Their very own, second Pandora’s Box, and now, they walk the Earth, their spirits awakening in the bodies of mortal beings, far from all the grace and divinity of the past and into the world they tried to destroy when everyone stopped believing.

Spoken about all over East Asia, Hope’s Peak Academy is known to be a symbol of hope for the future generations to come, admitting students who are the best of the best in their talents as their beloved Ultimates. The moment a student is enrolled, there’s no doubt that they’ll be set for life with plenty of high-paying job offers just waiting for them by the time they graduate.

But despite its prestigious status, there is more to the school than they let on. Regular non-talented students in the Reserve Course exist only to be used as the school’s personal piggy banks and guinea pigs. and a group of Ultimate students who call themselves the Ultimate Despair are planning the most tragic scandal Hope’s Peak will ever have to handle– to kidnap their students and force them to doubt and kill each other until there’s no hope left.
