Daniel got it done this morning! We called in 2 nice toms this morning and they just couldn't resist the dirty talk from our Bobs Custom Calls! They came straight in then all of a sudden someone started yelling on the highway behind us. While we were trying to figure out what the heck was going on the birds turned to our left to abort the situation. Good thing Daniel toted my Ithaca Mag 10 this morning. I told Daniel to shoot and he said "Do what?! That's too far" in which I replied "That's a 10ga fool, smash em!" BOOM! He gave em two 3 1/2" Turkey Loads through the Trulock Chokes Turkey Choke, he went 50yds and piled up! We ran back to the truck to get his 12ga since we were put of 10ga shells and dispatched the bird. Tim got it done! First time for us ever using a @struttn_360_official... that thing works great! #Repost @struttn_360_official (@get_repost) ・・・ Congrats to Timothy Dockery on a successful hunt this morning aided by the Strutt’n 360. He was out for his yearly hunt with @704outdoors and after not hearing any birds on the roost they decided to move and set up on a known strut zone. After some calling with no response they decided to sit a while to see if anything moved in. 20 minutes later Tim caught sight of a Tom strutting on the edge of the pines but wouldn’t come out in the field. He reached for the remote of his Strutt’n 360 and spun it towards his breeder hen. At that moment he saw the bird turn and pick his head up and knew at that moment he was going to commit. He walked aggressively toward the decoy and a second Tom emerged trying to catch up with the first. With one more turn of the Strutt’n 360 towards the birds and then back away from them showing the back of the tail to the incoming birds, it was all it took to make them quickly close the remaining 60 yards! At 15 yards they counted to 3 and pulled the trigger! Tim said “There is no doubt in my mind without the Strutt’n 360 these birds would’ve hung up in the pines and walked off. Having the ability to move the decoy at the right time is what made the difference in this hunt and not to mention others. It’s times like these I thank God for such an amazing experience and giving me the ability to enjoy the outdoors.” Tim, thank you for sharing your pictures and story with us!
