You should also take the time to visit different complexes and see them for yourself. This will give you a better sense of each complex's layout, amenities, and overall vibe.
Once you've found a few condos you like, review the condo association rules and regulations. These can vary widely from complex to complex and impact your daily life in the community.
Alternatives to Condos in Puerto Aventuras
If you need to know if a condo is the right choice, there are other options in Puerto Aventuras. For example, you could opt for a house or apartment instead. Houses offer more space and privacy than condos, while apartments can be more affordable.
Another option is buying a piece of land and building your dream home. This can be a much more expensive and time-consuming option, but it allows you to design your house exactly how you want it.

Beaches Around the World
Beaches Around the World https://ift.tt/W4bLUak It’s not easy to rank the world’s best beaches. Various factors can affect a traveler’s decision-making process when choosing a beach, such as the type of water sport they prefer, the safety of the environment, and the overall experience. However, we can still try! These are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and you will have to share them with other travelers. If you want to experience the tranquil environment of a private island resort, consider visiting one of these stunning beaches. Tulum, Riviera Maya, Mexico This beautiful beach’s location also sets it apart from other places in Mexico. It’s only a couple of miles from some of the most astounding Mayan ruins in the country. The ruins of this ancient city are located on a rocky cliff, and it overlooks a spectacular beach. The number of tourists who visit this area every day keeps it from feeling too private, but the magnificent turquoise waters and white sand make it an ideal beach. British Virgin Islands The British Virgin Islands were on the beach holiday map in 1964 when Laurance Rockefeller opened Little Dix Bay, a luxurious resort on Virgin Gorda’s serene crescent of sand. You can explore White Bay Beach on Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. You can also visit Sandy Spit, uninhabited and remote, or The Baths National Park, which features a series of massive boulders that set the boundaries of calm pools. Source d’Argent, Seychelles The pink-colored sand at Source d’Argent, located on La Digue, Seychelles’ third-largest island, is an ideal addition to the beach. It’s also surrounded by massive granite boulders that set the shore. Several restaurants serve Creole-inspired food nearby. Navagio Beach, Zakynthos, Greece Located on the Greek island of Zakynthos, the Navagio beach is a beautiful sandy strip surrounded by limestone cliffs. It’s also referred to as the Shipwreck Beach. This is due to the wreck of a ship believed to have been a smuggling vessel. The area is known for its white sand beaches, clear blue water, and massive limestone cliffs. Although it’s only accessible by boat, the beach can be seen above. Bermuda Although you might not think that Bermuda’s beaches are white and black sand, they are filled with pink sand. This British overseas territory’s beaches are made up of foraminifera, tiny red-shelled organisms living in the sand. While there are a few white sand beaches in the country, the best spot to visit is Jobson’s Cove, surrounded by jagged limestone outcroppings. If you’re looking for history, head to St. Catherine’s Beach, where the first settlers came upon the wreck of the Sea Venture, which inspired William Shakespeare’s The Tempest. Frequently Asked Questions
Hey everyone! We decided to post some frequently asked questions for people who might be a little new to the shit show that is CB and Seb’s fauxmance. We will update as more questions arise!
1. Who is Alejandra Onieva?
Alejandra Onieva is a Spanish actress, who is 28 years old. She is mostly known for her show Alta Mar “High Seas”, which was on Netflix. She comes from a very rich family and apparently her father owns a few buildings in Tulum, Mexico.
2. When did Seb and Ale meet?
We don’t really know the exact moment, but they were first seen on 4th of July weekend on a yacht in Ibiza, Spain.
3. Where are all the places Ale and Seb travelled in 2020?
Just to state for the record, we do hold Seb accountable for his traveling during the pandemic. But anyway, Seb travelled from NYC to Spain, they spent some time there before they went to possibly to the UK and then Bermuda (though that might have just been Ale and not Seb) so Ale could loophole her way into the US. We know about UK and Bermuda from Ale’s stories at the time. They spent a small amount of time in NYC, where they went on a few pap walks, before Seb had to go down to Atlanta to finish filming TFATWS and take some pics by a firepit. After a few weeks the cast and crew went to Prague to finish the show. Ale followed Seb like a puppy, but when she realized she couldn’t be with him, she walked around with her manager, went home to Spain for a weekend, and then went back to Prague with her mother.
