On 22.10.2024 at 7:08 pm, I found the Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS), that I was chasing daily for a week. When it was best visible, we had clouds, rains and thunderstorms for the full week. There was a good omen of jet contrails at sunset. It was in the direction opposite the comet, but I felt I will spot/ photograph the comet. Today was a clear day, with some wispy clouds near the horizon and below the level of Venus. Venus didn't have the halo around it, which was a good sign, that clouds were absent at higher levels above Venus. The comet was way higher up than Venus. Mosquitoes and insects were biting me and I continued clicking in my quest to photograph it. I had carried my binoculars and couldn't see it. I was shooting blind using the zoom end of my lens and couldn't get it. So finally I took a photo on full wide angle of 18 mm at ISO 100, f/3.5 at 30 seconds, using Canon 60D.
My mistake: I had a bright foreground which is hampering the comet's visibility.
Please tap on the photos to zoom in and see the comet (I know it is difficult to spot, so I have circled it).

I know everyone have seen this before but I can’t help but to post it again. How incredibly beautiful and horrifying!
