Juniper 'Jun' Bassett - a timid reclaimer who left the vault with her twin Nia and ended up separated and 'initiated' into the black ash gang which caused her to become hard and mean until she snapped and killed her abusers. she travels appalachia for a while, wary of people in general until she finds out her sister is still alive and lives with her for a while but has a hard time adjusting to living with civilians, ended up joining the brotherhood for the stability and structure

"He and Kenny sit in silence for a few drawn out moments, the lull of quietness occasionally broken by a few poorly stifled giggles. Martyn is eerily still for a few moments, holding his breath until he springs up and tackles Kenny, rolling around with him in the grass as he jabs his sides. Martyn doesn’t think about how this might end terribly for him, he doesn’t think about it because he doesn’t need to. He trusts Kenny, and he knows that nothing he does to him is out of some sort of malice. At least not anymore.

Despite being a whole load heftier than Martyn, which was definitely saying something as both of them seemed to always be starving, Kenny didn’t completely throw him down and be unfair even as those chances made themselves painfully obvious. He feels his hand slip on the grass and he tumbles into Martyn’s chest after pressing him into the grass, giggling against him. Maybe it was small, and stupid, and meaningless in hindsight, but Kenny was having fun, believe it or not. Finally, not all of his thoughts were trained on a constant hatred for anything that even slightly annoyed him and a never ending fight just to keep himself safe."
