_________________________________________
You pulled your eyelids closer to your waterline, the splash of water against your searing hot face felt dull compared to the tear shaped lava dripping down the curve of your back, meeting at the waistband of your boxers and leaving a sour, pungent smell within the fabric.
Your body shook with such agony, that had you been the fragile, human-esqu being that you posed as, your bones would have liquified; bones that turned a delicate peach flower shade of cream.
If you looked up into the mirror in front of you, you were sure, at this rate, you'd see steam floating off the very skin that had stretched and molded itself and grew hair the length of a beanstalk all over your body. But this wasn't the pain that tore apart every neuron in your brain, and rendered you to nothing but a shivering, aching mess.
It was something else, and even with your mind so sluggish, so disoriented and tired that you could easily sleep for several days and your stomach, pouring out gurgling noises of bregrudement that you could barely hear over the own ringing in your ears, ached with its hunger.
You seemed to be grunting to yourself, atop the linoleum flooring of your bathroom that you felt as if your feet were burning holes into. You made your own noises out in passing, brief, in and out moments where your ears tuned back to your surroundings. Huffs. Whistling. There was faint cursing.
Stupid. Fuckin stupid. The voice ran through your foggy mind, an echo of rage.
Your entire body shook with such a powerful force, so dolorous in nature, that your eyes held heavy purple bags beneath them. You squinted them ever further closed, yet the light seeped out from the crevices like tears.
You didn't dare look to the light, it'd be like blinding yourself to the sun because everything now was 10 times brighter, clearer, intense. You heard each beat of your pulse right behind your ears, it wasn't as much 'thump, thump, thump' as a constant noise that felt more like you were vibrating.
It was all the more aggravating, all of it.
Your muscles were spasming beneath you and the longer you stood the more you couldn't feel your toes. The longer you locked yourself in your bathroom, huddled into the furthest corner, the closer you felt death crawling along your own skin.
What are you? That question held such power to pull the rug beneath your feet. Objectively, you knew. Sam had crossed borders to ensure you didn't break the treaty anymore than he already was. And your mind held such a haze that not even now you could clearly decipher what exactly had happened.
The haze acted as a wall between your mind and Sam's, even as he commanded you, tumbled with you through the woods, wrestled you to the forest floor, leaves and broken branches caught in your fur as he snapped and snarled above you; he couldn't see clearly what happened. Let alone explain to you the precise point that your wolfy instincts -because apparently that was a thing you held within your very being- reigned.
All you could recall was a few faces.
Jasper's visage, etched with both horror and regret, staring back at you with rubies -as if you were the monster and not him.
At some point, you could faintly remember him speaking to you from below as his hands fiercely held your snout, telling you to transform back into your usual self. But his face...it spoke volumes at how ready he was to run if not needed, to flee. Like in that moment, the only difference between life and death were the few inches separating you both.
Then there was Carlisle. You don't remember what happened in between but you remembered seeing the struggle in his and Edward's faces as they attempted to hold you down without hurting you and having themselves killed in the process.
With Sam, the memories were clearer, sharper. They kept surfacing like bubbles on a swirly tub.
He too spoke but the difference between him and Jasper was that his were demands, not pleas.
Each plea was so faint against his normal voice -shockingly enough- and you could always recollect his words like a chanting, mantra of those just told a horrific, traumatizing tale.
"Concentrate. " Was what he said.
Your name. Sometimes the shortened version with his southern drawl etched in at the edges.
But your bones didn't ease themselves in molding, twisting, grinding back into their shape until Sam got there. More importantly, that uncomfortable heated feeling of hair pushing itself out from your flesh faded to a shiver.
And your faint memories did not aid the man, who you'd previously held an unimaginable grudge against, in easing you into the subject. So, he stuck to what he knew, what he was sure made the most sense to any half-man, half-wolf in your situation.
Quileute blood. This. That.
Each time you gritted your teeth, clacked them, your canines jarring against each other as he droned on about the treaty, about the vampires, about your time around all of them at once probably being the source of your trigger.
The magic in your blood lit ablaze like gasoline poured onto a pile of wood inside of you. And you didn't understand. Wouldn't for a while until you were coherent, not like this. But the idea of you simply being the one to blame had your mouth pursing shut, biting hard enough to draw that salty copper smell across your tongue.
Subjectively, as you stood in your bathroom, eyelids stapled shut, brain still muddled, body hotter than hot itself. Shaking. Teeth, sharper than usual, still dug painfully into the open wound in your mouth, pulling your lips back harshly.
You didn't know what to call yourself.
Werewolf.
Shapeshifter.
Monster.
They all seemed to mean the same thing.
Vampire.
Cold ones.
Blood sucker.
Those all meant the same too.
Enemy.
Your heart stung at that; painful. Sharp. There was something wet coming down your cheeks but you didn't acknowledge it. Barely registered the sound of your bones cracking from inside, the stretch and pull as tendons and ligaments reformed to shape your humanoid form.
Your teeth didn't let go of your lip as your body continued to reform itself in the correct places, your feet dirtied from the bottoms after you stalked through the woods behind your house, naked and scathed from your only 3rd transformation in counting.
You were not yet adjusted, that much was obvious as the rest of the wolves watched you stumble into your home before you were out of sight. Not because they could smell your shame or the pain you were in, not because your face was still smeared with mud and slobber. But because something struck their ears just then, the sound loud enough to echo from miles behind you and they recognized it for what it was.
A whimper. Pain, so visceral and agonizingly immense you almost keeled forward and gasped for air as soon as the shuddery whine passed.
You'd found your bedroom floor before you clung to the bathroom sink as you were now, the bite doing little but help rid the bitterness and tang on your tongue. The pit of your stomach tightened for a moment as your ears began picking up on your mother's soft shuffling noises and you could tell her exact location, how she fidgeted around on the couch.
But you were again drawn back into yourself and the memories seemed to flash once more as your body convulsed and twisted, feverously hot and unbearably sticky. But each pain felt like pure acid seared against a wound.
There were some parts that you noticed as things changed within your entire human psyche. For instance, the room, your room, smelled differently; it tasted differently. Your eyes, what were usually able to scatter quick glances about yourself yet it came off as completely relaxed and indifferent, your pupils darted as if you had a million things to look at.
This time, your lungs felt small, compressed and with that came each bit of scent the bathroom provided. All of it.
The hint of floral perfume that resided with your sister, most likely used the bathroom beforehand.
The watered-down aloe essence of a bottle of SPF that you guessed to be your brothers because it was strong, closer than the rest.
Then the sweetness of your mother's strawberry cream soap she splashed onto her hair in the morning and onto her skin not long before her eyes were drooping.
The musk of cologne, the sweatiness from the summer night. Some aftershave and others, toothpaste. The mint lingering from it assaulted your olfactories like the taste of charcoal briquettes did your dry throat.
It was everything all at once yet, each scent, noise, sight, touch was distinct. Picked out and pinpointed. You could hear your own heartbeat. You could hear how loudly the door caved a centimeter in its frame when the air from the fan swirled into the vent.
And when the sink began to crumble under your grip it was loud, deafening. A tidal wave and snap made entirely of your own anger. You couldn't bear to look in the mirror. You couldn't bear to lift your head and see a monster looking back at you.
You'd been in this state for hours, every minute, every single second, you could feel the warmth of the blood pumping through your veins, moving each muscle slowly, one by one. You knew the bone structure had settled as you curled in on yourself, facing the wall by the sink.
For the first half hour -though to you it felt like two- your mother had banged against the door, concerned by the slight creak and the heat you emitted through it. She cursed, cried. Stomped. After a while it became nothing but background noise to your ears, the vibrations going ignored against the center of your back, directly underneath her hand.
You heard her steps across the floor and the buzz of the phone line and then Sam but the searing hot pain encapsulating your muscles blocked you from hearing what he was saying; the only two words you picked up was 'let' and 'normal'. In short, he was barking reassuring sentences that were more mumbled than articulated in your ears.
More importantly, you could faintly sense just how long Sam had been on the line with your mother. Time kept going and the more it did, the clearer everything was from the white paint chipping off the door frames, to the noises in your own body.
But the heat never ceased, you couldn't find any salve that stenched and wouldn't flare your instincts even further, and any attempt to scratch yourself in frustration and ease the sting left a burning in your arm and no relief.
You were hot.
Hot.
Wet.
Hot and wet and burning.
You were burning, literally burning. Every nerve, every bit of skin was put on a sensitive scale against the brightest scalding iron fire and it fucking hurt. It fucking hurt so much, the longer it went on, and the longer it did go on, the quicker the seconds ticked by and you dripped and dripped in sweat and you couldn't seek any salvation of cold even as you continue to drown your face, your hair, your seething skin in cold water.
Your body reacted in the worst possible ways, taking every inch of your willpower to not lash out at your family members as they fussed over you in complete and utter worry, turning up the AC to arctic like degrees as they all bundled underneath quilts and heavy sweaters as the rain pattered harshly against the metal roofing.
It took an angry snarl, snapping from your teeth clacking together aggressively in the general direction of your family as their constant pacing, their buzzing over your conditions that they had finally settled. Tried to act like you weren't being tortured by your own cells, membranes, nerves and veins.
Your muscles cramped on multiple occasions in their adjustment and every time, Sam would be through the screen door, speaking loudly over the crashing of thunder and lightning, spouting off nonsense to assure you that, 'it gets better with time, it'll pass, focus on what it feels like to transform back faster'.
And you would cry out to him in rage, telling him to leave, go back home, to shut up, that this was his fault, his doing, and, for a moment, you seemed to scare yourself with just how animalistic your words were, sounding more like a literal wolf than actual human speech.
He was wrong.
Wrong.
Wrong.
Wrong.
All wrong.
This shouldn't be happening.
With nothing to help ease the pain, you'd found yourself, wrenching the knob of the faucet off of the handle and it had shattered with a small zap that you felt against your searing hands.
Again, your body convulsed, your muscles twitched and you heard a shriek in your ears at the piercing stab, the fire that licked your insides in a vicious inferno.
You sat against the flooring of the tub, breathing quick and wheezy, knees bent upward as your arms wrapped around yourself.
Hot. Hot. Hot.
It was always hot.
It was so hot.
So fucking hot that you didn't hear the slight creak of the door opening. Or the light footsteps that moved behind you.
Burning, burning, burning.
The freezing water felt like pebbles poking at your flesh until you could feel the fat beneath your skin being boiled.
You swallowed thickly, hard around the growl gathering in your throat.
Though you were drowning in what would normally feel comfortable and ease the fever swelling your skin, leaving it hot to the touch, instead it felt the same; you held no relief.
But this had worked before, or the pain eased enough that you were able to think without feeling your mind split.
On those occasions, you'd have a single moment of coherent thought before your body began trembling from an aching heat that came over you like a summer fog.
Last night had been the worst of it. Unbearable. Intense. It made your stomach do flips, threatening to spill out what little contents there were. Not even two hours ago you retched up a gallon of stomach acid, black tar-like muck. You shook through another shiver.
Ceramic shards clung to your nails like glue.
You had no care for them as you pressed your face into your knees, hoping, yearning that the water from the shower would return you back to how things were. How they should be. Normal.
A body that wasn't sore, seething. Uncomfortable.
Normal skin. That didn't catch every hue of light in the bathroom or smelled like nothing but the strong detergent used to wash away the bloody pieces of bark from the night before.
You remained with your eyes screwed shut, but you felt how quickly they blinked with need for more water. A need for something below freezing.
You waited.
Hoped.
Prayed.
You wished so hard on your breath that what was supposed to be a chilled drip instead fell like globs of goo, coating your head and shoulder blades.
You waited.
Waited.
Waited.
Each second ticked and like yesterday, everything was loud again.
You heard the shower curtain crinkle slightly under the water falling freely atop you, it also made an abstract splattering sound as it hit the floor tiles but no longer fell in waves of droplets like it did before, no longer providing the soft chill to your inflamed skin.
Waited.
Waited.
Waited.
For your body to cooperate.
To fix itself.
You shouldn't have had to focus.
Focus.
Focus.
Focus.
That's the one thing that rattled your brain, pulled back and forth between each, as Sam continued with that word; he spat it out to you like it meant everything, like it should have you focusing. Yet.
Nothing.
Your muscles had ceased in the cramping but you assumed that was the first step in returning to normal.
It was still hot.
Furiously hot.
A raging wildfire.
Tears swam down your cheeks, across your lips, dipping in your mouth and clacking against your teeth and you remained as a lump of nothing in the dark room.
Waiting.
Waiting.
Waiting.
It wasn't the water that did it for you.
It was the loud, bitterly cold, small and circular patch of coolness that soon turned to multiples that struck you. You didn't feel it at first, couldn't decipher what it was you felt, but all the same, you tensed up.
Focused.
Focused.
Focused.
In annoyance, your muscles rippled and it put a gasp in your chest as the ice chips -or so they felt like- clanked in onto your back.
Ice.
Someone was putting ice on you.
Someone was touching you.
Someone who wasn't Sam.
It wasn't your mom.
And they were speaking.
But you couldn't hear.
Couldn't make your ears focus just on the voice.
Couldn't force your neck to twist and look as the muscles spasmed beneath the movement.
You couldn't find who spoke to you as they ran their fingers softly along your back.
From your neck and spine to the small of your being.
You couldn't make out a simple sentence either.
You couldn't make out what had happened moments before, only that the water was ceasing and your body was scorching again at the lack, only to abruptly lower to a simmer when you felt something enveloping you entirely. Something cold.
Something that must have smelled familiar yet, sickeningly sweet.
Softer than the air moving around, swishing and swaying as the curtain slid back further.
Something soft.
Something familiar but not quite within your reach yet.
You could almost remember it but in doing so your head began to pound.
Everything was loud; if it weren't you were almost certain that it would be deafening.
But then, with the last drag of each blink, you could feel the anger in you being gradually drowned out by something else, something unfamiliar. An intruder. It made your body jerk, jerk away from the cold source of salvation, jerk from the very thing that was keeping you grounded and your memory on track to forming; it made you feel weak in doing so and at the same time, scared, horrified, but calm. It put you at ease.
Almost.
And again you could smell a sweetness that flooded your nostrils and set the hairs inside teetering away from the rot, the decay. Your body jerked again. Instinctively. Out of your control.
But the cold, the cold that you slowly came to recognition with, held you firm. Limbs they were. Your vision was clouded in and out but they were limbs. Chiseled, scarred arms that felt like an ice statue come to life. Pressed so tightly against you that you began to slack. You began to hear.
"There we go... That's it..." A voice cooed softly, a dulcet soothing tone that rocked through the room and filled your ears; smooth, deep and enticing.
You swallowed harshly, a snarl stuck in the pit of your gut that stung and left you winded the moment your eyes were directed upwards. Your sight blurred instantly but the more you blinked they began to regain life. The wolf of you was being pushed further beneath the surface and the whine of protest inside went ignored for a few seconds.
"Breath and just relax. "
It was him.
Jasper.
It was Jasper.
And this time you could get a better look of him.
There were two, thick lines between his eyebrows that pushed and bulged the skin as he stared down at you in concentration, as if he were attempting to figure out the world's greatest puzzle.
His pupils were a hazy gold.
Almost a yellow.
A pale yellow, mixed with orange.
Red orange.
Almost sunset like.
"It's just me. " Jasper spoke quietly. So quiet, so gentle. Unlike his kind. Something stirred and growled inside you but in doing so Jasper's shoulders tensed and his eyes were narrowed just the slightest. "Just me. " His voice came and wafted.
You hadn't the strength to pick your limp body off of him, only to relish in the cool feeling of his skin against you and when he saw the dark pools of your black eyes clear from the threatening growl the lines above his eyebrows disappeared.
Some sort of moment had passed, a moment where he seemed to have returned to a child-like manner and focused in on you to the best of his capabilities.
"You're burning up. " A cold finger against the heat at your forehead and you jerked back but not roughly enough to leave his arms. Though the wince on your face did.
For the first time since your eyes adjusted, you met his gaze.
Slightly crumbled, Jasper's face relaxed as he offered a slow nod. "Healin' nicely. "
That's right, healing. You hadn't noticed that they were sore until he mentioned it. Scars along your face were slowly going away. "It shouldn't leave a mark. "
But what concerned you was how rough your skin felt. There was a sharp stinging as you slowly relaxed against him, and it stung like needles, and prickled like spines and thorns, the feeling was still dulled despite his cold flesh and the layer of cloth between his and your nearly-bursting skin. The white button up shirt was completely drenched, droplets slid off of the stark creams like shimmering diamonds.
"It's hot. " Was all you could get out, voice hoarse, grating against your tender flesh, torn and pulled in dozens of different directions. You wondered if talking was wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Your instincts bubbled to the surface but never quite breached to the point where you snapped and growled.
"I know. " You heard the drop in his throat, the way his breath rolled with his mouth and he bent forward, hand to your forehead, through your hair, pushing the wet strands away from your face.
He watched you intently, gaze scanning for signs that gave hint to your pain.
You closed your eyes tight but his hand slipped lower, down your cheek, and coming to just about your chin. His hand cradled you, making a cold burning under your bones, under your flushed flesh and a wave of want spilled over you that you couldn't wipe away.
"I didn't know it was like this. "  It was a whisper.
Your jaw hurt but you tilted to look at him more clearly. It was his touch. His hand.
"This wasn't what I felt from you when you first changed. "
"This is the aftermath. " Another voice. Booming. Louder than his. Slightly indifferent. And both your neck and head pounded painfully as you snapped to see the owner. It was Sam. Standing in the doorway.
Your mind cleared. "You shouldn't be here. " You choked on the second word. Heard a rumble in your head but it subsided when Jasper's large, cold hand pressed firmer to your cheek, bringing you back against him.
He was so soft to you. Too soft.
Sam addressed you. Tone even. "It's forgiven. " His eyes cross Jasper's.
"Just make sure the boys don't find out. " He paused. Thinking. Then. "Be careful. " He repeated. Sam turned to take his leave. His tall frame filled the doorway almost entirely with his size but you thought nothing of him leaving, as there was yet another tremor in your stomach.
Pain, a horrible stabbing type of pain, began shooting from underneath your skin like needles and for a second you forgot of Jasper's existence, forgot of your situation, and curled into yourself in hopes the pain would go away.
It was then you felt his hands encase you, one of your shoulder blades, the other pressing to the small of your back. His fingers dug into the bare flesh and you held onto that as you shook. He felt how the veins rippled the flesh around them and an ache came to him as he reached and tugged you up, the material of his clothes catching against the shower curtain when you finally, after several minutes, allowed Jasper to pick you up, your body pressed entirely to his, and he whispered to you with his usual calmness, brushing away your hair that dripped, and gently told you to breathe.
"In and out. "
If it weren't for the fog swarming your better judgment, you might have found your resolve, snapped and jumped at the sweet gesture. But nothing was going to fight through the high fever, and aching, pungent sting from the very needle pricking every inch of your skin at once.
Jasper tried again.
"Just breathe. "
You sucked air, a short gasp and it was like broken glass sliding down your throat. Painful and nauseating but the moment Jasper's skin dug deeper into your body, holding you tighter than before, easing his embrace by stroking a cold hand along the length of your arm and slipping further downward.
"In and out... Slowly. "
The burn on your skin stopped abruptly and you heard him say "there" but it felt weird.
At ease, the moment you began breathing slowly, his cold digits like magic against your arm, traveling gradually, in circles, all the way up to the bend of your neck and just the very corner of your jaw, and then falling to your thigh and repeating the same motion. It was soothing. Like your muscles didn't know what to do with themselves.
"Are you better? " The voice bounced against his chest and you weren't quite sure how, but you managed to nod, the action causing the world to spin. Jasper nodded back at you, gaze in that constant look of concern, as if he'd never been worried a day in his life. "Do you want to stay here or do you want me to take you somewhere else?"
A low and rather aggressive growl surfaced in the back of your throat and you felt your limbs all come to a standstill and tremble. Jasper's body tensed as he looked to you. All the muscles that were massaging the sting in your body hardened, no longer soft as you wanted.
"Alright, " his eyes didn't waver from you and the golden depths had you staring, he swallowed and sighed out a heavy breath, "it's just me again. Remember that. Okay? Only me. " His voice rumbled his chest and made you feel comfortable again, easy, the boiling in your bones all began to settle.
Still, that anger you felt inside continued with that growl that made him ever so tense, ever so weary. You could feel his body lean back, situating into the curve of the tub. "I'm alone. " Jasper whispered now, lowering his head to yours, cheek to your forehead and your eyelids slid half-way down, pupils dilating just the slightest, "Breathe. " He said. "Deeply. " The tip of his cold nose brushed along the space of your skull and for a moment it appeared as if he contemplated his actions but continued on.
There you could smell the strength of his scent with an underlying sweetness to his dead flesh, the scent of a vampire; still, you didn't jump or shove him off. And he exhaled the biggest breath you had ever seen a vampire take.
He did this several times, took several deep, calming breaths. As if it were to sedate your beast within, that monstrous, ravenous hunger that lay buried beneath the confines of your now flesh and bones, but far beyond control of your own.
Eventually you caught the air without it stabbing into your lungs like those needles and his arm moved to become wrapped, almost entirely, completely around your chest, and pulling you firmer to him, moving from the crook of the bath to the center of the room, sliding in a motion so inhuman and smooth, past the wash rack and the closet, to the wall, leaning your sore back against the plaster. You leaned. Not just leaned, but collapsed against him as your body relaxed.
So strange, so inhumane and entirely disgusting at the fact that a vampire, an immortal, the vilest, putrid stench to nature, could make you feel so comforted, so tranquil, and ease all the pains you had felt.
As if the moon had begun shifting its cycle of phases while in his arms, you found yourself staring into his eyes, watching the shadows of darkness become your savior.
The pressure in your head was gone, the aching and pinching in your bones were coming to a comfortable stand still, leaving you numb in parts, and full of an incredible urge to drift off into the darkness, where you felt more... At ease.
Jasper's gaze swept over your flushed features and he slowly reached to push the loose strands of hair from your face, fingers caressing your cheek bone and over the prickled skin on your neck and slowly, down to your left shoulder.
Your collar bone.
"Is it any better?" A whisper to your ears. Rough, jagged along his cold tongue and you fought the urge to show your teeth back.
"Yeah. " It was the first word that came to you, coherent, but the word itself sent a sharp pain up the muscle and you winced visibly. Jasper's eyes searched your face once more but never directly met yours.
When your heart began spazzing for his affection, you bit your tongue.
"Don't try to talk anymore. Rest. " His voice was soft and the muscles below your flesh rippled as he acted as a crutch on the way to your bedroom. It was at the end of the hall and to the right.
At the door his nose wrinkled, as did the skin along his upper lip, but he said nothing of the burning smell of wet dog.
His steps were swift as he carefully positioned himself through the threshold.
You stumbled to your mattress and fell weakly at the foot of it, Jasper's grip loosening and fingers unfurling from your flesh.
You settled into the cooled sheets and watched him intently as he carefully closed the door behind him. You only lifted your torso and crawled on your knees up to the pillows and got lost in there. They hid your flushed, irritated body against the rough surface.
Jasper stood for what felt like a long time near the door, standing by your closet and watched. You were too exhausted to think, it was nearing the start of daylight outside, and your eyes shut involuntarily, each blink longer than the last.
You were so tired but the anger persisted even when sleep took you. You dreamt not.
Unintentionally, you fell asleep.
For Jasper, however, he stood for several minutes just staring at your still body.
All was quiet and peaceful, the world outside was just wakening with the sounds of the birds, and the leaves were still, unmoving, but the air was dry. Just a couple of hours ago and this same place was like a cave. Smelling of beasts, of fur and musk, the woods themselves had a strong scent in this area, yet it changed suddenly.
To normalcy. And he wasn't quite sure how he felt, what the rest of the family, of his brothers and sisters, his mother and father would say when he returned smelling of dog.
The type of dog that sought to cease their existence.
Their natural doom.
The very dog that'd nearly tore their heads from their bodies days prior.
However, being this close to you and noticing the increase in hormones among all other smells, though, for the most part, the odor was horrendous, more specifically, that you were feeling better, not dying or in any more pain, was enough for Jasper to ignore anything else.

