@strange-aeons taught me they were people that wanted a space away from the mainstream internet. I know we never were to keen on them but they never got in the way and mostly kept to themselves. Hope they can find a similar place.

Most people hated Tumblr Live. It was horrible—being abused by bots, lagging and disturbing users dashboards/feeds. It caused crashes sometimes. It hardly worked at all…

Everyone is most likely happy to be seeing it go, especially mobile users. It made the app laggy. Let’s just say that I, myself, hated it for years. I am excited to hear it’s being shut down.
