17.04.2024

Today we reviewed all songs before the concert on Friday. We started off by revising each part of “Ani maamin” separately going from the end. Then we went on to the “Zog nit key mol” and sang it all with more focus on the words and alto’s melody. At the end we managed to revise only a part of “Warszawo ma” . We focused on being exact and for all the small details to be correct. We worked a lot on the technique and I think i did pretty good. The high notes are still a challenge at times. The dynamics is going better by now. Air usage is going a bit better but still not perfect.

19.04.2024

Today we had the concert. At first we practiced going on and off the stage, sang all 3 songs to test the volume and other technical parts. Later we wormed up in the Polin museum and went on to perform. We started the event by singing “Zog nit key mol”, than waited during the speeches and performed the other 2 songs. We were filmed by the television and life on the TSKZ web page. I think we did a pretty good job, despite some small mistakes. We were granulated a lot, so that was a good sign. I had some minor difficulties with managing my air, as we had to sing pretty laud. Otherwise, I did good.

22.04.2024

Today we had an additional meeting. We sang the Moniuszko's song “Pod górą” and later we started the song by Sting “Fields of gold”. Both will be sang at our next concert in may. The 1st song is for 4 voices, which are very close to each other, so it is pretty hard to stay within mine. Considering that, I think I did pretty good. It also has a few high notes, which went well too. The second song is very nice to sing and listen to. I did ok with technique, but had to focus mainly on words and new melody. I will try to polish off the details later on.

During last two weeks we had the concert and started learning the songs for the next one. My technique is still slowly improving. I am doing really well with keeping to my melody most of the time. I am trying to have the best diction possible and work on the details like vibratos or volume. I am getting better, even though high or long notes as well as breath menagament can be a challenge at times.

Tam codziennie uczeszczala na roznego rodzaju zajecia, zabawy..  bawila sie z dziecmi zydowskimi. Tam chodzili jej rodzice aby spotkac sie z innymi ocalalymi z wojny…

2018.3.22. wed 卒定

昨年まで所属していた軽音楽部の卒定に少し顔を出してみた。先輩ヅラをしたくないから、すぐに帰ろうと思ったんだけど、予想以上にいろんな人が声をかけてくれて嬉しくなって打ち上げまで行ってしまった。

いろんなことを話した。言われたことなど雑に列挙。

店長 最近のこと。女はいるのかとか。 仕事のこと。結局仕事に何を求めるべきなのか。人それぞれ違うが、それがはまっていないと辛い。システムの一部になり過ぎるなら、自営とかの方が気楽ではあるのかもしれない。 店長の夢について。ビルを買うこと。地元のライブハウスシーンを解体したい。凝り固まって、安定した場所にあぐらをかくのではなく、追い求めていたい。下の世代もそうなってほしい。 旧い給食の曲について、「当時はなんとも思っていなかったけれど、最近聴いてみたら、案外ちゃんとしてたんだなって思ったよ。それだけ言っておきたかった。」と言われた。多分褒められたんだと思う。

kzkくん 就職について。アートや音楽をやりたい、本当はそれを一番やりたいけど、これまで生きてきた道を無駄にはしたくない（すごくよくわかる）。周りを見ているとそういう志向の人はいないし、なかなかそういう話ができない。何が幸せなのか。来年就活なので、色々悩んでるとのこと。 イ・ランの話。先日のトークとライブがものすごく刺激的だったとのこと。やりたいことをやるという話。流行り廃りとかではない。日本はシステム化が過ぎる。日本では中々できない生き方。

tmmちゃん マジで音楽期待してます。ちゃんと聴いてもらえればちゃんと評価されると思うので、そういう音楽をやってると思うので頑張ってください（そんなこと言われると泣く）。これまで出した音源も音とか全然問題ないと思います（俺がマスタリングし直したいとか言ったら）。 軽音楽部入って一番影響受けたかもしれない先輩なので、色々ありがとうございました。給食（バンド）とかがなかったらこんなにちゃんと音楽続けてなかったかもしれないです。またお話ししましょう。 （自分で書くの恥ずかしいくらい褒められた。こちらこそまた話しましょう。）

mtkwくん 一人で活動とかはしないんですか？（あんまり映えないし昔うまくいかなかったトラウマがあると言うと）確かに、そうかもですね、てか懐かしい〜〜。ちょっと古めのポップというイメージがあります。