Masseur
Paul Lahote x Male Reader (Smut)
Tumblr media
Summary: Everyone knows about Paul’s anger issues. But when his anger lets him lash out at his wolf pack and cause several fights. Emily proposes to Sam that a massage might be a good idea, since there was one not too far. Paul is irritated by the whole thing but Sam forces him to go. Paul is annoyed when he shows up to the place but when he lays eyes on his masseur, his now imprint, things take a turn for the best.
Author: This is also my first Paul Lahote smut! And you know, Paul is so angry in the movie I think he deserves a massage… especially by me. But enjoy!
Warnings: Smut, Blowjob, anal sex, 18+
Paul let out a heavy sigh, as he rubbed a hand down his face. “It WiLl bE goOd foR yOu.” Paul mocked as he remembered what Sam told him when he and Emily made the arrangement. Paul looked at the massage parlour where Emily had arranged a session for him. Everyone did know that Paul had anger issues, however two months ago it started getting worse. Paul would snap at anyone that slightly irritated him mostly his wolf pack and some occasions Sam but never Emily since that was a death wish.
Sam was getting fed up with it. Once a week minor fights turned into brawls not everyday but every hour. Almost no one wanted to do patrol with him and there was no coordination with Paul. Sam confessed his concerns with the wolf pack regarding Paul to Emily and she suggested a massage for him, Sam saw no better option so she arranged it. When it was announced to Paul he wanted nothing to do with it till Sam literally forced Paul to go, being Alpha had its perks.
Back to the present, Paul stomped his way into the parlour already wearing an irritated expression. He stopped by the front desk, as the lady looked up at him. “Can I help you?” She asked raising a brow at his irritation. Paul rolled his eyes. “I’m here for a session.” “Name?” “Paul Lahote.” The lady glanced at her computer before looking at him again. “Your right on time.” She pointed down a hall. “Door 7.” She said as she returned to her computer. Paul went down the hall without thanking her, on purpose.
Paul came to the door and opened it, he went through the door and closed it behind him as he surveyed his surroundings. This looked expensive to Paul. The massage bed was placed in the middle of the room, to the right of the bed was a rectangular pool surrounded by pebbles and candles. The wall that the pool was closest to, had water falling at a gentle soothing pace. There was a mirror facing one of the heads of the massage bed, with a sink under it and plants were everywhere.
There were windows but the noticeable one was the ceiling one revealing nature. And a wooden closet with sliding doors with towels, and massage liquids etc on the shelves. After Paul noticed the closet he noticed the person going through it, you. “Oh, welcome!” You said clasping your hands. “I’m Y/N, by the way your looking around, is this your first time?” “Yeah.” Paul said in his attitude.
Paul was about to make a snarky comment towards you but froze as he made eye contact with you. Paul immediately forgot about his surroundings, hell it felt like even the ground or gravity didn’t even exist anymore. You’re his imprint. Paul’s eyes widened as he let out a gasp, realising and taking in your gorgeous features. Paul was staring at you mouth open, as you had no idea what was going through Paul’s mind, you giggled at his expression. “I’ve been told, that I’m beautiful and sexy before, but your face really takes the cake.” You stated with a smirk.
Paul only realised what he was doing now and his cheeks flared up in embarrassment. Embarrassment only seeped in further when he realised how much the pack members would tease him for how he looked just now. Paul tried to speak but stammered. Thank fuck the pack isn’t here. “S-sorry uhhhhhhh-.” “It’s alright.” you said with a chuckle, which Paul now cherished. Paul couldn’t believe him hearing himself, he’s heard of wolves getting nervous in front of their imprint but his was just on another level.
“Alright, you quickly undress while I set up the oils and adjust the bed.” Paul blinked twice, realising he had to take his clothes of now in front of his imprint. “U-uhh all of it- the clothes!?” Paul sputtered out. “Usually all customers take all their clothes off, but you can keep on whatever makes you comfortable.” You spoke with a warm smile. Paul gulped before removing his clothes. While he did, you prepared the massage bed, occasionally casting a side glance at Paul.
Paul smirked as an idea popped into his mind, each part of his body that he revealed he flexed a little and it worked. He caught your eyes lingering longer at his body and subtly biting your lip, that was definitely an ego boost for Paul. You then tossed Paul a towel and quickly got some oils from the closet. “Alright you can lay down on the bed if your ready.” Paul nodded and laid down on the massage bed. Paul swear that his heart had never beaten this fast before, he was genuinely nervous.
“Right, let’s start at the back.” Your hands moved down on to Paul’s back and Paul had to stop himself from moaning loud. Paul has been touched by other people but that was nothing compared to this. Each movement from your hands to his skin was like a spark of pleasure that the imprint bond only amplified. Even the faintest of touches made Paul want to groan. “Wow there’s a lot of tension, lemme just-.” Paul couldn’t stop himself in time.
“Ooooooohhhhhhhhhh!”
The loud moan from Paul echoed around the room. Your hands ceased as Paul’s face began to redden at the realisation of what just happened. He froze completely not daring to say a word before sputtering out words in the silent room. “Y/N-I-UHH!” You began chuckling. “So you liked it that much eh?” Paul face reddened further. “Sorry about-.” “Don’t worry misterrrrrr-.” “Call me Paul.” “Don’t worry about it Paul I prefer that you continue making these noises let’s me know I’m doing a good job.” Paul quietly groaned at the seductive tone in your voice.
Throughout the massage Paul let out groans, gasps and moans, each one had you biting your lip, taking everything not to go further with him. When you were done with his calves, you reached out for a different massage oil. “Alright, Paul you can lay on your back now.” Paul’s eyes widened, as much as he would love for you to continue touching him on the front of his body, something noticeable will be poking at you from his waist towel. Paul breathed in and out, trying to calm his dick down before laying on his back.
You continued, starting with his pecs, his moans and groans continued as you pressed, grazed and lathered his torso. His moans had you biting your lip taking literally everything for you not to go further with him. As your right slid down to his abs, you noticed something, the towel covering his hip to high thigh level, something was poking out. You bit your lip again. You let your left hand continue your movements as your right hand lifted the edge of the towel up. You craned your head a bit down, to look under the towel.
It was hard and big.
You glanced at Paul, his face contorted in pleasure. An idea hit you, one you liked the sound of. I mean he’s so caught up in pleasure it wouldn’t hurt to go a little beyond with him and you only live once. You thought. You carefully lifted the towel off, licked your lips and craned your head down before putting his cock in your mouth.
Paul eyes shot open as the most pleasurable sensation exploded through his body. He let out a mixture of a moan and gasp. His eyes focused to what was happening to see the most sexiest thing in his life. You, his imprint bobbing up and down on his cock. Paul let his head fall back with a breathy “fuck.” You then held on to Paul’s thighs and began taking in more of his cock before taking it entirely as his tip hit the back of your throat. “Oh fuck!” Paul yelled out, his hands gripped the edge of the massage bed as his teeth clamped his lips. You let his cock fall out of your mouth with a pop, looking at Paul, whilst stroking his fuckstick.
“Damn, you really seem to have a lot of tension in your body Paul. Mind if I continue?” You asked seductively. Paul opened his eyes to make eye contact with you. “N-no, please fu-fuckin continue.” You laughed noticing the pleasure had Paul trembling. “Hmmmm.” You put his cock in your mouth again getting back to the original pace. Paul hissed as he craned his head forward to look at you more clearly. Your mouth was magical, he hadn’t felt anything like it.
Placing a hand on your head, a devious grin appeared on Paul’s face, before his hand forced you down his cock. You let out a surprised hum before gagging, Paul’s eyes rolling at the pleasure. Paul chuckled slightly as he continued to force your mouth down with his hand. You then stilled where only his tip was in your mouth. You indicated to Paul with a hum. Paul grinned again as he grabbed your head with both hands and started thrusting his hips relentlessly. “Ohohhoo fuck!” Paul exclaimed.
You again let Paul’s cock out with a pop. But before you could continue, Paul’s hand pulled your head towards his, putting his lips on yours. Your tongues entangled around each other, as Paul tugged at your shirt, you then took it off. Paul took about two seconds to admire your torso, his teeth bit his lip eagerly. You connected your lips with Paul, a moan coming from the the both of you.
Your tongues danced and entangled around each other. Paul had never done this before with a guy but in the heat of the moment he couldn’t give a fuck. His big hands gripped your ass and squeezed. You moaned into his mouth as Paul let out a chuckle. He then pulled your pants down along with your underwear. Paul’s hand slid up and down your shaft as you groaned, your eyes rolled into the back of your head. Paul took this as a chance to bite down on your neck as you gasped. He then sucked at your skin making you moan loudly, Paul then lathered his tongue over your hickey.
Paul then grabbed your hips and spinned you around quickly and spread your ass open revealing your aching hole. He slithered his tongue in as you let out a gasp at the feeling of something warm enter through your entrance. Paul continued, ravishingly manoeuvring his tongue, you tasted so fucking good and your moans only encouraged him. Paul then suddenly had an idea, an idea he always wanted to try. Gripping your hips, he placed your thighs on his right shoulder. You were upside down, Paul’s cock touching your cheek, and you took it into your mouth. He then carefully placed your left leg on his other shoulder and began again at your entrance
You felt Paul’s hot tongue dancing in and out of your entrance you bit your lip. Before your putting your head down to start sucking again. Paul would help every time you needed to lift your head up. You popped his cock out of your mouth. “Are we going to take this to the next step Mr. Lahote?” Paul snapped out of his pleasure responding with a maniacal grin. “Fuck yeah.” Paul set you down on the massage table once again. You looked back at him, smirking and wiggling your ass. What came next was what you wanted and what Paul was craving, his hand came down and smacked your ass. The pain becoming euphoria as you moaned out. Paul chuckled before repeating the motion, groping and rubbing your ass after each smack. After a while he placed both hands on each ass cheek and leaned in, and spread your ass open. Paul saved the image of your hole. Oh it’s practically begging for me. Paul thought.
Paul then gripped his cock, stroking it a little whilst gazing at the sight of your desperate hole. He then lightly slapped your hole with his cock and began grinding against, causing a needy whine from you and Paul chuckling at your reaction. “Ready?” Paul questions in a teasing tone. You cocked your head to the door of the massage room. “I was the moment you walked through that door.” Paul grinned, gripped his fuckstick, and entered you. The moment Paul’s tip entered, the nerve system in your body and Paul’s exploded with pleasure which only increased as you took more inches of Paul’s cock . “Fuck.” Paul cursed out, whilst you were moaning. Your eyes rolling into the back of your head as each inch of Paul’s cock slid into you slowly.
You turned your head back to make eye contact with Paul, a playful mischievous glint in your eyes that made Paul gulp. “I want it harder.” You then slammed your body back, filling your hole with the rest of Paul’s fuckstick, Paul gasped and gripped your hips. “…And faster.” You smirked. Paul growled, smacked your ass again, and began thrusting into you at a accelerated pace. Your whole body, mind, and might as well fucking soul, was filled you with pleasure your mind going completely blank. Your tongue lolled out of your mouth as Paul’s cock re-welcomed itself into your hole again and again.
Like you, Paul was lost in pleasure. Each slam and thrust brought pleasure through his nerves and passion to his veins. The imprint bond felt like it amplified everything. Paul’s hips literally couldn’t stop, even if he wanted it to, and why would he? Your moans only furthered him into a frenzy. Paul’s left hand held your hip tightly whilst his other hand, snaked to your neck. You then felt Paul’s fingers curl around your neck, before his hand grasped your throat and tilted your head upwards. You let out moans of ecstasy at the action. Paul then tilted your head back towards him a little and leaned forward and found his lips on yours, tongues dancing in the dirty kiss.
Paul then forcefully pulled himself out of you, you whined almost begging him to put it back in. He then flipped you over and slammed back his fuckstick into you in the span of 3 seconds. You gasped as Paul’s lip’s connected with yours again, his tongue slithering with yours. Paul’s hands then firmly gripped your waist as you felt your back no longer touching the massage bed. Paul then lifted you up and slammed your hips on to his cock.
His cock hit it. That special spot.
You gasped loud, sounding surprised. Paul’s face turned wicked as his smirk became dangerous. He then continued slamming your hips down on his cock, it hitting your prostate with pinpoint accuracy. Your moans were muffled by his lips on yours again before he started to kiss the side of your jaw down to your neck. He licked the side of your neck before biting down and sucking on it. Your senses fucking exploded your moans so rapid that it felt like you had no room to breathe. You wanted to catch your breath but you were being selfish, you didn’t want to stop this pleasure not even for a instant.
After Paul gave you again a hickey, multiple one’s actually, that he was proud of, he laid you down again on the massage bed. Paul then pushed your legs forward basically folding you in half, and making his cock go deeper inside you. Your eyes rolled at the sensation and you started to feel something in your lower stomach. You bit your lip and looked Paul straight in the eyes, challenge being prominent in your eyes. Paul’s raised his eyebrows. “Is that all you’ve got, Paul?” You challenged. It took a second for him to respond but he replied with a sharp thrust of his hips. “Oh no, people always say, save the best for last.” Paul replied. Paul then began slamming his cock again faster and deeper thanks to your position. Soon Paul feel that familiar feeling in his pelvis.
Paul gripped your legs and leaned forward to connect your lips again. His ,fucking, pace increased as he growled against your neck. Paul was fighting with his wolf for control the sensations were getting too much and just right at the same time. Your moans turned to keens getting louder and louder, the pleasure reaching a spike, then another spike, pleasure reaching beyond you and Paul have ever felt. The imprint bond was sure to blame for this as Paul lost control of his hips, slamming his cock into you at a unbelievable speed. Paul snarled, the pleasure escalating far greater than he expected. It’s as if your pleasure became one, reaching pleasure and passion never felt before. You locked eyes with Paul, lust and passion in both your eyes, till the pleasure reached its peak… and soared to the heavens, as you both cum.
“FUCK, FUCK, FUCK!”
“OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.”
“SHIT!”
“PAUL!”
“Y/N FUCK!”
The orgasm felt like it was the best thing in your life that you were alive to only feel this. Heavy pants followed after the release between you and Paul. He then pulled his cock out of your filled whole, his cum spilling out immediately, he grinned at that. Paul then leaned over towards you and licked your mess off your chest, savouring the taste of you. Paul then connected your lips in a lazy kiss, before gazing at you thoughtfully. You closed your eyes in the post bliss. You made eye contact with Paul. “Well that was… amazing.” “Tell me about it.” Paul chuckled out. “Well I hope as your masseur I got those tense muscles sorted out?” You asked. “You did more than I could ask for… thanks.”
You sat up and glanced at the clock in the room. “You’ve still got thirty minutes of your session left is-WOAH!” You were interrupted as Paul pulled you by the waste and inserted his tongue inside your mouth. “Good I’m not done with you yet.” Paul let out a wicked smirk.
“How was your session Paul?” Emily asked placing muffins on the table. Paul thought back to what happened earlier that day grinned. “Pretty good.” Paul stated. Jared raised a eyebrow at him. “It seemed more than ‘pretty good’.” “Yeah, you didn’t even come to the pack house with a pissed off expression, which is the usual.” Said Embry taking a bite out of Emily’s cooking, Paul playfully pushed Embry and chuckled which almost surprised the entire pack. “The truth is, my masseur.” Paul took out a piece of paper, your number written in black ink on it. “… is my imprint.”
“Woah, you okay there Y/N? You look a little worn out and you look like you can’t even walk properly.” Lisa the massage parlour receptionist asked you with concern written over her face. “I’m fine Lisa.” You said chuckling. “Just had a special customer.” You looked down at the paper you were holding with hopeful expression as you read Paul’s number for the eighth time already.
You were organising the massage towels after another successful massage. You quickly had to get these things organised as your next session would start at any moment now. Just as you finished with the towels, knocks were heard by the door as someone opened it. “Y/N?” A familiar voice called out your named. You smiled making eye contact with the man who fucked your brains out a week ago. “Paul… same procedure as last time?” You said whilst taking off your shirt. Paul closed the door behind him and chuckled. “Of course.”

