Can I tell you how terrified I used to be to practice this pose just kicking up against the wall? Practicing it away from the wall felt impossible. It's taken me one year of practice to convince myself that I don't need to rely on that damn wall. Is it perfect? No. Will I fall sometimes? Yes.
