anya likes a little small talk. sure, it's not the most deep variety of conversation, but it's a good avenue to potentially becoming that — or just getting to know the people she works with. with how rarely it seems that the captain opens up, anya is happy to hear curly's response. she smiles gently, nodding attentively as he speaks. when he returns the question, she's sure to answer in spite of a lack of answer on his part.

❛ hmm.... i miss the weather! i really enjoy feeling a nice cool breeze, or taking a run through nature and feeling the sun on my skin. even the rain during a thunderstorm can be so refreshing. ❜

she folds her hands together, tilting her head. ❛ the tulpar is very... temperate. not much changes. i don't mind it, but it doesn't make me really feel much, unlike the weather changes on earth. ❜

\\ Just finished redoing the entire tagging system since anon from a while ago made me realize there were probably a LOT of tags I was clogging up, and the very idea of not having consistent tags on my posts to at least somewhat reliably sort through the blog with makes me want to eat a building. While I'm here, I suppose I may as well pin up some useful meta information now that I have a system I'm happy with:

Blog is primarily set in a pre-crash timeline, though considering how many differing-timeline iterations of every character are present in other askblogs, the rules are pretty vague and thus can be ignored without much consequence. Go ham, basically. I have two jobs to hold down plus classes so please don’t assume I’m abandoning the blog if I go without posting for a while! It’s been pretty hard to make time lately, haha.

This verse is a bit dubious, mostly from the idea of Jimmy being the one who crashed the ship, and Curly taking the blame for it to prop Jimmy up as a "hero" and "victim", via lying to the crew.

Or like. Idk. Maybe Co-Pilot Curly if I get bored, mix things up. Very dubious origin but the premise is the same: Curly and his guilt complex adventure.