Paul and reader meet for the first time after he turned
Summery: you’re Jakes sibling and you used to be friends with Paul / sometimes kiss him when no one was watching. Everything is different now that people turn into wolves all the time
Warnings: none, other than the fact that I have not published anything in literal years so this might be really bad
A/N: I feel so motivated and excited about writing and sharing my writing which has not been the case for years and it just makes me happy, I hope you enjoy :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was one of the clear nights of the year.
The stars were shining bright and with the fire crackling in the background it was almost like being transported back to the before.
As if all of you were just kids hanging out and listening to the weird stories your parents and grandparents had to tell. Except now they were true. You were creating the stories your children and grandchildren would be telling.
In a way that was a reassuring thing to know, you would pass and generations after would come.
Paul was sat down next to you in the soft grass. Before things got crazy and the people closest to you started turning into wolves, you used to do that.
Secretly meet and look at the stars. About once every two months, it was not a clear sky most of the other nights. The meetings had started this when you were kids. Paul had slept over at Jake’s and he could not sleep, so you made hot chocolate and looked at the stars.
When you got older, for a while, you stopped looking at the stars and started to look at each other instead. And then you stopped. When Paul turned into a wolf, he refused to see you.
And when you saw what Jacob went through, you could not blame him.
He was looking at the stars now, not at you. But something about that felt okay, you could be okay with you both looking into the night sky.
“It’s good to see that you’re still you. At least a little” Saying that made your heart ache. You never thought yourself to be in love with Paul. Back then, he was just a nice boy you liked to kiss. It was beautiful and simple.
When you had realized what you had lost, Paul was already living another life and looking at him right now and the stars and the moment, you felt nostalgia for how things could have been.
“Well that’s a first” He looked at you smiling. “I haven’t heard anyone say something so… personal to me in a long time.” He added and you knew that it made him sad.
“I was a little scared to see you today. Because I thought I’d lost my favorite person in the world. It’s good to know that I didn’t, I just don’t have you as close anymore” You smiled but your voice started cracking just enough for him to turn around the second you wiped a tear off your cheek.

