Today, President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. declared that a major disaster exists in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and ordered Federal assistance to supplement Commonwealth and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by severe storms, straight-line winds, tornadoes, landslides, and mudslides from May 21 to May 27, 2024. The President’s action makes Federal funding available to affected individuals in the counties of Butler, Caldwell, Calloway, Christian, Clay, Greenup, Hopkins, Knox, Logan, Muhlenberg, Simpson, Todd, Trigg, Warren, and Whitley. Assistance can include grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses, and other programs to help individuals and business owners recover from the effects of the disaster.

Bigfoot and the Spottsville Monster
Where there's dense wilderness in America, you'll usually find Bigfoot sightings. Kentucky is no exception to this rule. There's actually more logic to the idea of a primitive humanoid surviving in Kentucky than in a lot of other states, because the terrain here is so pockmarked with caves that lead to thousands of miles of underground caverns that are still mostly unexplored to this day. If Bigfoot exists, he might well be a Kentucky cave dweller.
The area surrounding Uniontown has long been a hot spot for Bigfoot sightings. Folklore legends of all bipedal cavemen, ape-men, or gorillas roaming these woods have been common among locals for years and actually predate the Bigfoot concept, which began in 1958.
In 1988, two deer hunters from Indiana were chased away by a classic Bigfoot-type creature at the Higgins & Henry Wildlife Area outside Morganfield. In November 1996, a woman had a close brush with a ten-foot-tall Bigfoot and watched it walk away slowly and meanderingly, directly in front of her, heading toward the Ohio River.
In 2004, two campers were four-wheeling on trails in the Land Between the Lakes area and encountered a seven-foot-tall creatures with glowing red eyes and a peculiar snot. Although the beast quickly disappeared and there was no confrontation, one of the campers was gripped with an "overwhelming feeling of dread" after returning to camp and decided to pack up and get out.
In September 2006, a Trigg County woman was surprised to find a Bigfoot-type ape-man on her rooftop in broad daylight. Not being a believer in Bigfoot, she assumed it had to be some crazy person in an ape suit and attempted to talk to it by yelling things like "Okay, you're funny, joke's over, now who the hell are you?" with elicited no response. "It was like something out of a bad old movie," she said. "It didn't look real at all. It totally looked like a man in a really fake gorilla suit, and didn't think he was doing a very good job of acting like a gorilla either." But as she was rummaging through her purse for her cell phone so she could call a neighbor for help, the ape-man rolled backward, did a sort of a somersault, leaped an incredible distance off the corner of the roof to a utility pole-something no human could have done-and deftly swung from the pole to the tops of nearby trees with great speed. It was out of sight in seconds. Good work for a guy who likes to put on an ape suit and scare people.
Henderson County is another extremely active area. Kentucky cryptozoology expert Bart Nunnelly tells of a Bigfoot sighting at a specific spot on Collins Road in Reeds in 1968, and again in the same place in 1971. Nunnelly's family had many close encounters of their own in 1975 at their farm in Spottsville. In fact, Bigfoot sightings on their property became such a regular occurrence that the local police stopped answering calls regarding them, even though people in Hebbardsville and other adjoining areas along the Ohio River were also seeing the creatures. The Henderson Gleaner dubbed it the Spottsville Monster, and this term is sometimes still applied to local Bigfoot sightings.
In 1999, a pair of Bigfoots were seen in a field close to Highway 60 in Baskett. This incident illustrates well the "hidden in plain sight" axiom that applies to all paranormal phenomena. The person who reported the creatures noted that traffic was heavy that day, with lots of cars in front of him and behind him, and yet no one else bothered reporting the sighting. In 2004, two witnesses in Hebbardsville saw a similar pair of creatures eating cornstalks near a church, and in 2006 a Hebbardsville man found an anomalous tooth that he believes to be from a Bigfoot. It has characteristics resembling a human tooth more than one from any other animal and yet is far too large for any human mouth.

Few more things are happening
-small battle has erupted in Charlotte county it was last night for about 10 minutes at 8:00 p.m. and then there was one around 3:00 a.m. and we were talking him through it the other one he slept through but both were across town over near the courthouse it's really easy to happen and both were pretty intense they had bloodshed and everything and it happens over a little past stands house towards the east it's really people trying to get in that way and they don't like that for some reason it's the highway and it's odd to them or something but really people can pour in from the outskirts and didn't want them to but that's where the morlock are. And recent land grabs haven't changed it it's only a couple neighborhoods out that way that that the max have and it's not on our son's side and not occupied it and they'll probably rip it out.
They had two small shootouts out there I guess this would be the third now there's like 20 shootouts that happened there on that road but in that area is there probably four or five shootouts and it's growing in that area has a lot of shootings and it'll happen from the convenience store and Winn-Dixie that's about where they're happening and it's over being here in punta Gorda or not. ..
And some say his mom fell asleep and didn't get up in their house and it's not true she was riding by the cop that came to watch a move his stuff out. She wants to know who the cop was and she called the police station and asked her why and she said I don't think he's the one who would get along with my son at all and it's not fair and they didn't come out and he's who arrested her and it was Tommy f, and she's having dinner with Tommy f has Camila in the movie and John shoots her so he's hiding something took her stuff, like the nuclear plant and more. Now he needs to be brought in for doing that because he's not letting her son have anything either there's a lot of people who is like that this idiot returns to do that now we're going to kill them but they need to know that's me and grab for it and that they're being grabbed for screwing around with her son who has start doing it to them again now right now