After the show wrapped, they took a nice vacation to Tulum, Mexico before Ale, again, loopholed her ass into the US. LA to be exact. They spent the holidays there, but we didn’t see them together since before Christmas. There was a pap walk, a shadow picture, and then some random friend posted a pic of them “celebrating” Christmas together.
Seb eventually went to Vancouver to shoot a movie and Ale went back to Spain. Seb is currently in LA to prep for his next job Pam and Tommy, and look! Ale is back in Tulum! Loophole anyone?
4. What do Seb’s fans call Ale?
Oh boy... we have the all popular CB, which stands for Covid Barbie/Bitch, depending on your mood. Our friends have also started calling her Barnacle because she is stuck onto Seb’s ass and it’s hard to get her removed!
5. Why do we think it is PR?
Well the short version? They never met before and then suddenly they are making out on a yacht, and supposedly didn’t know the paps were around! 😂
Then it’s the fact that she literally turned into a barnacle and latched onto him, following him everywhere, loopholing multiple times to get into the states, pretending to be staying at the same hotel as him in Prague.
The stupid traveling during the pandemic. Seb was so adamant in March about staying home and being safe during the pandemic. He literally said he was going to stay in NYC until it was over, and then not long after he is off and away to Spain to shack up with her? Doesn’t make sense. Then after he is done working they go to Tulum? Then LA? Come on! I mean yes it’s so hypocritical of him and he should know better, but it doesn’t make sense. He should have put his damn food down! We do hold him accountable for the unnecessary travel.
The pap walks/swims. The yacht... come on! In the middle of the sea and you don’t notice a boat close by with paps taking pictures?! The walks in Spain and NYC where they look like they hate each other? Hilarious! Tulum where Seb basically abandoned her in the water to get away from her after being kissy kissy? LA where they were in a small parking lot that the paps would literally be a few feet in front of them. He has never had so many photos of him and a gf before... why now?
The articles... OMG!!! How in love they are... how beautiful she is.... how private they are... 😂😂😂 She is from Spain, UK, US... she is an actress, a model, an agent.... they have been together for 2 years, 1 year. The latest one that says they broke up in 2020 is my personal favorite. But even articles with Daisy that his team allowed. We don’t think there is anything romantic between those 2, but his team is ok with articles with headers that say there is. 🤔
THE BAITING!! pictures of too much sushi, burnt fish, crappy pancakes with hair, cauliflower pizza, first it was a picture of her and we see his swim suit behind her, then its the Hudson River looking at Jersey City, then its a hike, possibly in Atlanta, then fire pit pictures with blurry faces, hotel lobbies pretending to work, pictures with his bandana that he had just posted a video with. Then showing you’re in LA, a shadow photo with a tag, pictures of a Christmas tree that they both post, but never with them together. An ornament with their initials on it! Once separated a polaroid that might be Seb, a picture with her phone with a photo that might be the two of them, seeing the press and making sure that her phone is shown with that picture in hopes that they ask, but they don’t. Having their friends post things on their behalf to keep the fandom on their toes. Showing that once again you are attempting a lovely loophole to get into the US!
It took Seb almost 6 months to follow CB on instagram!!! HELLO?!?!?!?!
If this doesn’t scream PR to anyone else when it’s all laid out like this? Then your opinion will never change, which is fine. But these are the facts that we were given and we are using to show why we think this is all PR.
6. How many posts he has liked and commented on CB’s Instagram?
ONE!! ONE LIKE AND ONE COMMENT! THAT’S IT FOLKS! NOTHING ELSE! HE NEVER EVEN APPROVED THE PHOTO SHE TAGGED HIM IN TO BE IN HIS TAG!!
**Update- Oh look... on a huge day for him... hours after she posted... he just so happens to like and comment on another picture! 🙄🙄🙄 Can’t pap walk but can still bring attention***
7. What do you think of his comment on her IG post? Is it PR and why?
We think it was once again a PR stunt to keep people thinking this shit is real!! Why? Well let’s look back in time to when he followed her, almost 6 months into their love fest. He followed her after he commented on Margot Robbies post, probably got in trouble for giving another woman attention, then told to finally follow the barnacle! Why did he comment after being together for more than 8 months? He posted a story about Jessica Chastain’s birthday saying he loved her and would walk through fire for her. Next day oh your my most beautiful wave Ale!