“Bella, maybe Jake just wants to be alone- or maybe some guy time.” Y/n suggested it to her slightly older sister. Bella and Y/n were hardly even a year apart in age but that didn’t stop Y/n from occasionally getting treated like a baby compared to Bella.
Y/n knew Jake and Bella had been spending a lot of time together recently and it seemed to be good for her sister after the Cullens left. But Jake had become sick or at least that's what he and Billy had been telling Bella. Y/n wanted to just leave it, he’d come back on his own either way. But her sister, no Bella , needed answers now and she wasn't going to wait to get them on Jacobs time.
Bella shook her head with a tight expression on her face. “No, Y/n. Something's up. Somethings wrong I can feel it.”
“Bella, we’ve both known Jake practically our whole lives maybe he’s just-” Y/n shook her head lifting her hand in q wave motion before dropping it down to her lap. “I don’t know, going through puberty?”
“His dad keeps saying he has mono but it’s been almost 2 weeks and he won’t even answer texts. Let alone calls.” Bella explained further as she pulled into the Black’s driveway.
“Maybe he’s still sick.” Y/n tried one last time as Bella put the car in park.
“Well, we're going to find out.” Bella stated before she got out of the car.
Y/n unbuckled her seatbelt and got out of the car to chase her sister muttering to herself. “This isn’t gonna go well.”
Bella knocked on the door and shortly after Billy opened the door. Bella had told the man in the wheelchair that she needed to see Jake, but all she got was that he wasn’t there. Next thing Y/n knew her sister had welcomed herself into the home practically going right over Billy.
“Bella.” Billy called after her but it was too late and Bella wasn’t listening anyways.
“I’m sorry, Billy.” Y/n said apologizing for her sister's actions.
Billy let out a sigh and sent a tired smile to the younger Swan. “Don’t worry about it, Y/n.”
It wasn’t even a few minutes later that Bella stormed out of the house and Y/n followed yelling after her. “Bella!”
“Hey!” Bella shouted and shoved one of the shirtless males Y/n somewhat recognized. “What did you do to him?!”
That's all Y/n could really hear from so far back. So she shouted out to her sister again, hoping to defuse the situation if she couldn’t just get her to leave. “Bella!”
“Y/n wha-” Jake spoke out suddenly standing beside the Y/h/c-ed girl.
“She dragged me here with her.” That's all Y/n had to say for Jake to understand what was happening. Charlie got Y/n in the devoirce so Y/n and Jake grew up together their whole lives as siblings in Forks. They could understand what the other was saying with just a look.
Jake nodded before looking back at the scene and then pointed “And that?”
“She slapped that Paul guy.” Y/n told him and that changed his demeanor.
“Crap. Y/n, stay back.” Jake said as he noticed Paul shaking.
Y/n wondered why but then she made eye contact with the Paul guy her sister was taking her anger out on. It was as if time showed for a minute. All the members of the pack put it together, and that's when Jacob flipped and inevitably so did Paul.
Seeing them turn into giant wolves Y/n ran to her sister. “Bella, you okay?” Her attention was drawn back to the wolves fighting not far from everyone. “Woah. Now that's cool.”
“Really, Y/n?” Bella asked, turning her head to face her sister in disbelief at how her sister wasn’t scared.
“What?” Y/n shrugged. In her opinion that was cool. Way cooler than Vampire super speed, the eyes, and sparkling under the sunlight someone dumped a 1,000 pounds of glitter on you. The Paul guy and Jake turned into Wolves! And not just wolves, Giant wolves. That's impressive.
“What just happened?” Bella asked Sam Uley she believed his name was. All the while Y/n was confused as to the looks she was getting from the others, a few she had grown up with just like Jake.
“Paul imprinted.” Sam stated looking at Bella. Then Jacob came out of the woods still looking pissed off.
“On Y/n.” Jake grumbled, clearly pissed off at the new found fact.
“Take her back to Emily’s. Bella too.” Sam told Jacob which resulted in a very loud scoff from the younger male. “That's an order Jacob. Embry go with them.”
“Hey, Em.” Y/n nodded to Embry. They have been friends for years. It brought comfort to Y/n, knowing someone else. Someone that wasn’t pissed that would be in the car with her, her sister, and Jake.
“Hey, Y/n/n.” Embry smiled. He had missed seeing her around since he phased.
“Why is Jake so pissed?” Y/n asked Embry hoping he could fill her in on what's going on exactly.
Embry sighed before explaining. “Him and Paul don’t get along, and he’s protective of you. As he should be, you're like brother and sister.”
“Why would he be protective over me when it comes to Paul? I’ve never met Paul before.” Y/n squinted with a furrowed expression as she questioned Embry confused.
“Paul should be the one to explain it to you. It’s not my place, or anyone else's in the pack.” Embry felt bad for Y/n. She had no idea what was going on and it very much involved her. But like he said it wasn’t his place to explain any of this to her.
Y/n nodded in understanding, kind of. But maybe he could explain something else to her. “Can you explain the pack part to me then?”
Embry nodded with a smile stretching across his lips. “Yes, I can do that.”
It wasn’t a long drive but long enough for Embry to explain about the pack to Y/n.
“Who’s place is this again?” Y/n heard Bella ask and she listened for Jake’s answer.
“Emily and Sam’s.” Jake answered as he got out of the truck.
Jake and Embry helped Y/n off of the truck bed. With a quiet thank you from Y/n they all headed inside. The only ones that weren’t there was Sam and Paul. But it didn’t take long for them to join in on the group.
“Can I talk to you? Outside. Alone.” Paul asked nervously looking softly at Y/n, to let her know she could reject his request if she wanted to. Y/n nodded ‘yes’ getting up to follow him.
“Over my dead body.” Jake growled, glaring with his eyes set on burning holes into Paul.
“Jake.” Sam said his name firmly. Making Jake stand down. For now.
“Come on.” Paul nodded his head towards outside Y/n nodded as well and followed him outside the small nice home.
They walked into the woods for awhile, Y/n assumed long enough to be far away enough so the rest of the pack couldn’t hear their conversation. “So, I assume that they explained the whole pack thing to you?”
“Embry did, yeah. But not the imprint part?” Y/n spoke with a unsure tone, hoping she got the word right. Paul nodded with a twitch of his lips. “Not the imprint part. What is that by the way?”
“Guess I should explain that part then.” Paul smiled, hearing her just say the word of what she is to him. That made him feel warm on the inside, which was a new feeling for him. He did like it though.
“Embry said it was only your place to tell me what it is.” Y/n looked to the still shirtless male with curiosity. What did it mean? What did it have to do with her? And why did Paul have to be the one to explain it?
“I have a spot I’d like to take you, and I’ll explain on the way.” Paul suggested there was a place he wanted to show her that only he knew about. Great view that he never that he never showed anyone.
“Ok” Y/n knew she was being way trusting with this stranger. But he felt trustworthy. She didn’t know why but he does.
Paul stopped them for a second in their tracks. He really needed to know something and it was bothering him that he didn’t. “I do have a question before we get too far that I should know that I do not.”
Y/n let out an amused breath before asking. “And what's that?”
“Your name.” Paul smirked
Y/n nodded with a smile. “Y/n. Y/n Swan.”
“Well, Y/n Swan. It’s nice to finally meet you.” Paul’s smirk fell into a smile. He always teased the others who already had their imprints about how whipped they were, but now he was starting to understand.

can I request Seth Clearwater x male reader
where male reader is Bella younger brother Seth age but he phases and becomes a shifter and nobody knows how or why Seth and male reader imprint on each other and just being cute and wholesome with each other but Jacob is giving male reader a hard time saying thing like Bella should have been to phase and if did she imprint on me and ECT but Seth put stop to that put Jacob in his place after he make male reader cry
🍎 Twilight
❀ Seth Clearwater x male (shifter) reader ⚣︎
A/N: thanks for the request and sorry for the long wait, I had a terrible writers block until today and then I just wrote the whole thing in one go XD, and I know ugh, self promo but I have a twilight story on Ao3 with the main being Bella’s twin and Jake imprinting on him (maybe some of you will like that too even if it’s not that similar to this story) (that’s also why it felt so weird to write Jake so mean XD I basically just finished a chapter from that story before writing this one, but I hope you like it)
tags/warnings: set in eclipse (aka the movie where Jake is kinda toxic), Jake is mean and has some issues, reader is Bella’s younger brother, also I wanted Bella to be a good sister, reader is a shifter and imprints on Seth
here‘s the link to the story on my Ao3:
Tumblr media
so that’s what imprinting feels like
“What happened?!”, Bella came jumping out of her car. Jacob had called her as soon as possible when Paul and Embry had found you in the middle of the forest. You had been scared - not just because there had been two giant wolves in front of you but also because you had just shifted into one too. They had managed to calm you down enough until Sam arrived. He had brought spare clothes from one of their “emergency supplies” that you put on after shifting back. Then they guided you to Jacob’s place. They had thought it would be the best idea since you had technically also grown up together with Bella although now you didn’t really have anything to do with each other anymore. And he was able to call Bella who had rushed over as fast as possible when she had processed what Jake told her. While waiting the other four wolves had already told you the essentialities of being a shifter and basically destroyed your whole world-perception.
As nice and caring as he had always been, Billy stayed by your side. You had gained a better relationship to Jacob’s dad than to Jacob himself. Especially since you still spent a little bit more time with your dad and therefore also Billy - even if it was just watching a game in your living room.
Bella came straight to you, only sparring Jake a sideways glance as she was too focused on you.
“Hey”, her voice was quiet and soft, “oh god, you’re shivering.” She placed her arms around you and pulled you closer. You hadn’t even noticed it until she said it.
“Just a bit much right now.”
“I know. Let’s go home so you can rest a little, mh?” You nodded.
“Wait, we still have so much to do now”, Jake said persistently, “You have to tell Charlie too. And what if he shifts again and hurts you?”
Bella now turned completely to him. “You can still do all of this tomorrow. He needs to sleep right now.”
Jake wanted to start again: “But what if-”
“Jake, let it be for now.”
That’s all she said before getting up with you and walking to her truck together.
“How did this happen?”, she asked on the drive home.
“I don’t know.” You put up your legs and put your arms around them even though you felt way too warm.
“I wasn’t feeling good and wanted to take a walk because it usually helps but then.. I don’t know.”
You big sister sighed and looked at you shortly before focusing back on the road. “Let’s worry about it tomorrow. It’s getting late and you seem tired.”
You only nodded while your eyelids already dropped.
When you arrived you walked straight to your room and the moment your head touched your pillow you were gone.
—
“We’ll do it step for step”, you stood next to Sam who would teach you today how to control your shifting so you would hopefully not hurt anybody around you or yourself - not to mention keeping the secret of the pack.
What he didn’t tell you then was that they’ve had a discussion just yesterday after Bella had picked you up whether or not they should officially include you in the pack since you were a new and special case. In the end they came to the conclusion that you would need and deserve the help and guide the others could give you. He also didn’t tell you that Jacob seemed a bit too disapproving of this new situation and that he guessed it had something to do with the thoughts he had heard from him that were once again centered on none other than your own sister.
“Okay”, you nodded; also to convince yourself that everything would be okay.
“Also, you’re not the only young member, don’t worry. Seth Clearwater, he is your age and has also shifted. You will meet him later at the fire.”
You had already agreed to come when he and Billy had invited you and Bella to come. Bella had added another dimension to this whole situation when she had told you about the Cullens and the vampire that was going after her. She had calmed you a bit when she reassured that she was as good as always protected by either the vampire family of her boyfriend or the wolves.
For the rest of the day you tried to shift on command and Sam and his fiancée Emily gave you a few tips on how to control your anger.
Then you went to the fire where you saw your sister again who immediately asked you how it worked. You still stood a bit away from the others as you told her about your training when you heard a voice. It was directed at Jake so didn’t turn around until the person came to a halt at Jacob’s side.
“Hey man, I saved you some burgers but if you don’t hurry Paul will-”
The boy stopped in the middle of his sentence when you turned around and your eyes met. Your first thought was: “Holy shit, he’s cute”. Your second one was: “So that’s what imprinting feels like”. And your third was once again: “Holy shit.”
Butterflies started fluttering in your stomach and the heat rose to your cheeks as you looked at the boy in front of you with wide eyes who still hadn’t closed his mouth.
To your luck Sam and Emily were still next to you and immediately understood what was happening. Sam suppressed a chuckle and introduced you to each other.
“(Y/N), this is Seth, the boy I told you about today. Seth, this is our newest pack-member, (Y/N).”
You saw his mouth form your name before he stuttered out a “hi”.
You willed your body to move again and said “hi” back just as stuttery.
“Uh-uhm..”, Seth started and was once again saved by Emily. “Why don’t we go to the others already.”
You nodded and then followed the other boy your age closely. What you didn’t notice was the pissed expression that had appeared on Jacob’s face. All of you was focused on Seth.
You sat next to each other and soon the gossip made it’s round so soon after Billy was finished with telling the first legend everyone knew what just happened.
Leah, who Seth had introduced as his older sister, looked at you with narrowed eyes but didn’t do anything else.
Throughout the evening your hands had brushed together a few times which had sparked the fluttering in your stomach everytime. And you had probably inched even closer together after some time too.
It was a bit awkward at first but it didn’t change the fact that you felt comfortable sitting next to him while listening and laughing with the others.
You were sad when saying goodbye but then Seth gave you his number and asked you to meet up tomorrow which you had agreed to almost too enthusiastically to not be embarrassed. It didn’t help that Bella giggled the entire ride home about her baby-brother having a crush.
“Naw, you grow up so fast.”
“Ughhhhhh, please stop.”
Bella laughed while pulling into their driveway: “Never, that’s my job as your sister.”
“You’re horrible”, you said drily while she just continued giggling.
But then she changed the mood quickly. “You decided to tell dad tomorrow, right?”
“Yeah.. Billy and Sam are gonna be there too to answer questions. I’m still not the best at wolf-knowledge.”
“Mhm, it’ll be okay, don’t worry too much. If you want I can be there too.”
You nodded and earned yourself a short side-hug from Bella before you went to your rooms.
You were close to emotional exhaustion after the conversation with your dad but it had a good outcome. Afterwards Edward picked up Bella and you went to meet up with Seth. Sam and Billy were so nice to take you with them to the Black’s home from where you would go to Seth.
Billy went inside while you waved at him and went to go.
But shortly before you arrived someone came to stand in your way. It was Jacob. And he didn’t seem to want to talk to you in a friendly way.
You still tried to be nice; he was like Bella’s best friend so you really didn’t want to make him dislike you more than he apparently already did.
“Why?!”
You were perplexed when he almost spat it at you. You also didn’t have a chance to respond; he just continued talking.
“Why was it YOU?! Why did YOU shift?! It should’ve been Bella if anyone else were to shift at all! But no! It was YOU! If it had been Bella then she could imprint on me! But it was you! It doesn’t even make sense! Why would nature want YOU to be one of us?! You’re unable to do anything! You’re weak! And now you’re just supposed to protect others?! To protect Bella?! Hah!”
His accusations that in the end didn’t even really make sense but still hurt carried on. You didn’t actually hear anymore what he said. You were about to cry and just wanted to coil into yourself but at the same time you had to suppress the anger rising in you. Your whole body shook from the exhausting try to hold yourself together. A few tears escaped your eyes and Jacob was still not done, probably just repeating himself by now but that didn’t change the fact that he was more than angry.
“Jacob! Stop!”, before you could register anything else a person appeared between you and the other. You felt relief wash over you immediately when you saw that it was Seth.
“How dare you scream at him like that! Accusing him of being the source of your stupid self-centered problems! How dare you make him cry! Don’t you ever even come too close to him again!”
Jake seemed to want to say something more but Seth turned to you, took your hand into his and gently pulled you with him. You only noticed that you were still shaking when Seth stopped after arriving at a clearing and pulled you into his arms. You couldn’t stop the tears from flowing and Seth pulled you closer while you clutched his shirt in your hands.
After you calmed down you whispered a “thank you” against his neck where you had hid your face.
“Of course”, he whispered back, “nobody is allowed to talk to or about you like that. Nobody." His arms tightened around you again and you felt his face hide in your neck this time. You smiled when you noticed him taking a deep whiff of your scent and then place a kiss there.

By the Cliffs (Ch 4/?)
Paul Lahote x Female Reader
Wattpad I AO3
Rating: T+
Word Count: 1604
Summary: It was supposed to be a vacation.
A time to relax after Graduate School and unwind the pent-up tension I'd built up in the years of juggling school and work. Finally, I'd have the chance to breathe. Craving the serenity of mother nature's caress, I'd chosen Forks, a four-hour drive from the University, based on the stories I'd heard from Washington locals I'd known in school. With its endless trees and rainy weather, it seemed a perfect sleepy dream spot.
In retrospect, my belief that it was solely my decision to visit and not the Universe's mystic call pulling me there was mortal ignorance. But who besides a creature possessing the gift of predestination could have anticipated what awaited me by the cliffs?
Disclaimer: I do not own Twilight or any of the characters Created by S. Meyers. This work is not created for profit or financial compensation, and is a transformative fair use work in accordance with Section 107 of the United States Copyright Act.
Notes: There are some canon changes in this fic. I won't get into the nitty gritty details in the notes (I will repost this fic with more information): 1. Quil and Jacob do not imprint on children 2. Wolves change at 18 not 16, 3. Imprinting will be different and less like a phenomenon where they have no free will.
Warnings: Imprinting, swearing
Enjoy!