kbhrくん 勝手にアコースティックでカバーさせていただきました。ありがとうございます…（こちらこそ嬉しかったです、光栄でしたと伝えた）！自分の歌ってたまに聴くと自分でもめちゃくちゃいいって思いますよね。今回音源を残せて本当によかったです。 （音楽自体が、何かを後世に残すためのメディアって側面があるよね、みたいな話をこの後にした。メディア化した時点で、その「何か」が別次元のレイヤーに落とし込まれるからそのままの形で残すのには限界があるけれども、音楽を聴くことで「それ」を思い出すって言う側面が大事って言うような話。実はこれは坂本龍一が本の中で言ってたことなんだけどね。）

ohtくん もしかしてコルグに就職するかもです。 最近エレクトロニカっぽいのやりたいんすよね。max/mspとか必要なんすか？？ 一世を風靡してください。でも俺とどっちが先かな〜（酔いながら）。

tskzくん 最近���んなの聴いてるんですか？（見���さん、meiさん、井手さん、とかあたりと坂本龍一をよく聴いてると言った。） 曲ってどうやって作るんですか？（色々悩んでそうだった。とりあえず、好きな曲の分解をするといいとか、気持ちいところを探すみたいなことを言った。理論と感覚は半々だけど、最近自分も悩んでいるので理論をさらい始めたみたいなこととか。この辺りの話は前に別の人にもされたけど、伝えるのが難しい。人それぞれ違うだろうから。） どれくらい作り込んだらサンクラとかにあげるんですか？（多分、やりたいことはそっち系なのかなとか思った。個人的に彼が１曲だけアップしていたローファイな曲がDeerhunterとかAtrasSoundっぽいと思っていたのでそれを伝えた。後、サンクラは趣味なので結構雑だよと言ったらなんか、マジすか、みたいな感じになったので不安になりフォローした。実際、作り込んでるのも少しあるし…。曲作るのは大変だけど、自分はプロでもないしペーペーでできることだけをやっているので、出始めた誰かの芽を摘むような発言はできるだけしたくないのです。）

と、まぁこんな感じか。 こう並べると、サークルの中ではちゃんと言ってくれる人が多くて、本当に励みになるなと…。

作り手と認識されているのがとても嬉しい。 期待されているようで嬉しい。

でもそのぶんやりたいことをやって、やっぱ音楽作っていかないとなって奮い立てられた。

周りから求められることをやったほうがいい、みたいなことをジブリの鈴木プロデューサーしかり、「置かれた場所で咲きなさい」しかり（読んでないけど）語られているから、「音楽は別に求められてないしな…」「仕事ではプログラミングそれなりに求められるしな…」とかずっと思ってて、今でも悩んでる。けど、今回色々話できて、実は求められてるんじゃないのこれ？と少し思えた。作りたい欲求と褒められたい欲求、正直どちらが先かわからない。卵が先か鶏が先か、みたいな話で。だけど今となっては音楽は、しっかり自分の中で「やりたいこと」になっている。もっとやればいいじゃん。やろう。

この日、久々に懐かしのライブハウスで定演の空気を吸った時に感じたのは、手垢のついた表現だけど、忘れかけていた熱い気持ちみたいなもの。実際、後輩の演奏を聴いている時に、ドキドキしていることがわかった（本当に）。最近、そういう気持ちはご無沙汰だったので、わざわざ来てよかったなと思ってる。

second year titan shooting guard ���ᴢɪᴀʜ ꜱᴀɪɴᴛ is back on the court this spring with the goal of leading our basketball team back to the NCAA championship. after a devastating loss to the university of north carolina last year, ᴋᴢɪᴀʜ is determined to bounce back. we caught up with the star athlete and chatted about what we can expect from him on the court this year. “so, kziah. of course we’re here to talk basketball, but we wanna stress that academics are super important. what’s your major and what classes are you taking this year?”

“oh, uh, yeah. real important, my major is sports medicine and kinesiology. and uh, i’m takin’ four classes this semester. i ain’t even finished my basics yet, i got physical science, government, sports nutrition and uh, philosophy? catch me in study hall workin’ my ass of fa’real.” 

“i don’t think athletes get enough credit for juggling a sport and their classes. anyway, what have you been doing over the break to make sure that we get that title this year?”

“i’on take breaks. i’m always in the lab. basketball is more than just a sport to me, it’s my lifestyle. i live and breathe it, so it ain’t a time that i’m not practicing. i fu-messed up last year, but i can’t dwell on ‘dat. i was a young cocky freshman who let my ego get in da’ way of what i wanted. and really, the only thing i’m worried about is my team forgivin’ me. rebuildin’ trust between us is gon’ get us that title.”
