I hope you all had a wonderfull New Year's eve! To celebrate the new year I have a very small gift for you. This is an age conversion of a set of clothing which is a nice change after all of the hair retextures in December. I have converted these PJ's by Needlecream from AF to TF.

Conversions of @itsdiamondeyesuniverse​’s slick suits with Yuxi skinnies and loafers. The “Goat” recolors are from this post by @goatskickin​. You have the option to have the Maxis recolors repo’d to embodyslicksuit (I would have repo’d them to AM but AM is missing recolor 6 for some reason). I added socks to all of them.

My very interesting hobbies

I’m assembling a household of child supernatural Sims. Originally they were just going to look like the supernaturals because they couldn’t actually become most of them, but thanks to various modders, particularly @midgethetree​​, they can be the real thing. With proper overlays and everything (which is especially gratifying for my mini-vampire because unlike the zombie, werewolf, and plantsim, the skin for vampires hasn’t been extracted for custom use; I’ve used the mannequin skin for previews).

Each of my child supernaturals has three outfits (with a few exceptions): one for everyday/athletic/outerwear, one for underwear/swimwear/pajamas, and one for formal. The clothing I use for each of them is as follows:

Alien: My alien is a boy, and I use the alien suit from Parsimonious. He doesn’t have a separate underwear/swim/pajamas outfit, because it’s a bio-suit and he probably has to stay in it all the time or something. Plus, it’s pretty versatile. I’m still considering whether to make him something for formal wear, like maybe he could wear a cape or something.

Zombie: My zombie is a girl, and her ordinary clothing is the gray version of this outfit by Sussi. Her under/swim/pj is this recolored in gray by me. Very recently I managed to obtain something I liked for her formal wear: the tattered outfit from the Sims 2 Store, retextured by me using the Sussi clothes. (For what it’s worth, I did purchase the Sims 2 Store Edition many ages ago, so nobody can say my use of items from it is in any way illegitimate. /paranoid)

Vampire: My vampire is a girl. Vampires are the first TS2 supernatural state with a “canon” outfit, so naturally I have her wear a child conversion of that, provided by Ghanima. I like the black and red one the best, so that’s hers. I want to make her a formal outfit of some sort, but it’s hard to imagine getting more formal than that vampire gown, so we’ll see. Her under/swim/pj is a sort of minidress version of the vampire outfit, made by me on a Liana mesh. Originally I had it on a Maxis mesh, but the feet looked weird because the Maxis outfit had shoes, and I finally found something better.

EDIT: Meduza is wonderful. Here is the child vampire formal outfit. I tweaked the cape a bit to better match the original red.

Werewolf: My werewolf is a boy, and he usually wears the brown version of the aforementioned Sussi clothing. (I like to think he and my zombie are twins.) For under/swim/pj he also has the same thing as her, recolored in brown. And again like his sister, I recently arranged him a formal outfit: another Sims 2 Store item, the “Frankenstein” suit, converted for children by Skell and retextured of course to match his everyday togs.

Plantsim: My plantsim is a girl, and her older counterparts have a “canon” outfit, thus she wears the child conversion by Cocomama. Her under/swim/pj is one of Kittylynn’s outfits, planted (ha) by me onto a child mesh. (There is a female one, but the top felt too mature for kids, and a topless child doesn’t feel unusual for a race of fantasy forest people.) As for formal, this is 90% a request fulfilled by the amazing Charity, and 10% my most recent triumph: this dress, modified for kids. I’ll link the mesh if she posts it somewhere. She tweaked the outfit slightly, and I think it looks great, but I had something slightly different in mind, and I prefer the Maxis bare feet whereas Charity used sexyfeet. So for my personal usage, I re-tweaked the texture to match my vision, and I stayed up nights eagerly learning to shoeswap (footswap?) in Milkshape. I primarily have this tutorial to thank, as well as simmer22 for giving me a lifesaving Milkshape tip: uncheck autosmooth, or else things get weird and not smooth.

Witch: My witch is a girl (if it were a boy I’d be saying warlock, since that’s what the game calls male witches/wizards/wix). They, too, have “canon” outfits: three different ones depending on their alignment. I went with the neutral one instead of making a set of triplets. The conversion is again by Ghanima. Her USP outfit is perhaps a little odd: I took some of Phaenoh’s bathing suits and transplanted textures from the witch dresses onto them. (I made these for adults too, as well as a more bikini-like variant, and I intend to upload those to MTS for the “A Day at the Beach” theme sticker as soon as they hold another theme catchup event. Any day now!) As for formal clothing, I really want her to have the neutral-witch-colored version of this dress by Skell, but it has not been converted for children, and I have yet to find someone I can request that of. So when a) I find a person who is super nice and can do that or b) someone does it of their own will, that’s what she’ll be wearing.

As for genetics:

All except vampire have treeag’s unlocked skins.