"(y/n)!" I follow Paul's imprint into the house. The anger still lingers on her face when she turns toward me. Damn, despite looking like she could kill someone, she was still really pretty. Paul was one lucky bastard; he better grovel on his knees for this girl.
"Can I talk to you?"
(y/n) looks momentarily conflicted, her eyes landing on the floor as she mulls over giving me the time of day or not. It feels like minutes pass before her eyes meet mine, "Fine. I guess I sort of owe you for saving my life... Talk about what?"
I motion towards her, trying to give her as much space as possible in an attempt to make her feel comfortable around me, "About... everything. I can answer any questions or just talk... about the situation?"
A wave of emotions washes over her face. Embarrassment, annoyance, sadness-- and then nothing.
"Fine. But I don't want an audience. Having everyone watch me yell at... him was enough embarrassment for one day."
I nod, "We can take a walk! There's a cool path not too far from here."
(y/n) agrees, following me out the back door and to the right of the house. For a while, we just walk. It feels like the right move to let her calm down completely after what had to be one of the most overstimulating days of her life. I remember how confusing it was when I learned about our world. Of course, I was the wolf, not just someone thrust into the world of supposed myths and legends, but seeing what she saw and finding out some random guy now considered her his perfect match wasn't something you woke up expecting.
I break the silence once we've been walking for around ten minutes. The guys can probably still hear, but (y/n) doesn't need to know that, "Lay your questions on me. It's not every day strangers reveal the existence of shapeshifters to you."
"A million, honestly. I'm not sure where to start."
Nodding, I say, "That's understandable."
"Are you all-- I mean, I only saw a few of you..." She scrunches her nose, "Do you all turn into wolves?"
"Yes. We call ourselves a pack. Brothers, even if it's not technically true. Well-- and Leah. Brothers and Leah."
"Who's Leah?" (y/n) asks interested.
"Leah is the only female shapeshifter in our history. She's-- well, she's Seth's sister. You haven't met our most obnoxious pack-member yet."
"So, shapeshifters-- they're usually only male? That doesn't seem fair." Her words register with her, and she looks away, embarrassed to be interested in any of this.
I shrug, "I personally think phasing is cool. Being a member of our group, we're pretty exclusive, you know. But, most, including Leah, don't feel the same way."
"Why?" Her brow furrows slightly.
I grasp for the words, trying to say exactly the right thing. "It makes life abnormal. You can't really live like a regular human when the shadow of your wolf lives within you. Weird things can cause you to phase-- heightened emotion, anger... It's hard to control yourself sometimes." I hesitate before continuing, "Paul's one of them that still struggles, and he's been phasing since he was eighteen."
"Lovely," sarcasm drips from her lips, "And that's the one I'm cosmically stuck to."
I chuckle. I really, really like (y/n). Paul better not mess this up. "It's intense. I'm aware. Maybe it's too much to deal with for one person."
"It's ridiculous, is what it is. I don't know how this happened to me." She crosses her arms over her chest.
"It's really not as bad as you think, I promise."
"Have you-- imprinted on someone?" She tilts her head in interest.
Embarrassment floods my body. Maybe I wasn't the person for this conversation after all, "No... but because I phased when Paul did, I heard his thoughts as he imprinted. So, I have an idea what it's like."
She perks up at this confession, "What do you mean heard his thoughts?"
"That's the annoying part about being a shapeshifter. When we're wolves, we hear all of each other's thoughts. Like—" I cringe as the embarrassing memory reappears at the front of my mind, "Like you can't think about the girl you're seeing without the entire pack knowing every detail or if you're trying to keep a secret... we'll we can't, I guess is the gist."
"What did--" her eyes dart away, a frown pulling at the edges of her lips, "what was it like? When he-- imprinted."
I chuckle, "If I tell you, you have to promise not to tell Paul I told
you. He'll kill me, I swear."
(y/n) rolls her eyes, "I promise I won't."
Pretending to be worn down by her questions, I say, "Fine... It was like his world sort of stood still in the moment his eyes met yours. Imprinting does that, slowing down the universe's rotation as the center changes its focus. The focus changed to you. Everything that is Paul, now reaches to you only. Like you're the gravity that holds him to the ground. That's the... short version of his thoughts at that moment."
She blinks rapidly, "That's a lot."
A grin rises to my lips, "Yeah, I guess so. I've always thought it was sort of romantic."
(y/n) scoffs, "Of course you do. Try being on the receiving end, buddy."
"Hear me out! It's like... well, the most common—human interpretation would be a soulmate. But an imprint isn't strictly limited to the human idea of a soulmate. I guess it could be a platonic relationship. Really, whatever you needed from him, Paul would be it. But, all the imprints I know, I guess, are... romantic relationships now. It's a really intense sensation; I'm not surprised you reacted angrily towards him." I want to continue, to tell her how much she reflected Paul in that way. She scoffed at his inability to keep his cool, but twenty minutes later, she'd yelled just as ferociously at him. The stars align themselves in funny ways.
For a moment, (y/n) is quiet, her eyes glued to the tree line.
"It is a lot," she finally admits. Her face turns toward me, "But what if I don't want it?"
This question takes me aback. I know Emily had been-- cautious, even going as far as initially rejecting Sam's imprint. But that had mainly been because of Leah's feelings. (y/n) didn't have a third party to worry about, no obvious reason for rejecting Paul's imprint on her. Only her current annoyance with Paul and his temper. Or maybe there was more she hadn't revealed. I found her hard to read.
"We don't know exactly what would happen," I glance away, unease running up my spine, "But, in the short-term? It would cause Paul a lot of pain. Emotionally and physically..." My words trail off, seeing how I'd accidentally reset the fire in her eyes.
"How is that fair?" She stands, stepping toward the trees before turning back to face me, "My choice to leave will harm him? I just have to accept this or live knowing I'm a bad person? How are these my only choices?"
I don't touch her, but close some of the distance between us, "I'm not saying-- give in and immediately be with him or even be best friends. Make him work for it a bit. Work for your acceptance of the imprint, but allow him to be around you. It'll soothe the need to be nearby, but you'll have the choice in the direction the relationship progresses. You can be friends only if it's all you want in the end."
The anger on her face fades with every sentence, and I can tell she's seeing the humor in the situation, "Something tells me being friends isn't what Paul's looking for."
I chuckle, raising my shoulders apologetically. She was probably right; I guess it was an imprint thing, knowing the other's feelings without confirmation, "Maybe not. But, Paul thinks you're pretty." He'd kill me if he knew I'd revealed that thought to her.
(y/n)'s eyes widen, and I realize she was embarrassed to hear this. Interesting.
"Quit telling me stuff like that!"
"We're friends, and Paul's a jerk. Telling you all his secrets is my long-awaited revenge."
"We're friends?" Her voice comes out softly, a small smile rising on her lips.
"Duh, obviously," I playfully punch her arm, "You owe me after I saved your life and everything."
(y/n) rolls her eyes, "Wasn't it you who caused me to hit my head in the first place?"
"That is-- technically true, but I could've left you there unconscious, and I didn't. So you're welcome or whatever."
Tumblr media
My head whips towards the noise of sticks cracking under a person's weight. Paul stands there ten feet away. The first thing I notice is the t-shirt he wears. None of them seemed to wear a lot of clothing for whatever reason.
"Can we talk?" The words come out of his mouth with an edge of hesitancy. I mentally note that it's the second time he's said those exact words to me today. But, unlike the last time he'd said it, I don't feel angry or awkward. Sure, I wasn't exactly the guy's number-one fan, but I had a better grasp on what the hell was happening behind those dark eyes.
"Yes," I move without a thought towards him, stopping for a second to look back at my new friend. "Thanks for talking, Quil. I appreciate it."
Quil beams, "Anytime, (y/n)."

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/N: I've never written about seth. this is my first work on him (I loved the experience), I hope you don't find this awful, terrible and trashy. I tried my best, enjoy your reading <3
A/N²: I took some liberties in the werewolf transformation aspect. I picked up different things from research + tv shows + the twilight movies. the wolves turn in the full moon but they have control of their minds during it, at least jacob's pack does. they also have the ability to turn whenever they want to. also, this is not the timeline from the twilight movies. keep that in mind. but some characters are mentioned.
summary: It's you and Seth. Seth and you. Always. Until it wasn't.
pairing: seth clearwater x male!reader; jacob black x platonic!male! reader
w.c: 3.5K
warnings/content: abandonment issues; insecurities; tw!sexual assault is implied (not btw reader and seth!); reader is bitten but the process is not described; break-up (not really); friendship miscommunication; heartache; leah and sam are a thing in here just a warning; explicit description of missing someone; arguments; discussions about transformations and imprinting (I wrote it in another perspective); angst basically; tw!death is mentioned once or twice; jacob is an awesome best friend <3; fluff!!; la push is the actual mc in this oneshot. please tell me if I've forgotten any warning