He never commented before... never liked a post, did approve her tag, hasn’t tagged her or even mentioned her on his IG, she never even responded to the comment like she does with friends, didn’t even like it!! Also based on what I’ve seen some Spanish people comment, his comment is not grammatically correct so he probably did the bare minimum and google translated it. The only thing he could think of is that she is a beautiful wave?? Lmao!!
Then to top it off!!! He approved some tags making fun of Ale as a wave!! So... there you go!
8. Why are people obsessed with his tags on Instagram?
Well when this shit show happened, Seb stopped allowing all tags to be put on his page and made it that he had to approve the tags first. Every once in awhile we get a new stack of pics that he approves. However a lot of fans noticed he started to approve pictures that clearly make fun of CB. Now when you approve a tag, you only see the picture and not the caption. Ok, but then people started testing that theory and basically writing captions in the pictures talking badly about CB, and they STILL GOT APPROVED!! If that doesn’t show that he knows what’s up then I don’t know.
9. When will this damn contract end?
Honestly, we don’t know for certain. We all speculating that it’s a year long contract, however that doesn’t necessarily mean July. Contracts are usually signed before the couple are seen together. So we are all hoping that it was signed late May or early June and that we are at the end of the road. It seems to slightly be the case based on the narrative Sebs team has been showing between Daisy and the Elite article. CB’s team is trying to milk this shit for all it’s worth! She is in Tulum AGAIN! And we know the Loophole Queen will be most likely making her way to LA to be with her “love”. Seb is currently there to start shooting his next project. Seb’s team made sure to make it known he was in LA, not long before pictures of CB in Tulum arose. There has been news of a wedding of one of CB’s friends, and people are speculating, thanks to 2 girls on tik tok, that Seb will be in attendance, however with the Pam & Tommy show looking like it’s delayed, but will be starting soon, and it being 8 episodes, we here at Bad Fauxmance highly doubt he will be going to any wedding when he will be in Covid Protocol for the show. Just our opinions.
10. Why her?
This is the question of the hour isn’t it? Well as pretty much most of the fandom knows, Seb signed with CAA in May 2020. CAA just happens to be known for pimping out their stars for PR relationships. CB is a rich actress who would love nothing more than to make it big in Hollywood. Enter a B list celebrity who is about to get a lot of publicity due to his up coming Disney +/Marvel series and it makes sense. Put her mommy and daddy’s money to good use and buy herself another PR relationship.
What does Seb get out this? Still trying to work that out. I am certain that there is more behind the scenes of this disastrous shit show that we do not know, which honestly they don’t want us to know. Most celebrities use PR to hide something, promote something, enhance their reputation, or just bring notice to them. We all know that this did not enhance Seb’s reputation, the general public doesn’t know or care, the fandom has officially split in either still supporting him or hating him, and the industry looks like they either don’t know or really don’t care.
Both teams have handled this whole thing so wrong, that I think both Seb and CB will come out worse then they started. She got something though, recognition from a new group of people, but it’s definitely in a negative light. Though they say there is no such thing as bad publicity or PR, I have a feeling she is in for a rude awakening. My theory? Once this thing is over, and they “break up”, all those people that have been watching her every move, will disappear and she will fall back into non-existence. The only ones left with her are her fans and the followers she bought on instagram. I personally think we should start with everyone unfollowing her now. Show her what she has to look forward to, but that’s just my personal opinion.
Also as a side note, her equally horrible brother Inigo is also in a PR relationship with Tamara Falco. In fact on the day that CB was walking out of the restaurant with her phone on for the paps to see the picture of her and Seb, they only cared about her brother’s relationship, which she wasn’t too thrilled about.

Many neglects to understand that whether via vehicle, boat, train or plane particularly, voyaging is adversely affecting our planet as probably the greatest generator of fossil fuel byproducts. Yet, the harm doesn't end there–being a capable explorer isn't just about ecological awareness. Nearby people group are additionally feeling the impacts of the over-the travel industry which is prompting the obliteration and relocation of native individuals and creatures.
So how can we as voyagers deal with both diminish our ecological impression while emphatically affecting neighborhood culture? These 20 hints will assist you with being a more cognizant, mindful, and practical explorer in the year 2020. Simply recollect: it's not tied in with being great, however about settling on better decisions, being socially touchy, and putting forth a valiant effort to limit the negative monetary, natural, and social effects travel has on the earth and nearby networks.
