Today's morning sky was crazy beautiful. My first time Tokyo Marathon is coming end of February, rest of about only 1 month. But I’m very busy in my job, I can’t run enough in this month. And, today’s morning I run NRC session “LONG RUN”, we ran 15km relaxed. What a wonderful time! 

今朝は駒沢公園の寒空にじーんときた。寒いけど、この美しい空の下を走るのは紛れもなく幸せ者だ。東京マラソンまであと１ヶ月とちょっと。仕事が立て込んであまり走れていないのでやばい。 でも、本日仕事前のNRC RUNセッションはLONG RUN。みんなで１５キロをゆるりと走りました。今日もいいRunでした。みなさんお疲れ様でした！