“Hey, is Seth here?”
Your fingers were curling around the door handle as you pushed it open after two soft knocks. The Clearwater's recognized your entrance by now. After hearing the same pattern over many years, it was too familiar not to connect it to you instantly. And your scent, of course. But that, Leah suspected, Seth noticed it before anyone else did, even if he hadn't shifted yet.
“Seth!” Leah yelled out in the house, greeting you with a wink and gaining a nudge from her mother in protest because she was yelling. “Your twin is—”
Seth rushed past them without a second thought. You only had time to say goodbye to Sue and Harry before he pulled you towards the path to the beach.
“... here.” Leah sighed with a shake of her head. She pointed at her mother. “They're doing it again. Bet in twenty minutes his mother's gonna call asking if Y/N is here.”
Sue peaked through the window towards the two teenagers, her smile growing in the corners of her mouth. “I'll deal with her.” She promised, finishing up drying the plates.
Leah scoffed.
La Push was the meeting point for you and Seth. You had your own little spot between the rocks to watch the water. Some days it was wild, almost dancing nearby your feet. Other days, it was peaceful. The waves barely moved and the wind held you quietly like a blanket.
Today, it was a cloudy day in Forks — not that you had lots of sunny days, because the city was practically a walking melancholy. You and Seth sat down in the sand, you crossing your ankles against your thighs as Seth splattered out his long legs in the sand.
“God, I can barely see your eyes,” you touched one of his long dark strands. “How do you handle it?”
Seth slapped your hand away, glaring slightly. You raised your hands with a small smile.
“I'm joking.” You nudged his feet with yours. “You're probably the only guy who looks good with long hair.”
Seth rolled his eyes, turning his face quickly so you wouldn't see the blush coating his tanned cheeks.
“Are you excited about going back to school?”
Pursing your lips, you focused on drawing a letter in the sand. “Sure. New semester.”
Seth let out a chuckle, tilting his head to look at you. “You sound so excited.”
“Why should I be?”
He gave you a smirk, “Okay. Fair enough.” His smiled died down a bit, a serious expression growing as he inspected you quietly. That's something he enjoyed doing when you didn't notice. You never noticed. Seth didn't think you ever noticed him like he noticed you. Which is sad, but he didn't have the courage to change that and ruin your friendship. “We'll meet in the first day of school, right?” He whispered softly, refraining from moving an eyelash that had fallen on your cheek.
“Of course.” You replied. “I'll meet you at your place before. As always.”
Seth was an extrovert through and through. But he hated arriving in places on first days, that's speaking in general. Even at school, where he frequented his entire life. He liked to have you there, by his side. Your presence made everything okay.
You didn't have a problem with that. You and him had always been by each other's side, ever since you can recall your memories. It's you and Seth. Seth and you. Always.
You didn't expect that to drastically change overnight.
Weeks went by since the last time you saw your best friend. According to his family, he was sick on the first day back to school. When this excuse wore out, they'd made up some other one. Always that pity look towards you.
Not even when you stopped by his house, he'd leave his room to speak with you. And you knew he was home. You knew that by Leah's urge to pull you way from the house so you could take a walk at the beach.
What had you done to have him withdraw from you like this? What was happening that everyone was walking on eggshells around you?
“You're hiding something.” You kicked a rock. Leah's gaze laying heavily on your back, that didn't make you stop. “Is he mad at me? Because if I knew what I had done—”
“It's not you.”
You spun around frustrated, “It's not m— It's him, then? Did Seth send you here to break up with me? Cause that's what it feels like, Leah.”
“I didn't know you two were official.”
Letting out a groan, you turn away, ready to leave Seth's older sister alone at La Push, when your arm was pulled back softly, causing you to halt in your steps.
“It's not you.” She said sternly. “Do you trust me? Do you trust my idiot of a brother?”
A pause.
“I don't know,” you said. “He kind of broke all of his promises.”
Her lips quirked up in a smile. “Yeah. But that doesn't mean he doesn't care, alright? Seth cares. He's just...” she hesitated. “He's going through something. And he needs space to deal with it.”
Concern fell over your features and your heartbeat failed for a hot second. What was going on with Seth?
ˋˏ✄┈┈┈┈
“I don't know how you can do that so effortlessly.”
Jacob was laughing beside you. His hair was damp, clinging to his forehead. You couldn't help but think that if he still had that long hair, it'd be a nightmare to untangle.
The rain picked up quickly. You were lucky to seek refuge under a tree before Jacob could. He was looking like a wet dog.
Well, he was. Kind of.
Forks really was a box filled with surprises. You used to think that the only different occurrence that could happen in the city was the sun coming up for once. But, apparently urban legends were a thing, too. And you were a part of it.
Jacob helped you get used to your transformations after you were bitten — get used to is saying a lot. Feeling your whole body break and twist every full moon couldn't be defined as anything remotely enjoyable. No. It was awful. Some nights you actually felt as if you were about to die. The pain was unbearable.
It would be worse if Jake wasn't there.
He helped you control your anger, how to properly channel it so as to not affect your relationships (to a worst extent, at least). He was your rock in a moment of turmoil. A spot that was commonly Seth's, but he disappeared out of the face of the Earth.
Your Earth, at least. Because Jacob has seen him and even Bella, who you recently met, had seen Seth. Your best guess was that he really was running away from you like you previously thought and Leah's entire speech about him dealing with something was complete bullshit so that he could have his easy way out of your life.
Well, he did it. A round of applause because you would've never expected that from him.
“You see no effort because I practiced a lot to reach this place.” Jacob pulls you back from your wondering. You give him a look. “You'll reach it too. You'll see.”
“Pain makes you human, right? So maybe that shouldn't change.”
Jacob rolled his eyes at your dramatics.
“That's not the point of the saying and you know it.”
You rest your chin against your knee, eyes traveling through the horizon. The rain stopped but the sky was still gray, it almost looked as if it was the start of evening although it was still morning.
The sound of a branch snapping a little far from where you where made you snap your neck around in alertness.
“It's nothing.” Jacob said and you frowned, surveying the forest with narrowed eyes.
“Didn't you hear—”
“Do you want to do it one more time?”
The thought of turning was enough for bile to rise up in your throat.
“I have homework. Lots to do.” You turn away from the forest to stand up. Jacob was shaking his head at you. “I'm not a robot. And I'm not an Alpha. I'm a student and I have responsibilities. Shouldn't you like... praise my good behavior or something?”
Jacob flipped you off.
“Get out of here.” He said as you smirked. “Same time tomorrow!” Once you were far enough, he yelled, which made your ears almost explode.
The sounds were still too loud for your sensitive ears, you were adjusting back to everything.
Not only that but you had that hole on your chest along with a constant guilt swerving at your mind. What had you done to push him away? Is he really okay? Did he just want you out of his life for good?
One thing you knew for sure: if you had known that that day would be your last day together, you wouldn't have let it end so quickly.
You missed your best friend. You missed him so much.
His scent was everywhere. In the clothes you borrowed and never gave it back, in the pictures that had the two of you that were scattered around your room, in the path you took to go home from school.
Seth was everywhere. And nowhere at the same time.
He was there, in front of you. Sometimes you imagined your best friend appearing on your front porch to say it was all a prank that he was playing on you because he wanted to see how much time you could go without him.
Wait.
You froze in your step.
Wait.
“Seth?”
He awkwardly greeted you with a small wave.
“Hi, Y/N.”
You blinked twice, analyzing the frame in front of you to make sure he wasn't an hallucination. Then, you took three steps back and walked away. Yes, you walked away from your own house.
There was just no way you would face this now. Not after all this time. So you turned your back on him in the same way he did to you.
He didn't take that answer.
“Can we talk?” Seth said in a plea, right behind you. His voice was the loudest thing you could hear, not even the birds and the sounds of the forest tuned it down. Upon realizing you wouldn't stop, he groaned. “Y/N.”
“Give me one reason!” You spat out angrily, turning towards him. His widened doe eyes stared back at you. You had caught him by surprise. Good. “Give me one reason for me to listen to anything you have to say, Seth Clearwater,” your tone balanced to a softer one but it was still shaking in anger. You were so angry. So frustrated. So... overwhelmed. He didn't have the right to make you feel like this again. Your body didn't have the right to react to him like this. It's like you didn't have any control.
But you did. And you couldn't just lose weeks of progress.
“I'm— I'm sorry.” Seth stammers, walking forward but immediately halting as he sees your threatening gaze. “Y/N, I didn't... I didn't know what to do, what to say—”
“To whom?” You asked. “About what, Seth? Because you just vanished, I have no idea why.”
“That's why I'm here.” He walked over to you this time and you didn't react. “I want to explain. I wasn't ready then but I'm ready now.” His features softened slightly and you almost melted at his kicked puppy eyes.
And suddenly, there it was. That pull towards him. That comfort your body felt, that safety your mind cradled in. You weren't angry anymore, but you were trying to hold onto that anger as much as you could. It wasn't fair to just forgive him like this. He left you without an explanation. Without a goodbye.
Your eyes hardened as you folded your arms across your chest. He was staring. Waiting. “I'm waiting.” You said shortly.
Seth seemed to wake up from his daydreaming. He hesitated for a second but then he blurted out something that might have been a joke to you a month ago. But now it couldn't be anything less than the truth. You didn't know if you should be mad or laugh until your lungs screamed.
“Okay.” You cut him off mid-explanation. He blinked up at you. “Sure, Seth. You ghosted me because you're a werewolf. That's a great excuse.”
His face twisted in confusion. “You think I'm lying.” You raised an eyebrow and his brows furrowed. “But you know I'm not lying, right? You can hear my heartbeat.”
You sucked in a breath.
“What?”
Seth tilted his head, “You can hear my heartbeat, can't you?”
No. Jacob wouldn't do that, would he? He wouldn't tell anybody about... about your condition. No.
“Y/N.”
Your fingers dig into your arms. “What?”
Seth sighed, “Can you look at me, please?”
You did, albeit against your will. Staring back into his eyes caused all your breath to dissipate. They weren't in their usual dark brown shade, leaning towards a mocha brown. No. They glowed yellow in the same way yours did.
“Fuck.”
He attempted a smile but he quickly went back to apprehension.
“Do you believe me now?”
You stammered out a response, forcing your head to travel back to all of the moments you missed the signs.
“I'm sorry.” He said softly, his fingers ghosting over the skin of your arm, sending shivers down your spine. “I didn't know how to tell you. When it happened I wasn't—”
“Seth,” you shook your head. “Why didn't you say anything?” And you looked at him as if it was the first time you saw him. His slightly matured features, his now short strands. God, all that hair was gone. He looked different. But his eyes remained the same. That playful kid you met in your ten years of age was still there. Maybe, that boy from months ago was still there as well.
“I was scared.” He croaked out, leaning closer. His eyes sparkled with unshed tears. It physically pained you to see that image. “I never meant to avoid you for so long but I— I was scared. I was scared to hurt you. You have to understand—”
“Stop,” you squeezed his hand. “Seth. It's okay.” your fingers grazed his wet cheek, he immediately melted under your touch.
“I'm sorry.” He let out in a whisper. You involve your arms around his neck, feeling his warmth travel through you. “God, I missed you so bad.”
His nose buried into your neck as you adjusted to his hold, closing all the space you could possibly have. You finally gave in to the feeling of being close to him. This is what you needed. This is what you've been craving.
“It's called imprinting.” Jacob said, pulling your attention away from Leah and Sam. He leaned back on the three you both were resting against. His damp hair sticking to his forehead. “It happens to two people, usually shape-shifters like us, when they feel this gravitational pull towards one another.”
You turn back to the couple that was playful fighting in the water. They looked like children when they were together, Leah and Sam. You couldn't remember a time where they weren't like this. But you didn't actually know when it started.
“Is it like love at first sight?”
“No.” He shook his head. “It's more like a... strong pull towards someone else. Things make sense with them, they hold you together and they keep you grounded. Have you ever heard of a soulmate bond?”
You nod, shifting closer as your internet spiked up. “Through bedtime stories.”
Jacob hum in agreement. “Yes. It's like your missing piece is finally in its rightful place. A puzzle completed.”
“Have you ever found it?” You ask. “Your... soulmate?”
Jacob took his time to reply to you. And you chose to not question the heavy silence that laid upon the two of you.
“No.” He settled for. “Not yet.”
Seth didn't let go of you for a while. He also explained everything from his first transformation, the main reason why he pushed you away, to the newest gossip in town. It never occurred to you how much you were missing by not having Seth Clearwater at your side at least half of the day — it did occur. A lot, actually. It was all your heart could think of.
“How did you know?” You asked. Your walk took you back to the beach. The first time in a long time since he joined you there. “About me.” You clarified, voice small.
Seth kept on wiggling your fingers in distraction.
“Your scent.” He replied, glancing at you carefully. “It changed.”
A bitter smile graced your lips. “Right.” That's something else you had learnt recently. Humans and shape-shifters don't smell the same.
Seth inched closer, intertwining your fingers. An action that called your attention and made you smile in his direction.
“I'm sorry about the way it happened, Y/N.”
You were aware of what he was referring to. Underlying his words were a melancholic tone accompanied by his soft doe eyes.
Your transformation wasn't the worst thing that occured to you — being bitten was. That you never asked. Something was taken from you that night, you still haven't fully recovered.
“It's a process.” Jacob said once. “One step at a time. And you're not alone.”
You laid your head in his shoulder basking under his warmth in the cold air of La Push.
“Yeah,” you croaked out. “Me too.”
But you were alive and that's what mattered. Someday, the pain would stop waking you up with a bad nightmare that stole your peace in nights and days.
“I should have been there. I'm sorry I wasn't.”
“Seth.”
He hummed softly in acknowledgement. You pinched his side and he emitted a sound of protest.
“Stop apologizing, Clearwater. I already forgave you.” You gained one of his grins that hid his eyelids almost completely. And you shook your head, fingers grazing the crinkles beside his eyes. “Just don't do that again. Or I don't want to see or hear from you ever again.”
He pulled your hand to his chest, mumbling a promise under his breath as if he was scared someone might hear it. “Never. I'm not going anywhere, okay? Well.” You frowned and he chuckled. “I mean, it's not like I can, right?”
It took you two long seconds to understand what he meant by that. When you did and he watched realization enlightening your features, you turned your face away to hide the inevitable blush that coated your cheeks. That only sent him into a harder laugh, but he didn't let you bury in your embarrassment much longer because he started kissing every part of your face until you whined and pushed him away, threatening to drown him in the sea.
He said he wouldn't mind because if he died by your hands then he'd happily go into the afterlife. You called him a sap and he agreed.
Your evening was swarmed by his smile and the new things you had missed in the past few weeks. You still knew him and he still knew you. But there was so much more to see, to feel. One thing was very much clear: you weren't the only one that felt that pull. You knew he felt it too.
You'd happily figure out the rest with Seth by your side. You knew that, from now on, he wouldn't be going anywhere.
“I can properly call you Bambi now,” you mocked him, earning a loud groan.
“I am not a deer, Y/N.”
“Eh, you act like it, so that's enough, Bambi.”

To the End of the Line
Tumblr media
Pairing: Paul Lahote x Vampire!Male!Reader
Requested: Yes
Original Request: “Hey there, i really love your writing, it is soooo goooood. Could I request a paul lahote x vampire!reader, where the readers power is to appear human? so no glistening, very faint smell etc and he is a part of the whole vampire sleepover in part 5? and paul imprints on him without realising hes a vamp?”
-----------------
To be fair, when your old friend Carlisle came to you and asked you to act as a witness to his son and daughter-in-law’s child when the Volturi came, you hadn’t known that it would come to this. Having chosen to follow a diet similar to that of the Cullens, though not bound to property lines the way they were and blessed with the ability to appear almost perfectly as a normal human, Bella and Jacob had asked you to visit the nearby Quileute reservation and deliver a letter to Jacob’s former pack.
You hadn’t expected to feel the sudden pull that you felt upon locking eyes with the tall raven-haired man who answered the door to the large cabin that you’d been asked to go to, and you were further shocked by the sudden dilation of his pupils and the quickening of his heartbeat. You knew that most people wouldn’t have even noticed his reaction, but, of course, with your predatory instincts, you weren’t most people.
“Sam Uley?” you asked, unsure of his identity since you only had a vague physical description of the man you were looking for to go off of.
He shook his head, forcing himself out of his daze. “No, uh, Paul, actually. Paul Lahote,” he grinned a little, dark coffee-colored eyes glinting in the sunlight, “Sam’s out on a... run, but he should be back soon if you wanted to wait?”
“No, that’s not necessary,” you replied, pulling the letter that Jacob had given you out of your pocket and holding it out for him. “Can you give this to Sam? It’s from a mutual friend.”
He nodded, taking the envelope from you. You could hear his heartbeat pick up again as his fingertips brushed against yours. “I’ll make sure he gets it.”
You smiled at him, turning to make your way back down the long gravel driveway.
“Wait!” He called, jogging after you to catch you. Paul remained quiet for a moment when you turned to face him, his blush near invisible against his warm copper skin, “Would you- uh, would you maybe want to go to lunch with me sometime?”
You couldn’t help but smile, nodding your assent before turning your back on the werewolf and making your way back down the road. You waited until you were concealed within the treeline before speeding off back to the Cullens’ house.
-----------
As the weeks passed and the time of the Volturi’s invasion grew ever closer, you had been able to keep the truth about what you were under wraps from Paul, even as the two of you grew closer. You had sensed his attraction to you from the first meeting and you couldn’t deny that you’d been drawn to him too, but you knew that what the two of you were and what you would become together was too much to worry about until after the Volturi had been dealt with.
You hadn’t tried to hide what you were from him, but that didn’t stop your heart from squeezing painfully in your chest at the terrified glint in his dark eyes when the wolf pack emerged from the forest to join the Cullen’s extended makeshift coven around a bonfire and he noticed you surrounded by vampires.
He was quick to move to your side and put a hand on your upper arm, using his leverage to pull you to your feet and tug you off into the treeline with him. “What the hell are you doing here?” he growled once he felt that you were out of imminent danger.
“Excuse me?” you said, raising an eyebrow as you looked at your boyfriend.
“Did you even realize how much danger you were just in?” he asked, stepping forward to wrap you in his arms and pull you close to his chest.
Your brows furrowed for a second as you tried to figure out what he was on about before bursting into laughter, “Paul, honey, I wasn’t in danger.”
He pulled back, hands coming up to cup your face as he looked at you seriously. “Babe, you don’t understand- they’re vampires.”
You tried to fight back your amusement at the realization that, even with all the time you’d been spending together, your gift had hidden your true nature from Paul. The corners of your lips twitch upward slightly, betraying your thoughts.
“What?” Paul asked, brows furrowing in confusion, “What the hell is so funny about that?”
You sigh, concentrating to force away the effects of your gift. You can feel the usual odd sense of warmth as your irises fade back to their natural vampiric gold color and your canines elongate. “They’re not the only ones.”
Paul’s eyes widened and his hands fell away as he stepped back in shock, “You’re- but how-” His eyes hardened and he began to tremor, something you’d been told was a precursor to a wolf shifting forms. “Did- did they do this to you?”
You shook your head, reaching out to him soothingly, “Paul, no- sweetheart, I’ve been like this for decades. I’m exactly who I was when you met me; I don’t want this to change us.”
Paul was clearly struggling to put his thoughts in order, but he was no longer shaking, so you felt like the threat of him changing had passed.
He couldn’t help but feel torn, on the one hand he’d been raised to hate vampires, but on the other, he’d imprinted on you; he’d felt his world stop when his eyes met yours that first day on the porch of the pack house, and his heart seize up in his chest when you kissed him for the first time after he took you out for lunch a few days later.
“I know it’s a lot to take in,” you said softly, trailing a hand down his arm until you could intertwine your fingers with his. “And I’m willing to give you as much space as you need, but I want to be with you if you’ll let me.”
Hearing you say something like that solidified Paul’s decision. He gave a sharp tug to your joined hands, yanking you into a crushing bear hug as he tucked his face into the crook of your neck. “I don’t wanna lose you,” he murmured quietly.
Your chest tightened at the palpable fondness in his voice, and you couldn’t help but smile, “Don’t worry, sweetheart. You won’t.” In that moment, with Paul in your arms, you knew that everything would be okay, because you’d be with each other to the end of the line.

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5<- ur here
Tumblr media
- ---------------------------------------------------- -
- ---------------------------------------------------- -
.
.
Everything was quiet if it wasn't for three steady breaths mixed together.
.
The first one to wake up was Jacob, noticing the heat difference in the air and the light up room he wondered how long he was aleep, searching for any cloock, he tried not to move too much.
.
-------------------------------------------------------
| 6:30 am | -------------------------------------------------------
.
So they were asleep for about 7 hours since the power was gone and it was the best sleep he got since all the trubles with Bella for the past year.
.
Gazing down at the girl and noticing her holding the material of the borrowed shirt of the vampire he wore in her small fist made Jacob smile, then his eyes moved to the boy studying his features, long dark lashes, dark eybrows, small freckles on his sightly rosy cheeks barely visible with the sparkling skin but when you look closely you'll see them there, the relaxed explession and the bluish color of his lips-
.
.
Bluish?
.
.
But it was so hot here?
.
.
Why were they blue?
.
.
Feeling movement and Renesme steering up awake the wolfshifter got worrried if she got sick as well and he missed the symptoms but as she turned to face him she was all smiley and didn't look "bad".
.
"Sleep well?"
.
Rubbing her eyes she answered the question."Yes, whats wrong with (Y/N)? Is he feeling bad?"
.
Both turned to the vampire, his expression got even worse than a minute before- for sure it wasn't good-.
.
Deciding to wake him up and check whats going on Jacob lightly shook him awake a bit panicked not knowing what to expect.
.
Slowly opening his eyes (Y/N)s orbs meet the chocolate brown ones. If it wasn't for the fevered state (H/C) haired boy was in Jacob would still be staring at the dreamy look on the boys face.
.
"You're burning up."
.
"Yea, I can feel it."
.
"How can I help? Can I help somehow, since you're-" shaking his head (Y/N) moved the covers up to his nose to nuzzle in them while Renesme let go of her part to help her new friend get the material quicker.
.
"It will pass soon, I just need to get warmer."
.
"Are you sure?-"
.
"It's not the first time. Go make her something to eat, the kitchen is yours just be carefoul."
.
Not wanting to argue with a sick person both of the "intruders" went to the other room to make food.
.
.
-------------------------------------------------------
.
.
While they "trashed the kitchen" Jacob made sure to watch over both Renesme and (Y/N), little girl even volunteered to check the older ones temperature and play the doctor even tho the two of the adults knew it was pointless since vampires werent humans and they reacted differently especially the sick one right now.
.
Niether of them wanted to break the fun for her so they stayed silent letting her do whatever- it wasn't hurting anybody so why stop?
.
After the food was ready Renesme wanted to feed (Y/N) but thankfully Jacob talked her out of it. The warm meal seemed to help.
.
(Y/N)s skin got more "natural" color as well as his lips.
.
Standing across the small coffe table wolfshifter started collecting the dirty plates. "So, what made you get sick?"
.
"Yesterday evening, I went out for her without any coat on- cold and wind aren't really my favourite weather and thats the reason. As I told you- I'm weak, just the weather itself can make me go in state like today."
.
Seeing it first hand, Jacob understood why (Y/N) was so stubborn at keeping his word to not get involved with anything too "dangerous" for him, especially Volturis.
.
He himself was strong and wasn't alone, his pack had his back but not (Y/N).
.
The vampire was alone, he didn't have anybody.
.
He was alone in this part of the forest, nobody to talk to- so vulnerable.
.
It must be difficoult to trust someone after thats been broken by people you had known for years- just in couple of weeks.
.
So much things floated inside Jacobs head that he had trouble to choose what to say first.
.
A hand on his arm brought him back to reality, finally noticing his shallow breathing, trying to relax.
.
Wolfshifters ears caught a steady heartbeating sound.
.
Slow circles moving on the back of his wrist made him concentrate on the motion,
.
Brown orbs moved up the plane hand, forearm, shoulder, neck and finally focused on the vampires calm face- his eyes, warm understanding eyes.
.
.
"I think I lost you for a second there."
(Y/N) couldnt help but chuckle at the look Jacob gave him, but, it was a nice sound to hear.