Now, here are the Top 12 Tips for being a Responsible Traveler in 2021!
1. Pick eco-accommodating and socially dependable visit organizations.
Our seas are the absolute most common habitat that is enduring the hardest shot from the assimilation of warmth made via fossil fuel byproducts and human disregard. Ocean levels are rising, ice sheets are liquefying, ocean animals are being slaughtered by little plastic particles, and strict rubbish islands are accumulating out in the water. Tragically, our wonderful coral reefs are additionally enduring the most.
Carbon retention has expanded the sharpness of our seas hindering coral's capacity to flourish and endure. In addition to the fact that this is unpropitious for the eventual fate of marine variety (that we will appreciate using swimming and jumping) yet without sound reefs to go about as a cushion among shorelines and tempests, as the environment emergency proceeds, the coral can presently don't shield waterfront networks from continuous and all the more remarkable tempests.
The most ideal approach to appreciate the delightful submerged biological system while voyaging is by ensuring the swimming, plunging, or boat visits you take to have great marine protection rehearses, particularly around coral reef conservation. On a sea visit of any sort, be careful not to contact or take care of anything, and don't remove anything regular from the water like coral, shells, or starfish for a photograph, keepsake, or something else.
Be particularly mindful of visit organizations that feed mate to sharks on swimming with shark visits, or visits where you can "pet" stingrays. For a visit including the sea or not–read surveys and do your own exploration on visit organizations to guarantee the one you are reserving with is mindful.

2. Make the "green decision" at Hotels.
Numerous inns offer green decision programs where guests can quit having their sheets and towels supplanted every day. Supplanting towels and bedding just when important is an extraordinary method to assist lodgings with their protection endeavors. Alternate approaches to settle on green decisions at lodgings incorporate killing the lights and unplugging hardware when not being used, not leaving the water running, cleaning up, and closing the a/c off when you leave your room.

3. Stay in eco-accommodating facilities.
If you need to make it one stride further, consider remaining at confirmed eco-accommodating lodgings resorts, and eco-lodges that are green-affirmed by associations like Green Seal, Green Globe, Green Key, Earth Check, LEEDS, and STEP.

Expedia.com's "Green Hotel Program" offers a great many green properties all throughout the planet, making it simple to look for eco-accommodating facilities in any objective. As one of the biggest travel brands on the planet, Expedia makes it so natural to track down the top-of-the-line green lodgings in any objective.
The main 3 most eco-accommodating travel objections as far as I can tell have been Bali, Costa Rica, and Tulum, Mexico. There are no deficiencies of eco-accommodating inns in these spots going from truly reasonable to super sumptuous.
Want to be a Responsible Traveler? Here are the Top 12 Tips for being a Responsible Traveler in 2021!
4. Shop Locally.
Skirt the shopping centers and megastores and shop locally from towns, road markets, and ranchers' business sectors to more readily uphold the nearby economy. Rather than buying mass-delivered trinkets, for example, magnets and shot glasses that were not made in the country that is selling them, purchase hand-made artworks, garments, and gems to bring home as endowments and gifts all things considered.
5. Scale back movement size plastic holders.
Carry your own refillable toiletry items to limit the utilization of the little one-time-use washroom items given by inns. You can even think about going with your own strong cleanser, conditioner, and cream bars to kill the utilization of plastic toiletries altogether.
To additional your endeavors, you can likewise gather any unused small cleanser and cleanser jugs to carry back home with you and give them to neighborhood covers who are consistently needing cleanliness item gifts.
6. Give to neighborhood networks out of luck.
Partake in projects like Pack With a Purpose, a non-benefit that accomplices with lodgings and visit organizations to assist voyagers with giving school and clinical supplies carried with them on trips. Use unused bag space to pack things like pencils, collapsed soccer balls, bandaids, and pet supplies which would then be able to be dropped off at a collaborating in or visit organization.
Another approach to offer back is by pressing and wearing garments that you will give to networks and individuals who need them toward the finish of your outing. Not exclusively will your pack be lighter, however you'll have more space to purchase new garments and trinkets from local people to bring home with you, as well.
7. Add to carbon counterbalance programs.
Each time you fly, consider making a gift to a carbon balance program, for example, one that plants trees, sets up wind turbines, or makes cleaner cooking ovens in nations that need them. Numerous associations are focused on carbon counterbalance, and tracking down the one that impacts you more than anything is pretty much as basic as a Google search.
