meta on noriko's family relationships

noriko's childhood was strained to say the least. it kind of came with the territory with the six eyes, didn't it? attempts on her life since she was infant, the feeling of being the one to truly carry the burden of the gojo name.. she had been in a tough way since she was a child. as much as her mother tried to stop her from falling into her father's footsteps, she willingly walked into the flames because she felt like she had to.

she spent a lot of time around jett ( @tearenola ) and kentaro due to her family and theirs living under the same roof after her father passing. a lot of her basis on love has always been her aunt and uncle's love for one another. her cousins are more like her siblings but hitomi is, by far, the closest family member to her. hitomi was the whole reason she wanted children.

jett and kentaro ended up being like her second parents. when her mother was a bit busy with life, jett and kentaro had her back whenever she was in school and such. supporting her in any sort of sports (soccer was her favorite) she might have been into.

when she got into her teens, her mother and her would get into several arguments about the nature of jujutsu and her taking over the clan from her uncle kentaro (who had been almost like a co-head of the clan to help satoru). she felt she had to do it. it was almost like her birthright. even though her mother tried to tell her to not do it because she wanted her to live a normal life, noriko denied it. said she had to. this put a large amount of strain on her mother and also her siblings.

her and kaito appear to be in good graces but they really aren't. kaito lives to pester his sister because it's the only way he knows how to "bond" with her. noriko usually avoids her brother as well as her sister. kimiko and kaito are the closest of the siblings. noriko keeps herself at arms length with everyone in her family except hitomi and kentaro.

she considers kentaro as her father because he helped train her and he basically took her under his wing. giving her that stable father like figure in the long run. she is fairly close to him as well.

hanzo, even though he works alongside noriko, is pretty distant with her as well. he does as she asks but for the most part he just does what he wants. her and hanzo were never really close unless it was under certain circumstances.

needless to say.. she isn't really close with anyone but her cousin and uncle. she's busy and she has other things to do.