Six feet under
Tumblr media
Summary: Seth has stopped talking to you and left you in the dust hanging out with new friends, you accept the ending of the friendship and move on, now one glance and he’s asking for you back you give him the hard truth despite your tiny lingering feelings reader gender is anonymous
A/n: I notice that whenever people write angst for Seth or if he leaves them, they automatically make the reader forgive them and write cute little fluff after it like no lol he abandoned you for weeks and you're a wreck your not gonna forgive him in 5 minutes of explaining of what he his and they also creepily make the reader never let him go, as let's be realistic here, so I decided to write it myself, this is what I imagine a situation like this should be like lol enjoy
Warning: angst, sad Seth, adorably cute couple goals
“ Seth can you call me? I don’t know if I did something wrong I- I- just call,...please?..” you hang up, this was your 7th voicemail today. You were distraught after not hearing from seth for over a whole week, you were best friends since 4th grade and have never had any big issues you weren’t understanding.
You flop on your bed and look out, you lived near the beach, you could see everything it always made you calm. But even that couldn’t make you calm down after the sight your now seeing
It was Seth running around with some guys, playing football and laughing you saw Leah to,
You see Leah glance at his phone as your voicemail reaches she simply sighs and doesn’t return it, your heart breaks as you nod and accept the truth “ 2 can play at that game” you glance at the phone only sending one text “fine.” Before blocking and deleting his number along with leah’s and their mother
You look at the items he gave you and pack them in a box, “ you wanna do this to me, fine”
Tumblr media
Months past and you moved on, you got into a relationship with a guy named James, when you walk past the hallways you wouldn’t even glance at Seth anymore, you never spoke to Jacob or Leah again. You seemingly just accepted his absence much to Leah’s shock,
Life was calm till that week that had to ruin everything, your car broke down near the Uley house and your boyfriend was set on going to there house even with the long walk
So here you were sitting in a wooden chair talking to a girl named Emily “ yeah I'm going to Maine soon so that's cool” “ ugh I would love to go to Maine I heard it's beautiful-” “ Emily?” “ oh? Hi sam!”
Suddenly a familiar tall man walks in with a group of boys behind him, he kisses her cheek and turns to you “ who's this “ “ this is y/n! There car broke down and they walked here with there boyfriend he's in the bathroom right now though” you give a lazy grin and wave “ sorry for intruding I told him let’s just wait but he’s stupidly stubborn” “ hey I heard that!” You chuckle. “ y/n?” you turn to see Leah and Jacob staring wide-eyed at you “ oh hey guys, nice to see you “
You give them a Lil wave and remain poker-faced, your anger burning in your fiery chest you suddenly recognized that man called max or something, that's the person seth was with that day, and also one of the people he abandoned you for. You wanted to lash out but realized that it's old news and that you should likely move on to not seem clingy “so good news! It's uh fixable bad news I'm broke” James says in a joking manner while walking in from the bathroom “ oh hello! I'm James nice to meet you”
You turn your head to see Seth, suddenly he stiffens, your eyes lock. It felt bizarre, it felt as if he bounded to you now. You felt memories come back as you remembered your old ways of sneaking around and prowling around after dark
But once you think to raise a smile you see memories of those dark weeks come back, calls left unanswered voicemails never returned, the absence of any communication and eventual abandonment and particularly that day you saw him and Leah's cruel little sigh of God knows what emotion, you anticipated to get angry right then and there but it didn't transpire
Maybe your emotions were just vacant, you felt no hatred no grief, it felt as if you were a stranger greeting another almost as if you were just done with him. You blink and sit up straight “ sorry spaced out there, hey! Seth how ya been” you muster a genuine smile and wave “ hey...” seth says slowly, James turns to you and Seth “ oh hi! You must he Seth I've heard so much about you” Seth grins giving a dazzling smile “ only good things I hope!” Leah turns to you waiting to give a scoff or a sarcastic comment to his response but you indicated nothing. It looked as if you were unaffected by his statement
“ so how do you know y/n!” Jacob asks trying to lighten the uncomfortable mood “ oh I'm there boyfriend! “ Seth grip tightens at the word and everyone suddenly goes silent “ what brought...you guys here,” Seth says in an aggressive tone to James, James smiles strangely enough not hearing the tone and answering as cheerfully as always “ my car broke down and we walked here” “ even though I said noo” you add in a joking tone “ your just lazy” “ yeah that's why I didn't wanna walk! “ James gives a joking sigh and lets go of Seth's bigger hand
“ so are you staying for dinner “ “ I dunno maybe I guess” “ what they means is yes “
So that's what you did, you ate and made jokes ignoring the hard stares from Seth and his overly passive-aggressive sister who is named Leah “ oh yeah James tell him about the trip” suddenly James gets even more excited and gives a wider grin reminding everyone of a puppy of sorts, how ironic the pack thought. “ we won this trip to Maine by a landslide-” “ -he's really excited to go, he's been talking about it non-stop, not like he ever stops talking “ you pinch his cheek and he beams “ hey! Stop y/n” he laughs
Seth feels his bitterness burn, he couldn't help it watching his imprint be so connected to a man that wasn't him was affecting him so deeply, he knew it was selfish but he just couldn't help his jealousy and over-protective attitude and Sam understood this and decided to cut the dinner short
“ well I think we outta head out” “ with what ride?” you asked in a teasing matter “ taxi smarty pants “ you punch his arm and snort.
“ oh I can give you guys a ride,” Seth says calmy, he needed to talk to you
“ oh really? Thanks, dude” James says happily, you felt like this was a bad idea but stay silent, he surely moved on so there's no need to be worried you thought, you guys walk out, you notice to see the group whispering but ignore it. It wasn't your business and you're not trying to make it your business “ oh darn! I forgot my wallet I'll be right back! “ you grin and roll your eyes “he's such a dork-”
You turn to Seth and see a serious expression staining his face, you guys stand in silence before you decided to say something to lighten the mood, “ if your thinking I'm stalking you-” “ how long have you guys been together” you're taken aback by his question but answer it, quite suspicious of his odd sudden interest “ like 4 months? Maybe 3?? “ “ and you're trusting him like this? That's risky y/n “. “ relax dude, I kinda like this one and I'm not letting him go by being too guarded “ Seth sighs “ looking if this revenge for...what I did, I'm sorry but that shouldn't mean you should risk your safety”
You roll your eyes, he's so full of himself! You thought, “ 2 things, that's way too much effort for revenge and secondly, I'm not cruel to string him along and do that to him I'm dating him cause I like him not for revenge”. Seth sighs before giving a sad and desperate look “ y/n look... I-i miss you and...I'm s-sorry” and that's when it happened
Your emotions boiled over
Your emotions that have been missing so long finally reacted, and you suddenly slap Seth catching him and yourself off guard, you back away “ shit man I'm SO sorry! “ he looks at you with sadness “ please y/n j-just listen-” “ no. “ you call out to James deciding it's time to go. “ y/n please...” you call out to James again but in desperation wanting to leave, “ huh? Y/n what's wrong “ you walk towards the path and avoid Seth as he tries to grab your arm “ no!-” you sigh and relax feeling your anxiety fuming “ look, Seth, just, please Leave me alone. I did that for you now I need you to do the same”
James runs by your side confused at why your are such a wreck, “ y/n?” you walk away holding James' hand and don't look back despite Seth yelling and Leah crying out. “ Please, guys! Just move on?” you say and walk faster, it isn't fair did he think you we're going to forgive him so easily after everything, no.
You felt a side of you wishing to be with him but ignore it
You weren't risking everything to be abandoned again, you grip James' hand tighter as he tries to find a way to comfort you and call for a taxi
Seth feels his heartbreak and suddenly feels like everything is crashing down around him, he feels tears fall down his eyes as he rubs his burning cheek. He sniffles and calls out to you to not even get an answer
Oh no...no, no, no, no!

Different Life, Different Person
Tumblr media
Gif credit @supervalcsi.
Requested by @mypridefulsoul27. I hope you like it. Thanks for the request.
Warning: hinting of suicide. Assault.
Bella decided she needed to visit Jacob Black of all days. Today she would meet someone from her past.
"Who's that guy"? Bella asked as the packed joked around like usual but this face was different.
"Embry boyfriend". Jacob chuckled when he saw Bellas jaw drop.
"Embry's gay? When did that happen"?
"They've been dating for awhile now. He's pretty great. The pack loves him".
"What's his name"?
"Y/N, he just moved back here after a couple years of traveling the world". Jacob explained.
"Really? How they meet"?
"That's werewolf business. Sorry". Jacob told Bella, who rolled her eyes. She kept looking at the strangers face. The guys eyes looked so familiar that she couldnt shake the feeling she knew him from somewhere.
"You wanna introduce us"? Bella stood up from the ground dusting her hands off on her jeans.
"Sure". Jacob got up and took Bella over to meet this mysterious guy only known as Embry boyfriend.
"Hey, Y/N. This is Bella. The girl, Embry warned you about". Jacob and the others laughed. Y/N, held into Embry's hand tightly.
"Hi". Bella came over and quietly waved.
"Hi". Y/N, gulped. "I'm gonna go get something to drink. I'll be right back". He quickly left. Embry looked confused along with everyone else sitting around the fire.
"I'm going to go check on him". Embry ran off.
"What'd I'd do"? Bella shrugged.
"You smell of blood suckers". Paul teased with a smirk.
"Shut it. Plus Y/Ns not one of us. He's normal". Sam piped in.
"Then what caused him to run off"? Bella wondered.
It was getting late and Bella had to get home, she said goodbye to everyone but Embry and Y/N. They never came back out of the house. Many of the guys had their own idea of why they never came back out.
The next day Bella decided to go back over to Jacob's and see if he wanted to do something. But when she got there she met Y/N at the front door. The guys had went off for a hunt.
"So how did you meet Embry"? Bella asked, as they both sat down on the steps of the porch.
"Um, I ran into him at the store. He was picking up muffin mix". Y/N, ran his hand through his hair.
"Oh, Jacob said it was werewolf business".
"No. Embry just says that to make it sound cool". The both of them chuckled and then it all got quiet.
"Is it weird that I feel like I know you? Like I've met you in a different life or something. Your eyes look just like my moms and my little sisters". Bella began.
"No that's not weird".
"It is though. I havent seen my sister in years. I lost count".
"Five years". Y/N whispered but Bella heard.
"What"? Bella quickly turned her head.
"It's been five years Bells".
"My sister use to call me that. Wait. It cant be". Bella covered her mouth.
"It's me but not me. I transitioned from female to male". Y/N, nervously chuckled, playing with his fingers.
"When"?
"Two years after I ran away".
"Why did you run"?
"You know why, Bella. I couldnt take it anymore. You were never around. School was like murder. It killed me every day to go. Kids, they didnt get me, so they made fun of me. So I ran away and got to be myself. Be me for a change". Tears rolled down Y/Ns face.
"We searched for you. It nearly killed mom and dad". Bella scoffed.
"I'm sorry but if I hadn't left, I would have died. Did you really want to bury your sister? Would it have been easier? Because it would have came to that if I didnt". By now Y/N was sobbing. He had all this pint up emotion and all these feelings coming out that he wanted to say for so long.
"Do the others know"?
"Embry and Sam know. That's all that needs too. Why you going to go tell them"?
"No. But you need to tell dad and mom".
"No. That part of me died a long time ago along with the people in it".
"Then why did you tell me"?
"Jacob told me that you kept asking questions. It was a matter of time before you found out. I know you. You wont stop until you get all the answers. You're like freaking Nancy Drew and Sherlock Holmes combined when it came to finding out answers". Y/N wiped away his tears.
"So what am I supposed to do? Just forget that you're my little sister and not tell mom and dad"?
Y/N sighed. "I'm not your little sister. Im nothing to you. If you tell them, they wont believe you. I'm dead and they've accepted that. Let it be. Let me be happy for once in your life". Y/N, could feel his temper start to flare.
"How do you know if you dont try"?
Y/N scoffed. "You dont think I've tried? I told mom and dad that I hated being a girl. I told them that people at school were bullying me. I came home ninety five percent of the time with a busted lip or a cracked rib because I was different. I dressed different. I acted differently than the other girls and boys. I had to get out because no one was going to help me or protect me. They didnt care. I was alone".
"You should've came to me".
"Why? You were never around. You couldn't stand me. I was the black sheep of the family and you were the pride and joy. That's what you wanted our whole life. Now you got it".
"But I want my sister". Bellas lip began to quiver.
"Damn it, Bella. I'm not your sister. I've never been, ever. That kid died a long time ago. I'm happy and better than ever. I love my life. I love who I am. I love Embry and I love the guys. They're family and the only one I need".
"So what is this? Goodbye"?
"Yeah. You can come see Jacob. But dont come see me. I dont want anything from you. I'm doing just fine on my own without you messing everything up. Which you probably will in the future. Just give it time. So um, have a good life and yeah. Goodbye". Y/N huffed and went back inside, locking the door. That part of his life was over and he didnt want anything to do with it no matter how hard it cried crocodile tears.

