

Ichimaru - Ninja, Secret ninja join Sena’s force to protect his homeland.he has 2nd best Spd stat only lower than Sena’s. He’s wonder why he is being too plain and even got a nick name for “Silent Assassin”

Suzuna and Natsuhiko - Kitsune, Taki sibling join force to protect their homeland, They’re like the secret weapons of Hoshido since when transformed, they’re really great in all status! their weakness are “beast bane” or “Iron skin” skill.

and White knight = Nohr  (with supporting from Poseidon, Spider)

Special skill - Dark Aid = Add current rate of Atk to Def during opponent phase. (Same as Hoshido’s members, Most of Nohr’s also have this skill)

Shin - A  Cavalier, one of few members that has balance stats. Shin is both good at sword and spear. He has a goal to conquer over Hoshido but still waver about it. Sena is his Nemesis. Personal skill - Dark aid, Chivalry, Bless guardian.

Sakuraba -  A Troubadour, He view Monta as his nemesis. Despite his origin, He is able to use light magic/tome without trouble and also able to use light magic as well, making him know as “Twilight mage”. he has high def if compare with others magical unit. He doesn’t understand why the Hoshidan hates Nohr so much. 

Otawara - A Mercenary, Kurita is being his nemesis. Despite being mercenary and not riding horse, he has quite good Spd stat and has balancing stat . He always wanted to have a fair fight with his rival but his story doesn’t lead him to....

Takami - A Dark mage, Hiruma is his nemesis. Noble mage with highest magic stat and balance physical stat which made him quite deadly for a mage. Unlike all Nohr, He really admired Hoshidan and “hawkeye archer”.  his personality is become more evilly than usual.

Ikari -  A Wolfskin , the only one who doesn’t have “Dark aid” skill. He doesn’t have personal hates toward hoshido, just wanted to fight. 

Kakei and Mizumachi - Malig knight, Most of Poseidon members are now riding the dragons!

Natural side  (They will go with player no matter which side it is)

Riku - Mercenary, Kid - Outlaw and Tetsuma - Butler, The Gunman are from Nohr. They bored and tired of fighting between their homeland and Hoshido, so, they seek another way to solve this. 

Riku is used to be Sena’s childhood friend, who also teach Sena how to use sword. His speed stat is as good as Sena’s but lack of luck (don’t do crit as much as Sena)

Kid/ Shien, He always seek adventure together with his butler. He enjoys his past memories of peace. his skill/ accurate is quite high together with Mag def stat. Kid is like mage killer of Nohr.

Tetsuma is Kid/Shien’s personal butler who does anything to serve his master. He is quiet for most of time and only obey to Kid or those who kid is trust’s command. This battle butler can also use healing spell and is like a counterpart of Hoshido’s ninja.

Mamori - Songstress, Her duty is to get Nohr and Hoshido stop fighting. Her status is good at defense and Luck (via her staff)  She was siding with Hoshido at first.

Atsumi, Haibara and  Konjo  - Blacksmith, Oni Savage and  Priestess. Also with Hoshido at first, until they notices something about their leader.

The kids (What if the rest member of eyeshield 21 are turn out to be the children of Nohr and Hoshido??? I just thinking about this = w =)

Ikkyu = Son of Monta , Young monk who admire his father and dream to become like him in some day. Unlike his father, he has stable status with gift of spd.

Clifford = Son of Hiruma , The talent archer just like his dad but doesn’t like anything about Hiruma at all. He is the serious character who would take his job of saving the homeland more seriously than his father himself.

Torakichi Nanpa = Sakuraba’s son (how could a fan of Sakuraba become his son??? XD) 

Akira Nakabo = Sena’s son , a lance fighter - because too shy and lack of confidence, these make him become self aware and isn’t able to use sword but he practice to use lance instead.

Hayato Akaba = Mamori’s son, inherit of holy voice.
