I love mixing media and experimenting. I needed some Shadow on the tutu so experimented with beautiful shadow tones of #graphitintpaintpanset using the aubergine, juniper and port colours which are muted pinky/blues and perfect for a soft shadow here and there. Delicate enough not to stand out but strong enough to give form. This was painted on top of pastel highlights. Very pleased. Nearly finished☺️ . . #zoesarttip Don't be frightened of experimenting and mixing medias. Even if it is a disaster😳 it is amazing what you will learn on the way. It is just as important to know what doesn't work as what does as well as knowing what mediums you like to work with and what you don't!! You may discover different textures tones and colours that you never thought of working with before.