The alien eyes were unlocked by joninmobile (aka TheNinthWave).

Vampire, werewolf, and plantsim eyes extracted by TheNinthWave.

Alien baldness for children by melodie9.

The zombie hair is from the Sims 2 Store post.

The vampire hair is converted for children by Layana.

I cannot for the life of me find the place where I got the werewolf hair for children. If I ever do, I’ll edit this post.

Long ago, my favorite baby names website was babynamesworld.com. Which is now gone forever. I now use behindthename.com, but it’s just not the same. But I collected names for my supernatural children before the site died, and they are as follows (with name meanings according to the site):

Alien boy: Doran (pilgrim, stranger)

Zombie girl: Nastusia (resurrection)

Vampire girl: Laila (dusk, dark beauty)

Werewolf boy: Rudolf (famous wolf)

Plantsim girl: Idunna (to renew nature)

Witch girl: Afsoon (spell, bewitchment)

Now all I need is personalities for the kids. And I want them as close to “canon” as possible. That is to say, regular zombies and werewolves all have the same personalities in the game, so I’m going to duplicate those, and I’m busy looking up the hidden numbers for the alien pollination technician, grand vampire, ideal plantsim, and high witches.

Zombies have 0/4/2/1/0. Werewolves have 0/10/10/10/0.

Pollination tech has 0/0/0/0/0. That’s not gonna do. So I took the average of the other NPC aliens that exist in the game: Pollination Technician 7 and Pollination Tech#9 Smith. That gives me a nice 6/6/4/5/4.

There are two countesses in the game, so I took the average of their personality points. This gives me some half values: 8.5/5/4.5/4/3. I’ll probably either go with 9 and 4 or 8 and 5, rounding one up and one down, but I’m not sure. I could use their genetic personalities, but that gives me almost nothing but halves. Maybe I could average those together...urgh, nope. I’ll figure something out.

The ideal plantsim also has 0 points in everything, so I went for the (sole, thank goodness) canon character listed as his kid. She has 3/5/4/7/6. Nice.

The high witches both have 0/3/3/3/3. So, uh, sure. Let’s just go with that. Man, these kids are gonna need a maid. Good thing I’m putting a servo in charge of the household. It’s only fitting, after all.

Hi JewelOfTheWorld! You were cursed chosen to be my secret santee! I tried my best at satisfying (almost) all of your “likes” on your list. I hope I did okay! Before I get down to business, I would like to credit needlecream for taking all of the ingame shots for me! She was incredibly helpful to me and I couldn’t have done all of this without her! :) That being said, I had a blast creating custom content for you and I think it shows (hopefully) through the amount of goodies I made for you! 😇 I am just a little nervous about whether or not you are actually going to like even a small portion of it. 😓

1. Female Holiday Sweaters:

Mesh converted by myself from Sentate's Polina Sweater Dress. I used the alpha edit and textures by simsrocuted. I also shortened it a little bit.

All meshes have fat morphs, adult has fat and pregnant.

There are 14 recolors for TF (it doesn't have the "Mrs. Claus" recolor) The teen mesh did this for some reason and I didn’t have time to fix it, sorry.

I checked this, the TM, and AM sweaters in game and I did not have any issues.

Mesh converted by myself from Seze’s Sweater02a. I realized eir already converted it after I made it and all of the recolors for it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No morphs (I tried 3 times to get morphs to work but they ended up exploding every time so I gave up... sorry 😡)

For some reason some of the sweaters have really dark lines? Unless it is just the AM and TM meshes... I can check to see why it is doing this but it won’t be for awhile because I am super busy right now. :(

I checked both of these and the TF sweaters in game and I did not have any issues. :)

Mesh converted by myself from Nyola’s Cuffed Leggings. I also used eir’s conversion of simplicaz’s winter booties and did a simple retexture of the bow.

AF has two types - I personally prefer the sims 4 body type (wider hips) but you mentioned not liking distorted body types and just maxis so I made a “sims 2″ body version as well. You can even have both in your game if you want!

Mesh converted by myself from Birba32′s Willy Pants, I couldn’t get his textures to look right so I used PeachT’s textures from their Alessandro Pants with Belt. I paired these pants with MDP’s Button Boots from TS4 Vampire Game Pack

6/5/2018 Update:

I have fixed the sweaters that were having this problem:

(TM, TF, and EM) and updated the TM, EM, and AM meshes to fit to TS2 body better. If you aren’t having the above problem, I think it should be okay to keep the old files, but if you are, this will fix the problem!

If you don’t want to redownload, and would like to fix the files yourself, here is what needs to be done:

In each texture file that has the problem, you need to go to the TXMT, and for each TXMT you need to delete the following lines:

stdMatNormalMapTextureAddressingU: tile stdMatNormalMapTextureAddressingV: tile stdNormalMapTextureEnabled: true

It is REALLY important that you only delete the NORMALmaps!

Commit and save.
