Toxic Trait- The Barden Bellas will ALWAYS outsell the treblemakers/whoever they are competing against for me. "But the trebles," "Das sound machine is so much better" NO my girls always came to slay and they did what? THEY DID THAT (Except for the second movies riff off that ending was horrendous)

Random question that’s been on my mind for the longest time:
Do we think the Bellas already had the house in pp1 but only Aubrey and Chloe were staying in it because the rest were freshmen? Or did they just get it post-pp1 because they started winning awards for the school?
I always thought it was the first one because Jesse wasn’t staying in the Trebles house in the first movie but I’ve seen different interpretations so I’ve been going back and forth between the two😭
