Leverage is an extremely good show and you should watch it! A band of thieves cons corrupt capitalists out of their ill-gotten gains and gives it back to the people they ripped off.

It doesn't really have recipes much, but it's kind of a running thing that Elliot (the guy who made the sandwich) is a stealth Michelin-level chef. Among other things.

The sandwich comes from Season 4, Episode 11; that particular episode is kind of a parody of The Office which isn't normal for the show.

(Leverage is the original show, Leverage Redemption is a reboot that basically picks up from the original so watch the original first.)

🙈 I don't watch much TV! But I've heard good things. I once worked on a reverse big bang with someone who wrote a Leverage AU of The Old Guard!

Organized & targeted Robin Hooding does sound like a fun premise, even if the number of sandwich recipes I'd gain might be low... 😊

I've discovered a secret hack to get free Lindt chocolate which is to help old folks out with technology. happened twice this week already

#recently helped a sweet older couple I know convert some documents to pdf which I didn't think was a big deal #but they were so over the moon that they got me a big box of salted caramel Lindt truffles and let me tell you I looove salted caramel #happened to help a different couple I know today who were setting up the sound on a new TV and got handed a box of Lindt as I was leaving #Lindt is the one chocolate I really like but it's too expensive for me to justify buying for myself so I'm definitely not complaining #Ranger shut up

#there was a pipe issue when I moved in but that got fixed #(January 1 2022)#and then I had 0 issues #until september last year when the kitchen flooded like this. twice.#and now tonight #I was watching Tv (around 9:15) and thought ''hmm wow the cat water fountain is louder than usual''#and went in and. flood. water everywhere. it's definitely from the sink #I've thrown away a bunch of stuff #and moved cat things to the living room #unfortunately the room where I keep their litter boxes is on the other side of the kitchen #so I had to grab the spare and set it up in the hall #if I haven't heard from the manager by 8am I'll go to the cornerstore and buy some stuff but. sigh. I want them to come with the shopvac #a shower *should* be safe but I'll probably keep it brief

I watched Nightmare on Elm Street for the first time yesterday and OUGH why didn't I sooner

#i mean i know why i didn't because on tv it always aired super late and the dvd box was like €70 and i didn't feel like pirating #but now i got the box set for €20 and will be working my way through all 7 movies #in my defense i watched part 4 before. with the sound turned off. 6 times in a row in one night. at work a few months ago.#a customer asked me which movie it was and i professionally replied 'nightmare 4' because i saw it on the dvd menu when i pressed play lol #and he started philosophizing about how i'm right because the plot of the 3rd movie was different and the 4th was about xy like idk man 😭#mel talks

Decided to get the complete series set this weekend. I’ve owned the previously released 4-volume DVDS for years (the first 3 volumes in particular I’ve had since around 2006-2007), so as you would expect some of those discs no longer work.

These are all the little moments I could intervene juuust the tiniest bit, to tip them into the most fulfilling and sacred relationship of their infinite number of lives!"

"Quite the prank," you say, struggling to keep a knowing smirk to yourself. "Can’t you just zap the guys and mark them Fated by your Almighty Will? Put the process on autopilot?”

Loki blushes, almost preens. Oho, the mention of his power. But when he speaks, he stammers.

“Yes, well, where’s the sport in that?”

“Mm,” you say, smiling at the feel of it in your mouth. "You have already gone to the trouble. It wouldn't take long. And if it did--"

He smiles at you, almost shyly, as you both murmur, "--who gives a shit."

"Let's do it."