Two US Army helicopters crash in Kentucky, Many Feared Dead
Tumblr media
Two United States Army Black Hawk helicopters crashed in Kentucky during a training mission Wednesday night, resulting in “several casualties,” officials said. The helicopters, from the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), crashed at around 10 pm Wednesday in Kentucky’s Trigg county, northwest of Fort Campbell, the army base said in a statement early Thursday. “We can confirm two aircraft from the 101st were involved in an accident last night resulting in serval casualties,” the 101st Airborne Division tweeted later. “Right now our focus is on the soldiers and their families who were involved.” Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear had said earlier that fatalities were expected. “We’ve got some tough news out of Fort Campbell, with early reports of a helicopter crash and fatalities are expected,” he said on Twitter. He said Kentucky police and emergency management were responding. “Please pray for all those affected,” Beshear tweeted. Fort Campbell said the incident was under investigation. “More information will be released as it becomes available,” it said. Fort Campbell is home to the 101st Airborne Division, the US Army’s only air assault division. Nicknamed the “Screaming Eagles,” the division was activated in August 1942 and gained renown during World War II in the D-Day landings and the Battle of the Bulge. More recently the division has seen action in Iraq and Afghanistan. Read the full article

South Memphis development: 22 homes planned for new subdivision in Trigg neighborhood
A new housing community will be built in South Memphis. The Shelby County Board of Adjustment approved The Works Inc.'s application to build a 6.4-acre subdivision at 667 Richmond Ave. Sell My House Fast Memphis TN The Trigg neighborhood property, located at the southeast corner of Richmond Avenue and South Orleans Street, was bought by The Works- a community development corporation - in 2021. With 23 lots total, the subdivision "Lincoln Commons" will include 14 single-family units, eight duplexes, and one community building. From 1922 to 1961, Southside High School used the land. Lincoln Elementary then occupied it from 1962 until 1989; however, the original structure was demolished in 2001. Therefore, for the past 21 years, the area has been vacant. "This development will transform this vacant parcel into a quality residential community with attractive design standards, high-performing structures, and infrastructure," Roshun Austin, president, and CEO of The Works, said in a letter to the board. The Works' South Memphis Farmers Market is less than half a mile from the planned development. "Some of the plan's primary objectives are to encourage compact land use and density to support walkable, active, and transit-serving communities while providing missing middle housing to meet the needs of residents with diverse lifestyles and household structures," Austin wrote. The Works' services focus on systemic gaps in health and homeownership for low-income Memphis residents, including affordable housing, advocacy, social services, and holistic programming. The Opportunity Loan Home Fund is one of the Works' initiatives that provide low-to-moderate income first-time homeowners with a loan to purchase their first home; monthly neighborhood bike "Glide Rides" and healthy cooking classes at South Memphis Farmers Market are also offered. The Works now offers blight remediation as a result of January's merger with Neighborhood Preservation Inc. "[The property] will stand as one of the largest residential subdivisions, recently developed, within Memphis's core. This development seeks to serve as a catalyst for future urban development projects due to its physical design and as an example of how developers can navigate the challenging terrain of developing affordable housing in the city's core while adding value to the community," Austin wrote. The expected date for the groundbreaking of The Works is October 10th.

‘I Can’t Breathe’: Video shows white policeman laying on top of crying black girl
“A video posted yesterday evening on Instagram shows a white police officer laying on top of a crying Black girl as she vomits and says, "I can't breathe," through labored breaths. Someone contacted the Kaufman County, Texas sheriff's department to report that 18-year-old Nekia Trigg was jumping in front of cars in traffic. Trigg is a resident of Forney, Texas. When the seven-minute video begins, an officer, identified as Kaufman County Deputy Conner Martin, is laying on top of Trigg as women around them scream.”
I haven't seen anyone talk about this yet on here and I'm not sure what else to do. The Instagram post was taken down but the video has spread to Twitter. Officers arrested her mother for asking to loosen her daughter's handcuffs, and Martin was reportedly not wearing his bodycam properly as well.
Please PLEASE fucking share. This monster has used his badge to abuse this girl and borderline sexually assault her and was only placed on leave.
