This lot contains no cc, and it is built on the Fountainview penthouse lot in San Myshuno. It is available on the gallery or via the tray files link below. I built this lot on the latest game patch. Brandi Broke's Mobile Home NO CC

I've recreated Brandi Broke's house from The Sims 2. I took a lot of inspo from the original, but I did take some liberties - like adding a small bedroom for Beau and the unborn Broke baby. It is built on the Crick Cabana lot in Willow Creek.

Unfortunately, it is pack heavy as I built it for my own personal save.

THE REAPERS CASTLE

This absurdly large castle nestled in the Glimmerbrook highlands was originally constructed as a hunting lodge for some fancy lord-something or other, and has seen numerous renovations and additions over the centuries — keeping up with the Von Haunts, if you will. Today, its stately grounds and sumptuous interiors serve the grandest of modern purposes: as the filming location for the hit reality television series, The Reapers.

I wanted to build something using a few of the new kit items we got recently, so I built this restaurant. I modeled this build based on the Rose restaurant I built in Mae's save file, so they look very similar to each other. This one is a little old on my gallery but it was one of my real genuine tries at making what I considered to be a good community lot. I wanted a pool/spa area for my more older sims. A relaxing place to get your nails done, a massage, and perhaps some yoga. I placed it in Windenburg where the original pool was. I haven't had any issues with playtesting but do lemme know!
