Halter Mini Pack

I fixed the link because I did a stupid. Oops.

A quick and simple Halter pack for stock horses, including foals! Mainly made this for a better handler position for Halter shows. I suppose these Handlers could work with the other Conformation Poses I made too - but I actually haven't tried!

2 foal poses 1 foal handler pose 2 adult horse poses 2 adult handler poses. You will need pose player and the sim teleporter, of course :)

The Reining and Ranch Horse Association (RRHA) put on their June show, and I decided to enter with my newest stallion R&DR Bomb Burgundy. I was so impressed with how well he did, considering this was his first show and he wasn't used to being in front of so many people when he was working. The crowd nor the new setting deterred him, and he did his job so well. I was worried he was going to act up when it came down to being in the halter show as there would be so many sounds and sights that he wasn't used to, but there was very minimal uproar from him. Ultimately I don't care if we don't win anything, this was just a great way for us to be exposed to the show world and he hopefully knows that no matter where he is, I'm gonna be there with him and he'll be safe.

S.E.A Halter Show/Western Pleasure Arena I designed it specifically for these types of events, however it can be edited/changed for whichever event you like.

Test mod release

Hey there! I decided to release a test mod that edits the horse mesh a bit. It comes with two separate files (head and body) so that you can choose to use both or the one you like. I mainly really wanted to edit the eyes and head length as it used to be in the sims 3. Please note that this is the best I can do regarding the body types since I can only work with s4s right now. Hopefully once the morph maker tool gets updated I'll be able to dive deeper into the horses as a whole. The mod currently works best on the default presets (first nose, body, etc..) but you can also tweak it to your liking. There might be some clipping/bone weight issues right now and also there's a confirmed shadow bug under the halter. I'll work hard to fix that issue, but I'm not sure right now what exactly is causing that.

The mod can be used with other mods as long as they don't edit the mesh (texture mods work great!).

this is one of the few things that drive me mad in the new pack. It’s very good gameplay but as a horse girl just…. There’s a couple things that drive me mad and one of those things is everyone doing these 2’ 6” lookin jumps in barrel saddles. Drives me nuts.

sims 4 horses is gonna be so sick but im gonna be mad if they have sims riding dressage style in a western saddle

My two boys R&DR Counterfeit Bronze (liver chestnut) and R&DR Bring That Jazz (red roan) were so well behaved in the AQHA's stallion halter show today - at least at the beginning. I wasn't worried about CB at all, but I was surprised with how much BTJ didn't throw his head up and try to show off. Plenty of apples and sugar cubes for the well behaved boys... despite how they behaved after judging was done.
