After releasing my first collection of UI-ish templates and widgets, I found myself making more during the process of editing my posts. I'd planned on keeping this one around the same size as the previous one, but the longer it took me to properly label and organize my layers, the more I added to the file. So now we're here at like 40-ish templates (and a few even have a hidden version).

Like my previous collection, I designed this to be a "workspace" or "canvas" from which you can just pull whatever template you need. Each template is labeled and organized into folders so you'll know exactly which layers you need for your screenshot.

Ever since I started playing the Globetrotter challenge by @moonfi; I've been creating a collection of UI Widget style templates. This collection includes 20(ish) different templates for you to use in your gameplay screenshots. I'm hoping I did my best to make this as user-friendly as possible; but if you have any questions or notice something off - don't hesitate to message me or send an ask!

[Tips & Hints]

Open the awkwardwhims psd collection file in Photoshop, then drag & drop the folder or group of templates onto your image.

The photo album template was inspired by @folkbreeze (definitely check out their resources, they're all so nice!) & other various examples I saw online.

Resize the template by selecting the folder as a whole; resizing individual layers may makes things unaligned.

Feel free to change background colors/fonts/etc as much as you want.

The text message template has 3 styles: sender, green receiver & blue receiver. There are also reaction icons & a separate reaction bar.

For the to-do list template I didn't include every aspiration icon (I was trying to keep this file as small as possible) but you can download this pack by @deathbypufferfish that has all the aspiration icons you'll need. However, it may be missing some of the newer aspiratons.

When adding photos (album cover/recent photos/etc) use a clipping mask.

The weather template includes all the different weather icons, so be sure to hide/unhide the one that applies.

For the new transaction template, make sure to only change the number of the price otherwise the Simoleon symbol will get changed to Times New Roman.

The notification message template is for life events, bad events & default game notifications (ie: legacy player, etc).

Back in August 2023 I started slowly making these templates, but in March 2024 I decided to edit and put it all together.

Each template is in three formats - 1:1, 3:4 and 9:16. For convenience, I combined them into archives: 2K and Full HD (download the necessary depending on your monitor resolution).

Instead, this utilizes a Reshade/Gshade add-on to remove the lot outlines and being able to do so whenever you want with just a shortcut. Requires Reshade/Gshade and the Shader Toggler add-on. Works on both DX9 and DX11.

OMG Y'ALL!!!!

So I usually never have this problem because, up until a few weeks ago, all my mains were living in either one or two level homes. Well, now that one is in a 4th floor apartment and his parents having a master bedroom on the 3rd floor of a townhome, I've been dealing with super speed camera again.

What is super speed camera? Its where, when you're in tab mode and the camera speed gets faster the higher up you go or the further out you go. Its hard to explain, and y'all may have already figured this out by now, but I haven't...

Sim Character Sheet | Canva Template

After searching for character sheets to use in my sims legacy, most of the templates I found either cost money, weren't quite what I was looking for, or were no longer available; so I decided to whip up my own in Canva!

I've implemented places for Home & Aspiration, Traits, Career, and two additional options: Loves and Highlights. There are image placeholders for each section so that all you have to do is drag in your images.

These templates are 100% free & editable to your needs! Feel free to remove the watermark within the template and credit is optional—I only ask that you don't claim these as your own.

replacements for a few LMS mods

If you think you saw this post yesterday, yes you did- then I made a couple edits and realized I should have done it under a readmore in case people reblogged it... So here we go again! These are the possible replacements I found for the littlemssam mods I was using, in case they help anyone else.

Caveats: - Often not a 1:1 replacement. - I only went looking for replacements for mods I was actually using, so this only covers a fraction of her catalog. - Most of these modders still use Curseforge, they're just not exclusive to it.

Additionally, if anyone knows of a replacement for any of the following: Go For A Walk, Improved Meditation Stool, Improved Practical Spells (the improvements to the spells themselves,) No Random Job Offers (I know BosseladyTV has one, but it's CF exclusive,) Purchased Items Delivered By Mail, Release All The Ghosts, or Tea For Children, please drop me an ask! I only request no Curseforge exclusives and no Zer0.

Allow Stoves in University Housing -> Zerbu, No University Housing Restrictions

Auto Employees -> Kuttoe's "X Everywhere" mods, Zerbu's Spawn Refresh

Auto-Light Fireplaces Only When Cold -> Bienchen, fireplaceautonomytweak

Also, Daywalkers affects all worlds. Still interested in a mod closer to LMS's if one exists!)

No Insects Herbalism -> Simularity, Improved Herbalism Potions & Features

No Shoe Sign Animation -> Lotharihoe, Shoe Sign Animation Tweaks (doesn't remove the animation entirely but does stop it from interrupting walking)

No Sick, Dirty, Sad and Hungry Pets -> Bienchen, catanddogsanity

Pregnancy Overhaul ("sims can do more" part) -> Bienchen, pregnantsimscandomore

Pregnancy Overhaul (belly sizes) -> t0nischwartz, No Bump or sonozakisisterssims4, "The belly in pregnancy depends on the number of babies" (the former is simpler but has no equivalent to the "larger belly" option, the latter has a bit more going on but has direct equivalents to LMS's sizes, so take your pick!)

Sleep All Night and Sleep In -> Midnitetech- Stay Asleep, Mokunoid- Better Sleep Autonomy or Lot 51- Sunrise depending on desired depth/customization

Social Activities -> adeepindigo, Youth, Friends and Family Activities

Small GF Reactions Overhaul -> Bienchen, lesscelebreact

Small Laundry Overhaul -> Bienchen's laundry mods cover some (but not all- anyone have something to make it cost money on community lots?) of it, along with Lotharihoe's No Autonomously Set Laundry Down to replace the "auto put away laundry" part.

Toddler Ask For Food No Junk -> Bienchen, healthyhighchair (not quite the same thing but it solves the "why do they always give the kid chips" issue at least)

WEE: Working Elevators Everywhere -> Ravasheen, Uplifting Elevators (space and wall height permitting, it's also possible to make no-CC elevators with the RoM debug portals!)

Wellness Treat Fix -> Bienchen, petanxiousbufffix

Also, while I wasn't using either of them myself, Meet&Mingle can replace SimDa Dating App, and Lovestruck adds a "canon" dating app (though given EA's complete lack of attention to QA etc. I wouldn't recommend paying for it.)

Titty Tips!!!

The body preset you choose will have a of impact on how your sims boobs are shaped! I use this body preset (20) and this slider (this is the body preset I used on all sims of my "top 3" post btw!)

2. Alpha skins make cleavage look a lot better than maxis match do in my opinion. This is the skin blend mix i used for Maeva (she has the best boobs out of all my sims) this as a base then i layered this skin and this skin on top! (with the colour slider mod!!!)

3. and 4. We are finally at the stage where i add a cleavage overlay! These are the 2 that i use the most this one (N3) and this one (#5)

5. Okay so this is just to show you that the way my sims's boobs look is also due to gshade mxao! In cas i use the lithium gshade cas version but in game i use an edited version of the almond gshade

6&7 And this was just to show you that you also gotta choose clothing that's gonna make the tits sit up nice you know? this bikini and this bikini was used

That's it really. I realize how silly it is to write up a whole tutorial but i'm just really passionate about boobs <3
