FUZZY LOFT RUG in 2 palettes by amoebae

Why did I wait so long to recolour this rug? Who knows?

Actually I know. Recolouring the Comfortably Plush rug years ago was a pain in the bum because the way I recolour didn't mesh well with how Maxis had done the soft fluffy edges of the rug and I ended up having to hand paint all the fuzzy bits and I'm sure there was an easier way but I didn't know what it was and the whole experience left me bitter, twisted, and scarred. I assumed this rug would be the same. I was wrong. This was quick and easy to do. So I did it.

Comes in both Image Spectra and Dream Pop, and requires the Industrial Loft kit. Enjoy!

4to3 Industrial Loft Ceiling Lights

I'm craving for industrial furniture lately, and thank goodness the objects from the TS4 kit were already converted here and here. But the ceiling lights were left unconverted, so I did the work.

All three variations are fully recolorable with two three channels. They contain the same catalog descriptions and prices as the original TS4 objects. Found in Lighting>Ceiling lights. 1257 vertices/836 faces for all variations.

Industrial Arched Window

I wanted the window from the Industrial Loft Kit promotional material, so I made it. I know EA already said that they’re planning on patching it in but who knows how far away the patch in question is. The window matches the ones from Moschino. I’ll probably delete this once the official version gets added into the game.

ON TRACK INDUSTRIAL LIGHTS in 2 palettes by amoebae

These are my favourite ceiling lights, they're just so cool. Again we find ourselves asking why on earth it took this long to recolour them.

They come in Image Spectra and Dream Pop, in all 3 lengths.

Thing about this light is it doesn't illuminate from above, so the colours always look dark. It's fine in this shot above because the sun was shining directly on it, but in any other lighting, and at night, so so dark. A handy thing I found was to take the small saucer ceiling light, size it down once with the bracket key, and hide it in the ceiling fastening for this light. You can adjust both lights to suit (so the room doesn't get too bright), and it helps illuminate the industrial light so you can see those lovely colours!
