โ€ข ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿป โ€ข 07.11.2017 : Tuesday : Dinner : Homecook โ€ข Lotus root liu wei (ๅ…ญๅ‘ณ) ๐Ÿท pork rib soup ๐Ÿฒ Steamed Trio Egg ๐Ÿณ Stir Fried ๐Ÿฎ Beef with Black Bean Sauce and Asparagus ๐ŸŒฑ โ€ข Steamed Trio Eggs #lifeasmrsyeocooksrecipe ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ Ingredients: 1/2 century egg (diced) 1 salted egg yolk (diced finely) 2 eggs 240ml chicken broth 1 tsp mirin 1 tsp soy sauce ___________________________________________ Method: 1. Crack eggs in a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs then add chicken broth, mirin and soy sauce. Continue to beat the egg until well combined. 2. Pour egg mixture into steaming bowl. Add century eggs and salted egg yolk. 3. Cover the steaming bowl/plate with cling wrap** and steam on medium high heat for 15 minutes. 4. Serve hot. **optional; wrapping with cling wrap will make the steam egg surface smoother. โ€ข Inspired by the steamed trio eggs we had at Tek Sen Restaurant in Penang which the boy absolutely love. I try to replicate it. โ€ข I usually use a ratio of 1 egg : 110ml water.