Expedia.com's carbon balance program in organization with TerraPass offers groups dependent on distance traveled to give to clean energy and carbon counterbalance programs. You can add TerraPass to your trip by utilizing the "Travel Accessories" segment on the outing customization page.
8. Try not to draw in with dishonest creatures in the travel industry.
Riding an elephant or snapping a picture with a Tiger in Thailand may appear to be a smart thought on account of how regular these attractions are, be that as it may, the misuse of creatures for the travel industry is fiercely untrustworthy. Elephants, who have fragile spines are beaten into accommodation to be trained enough for individuals to ride them; and tigers are medicated and quieted for travelers to have the option to pet and play with them.
On the off chance that you'd truly prefer to invest energy with creatures on your outing, track down a real creature safe-haven or recovery focus. Simply try to do a lot of examination on the association as numerous focuses will act like moral recoveries just to tie up and abuse the creatures in private. In Thailand particularly, if the elephant asylum permits riding, even without a seat, it is dishonest.
Other basic dishonest creatures the travel industry traps to know about are zoos, swimming with dolphins, and creature exhibitions to give some examples. Keep in mind: wild creatures have a place in nature.

9. Engage in "voluntourism."
There are a lot of freedoms to chip in while heading out whether you need to put in two or three hours, a day, or even go on an all-out volunteer excursion. There are trips committed to serving neighborhood networks, building schools or houses, or chipping in with creatures, for example, at Elephant Nature Park in Thailand. Simply make a point to investigate before settling on an association you wish to chip in with to ensure it is moral. (Indeed, even "non-benefits" can be very untrustworthy.)
Voluntourism ought not to be about white heroes coming in and "fixing" a spot, but instead, the best chipping in associations are ones that enable nearby networks to develop and flourish from the inside and keep up their respect while using volunteer ranges of abilities to help accomplish their objective. Having the correct aims and offering in return while voyaging regardless of how much or how little won't just assistance the spots you visit, yet will give a more noteworthy reason to your movements.
Want to be a Responsible Traveler? Here are the Top 12 Tips for being a Responsible Traveler in 2021!
10. Walk, bicycle, and take public transportation.
Wandering by foot is the most ideal approach to investigate another spot and the additional advantage of activity will add to your general wellbeing and prosperity on the outing. Strolling or trekking at whatever point you can while voyaging will help lessen fossil fuel byproducts from vehicles. Numerous lodgings offer bicycle rentals and more urban areas are carrying out bicycle share programs in the city.
When strolling or trekking isn't a choice, utilizing public transportation will help lessen the number of vehicles out and about in this way diminishing fossil fuel byproduct, and will likewise help you set aside cash. On the off chance that you would like to lease a vehicle, consider an electric vehicle at whatever point accessible. Numerous lodgings all throughout the planet presently offer electric vehicle charging.
11. Try not to offer cash to bums, kids, or creature controllers.
It might feel like you are helping somebody in need when giving off cash to a transient and his pet monkey/elephant in Thailand; the snake charmer in Morocco; a little youngster, lady, or any other person requesting cash in the city, however, you should recall the component of abuse that is frequently associated with putting kids, creatures, and ladies in the city to ask. Giving cash thusly urges guardians to keep their youngsters out of school, sustains misuse and disregard of creatures, and supports a greater amount of this conduct.
On the off chance that you'd prefer to be beneficent toward the country you are visiting, the most supportive thing to do is look for a respectable nearby association on the web or visit a neighborhood school, strict webpage, or not-for-profit to make your commitment.
12. Use harmless to the ecosystem sunscreen and big splash.
Sunscreen and bug showers are the two items that vacationers use that cause the best harm to our environments. Reef-safe sunscreen while swimming in the sea is an unquestionable requirement to shield the common habitat from ceasing to exist. Certain sunscreens contain unsafe synthetic substances like oxybenzone and octinoxate which cause harm to coral reefs. Peruse the name to ensure your sunscreen doesn't contain those two destructive fixings.
In hot and muggy places particularly, mosquitos which frequently convey illnesses are a major issue. When visiting ensured wildernesses and timberlands, for example, on account of Manuel Antonio National Park in Costa Rica, utilizing a non-poisonous bug shower is basic to the prosperity of the creatures.