can I request Seth Clearwater x male shifter reader
fluff details male reader is a shifter and both Seth and reader are each other imprint maybe reader is Jacob or Paul brother but a complete opposite of there brother plot Seth and male reader being big nerdy softies together pack walking in on them playing on male reader GameCube together on rainyday cuddling together
🍎 Twilight
❀ Seth Clearwater x male (shifter) reader ⚣︎
A/N: thanks for the request and also sorry for the long wait, this is the second story now that I wrote in one go after the writers block XD, it isn’t very long but I hope you’ll still like it
tags/warnings: reader is a shifter and imprinted on Seth, reader is Paul’s little brother, both Leah and Paul are annoying big siblings, Seth and reader are cuties
Tumblr media
So you two are doing something naughty!
“I have snacks!” It was the first thing you heard from Seth - your imprint - when you opened the door for him. He had a bag hanging off his shoulder and one of his bright grins on his face. “Yayyy!”, you laughed excitedly.
“Did I hear snacks?”, your brother’s face appeared from the kitchen. “Not for you”, you looked at the pout on Paul’s face. Seth chuckled behind you, stepped inside and closed the door behind him.
You grabbed his warm hand with your own equally warm one - the usual case with both of you being shifters. Then you dragged him to your room. Unfortunately for you Paul had to get revenge.
“Don’t do anything naughty, boys!”
“Shut up!”, you slammed the door shut behind you and your boyfriend. Seth was still laughing when you turned to him. “You too!”, you tried to sound serious but everytime Seth laughed or just smiled you had to do the same.
He placed down the bag and went to hug you. You put your arms around his waist and hid your face in his neck. His scent and warmth engulfed you and you felt yourself sigh before you two slowly parted. Your noses brushed together softly and Seth placed a soft peck on your lips.
Then he sat down on your bed and grabbed the bag to let all of the snacks fall next to him. Meanwhile you turned on the small TV in your room and the connected GameCube. You came back with two controllers and sat down closely next to Seth. Before starting the game though you leaned over Seth’s lap to look through the stuff next to him. His hands raked through your hair until you decided on something.
Days like this one weren’t unusual, you often had dates on rainy days like this one where you just stayed in your rooms, munched down food and played games which always ended in cuddling.
For the next hour or so you sat in your bed, played various games either against or with each other and munched down the unhealthy food while music played in the background. Over time Seth had put on one of your hoodies which was possible thanks to you being almost the same height. You had also moved to sit between his legs and leaned back against his chest.
“Jump, jump!”, you stressed, “Yes, yes!” Then Seth fell down and pulled you with him. “Argh!” Seth laughed and you felt the movement against your upper back. “Stop falling down that one cliff”, you said now laughing too. “Sorry, it just doesn’t work.”
You started the round again in hope of not dying this time. Only did you not expect your brother and others from the pack until your door opened - you didn’t even notice if they knocked or not.
“So you two are doing something naughty!”, Paul pointed at you two with Quill, Embry, Jake and this time even Leah standing next to or behind him.
“We are?”, you looked back at Seth who only shrugged his shoulders and pulled up his eyebrows while chewing on a candy snake.
“Why didn’t you tell me? I would’ve put down my controller”, you both grinned at each other and he let out a small chuckle. Then he pointed back to the TV and you turned around to see that you died again.
Your gaze was directed at your brother the next moment and you jumped up to chase after him: “I died because of you dumbass!”
The other wolves only laughed at you two while Seth didn’t even get up and just put another candy in his mouth. But his peace was interrupted by his own sister.
“God, Seth, stop eating so much unhealthy stuff.”
“Ugh”, he shook his head at her and demonstratively took another big bite. Leah stuck out her tongue and he did the same.
Then you came back and tried to close the door again while Paul pushed against it.
“Get out of my room”, you gritted through your teeth and thanks to the others not helping you succeeded. “Thanks for your help”, you said sarcastically when you turned back to Seth again. He was still chewing and laughing. You flopped down on top of him dramatically.
“My own boyfriend, my imprint, my soulmate wouldn’t help me!”
He kept on laughing but at least he had finished chewing. Seth turned you around so he was laying on top and kissed you before placing his head on your chest. Your date turned into cuddling and napping together once again that day.

A Child Of The Moon
Tumblr media
Part 2
Request: Yes or No
Alice stared out into the forest, eyes distant as she tried to recall her vision perfectly. A slight breeze blew by, causing the leaves in trees to move gently.
"He's close." Alice whispered, hearing his steps in the distance. Edward turned his head in the direction and the Cullens quieted their thoughts. Edward frowned, looking at his family.
"He knows we're here. He doesn't like it." He said. Alice swallowed, hoping the vision was correct.
"He's circling us." Edward mumbled, glancing at Esme.
"If you can hear us, please know we mean no harm." She called out, eyes scanning the woods around her for a flash of fur. They could all hear the way branches cracked under his feet, the soft huffs and growls, the beating of his heart. They couldn't smell him though. Esme stayed calm, seeing everyone's gazes shift to look at something behind her. She turned around, staring into honey-colored eyes. The werewolf let out a huff, making some strands of hair move back with the air.
"Hey, sweetheart." Esme cooed softly, gaze motherly. The werewolf squinted his eyes, ears twitching.
"We want to help you." Esme explained, slowly raising her hand. He growled, canines and gums being exposed. Esme halted.
"We can provide shelter and food for you. Even transportation if you're heading somewhere." She said. The werewolf perked his ears at the sound of food and the growling stopped. Esme gently placed her hand ontop of his head, feeling soft and smooth fur. He was quite gorgeous when he was relaxed. The werewolf shifted his gaze onto Edward, staring at him.
"His name is (Y/N)." Edward announced, locking eyes with the creature.
"Well, (Y/N), would you like to come with us?" Esme asked softly. (Y/N) grunted, stepping back. Esme glanced at Edward before the family went back home. Esme waited outside as everyone else headed inside. (Y/N) appeared a minute later, gazing up at the house. He grunted, lip slightly rising as he stared at the many glass windows. Esme glanced at the navy blue shorts on the werewolf's body. They were a bit ripped and dirty but otherwise fine.
"Can you shift back?" Esme asked. (Y/N) looked at her, gaze unreadable before he rolled his shoulders. It was an odd sight to watch. (Y/N) slowly became shorter and the fur began to shrink back into his body. His tail, ears, snout, and claws did the same. Soft (S/C) skin was revealed once the fur was gone. Behind, it left a toned and muscled body littered with scars. (Y/N)'s hair matched his fur color and the golden eyes were replaced with (E/C) eyes with swirls of gold. (Y/N) looked around nineteen to twenty.
"Come on." Esme smiled, leading him inside. (Y/N) cautiously did so, taking the clothes Jasper offered as Esme pointed him to the bathroom.
(Y/N) entered and closed the door behind him, locking it. After weeks of being in his wolf form, it felt weird to be human. He looked in the mirror, seeing the dirt on his skin. His hair was probably tangled and knotted. With a soft sigh, he turned on the shower and stepped in once the water was warm. He was finally able to feel clean again. (Y/N) washed his hair and skin, feeling satisfied. He stepped out of the shower, drying himself off. He slid on the white shirt and red flannel, putting on the dark skinny jeans next. (Y/N) sighed, putting on the socks and black boots. He stared at himself in the mirror before narrowing his eyes. They dressed him up in the stereotypical werewolf outfit. He could hear the mind reader cracking up in the next room. With a huff and eyeroll, he left the bathroom and followed the smell of food upstairs and into a kitchen.
"Must feel nice to be clean again." Esme teased, eyeing the clean werewolf. She could only smell wet rain and oak from him.
"We're the Cullens, by the way." Esme said. "These are my adoptive kids, Rosalie, Emmett, Alice, Jasper, and Edward."
"And I'm Carlisle, her husband." (Y/N) eyed Alice and Jasper's hands. He shook his head slightly, looking at Esme as she placed a plate of cooked pork on the table. (Y/N) sat down and began to eat.
"Where you coming from?" Emmett asked, arms crossed.
"Mexico." (Y/N) mumbled, voice gruff and dry.
"And where are you headed?" Esme sat down across from him. (Y/N) shrugged, finishing his food rather quickly. He licked his lips, looking around the kitchen.
"You can stay here, with us, if you'd like." Esme said with a smile. (Y/N) looked at her, brows raising as his teeth caught his bottom lip.
"Or on the reservation with the shapeshifters." Carlisle wrapped an arm around Esme's waist.
"You mean the weak imposters?" (Y/N) asked, a growl leaving him.
"Mutt against mutt? Who would've thought?" Rosalie mumbled.
"Shapeshifters and werewolves don't get along?" Alice questioned. (Y/N) shook his head.
"They pretend to be us, they take our name and step on it as if it's dirt. Why do we get killed by your kind and not them? They're weak but packs can take down a vampire." (Y/N) sneered.
"They should worship us. We're what they wish they could be." (Y/N) added. Rosalie let a smile slip. She liked his attitude.
"We should introduce you to them nonetheless to avoid conflict." Carlisle said with a soft smile, fishing out his phone and leaving the room.
"If you're gonna be part of the family, we need to go shopping!" Alice said, beaming. The boys shot (Y/N) a pity filled look.
"And we have to buy a bed." Esme said.
"We should all go shopping! Family time, right?" Alice clapped her hands.
"We should save it for another time, Alice." Esme said softly. Alice pouted but nodded. (Y/N) watched her walk away with Jasper, perplexed.
"You'll get used to it." Emmett said with a grin. (Y/N)'s brows raised at his words.
Edward watched Sam and his pack along with Jacob appear from behind the trees. They eyed the vampires suspiciously and cautiously. (Y/N) got out of the jeep, arms crossed as he walked over to the Cullens.
"This is (Y/N). He'll be staying with us for a while, or maybe forever." Carlisle said.
"They think (Y/N) is human." Edward said, looking at Carlisle before his eyes went over to (Y/N). Esme placed a gentle hand on his shoulder, giving it a squeeze before stepping back. (Y/N) sighed, rolling his shoulders before he began to transform. The wolves watched, surpised and confused. (Y/N) got on all fours once the transformation was done and huffed, golden eyes gleaming. He slowly approached Sam and stared him in the eye. He bared his teeth, canines and gums exposed as he growled softly in Sam's face. The black wolf growled in return but his growls turned into soft whines as he lowered his head.
"What's going on?" Bella asked softly.
"(Y/N) is the last alpha of his kind. If he wanted, he could easily take over the pack and neither Sam or Jake could do anything about it." Edward explained. (Y/N) stepped back, watching Sam before he gazed at the rest of the pack. His eyes landed on the only female and he let out a confused grunt. Sam glanced over at Edward.
"Children of the moon females are common. He's confused as to why the pack only has one." Edward cleared up. (Y/N) dropped his gaze onto Jared who, instead of looking away, stared right back at him. The two held eye contact for a few minutes. The pack perked up, glancing between the two.
"Are they telepathically chatting or what?" Emmett asked. Edward chuckled as (Y/N) tore his gaze away to look at them.
"Jared imprinted on (Y/N)." A disgruntled whine left the werewolf.

Despite always head-butting with Edward who accompanies Bella during her visit to the bakery
Tumblr media
"You're hopeless," Seth says to his Alpha, who responds to the jab with an eye roll.
"Leave him alone, Seth," Leah piped up, before smirking, "He's in love!"
It's been a few weeks since the standoff between the Cullens and co against the Volturi, Jacob's new pack has an unspoken bond with the Cullens now, though, there was still tension between the two groups - both unfamiliar with the concept of sharing the land. Both groups still being wary of each other, these were bonds that were unfamiliar to them.
Though, mostly the shapeshifters stay in La Push, where they are most comfortable. Everyone was settling into this new dynamic, Leah was finally heard and was satisfied with her position as second in command. Embry, Seth and Quil were more happier to be in this new pack than to stay with Sam's pack. The new pack was slowly getting bigger as it was a race between Sam and Jacob to find new shapeshifters in the forest.
But, as the Uley pack were making rounds in the La Push border, it wasn't enough room for both packs to roam. So, Jacob's pack made an agreement that they would make rounds on Cullen's side of the creek, where they were to keep an eye out for new vampires lurking or scouting new members for the pack.
Whilst going out on the Fork side to provide lunch for the wolves who were making their rounds, Jacob stumbles across his mate. It was a mere second, really, he was about to enter the bakery, which was known to be the best in the state, but when he looks through the window his eyes met yours.
The bakery boy, who was taking out new dishes in the display cabinet. His heart started racing before diverting his path to a different place. He came back to the pack obviously sweating and in a panic.
"Who are we talking about?" Embry asked, entering their base, and placing a bag of food onto the table for the pack.
"Jacob's mate," Quil sings, as Jacob glares at him whilst Seth snickers.
"Ah," Embry nods understanding, "The bakery boy he doesn't shut up about."
"I don't talk about him that much!" Jacob defended himself only to be met with several stares of doubt, "Okay, maybe I do, but I don't know what to do."
"I don't know, maybe talk to him?"
Leah raised her eyebrow at him, before pointing to the door. Whilst, he was the alpha of the pack, he knew that Leah was right and there was no point in trying to argue with her. So, he sighs before departing to talk to you.
Tumblr media
After talking to you, he just constantly wanted to be around you. To any outsider, it was because you were just a fascinating person to know, but Jacob knew better and he knows it's the fact that you're his mate - bonded for life.
But, he didn't want to freak you out, make you think he's some stalker or some obsessive creep. But, can't help but just gravitate back to you, and you can also feel the same. You were just drawn to him, you were interested in knowing him.
Your days brighten when he comes through the shop doors, and you smile to yourself when you start thinking about him. Suddenly, you start becoming giddy, coming into work, thinking there's a chance that Jacob might come in.
You wanted to know him, be with him, and you were growing feelings for him - you were becoming helpless.
"You're awfully around a lot in this area," Edward says, there was a tease within his voice as Jacob cannot help but glare, "Does the bakery in La Push gives you food poisoning?"
"Shut up," Jacob replies as Bella rolls her eyes, "Anyway, why are you going to the bakery, you don't have any tastebuds?"
"I'm friends with (Y/n)," Bella chimed up, before shrugging her shoulders, "I like visiting my friends outside all you lot, you guys give me a headache."
She walks in as Jacob looked confused as Edward only chuckles to himself, sighing that he was so lucky to have Bella. Edward goes in to follow his wife as Jacob looked torn to go in. He wanted to keep you as his little secret from the Cullens for a little longer, so he sighs and tries again a few hours later.
"Hey, I saw you outside before, why didn't you come in?"
Jacob flushed red, scratching the back of his head, "Oh, I'm not a big fan of Edward."
"Edward?" You tilted your head with your eyebrows knitted together before clicking your tongue, "Ah, Bella's husband, I can't believe she didn't invite me to the wedding!"
"I didn't know you were friends with her."
"Same goes for you," You answered back with a pointed look as Jacob looked defeated before smiling back at you.
"Childhood friend," he responded coolly, as you nodded in acknowledgement, "So, what's on today's special?"
You grinned at him as you started to talk to him about everything and anything, despite being a busy shop with locals and tourists visiting you always spare a few minutes to talk to Jacob. He gratefully pays for his stuff, making sure he tips you and only you, before leaving the bakery with a satisfying feeling.
Jacob was smitten, he knew that, and he knows that his pack was going to tease him relentlessly, but he didn't care. He found someone, he enjoyed your company so he didn't care what type of relationship this would bloom into. He craved your company, your voice and your presence.
All signs point to you, he can sense the future to be brighter with you by his side.
Whilst, he's not ready to tell you the full truth, he's mustering up the courage to ask you to hang out with him outside the shop. Somewhere it was just you two and no eyes are watching. He wants to know the famous bakery boy with a pretty smile.
There's a jump in his step as well in his heart and he smiles to himself.
All signs point to you.
